sorry if this is just me having missed something super obvious but who is Christine Lundgren?
I am not sure of the full extent of her contributions but I do know that she was part of the book team and worked with Elli on the Ferrymare and Beatrix comics at the very least.
She does have a LinkedIn and I'm assuming she also has an instagram but I have yet to find that one.

I looked at magic horses and saw that the fire halloween horse that looks like Morrigan was called Nemain.
I thought it was called a ferrymare but it seem like that was just in the comic that Morrigan was called that by a dead guy.
But Nemain is just the name of the sister to Morrigan, right? Does that mean that their kind can still be called Ferrymares or atleast I can continure calling them Ferrymares and not be ‘incorrect’?

Hi, I have a problem-
Immortality was given to him by the witch as a gift when he toppled the first stone. Broderick likely cursed him following, upon the Keepers' discovery of the culprit's identity.
In the game Magnus states that the more runes he's destroyed, the more he seemed to lose a part of himself. So we can assume that is what the curse was; losing parts of his soul which eventually made him "unclean in Aideen's Light", resulting in his shunning. It's this that caused an aura of decay to surround him, one the Ferrymare, Morrigan would feel drawn to.
Now, the game's storyline is older than the comics and it's also set up way differently, so I personally think you have to pick bits of lore out of both to put the whole picture together, but-
Potentially why he is caught in limbo could be that the gift and the curse clash, both having to do with his soul. But hopefully we'll get a fulfilling storyline in the future that expands on this.
Hope I could help!
Can anyone explain to me how curses work in SSO? like... does the Galloper have 2 curses at once or is there something mixed up in his history? I mean, at first in the comic and in the quests it was said that the gift of immortality was given to him by a witch. but then in the last quests with Broderick, he himself tells us that he cursed Gunnar when he began to break stones. are they the same thing or different things? or was it meant that Broderick somehow did this with the help of a witch? What does this mean, I'm completely confused but I'm trying to figure it outout :( I would be glad if someone explained it to me, I'm too stupid...
#i'm very normal about him#sorry the comments couldn't fit all this#ssoblr#sso#galloper thompson#gunnar thrymson#sso halloween

We know Jorvegians tell the tale of Galloper Thompson to warn and scare the kids to keep safe when it gets dark, least Galloper Thompson upon his fiery mare finds you and collects your soul for his own!
But what about the foals in Wild Woods? Do they fear Galloper Thompson or does their tale focus around Morrigan the ferrymare? Is she a sign to beware or of one to help you find your way when you’re lost?

2020: Defiled soul shard. Feeling its touch is like losing a part of yourself.
2021: One of the Druids said that Thrymson carried a mark that made him unclean in Aideen's light.
2022: With every runestone, he seemed to lose a little part of himself, until one day, there was nothing left of him.
Morrigan is the Ferrymare. She can speak to the dead.
He smells of death to her, and she can sense it from across the island.
Is it a physical smell, or is it rather how his shattered soul feels: a dead man walking? He is a ghost in a living body, and he can hear her.

Swab samples taken from 41 newly-arrived OFWs: DOH
#PHnews: Swab samples taken from 41 newly-arrived OFWs: DOH
ILOILO CITY – The Department of Health-Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) 6 (Western Visayas) said on Saturday the 41 repatriated overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in the region took the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) test.
Dr. May Ann Soliva-Sta. Lucia, DOH-CHD 6’s Health Promotion head, said in a virtual presser that swab samples were collected from the repatriates for the Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) testing.
Meanwhile, Soliva-Sta. Lucia also announced that for two straight days, no Covid-19-positive case was recorded in Western Visayas.
The 229 laboratory results from Western Visayas Medical Center sub-national laboratory were all negative, she said.
"We have been zero since yesterday and the number of recoveries is increasing. That is good news for the region,” she said.
The recoveries of a 21-year-old male from Miag-ao, Iloilo, and a 42-year-old male from La Castellana, Negros Occidental brought the number of Covid-19 survivors to 38.
“For the batch three (of the repatriates), the total number of overseas Filipinos is 41,” she said.
Of the 41, 23 are from Iloilo province, 12 are from Iloilo City, five from Guimaras, and one from Negros Occidental.
From Manila, the 40 from Panay and Guimaras arrived in Iloilo City while the one from Negros Occidental arrived on Friday in Bacolod City.
“Guimaras, we have five repatriates who were all tested for RT-PCR and the results are still pending,” she said.
She said all the 23 from Iloilo province and 12 from this city were all tested and waiting for the results.
Soliva-Sta. Lucia said the testing was done at Ferrymar Hotel here, which was already inspected by the DOH, Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) on Friday.
“All of them are stable and we have zero positive and zero negative because the test has been just recently conducted,” she said.
The repatriate in Negros Occidental was not subjected to the RT-PCR testing because “the hard copy of his RT-PCR from Manila has not yet given to DOH for verification, ” she said.
“The DOH, with BOQ and the OWWA, coordinated with the regional task force sub-task group on repatriation for the arrival of the 41 and we coordinated with Iloilo Provincial Health Office and City Health Office for swab testing of the repatriates,” she said.
As of Saturday, she said the number of repatriates who tested positive for the virus remains at 23.
Eleven of these repatriates were admitted to a health facility, 10 are on facility quarantine, and two were already discharged. (PNA)

Morrigan & Potato.
Some of you have been making guesses what Potato really is. The Ferrymare would certainly have some difficulty getting him to cross the waters.
