My first #Routine I plan to incorporate into my healthy living NEW #Lifestyle is drinking a #GallonOfWater per day. Like EVERY #Prep decision research is key, instead of just drinking straight water I'm infusing more #Nutrients into my water one quarter at a time. The 1st 32 oz of water is #SoleWater. The 2nd 32 oz of water is #AppleCiderVinegar Water. The 3rd is #LemonWater and the 4th is #CucumberWater. I purchased the color coordinated Nalgene bottles to indicate what's, what. These bottles don't leave the kitchen, I pour each bottle into my FAVORITE water bottles which I'll make a separate post about later along with the recipe for each bottle. Most #Americans are dehydrated everyday, I know I was. I learned a hard lesson in prepping today... got myself one of those big sturdy military backpacks from the internet. I’d seen other people wearing them and they seemed like the best option, right?

If you’re a 6ft 2 man then probably! However, I didn’t account how much of a struggle carrying something like this around would be for a 5ft woman. Lesson learned. I’ve got to stop watching prepper vids on youtube and assuming that everything is one size fits all, ESPECIALLY when all the videos out there are made by tall, muscular men which isn’t exactly the best of comparisons for someone like me.

New #Preppers #UrbanPreppers #CityPreppers and/or #FemalePreppers what is the ONE THING THAT MOST DISASTERS HAVE IN COMMON; sheeples waiting in line to fill up their gas tanks #NotMe. With a half tank of gas you should be able to get out of the "Hot Zone". Then stop somewhere and fill up once you and/or your family is in a safe area. NEVER assume you know the time or place when disaster will strike.
