Feelin like shit today so I wrote a little comfort fic with Leo and I have decided to share it. -Sortzi 💙💜

(Sorry if it’s written weirdly, I don’t write often)

Sobs were echoing from your room. You don’t know why you’re crying, or over reacting really.

A few minutes ago your brother had just walked and started taking off all your posters. You tried to stop him but he’s definitely much stronger than you (there’s more to the story, but I’ll keep it vague). You tried to push him out of the room and your frustration took a hold of you, throwing a tantrum and, in the process, making a hole through your wall. You were definitely going to get lectured later by your parents.

That leads it to now, your room is a mess from that and you lay on your bed, unsure why you were crying. Overreacting? Maybe. You feel so childish for feeling this way, over something so stupid. You can’t help it though. A million thoughts are running through your head, it took you a moment to register the knocking on your window.

You knew who it was. The Blue turtle always visited on his patrols, making sure you were okay.

You don’t feel like getting up. You don’t feel like interacting with anyone. You want your bed to swallow you whole so you could just mute out the world—*Knock knock*.

…

You got up from your comfortable spot on your bed to unlock the window for Leo. Only to immediately go back into the spot.

Leo notices your mood, and your room. “Oh damn what happened here?? Did a tornado come by for a visit?” He chuckles and looks at you.

Even without context, he knew you didn’t want to joke right now. You’re facing away from him but he notices your messy hair and your shoulders shaking.

He slowly walked and sat beside you on the bed. You unconsciously made space for him, your brain can’t seem to register what your body is doing.

Leo then took his hand and places it on your cheek. He rubs your frustrated tears away with his thumbs.

His touch was soothing, calming your shaking shoulders. You lean to his touch, turning towards him in the process. “There’s my little rain cloud.” He whispers softly. You knew your throat was hella dry, you kept your mouth shut but you held his hand that was holding your face with yours. You felt a little embarrassed as he looked at you, it felt so silly. “Do you want to talk about it?” He smiles.

You shake your head no. Your throat was dry, despite that, you tried to squeak a word out, “s-..st-ay.” You cringed are your dry throat. Leo got the message and pulled himself to bed with you. Making sure you got the comfort that you needed with a simple hug.

A rush of relief washed through your body, your tears calmed and your arms wrapped around his neck to pull him closer. His smile grew wider on his face, “my little rain cloud can’t get enough of me~” he found a great moment to joke again. You pinch the side of his neck, “oKaY OKAY, not a great time for teasing, got it!”

You smirk in victory, knowing in the back of your mind that you’ll have to fix that hole in your wall somehow. That didn’t matter, what mattered was that Leo is here right now, and you where really glad that he was.
