Thank you for staying with me even though I rarely update with new bujo spreads these days. I would love to design more if time was kind enough~ Thank you for remaining even though I seldom post ramblings or interact with all of you. I hope to do more in the future 😊 On a side note, I did lots of calligraphy today and tried a new blending technique! Hope it looks somewhat better than the last time I attempted it 😆

A Favor House Hallewell
Tumblr media
(A follow-up response to Lady Merellia Hallewell (@merelliahallewell)
Days had come and gone, nigh near a week had passed since the letters had been sent to Aroms Stand for Inquisitor Candell.  No answer had arrived.  A soft questioning of the witch hunter's whereabouts from Inquisitor Nubern came up with little information.  Was he alive?  Dead?
Or worse?
Upon sixth day, a courier would arrive from the south.  He would not give his name but was all the more eager to drop off his package with Inquisitor Nubern would accepted it dutifully.  As the Lady Hallewell was away the time he would deposit it with one of her personal  attendants.
The package was wrapped in dark butcher paper tied tight with leather cord, weighing perhaps four or five pounds.  Written upon the paper in beautiful but professional script would be her name and title.  Tearing open the paper would reveal the simple contents of a pair of books, a small black purse, and a folded letter with Merellia's name upon it.
To the desk of Inquisitor Merellia Hallewell
Apologies for the lateness in the reply to your former letter in regards to Inquisitor Eldridge Candell.  The Order prays your forgiveness in responding, but unfortunatly Inquisitor Candell has been added to the missing in action rosters having last been beyond the Veil assisting the Fae.
He has yet to reply or been seen for nearly two months.
Despite his lack of presence his effects have been taken in by the Order for cataloguing until his return or next of kin located.
As per his own wishes upon joining, many of his journals and notes have been included into the growing archives here in the Stand.  One of such of these journals has been sent regarding his personal work with demons and related obstacles.
Regrettably, the Order is not as well versed in demon possession or the workings of the Fel as are efforts have mostly been involved with slowing the incursion of the Drust and work of the Coven.  But never to be a lost cause, a tome was discovered among our archives from a certain magi named Kaglostrio.  The ramblings mostly of a madman of ancient Drustvar he does note a few 'thin' spots upon the Isle.  Though we are not sure if they will be entirely helpful to you in your efforts, we hope some of this might answer questions or bring up the right ones.
Along with the books we have also sent an artifact noted in Inquisitor Candell's journals.  A gift from his father Ser Erlain Candell upon his return from the Outlands during the reopening of the Dark Portal.  Little is known what they are for or why, but Candell made note of their connection to the light and the significance to the Draenei culture.  Perhaps further study will reveal more to you.
As always per delivery of requisitioned items, we ask upon completion of use they be returned to the Archive as soon as possible and in the same condition upon arrival.
Gerture Bandolin Lead Archivist and Chronicler Order of Embers 'May blight fall upon the Coven'
The letter would be signed in clean clear ink, the words cut and dry to the manner of response.  Inspection of the small black bag would open to reveal a set of beads, silver in the light but hardly the same weight or feeling as good Corlain silver.  It held an otherworldly touch of calm and almost patience as the wisps of soft dyed netherweave caressed the skin with warmth.
Tumblr media
The pair of books would be simple bound, one of a dark black leather worn by sweat and use.  Candell's journal for sure.  The other felt thinner though far thicker than the journal, the cover touched feeling oily and almost like it had gotten wet in the journey but cracked with dried age.  Dread and unease would flow from the book if were opened, as all magic tomes would as the words tried thier best to swirl and move to the untrained eye.  Kaglostrio's notes.
Tumblr media
Flipping through the journal would be noted the messy handwriting of a man with little time but a need to express his thoughts.  Dated and catalogued to be noted as year three, it would go into many of the witch hunter's journeys.  A small note would flutter down from the flipping of those pages to land softly amongst whatever scene Hallewell’s office was in.  Simple scrawl in the same handwriting as the journal would reveal the cryptic and off-putting words of a man haunted by dark deeds, foul enemies, and black moods.
Trust noone.

Journal: Entering the City
June 6th,
My journey from the Plaguelands has finally brought me down to Stormwind. Magnificent city, especially the Cathedral. Humbling, and truly a testament to the Light’s greatness. I was pleased to find such glorifying architecture here.
I was not pleased by the rumors I heard, however. Not one week had I stayed and already I come across rumors of kidnappings, void lords, and the undead roaming around unchecked. The city reeks with this sort of filth and the guards seem to be having quite a difficult time controlling it. Either that, or they are not lifting a finger to it at all. In fact, just the other night, I confirmed that the rumors I heard were true. I was just enjoying a cold glass of water and conversation at a small bar when this rotting corpse came in, parading around and pretending to be a civil person. When in fact, I could smell the stench long before it stepped foot inside. The establishment, “The Fel Flower” was decent at least, though a better name could have been chosen. I much enjoyed my conversation with the barman, Audric Steelmantle, who was also a decent fellow and kicked that foul thing out. I would have put an end to that miserable wretch had it been outside the city. I have observed that many people here are... different and misguided. They would rather help the undead than kill them. They would listen to their woeful tales full of deceit and extend a hand of pity. Foolish. Those wretches will one day bite that hand, I know it all too well. Things will have to change. I decided to let that horror go for the meantime. Besides, I did not wish to dirty Audric’s place.
Later that night, I went to the Cathedral to go to a sermon with my new friend when I saw the same rotten corpse there. I could not believe they would allow it entry, much less fail to call the Light to purge it at the door. Such permittance is an affront to the Light. Perhaps the wicked have already infiltrated the ranks of the clergy and have donned their sheep’s clothes, manipulating the masses. A favored cowardly tactic of theirs. Audric had stormed out in a rage at seeing such a sight and I could not blame him. I soon followed after. Things will have to change, indeed.

Silas - Journal Entry #32-34
Packing my bags was a more difficult process than I imagined; I ended up consolidating many of my past possessions - sneaking away in the night, finding a pit outside the village and lighting robes, ink, and even past books ablaze, thinking that they had served their purpose, that they would not be much use to anyone. Ramblings of a dead man. I was able to get it down to my ceremonial robes and matching knife, my wand, the clothes on my back and four books - two of which were my latest works in Pandaria and one was my current journal, and the final tome was my first publication I had the honor of working on with Dorene, a green hardcover with silver filigree, ‘Elements of Medicine’. I secured everything in my satchel, gazing at the tear where the forsaken badge used to be. A few nights would persist as I fixed my satchel, burning items slowly as to not draw too much attention... before the missive was released.
I had no idea that war parties still ventured as far as these lands, but I kept a watchful eye as they made their way through the quiet village, morning mist still surrounding the country-side just before dawn. Pulling my hood up, I exited my hut to see what they had left for the Coalition’s eyes. A finely embossed sheet of parchment pinned to the bulletin board.
‘Wanted: For Defecting and Inspiring Rebellion against the Horde
In regards to conspirators, the Desolate Council of The Undercity, Thirty Thousand Gold will be awarded on delivery of each perpetrator.’
The list started...
‘Lyndow Callow, Edmundo Alden, Silas Kain, Dorene Denholm.’
Were we all of whom that was left? Or... All that defected and decided to not to cower in fear at the might of the Banshee Queen.
‘If found, these individuals are considered to be highly dangerous and manipulative, capture dead or alive and deliver to Valley of Honor, Origrimmar for verification and payment. For the Horde.
                                                         Nathanos Blightcaller’
Of course I tore down the missive immediately, pocketing it - however incriminating as it was, at least I now had a list to go off of as far as who to track down. Now it was a matter of where to find them... Light only knows where they’d go into hiding, I was only truly sure of two relationships. Professor Alden, whom I worked at length with on studying his recovered Zul’Aman artifacts in the Ghostlands. Perhaps he has chosen to hide in plain-sight as he always had; and Dorene Denholm who introduced me to the apothecary and medicines. Last assignment she was given was cultivating rare herbs in Sholazar Basin.
33.
Some time has passed. I left no clues besides the memories I had with the Coalition, I hoped that they would understand. I started a few days travel, following the roving war party, tearing every poster they hung in their tracks. They led me all the way out to Mistfall Village, where they headed to the capitol portals within Mogu’shan Palace. At least that is what I assume. I stayed the night, laying low, eavesdropping upon a few sin’dorei speaking of selling passage off the northern coast. If they had the boat and man-power, that was all I needed.
After buying them a few rounds of drinks and asking where they were headed I had paid for my passage to the Ghostlands, with a short stop in Tol Barad. The journey would take a week, that they were leaving before dawn by yak to where they had docked in Binan village. They didn’t ask my name or have questions... yet. Good. I needed to seek refuge in a neutral spot, Light knows who would sell me out for gold at this point in time.
Tumblr media
The boat was a small fishing vessel, although nets were exchanged for extra storage and what seemed like a kite on the hull of the craft, for what they called ‘Para-kiting’ which they tried to sell me on, but I wasn’t one for heavy winds, nor heights. The crew totaled five in all, who seemed earnest in their tourist ventures - over the breakfast as we were casting off, I learned of their history, traveling back and forth between capitols to earn a little extra coin in a fishing venture gone south between the crew and their old captain, who was smuggling goods and making shady deals without the crew’s knowledge. One day, he made a wrong deal and a rival group of pirates came after them all. They made a deal to exile their captain and trade it for freedom and now they all had equal say, and traded fish for... well tourists.
Cere, a jovial sin’dorei female with amber-red hair, golden eyes and pointed nose exclaimed in her light airy trill of a voice over the next three days about the other members and how they came to be friends over the years, some excommunicating from their factions after fighting wars they longer believed in, while others were simple farmers, and her, a former escort, wanting to leave her shackles from talk of politics and a fake smile she would wear, to please those around her.
We docked in Tol Barad on the fourth day; the crew told me they needed to resupply on some goods and seek some information about a potential hire they were corresponding with, and that I should try for the Heart of the Raven - an inn and tavern just in town. I walked up the cobblestone stairs, snow still gathered in the silent town - only a few shops and houses lined the streets along with a fountain which had frozen over. The trees stood with no leaves - extending bare towards the brightly clouded sky. My eyes followed the path to a warmth coming from the larger two, maybe three story building with a small raven upon it’s sign, swinging in a light rush of wind - creaking slightly as I let the door hit me on my way in. As the crackling of the fire sparked my senses and the waft of ginger and honey greeted me, I knew I had found something special.
34.
I spent the most of the afternoon here, listening to the gentle rhythm of their guitarist and making notes in my journal, indulging my thirst for a change, Stormsong honey grapefruit ginger soda. Simply divine, although my thoughts were no where near on the same wavelength. I mulled over where I was to find Edmundo first, Dorene was likely fine for now... But it has been so long since I’ve been to the Ghostlands, let alone Eastern Kingdoms. Since I watched Lordaeron from afar, slowly being swallowed away by the blight. The retaliation. That was in the past now, and I would do well not to think of it, but I could not help but hear voices linger and pull me in all directions. Spirits screaming. I drank a heavy swig, attempting to wipe it from my mind, when Cere entered the establishment, asking me if it would be alright if we could extend our stay here, as one of the crew injured himself. I did not ask questions, only offering my healing experience which was politely declined.
I paid the barkeep for a suite and rested my head. Although sleep would never find me, pretending was never much of an issue, as my reveries filled the space. I was in a forest, dark tainted grounds that had once been a lively autumn color pallet. Eversong Woods. Why my daydreams led me here, I had no idea, but I sensed the light guiding my thoughts. The large pillars of ivory, gold gilded decor - deteriorating and fading in color after the march of scourge. My skin materialized into dust that flowed from my hand out in front of me, ushering me forward to follow, leading me inside the old tower.
The inside was pitch black, but from what I could make out it was nearly empty with the exception of an unlit brazier and two end chairs resting across from one another. The vaulted ceilings echoed and the wind rustling in the large entry way wafted abandoned webs of spiders that had long since been gone. I sat in the chair closest to me, the feeling of anxiety rose up once again and the brazier lit with a familiarity I have not felt in a millennia. The same flame erupted upon my death as the soothing voice struck a deal. A deal that would lead me here, but why? As she spoke again the chill went through every crevice of dust compacting to form my spine and skin. I could feel my jaw clench and the dust shifted off my form, floating like a tornado around the fel green flame.
“You have done well Silas.” A chuckle surrounded my senses, and the panic started to heighten. I tried to grip the arm rests to throw myself out of the chair but my hands were gone. I was frozen as more and more bone dust swirled around the fire. My legs too were gone and I was fading. The last thing I saw was the reconstruction of a human girl in the opposite chair, smiling wickedly before my vision cut to black. I couldn’t help but scream.
The knock on my door was sudden as I came back to reality - immediately checking my hands which were once again whole; One of the staff greeted me at the door to ensure that I was alright. I was gasping for every breath I could hold in my lungs as I told them that it was nothing, that I had just had an accident. The illidari offered help which I declined as she nodded slowly and left, obviously looking worried. I laid my head once again upon the bed but decided against daydreaming again. The only question on my mind was who that girl was. And what she had to do with any of this.

((Special Thanks to @heartoftheravenwra for giving me a scenic, faction neutral spot to call home for the last few weeks. RP here is awesome and I heavily recommend their Monday Night Mixers! There will be more to come as Silas makes his journey north. Apologies for the longer posting frequency as well. Quality > Quantity, since work has been wiping my booty as of lately. Cheers!))

The Power of Forgiveness & Healing The Inner Child ♄⚘
Having forgiveness for others, isn't easy. It doesn't happen over night, the process can be difficult and tiresome. I know, because I've been there at one point. The hate & amonisty I had in my heart could have poisoned me. It could have ruined my life, my family and taken away everything I loved.
It could be so consuming that it shallows your life completely whole. I could allowed it to change me or make me bitter, but I didn't allow that. I had made my mind up to release those negative emotions and thoughts, removed those energies that were causing me drama and focus on myself. When I closed my karmic cycles with people, it made them angry & upset, they felt I wronged them because I blocked them out of my life but it had to be done. And now wvenas I think about it, I made the right choice.
This i know because I feel the relief of it. I feel lighter, I'm more at peace with myself. I'm more grounded now, and its because I've learned how to control my energy. I absolutely must say this, because whether you're an empath its very important to use techniques that help you heal past traumas, any emotional baggage
How bad do you want it? Because this journey is not for the weak or faint at heart. Everyone who says their spiritual, ain't spiritual. I've said this before, this shit didn't happen over night, to truly heal tkaes discipline & determination.
My Healing Journey
Back in 2017, my son was out 3 yrs old, I was struggling looking for work, covid came and isolated everyone, and I was really trying not to get cabin fever. Juggling parenthood and my daily life. And all I kept bumping into were obstacles and delays. I couldn't figure out why, these things were happening. My relationship with my family, wasn't good. My relationship with my son's dad was over. I felt like I was at a complete dead end. But then, I discovered the LOA (law of attraction) and fel in love with the idea that my thoughts create my reality. Suddenly I got an epiphany, I was being drawn to tarot. That is where I discovered my spirituality. Honestly, it has saved my life. Turned my reality in a complete 360. I started to discover who I truly am and what my purpose is in this world. My fascination with tarot, crystals, runes, affirmations helped me to shift my mindset for the better, for me & my family.
Today, I don't even recognize the old me. In fact, nobody recognized me its like a total stranger and they are a total stranger to me, more than ever. I realize how different the people I love are to me and how maybe they will never understand me. Especially on the 3D. I've been a closet witch for years now. I hod behind a mask too, but not anymore. I've got the courage now to speak up for myself and my beliefs. And thats a win in my book. Nothing but abundance for me and my family because of the choices I decided to make, to become the best version of myself, right now. And that's why I can share my story, for someone who like me, is in their life purpose. Those are the ones who can relate to me, and are apart of my soul tribe. I'm always connecting with amazing, authentic, like minded beings. The awesome thing about it is, that we're all connected through our journeys.
We all have different/similar experiences that we can collectively share, we would be surprised how much alike we all are. During this whole process, I have learned so much, healed so much, and ended so many toxic relationships I've dealt with. I've let go, released my need to control, and let God, my angels, my ancestors the steering wheel, and I'm enjoying the ride. I'm in a better place then I have ever been. Here's my techniques I use on a daily basis, to manifest my wants & desires. There are 3 basis techniques, I begin with, I feel are beneficial to your emotional wellness. These are 3, meditation, journaling & positive self talk (affirmations). There are plenty other ones, but we're talking the basis. The more you digital deeper into your spirituality, the more you learn.
Healing Techniques I Use Daily
♡ meditation
♡ journaling
♡ affirmations
I say meditation first because 5 mind of intentional breathing everyday will benefit you so greatly, clearing your mind and energy and being present. Blocking out all distractions, it takes practice in the beginning. Being that its worth while for your mental health, 5 mind a day cab help keep those negative thoughts at bay.
Journaling, is another healing tool that has allowed me to process my emotions like guilt, shame, sadness, regret, anger and depression. It also jmhelped me in planning and evaluating my goals and desires. I love scripting and using the LOA method to attract my desires. I heal through writing as a for a release and therapy. Affirmations play an important role of positive self talk, it gives you a boost of confidence and drive you never thought you had. Saying s line or phrase, over and jver again can sound repetitive, but well worth it. Your mind will start to believe it. Try it, it works.
Let Go & Let God
When I release of my fears and took that leap of faith, my life changed for the better. The way I viewed life changed, my relationships changed, I began loving & appreciating myself more. My faith went to a whole new level and my connection to spirit and the Divine blossomed like a beautiful blooming rose. My connection to spirit is an amazing gift. U cherish with my heart & soul, I want to share my testimony, to tell how miracles can happen. And where there is darkness there will be light. I'm learning how to take the good with the not so good and find the blessings in all situations and the lessons in it as well. Which I am always grateful for. I've done a good bit of healing and these days, I'm feeling a whole lot better
Because of my determination to be better.

The Obsidian Sentinels Sororitas Order, the Dark Age of Technology
Sisters Rewrite - Part 1/???
The Sentinels differ from other Sororitas in that they predate the Age of Apostasy, and they instead originated during the Dark Age of Technology.
During the Dark Times, the Emperor walked the galaxy in disguise as a mortal man. The Men of Iron, once the servants of humanity, had been overtaken by the storms of the Warp and now, daemon-ridden, they sought to tear down everything humans has built. The war against the Iron Men ranged so widely and so fiercely that even the Emperor was at a loss to put an end to it, and he was reduced to aiding what pockets of humanity he could as whole systems burned around him.
It was in a system far from Terra that he first encountered the Clockwerk Titan, which its followers called the Beast With A Thousand Maws, and its inhabitants called the Dark Planet. A synthetic world, the A.I. at the Dark Planet's core had become the host to a daemonic entity like none other before it. The Emperor had seen and fought daemons from the highest circles before, but this was a wholly unique obscenity. Although few records remain, the Titan's ceaseless hunger and desire to consume all life has led some religious and historical scholars to believe the cancerous core of the planet had become host to an avatar of Nurgle himself.
The humans who lived on the Dark Planet were deeply in the thrall of the Beast With A Thousand Maws, altered by its attendant machines and aiding it in its endeavors by hurling the human and xenos slaves their raiding parties captured into the great rifts in the globe's surfaces. Sacrifices to the Black God, the killings performed thousands or hundreds-of-thousands at a time. As he sought a way to reach the planet's heart and either slay or banish the monster within it, the Emperor encountered a group of woman who were priestesses to an entity they called Augmentus Prima - according to them, the mother of all life.
Although the other denizens of the Dark Planet had fallen deeply into corruption, the simple humility and piety the women possessed had seemingly rendered them immune to the Titan's influences, and though the Emperor did not (at the times) approve of religion, the priestesses did not worship Augmentus directly. Rather, they held her up as an immaculate example of courage, selflessness, and honor - a figure to be emulated and looked to for advice. Like the other natives of the Dark Planet, they too had been... altered to serve the Titan's whims, but these alterations did not allow the Beast With A Thousand Maws to control or command them. These qualities were what convinced the Emperor to seek their aid in his personal crusade against the Clockwerk Titan.
The Emperor approached the leader of Augmentus' cult, Loralyn, whose title was the Shepard of Songs, and in his negotiations with her, he was surprisingly candid. He revealed his nature as an immortal and perpetual, and pointed out where he thought their purposes and interests aligned. If she and her sisters would serve as his honor guards on the journey to the planet's core, he would imbue them with a portion of his power, giving them the means to fight back against the Titan and its minions. Loralyn agreed, and together with her sisters and the future Emperor, they brought war to the heart of the Dark Planet. Battling their way though the synthetic world's interior, they encountered many foes and dangers, behemoths of flesh and necro-tech that the Titan spun up from the Warp, tears in the cloth of reality from which lesser daemons poured like viruses into a healthy bloodstream. Broken lightning towers, unstable sub-levels, oceans of oil, fields of burning promethium, and city-sized dynamos that churned with fel energy all dotted the technological hellscape.
At last, the Emperor and his allies came to the Central Control Manse at the core of the planet. Alone, Loralyn and the Emperor entered, and what transpired there or the nature of their struggle against the Warp entity that lay within is not known. When they emerged a day and a night later, the Titan's heart - which they named as the Hope-Devouring-Cancer - had been vanquished. The Beast With A Thousand Maws was dead.
Why the Emperor did not destroy the planet entirely is unknown, though it seems that doing so may have even more dire consequences than letting it be. In reverence and solidarity with their new ally, Loralyn and her sisters agreed to stand watch over the Titan's corpse until the end of time.
The Emperor assumed that would be several decades, perhaps a century or two, until they all died of old age and the Dark Planet was forgotten and lost.
This was... not the case.
During the Siege of Terra, a great number of the Dark Planet's defenders braved the Warp storms to reach the embattled planet and join the defenders there. The Emperor could hardly believe it when their flagship, the Silver Triptych, came into orbit over Terra with dozens of smaller vessels in tow. Loralyn had heard of her old friend's troubles, and sent every soldier she could spare to aid in Terra's defense. The priestesses, now calling themselves the Obsidian Sentinels, explained that the alterations and experiments performed by the Titan on the Dark Planet's inhabitants had (perhaps when combined with the Emperor's own powers) rendered them immortal. Not as the Emperor was, for they could still die, but they were ageless and unchanging, and they had been keeping their lonely vigil for the last seven thousand years.
Concerned about that information, but happy to have any allies he could bring to bear, the Sentinels were allowed to join the defenders within the Imperial Palace. Their leader, Raidne, was of particular note, slaying hundreds of daemons with her great warhammer and hurling the broken body of Sorgaxon, a demon prince, from the walls. When the Siege ended, some of the Sentinels returned to the Dark Planet, while others joined the various Crusades that set out to pursue the traitors or punish Horus' former allies.
The Modern Day
The Obsidian Sentinels are a convent of ageless women who stand guard over the corpse of the Dark Planet and ensure that its technology or relics do not fall into the hands of the Imperium's enemies. Their Canoness, Loralyn, is just over thirteen thousand years old, and several other members of the Sentinels have survived since M23. Once a personal friend and ally of the Emperor, Loralyn is ceaseless in her eternal vigil, though she remains distant and estranged from Imperial politics.
Sentinels reside primarily on the Dark Planet, whose location is a closely guarded secret (though it's known to upper levels of the Inquisition). They consider its defense to trump all other concerns, however, they occasionally leave in small groups to investigate or purge groups, cults, or individuals who possess technology originally forged on their world, or who may be trying to revive the Clockwerk Titan. They have special hatred of Obliterator Chaos Space Marines (as well as the Dark Mechanium in general), believing the Obliterator Virus was somehow extracted from the heart of the Beast With A Thousand Maws.
Sentinels are human, but like many humans from the Dark Age of Technology, they were once slaves to the Men of Iron and were altered to serve their robot masters. The nature of these alterations varies from individual to individual, but at minimum all Sentinels have plugs that allow the for wearing of power armor and interfacing with other machines.Their manifestations tend to be technological in nature, mathematical sequences, whirling gears, hissing steam, and layers of motherboards.
Alongside Canoness Loralyn, the Sentinels are led by Augusta Tailwind, leader of the Sentinel military force; Raidne, the Canoness' personal champion, who led the Sentinels at the Siege of Terra and who oversees the Sentinel's crusades; and Skye Blaineux, the master of the Sentinel fleets.
The Highgate Journal Controversy
The Emperor, in what passed as his youth, was a prolific writer who was occasionally careless with his things. As a result, it is not unusual for new writings, manuscripts, sketches, and journals penned by the Emperor to be uncovered, even as late as M42. The Highgate Document is one such find.
On its surface, the Document seems innocent enough. A high-quality notebook of semi-imperishable paper that dates from M23, the journal was originally bound by a company called Highgate Stationary, whose logo is stamped on the back cover - hence the name. It was hand-written by the Emperor and records about two years worth of his travels in both prose and sketches. It details his discovery of the Dark Planet and his meetings with Loralyn and several of her sisters. Drawings of the priestesses, as well as their homes, vehicles, and the secret base where they plotted the downfall of the Dark Titan take up just under a third of the pages. The authenticity of the Highgate Journal has been verified by the highest levels of the Ecclesiarchy and Inquisition.
On the surface, the Highgate Journal seems to confirm everything the Sentinels have claimed about their encounter with the Emperor. There's only one problem, nowhere in the text are the Sentinels or inhabitants of the Dark Planet ever described as being human. In fact, the Emperor goes to great lengths to avoid doing so. He remarks on their 'incredible stature', describes them as 'towering', and once - calls them 'giantesses', which is the source of much confusion. Raidne, the leader of the Sentinels who came to Terra during the Siege, was photographed alongside several of the Imperial Fist Space Marines, including Helgrin Amos and is Company, and even in her power armor, the Astartes dwarf her in size.
Several investigations have been launched, but they are yet to turn up any conclusive evidence that the Sentinels are xenos or consorting with them. Still, that doesn't prove their innocence, a lack of guilt doesn't make them innocent, and the Inquisition is considering a full infiltration operation.

12/26/39 LC - Part 2
Tumblr media
The preparations are complete, The ritual circle is complete, the gem is in place and all I need to do is activate it and start the ritual. I will begin it tomorrow morning, after breakfast and I’ve woken up completely. I’ve been thinking about this journey, form going from a shitty level mage, to something... I’ve always wanted to be, Powerful. If I had never joined the regiment I likely would be stuck in a severe rut. Wanting to obtain more power but unable to get past my ego, my arrogance. I’d likely have fallen to the Fel or Demonic. I owe Sarceline much, and I can’t thank the Regiment enough for this opportunity to become a better person. To think on who I was before I joined, even in my time as a Recruit and Private... I’m a completely different person thankfully.
Once the spell is complete, I’ll head back to Sarceline with my report for the Master Mage. ‘Report’ I mean my journal entry.

Ohana Means Family...
((TW: References to Sexual Assault, Abortion, ))
Karrista’s journey from Earlessa Bethloch’s estate to Dalaran Crater was spent deep in thought.  One succubus, other than herself, capable of combat.  Four handmaidens who could slaughter dust bunnies and arrange a closet.  A couple concubines on short partial summons to earn some money.  She had one combat-capable Sayaad to her name.
Bronna. Karrista met her years ago when she was just starting her life as an adventuring warlock.  Acolyte Porena helped her with gathering the materials, and several journals from other warlocks gave her the clue to how to successfully bind the succubus to her.  The two became close, not just friends, but sisters.
She knew all the stories and other experiences warlocks had with succubi.  Bronna and her, with one minor exception, never did anything intimate or sexual.  Bronna protected her, watched out for her, and gave her advice when needed.  It finally hit Karrista at that moment, she had fallen in love with her succubus, and she had left her behind.
As Karrista entered the crater ruins of Dalaran, she decided she wasn’t going to just talk, Bronna was her family, and she needed to fight for her.  She had a great many things to apologize for, letting others come between their bond.
She stepped over the ruined wall of a house.  The settlements that surrounded Dalaran prior to its destruction fared poorly from the elements and arcane surges.  It was the perfect cover for a Warlock and Demon to meet to avoid being detected easily.  With the Harvester in one hand, she used the haft as a walking stick, while she reached out with her physical senses.  She paused as she heard footsteps on stonework nearby.  “Bronna? Is that you?”
Bellanomi’s feather-light footsteps failed to cover her approach.  She brought her quarterstaff around in both hands, ready to defend herself.  “I go by Bella now.  Talk fast, I’ll hear you out.”
Karrista kept her scythe upright at her side.  With a deep breath, she went with simple.  “I want you back at my side Bella, as my succubus, and my sister.”
     “No
”  The raven haired woman spoke crisply, her already sour face turning fully angry.
Karrista looked genuinely surprised at that, taking a step towards her succubus.  “What do you mean no?”  A chill went down her spine, sensing something wrong.
Bella lowered the quarterstaff towards Karrista, pointing it towards her.  “No, I do not like what I am with you, you’re a monster.”  For every step towards her, Bella took a step back away.
“Last I checked, you’re a monster too, a beautiful, fierce, and powerful one.  Not to mention mine.”  Karrista spoke poetically, turning to a possessive hiss at the end.
“Was.  And it cost me everything I wanted.”
Karrista stopped and narrowed her eyes.  “Lain
”  Her voice turned low and angry, at the incubus who shook up their lives.  “He left you didn’t he?  Shattered your heart.”  Her words became cold, bitter.
“I chased him away!”  Bella stepped towards Karrista, readying her quarterstaff for an attack.  “We wanted a child, but he changed his mind, and I didn’t care!”  Her first attack was dodged by Karrista stepping back.  “I tied him down and fucked him until I conceived!”  The second attack met the Harvester’s blade and was knocked aside.  “I let him go and a month later, he attacked me, ran his sword straight through my gut!.”  Bella delivered a sharp jab to Karrista’s lower gut, knocking her back, almost off her feet.  “I did exactly what every other Sayaad does! He was right, we don’t change!”
Karrista raised the scythe and spun it, severing several bushes from the ground and flinging them towards Bella to distract her.  “Because you are a Sayaad, you can’t change what you are, just like I am half-Sayaad.  You think a pretty pink skin and fancy hat will get rid of a million years of gut instinct?”  Karrista’s next attack knocked the quarterstaff to the side.  “You made your choice, and you have to live with the consequences.”
“So I should just give up and serve the Legion?ïżœïżœïżœ  Bella connected with a kick to Karrista’s chest and put some distance between them.
Karrista let one hand gesture towards Bella, the grassy brush becoming animated with fel energy, entangling her feet.  “What banner you serve under has NOTHING to do with what you are!”  She charged and drove an elbow into Bella’s face, knocking her to the ground.  “And if you THINK of serving the Legion, I will devour your soul right now!”
Bella landed, holding her quarterstaff across her chest defensively.  “Maybe I can’t live with the consequences of my actions.”  She braced herself for Karrista’s blow.
“Are you feeling guilty for what you did, or for denying who you are?”  Instead of bringing her scythe down, she used one hand to animate more grass, restraining Bella to the ground.  She kicked the staff away from her and brought the scythe towards Bella’s neck, letting the fel energy arc in tiny sparks from the jagged edge.  “If you won’t tell me, tell yourself
why can’t you sleep at night, why do you have that empty pit in your stomach, why can’t you bear to relax for even a moment.”
Bella let out a frustrated scream, glaring at Karrista.  She thrashed against the grass entangling her for a few moments, but the glare Karrista gave her captured her focus.  She took a quiet breath and shook her head.  “Because
”  She bit her lower lip, unwilling to say it out loud, but freely admitted it to herself.
     “
you are a succubus, a monster, you lust for intensity and consume it like air.  But more importantly
”  Karrista’s eyes took on a bright fel glow and her free hand channeled a summoning spell.  Bright purple energy lancing from her gesturing hand, striking Bella in the chest.  Glowing runes and circles appeared on the ground beneath the pair and dark energy rippled across Bella’s body.
Fine linen robes ripped apart into fibers as the seductive armor was conjured underneath.  Pink skin darkened to an alluring purple shade.  Black hair parted as twin horns erupted from Bella’s scalp.  Grassy tendrils retreated as wings grew from Bella’s back.  Her shoes disintegrated as hooves replaced feet.
Once the spell was complete, Karrista offered a hand down to the stunned succubus.  “
You
belong, to me, my sister.”
Bella brought her hand across and gripped Karrista’s arm, talons digging into flesh as the smaller woman pulled the succubus to her feet.  “Of course Mistress
”  She spoke with a heavy lisp, rusty on talking with demonic fangs.  “I am going to need some time to get back into the swing of things.”
Karrista clipped a chain leash to the ring on Bella’s collar, keeping it slack as she began walking away from Dalaran Crater, towards the east.  “We have all the time in the world my dear.”

Never a Moment’s Rest

With the Elemental armaments safe, the Sapphire Crusade now seek a new challenge. Doctor Lillian Aherys has rejoined the ranks of the reformed order and with her, an old foe of the Crusade returns. Sitiri, a demon who sought to siphon the mysterious energies of the Doctor, has become their focus. More specifically a collection of soul stones the demon witch created to prolong her existence in the mortal realm.
Doctor Aherys pored over maps and journals as she sought out the third of the shards she had collected with Commander Stephenn Anzel on their adventures within the Crusade. She was successful in her search and without a moments hesitation, the Crusade set out to collect the artifact. With the help of Votto and Hadwyn, former warriors of the Oathsworn, the party began their journey.
Jayhle Greywood opened a portal to the area closest to their destination in the snowy mountains of Winterspring, making their travels less bothersome. Once the party set foot on the snowy banks, they prepared for anything they would encounter. The party stumbled upon a circle of four demonic gates, each with a plaque that read in the demonic tongue. Thankfully, Arthur Arkarium had brought with him the Eye of Foresight, A magical relic that helped in translating ancient languages, and was able to read the texts, if only barely. The first gate requested a sacrifice of their power. This was met with a tag-along adventurer who joined the party out of the blue. He set down some sort of overly expensive explosive claiming that there was no power greater. Unfortunately for the group, the arrogant traveler was mistaken and his folly summoned a small rank of Felguards. The group dispatched the enemy quickly, unlocking the gate as the last Felguard fell, then, before moving on, focused their frustrations on the foolish man until he was forced to retreat from the expedition.
The other gates were much of the same, a sacrifice to unlock. One in particular weighed heavily on the group as Doctor Aherys sacrificed the ring her lover gave her before his death. The only remaining symbol of his love for her.
Once all the gates had unlocked, the shard they searched for made itself visible. With a warning from Arthur of mixing the chaotic magics of fel and arcane, Jaylhe used her powers to disenchant the shard into fel-dust, destroying it completely. With the mission successful, The team returned to town, but stood only a moment as Votto heard of a hot spring nearby to which the heroes went to relax their weary bodies. All save Lillian who left feeling the weight of her sacrifice take her heart. Votto and Hadwyn were both welcomed into the Crusade for their efforts.
A few days later, after an unusually gimmicky obstacle course hosted by Gregory Penman and Grifyn Redsteel, Johnathan Pyerstone arrived with news of an exile named Angela Pyerstone, his Wife. Hearing the details, the both of them, along with Auralaith Emberhart and Mahlar Dewfall, followed the distressed husband to find his spouse. A sunken ship, rank of witch naga and a monstrosity later, they found the missing woman in the clutches of a Naga Commander.
Through their best efforts and after killing a giant tentacle beast, they failed in their mission. Grifyn suffering from near drowning, only being saved by his beloved Auralaith as she called upon a questionable source of magic to aid in her rescue. Johnathan also suffered from suffocation, though he was revived by Doctor Dewfall as well as carried through rough waves to safety. Gregory, being the healthiest of the party though without armor as he forwent it to dive into the savage seas to save his friend with no result, kept his sword ready for any stragglers who may have taken the weakened state of the heroes to attack. A crew member of Angela’s opened a portal back to Dalaran where the Doctor and Auralaith worked to restore those injured to stable condition. Being useless to help, Gregory left to rally the Crusade. In his mind, this failure to protect his friends was a failure as a paladin and whatever it took, he would right this wrong.

Felines đŸ± Creatures with a mind that I can never figure out. The resident cats at the vet clinic are really different in terms of personality but they’re all so affectionate in their own ways ❀

24/6 // The Last Day
Last Friday was my last day at the veterinary clinic 😱 I have learnt a lot and had lots of hands on experience (given that I don’t have a pet, this experience has taught me much). I have met people with all sorts of attitudes towards animals as well; with some not too pleasant.
I did up a very simple and short summary of the things I learnt over a period of 5 weeks. There’s definitely more that I haven’t written down, but I will when I have time 😊

21/3 - 27/3 It has been a rather hectic week because I’ve been rushing out a report which constitutes 15% of my final grade and I sacrificed a lot of my sleep time đŸ˜±
Tried out a blue and purple theme this time round (since purple is my favorite colour and blue goes rather well with it 💜💙)
Also, I tried the Pomodoro app and it really helps in keeping track of productivity (And it also tells me how long I have spent on working on that 15% report 😅)
