Day 1 be a better day

When you get woken up in the morning and you want to stay in bed because you just know the day is going to be just as bad as yesterday. You wake up drag yourself out of bed and get ready for work or school and you know that when you get there you see that one persons who makes you feel down about yourself. It could be anyone but you know it will be someone, it happened yesterday and the day before that and the day before that and so on. Every day wake up down go to work/school down get to school/work down come home down just stuck in a dark cycle of despair and nerve’s and pain and loneliness. Have you tried smiling for no reason I do all the time. I feel that if I smile at the bullies and the haters and anyone you doesn’t understand I feel just a bit normal by even pretending to engage you might actually feel less alone.
