Fanfiction Writing / Reading

Hi everyone, I wanted to make a little post on general fanfiction writing and reading etiquette etc for everyone. For reference I've been writing fanfiction since I was 12, I'm now nearing 23 and I've been on tumblr since 2013. There's links to resources for those that would like them.

-> GENERAL ADVICE

Color Coding Dialogue On Tumblr: While using color can create visual contrast in things like titles or description, using it to color code dialogue can cause problems for those who are neurodivergent or vision impaired. For instance, I have trouble reading things where the dialogue for one character is bright in color. This means I miss out and can't read and support many new writers.

Showing support for your writers: I don't think demanding reblogs is an appropriate response. However, as someone who has been here for a long time, it's important. You can show your support by commenting, liking, reblogging (and reblogging with tags gives brownie points). Generally : liking will be lost in a sea of likes over time making it harder for you to find that fic again but shows you thought it was good, reblogging shows you enjoyed the fic enough to share it with those on your blog (you can even have a side blog dedicated to fics) and would like to find it again, reblogging with tags or comments says that you enjoyed it enough to share it, push it higher in the tags and that you had thoughts. This helps motivate writers ! Feel free to send them an anonymous ask if you're shy, expressing that you really enjoyed their work.

Use of italics and bold in works: Italics and bold should be used to indicate stressing or importance of certain words. EX: "no you did it!" vs "no you did it" ! You don't need to italic entire dialogue unless it's in certain situations (flashbacks, memories, whispers, etc)

Plotting & Timing: Plot and timing can be a really useful tool! Understanding what your characters are doing and having the plot move smoothly is important when writing. It prevents gaps and promotes interest. Even some of my works move a little too fast, and it can sometimes cause confusion.

READ, READ, READ: Reading is probably the fastest way to increase and broaden your horizons as an author. It allows you to gain a larger vocabularic range and new metaphors. And it helps you find what could be plot holes and more.

SMUT ; Cum Timing: I've written this before, it can happen but it's unlikely. I'll make a whole post dedicated to.. smut. But for now. Here's some other scenarios and miscellaneous notes: -> bottom cums really early on, then the top cums later -> top cums extremely early on, proceeds with oral on bottom -> top can't get it up (this happens a bit with drugs involved) for a while and gives pleasure to bottom, then stops and gives up on an orgasm

Those are a few of my main, overall tips but I'm going to link you to a bunch of resources, too. I understand more than anyone what it's like being new to this. But one of the biggest pieces advice I'm going to give you is:

Allow your writing to be objectively "bad" at first. It always comes with practice. My first fanfictions I used "~" like it was a goddamn period. It's okay.

In your heavy bleeding au, does Desmond remember his bleeds or does he just black out during the whole process? Also, does he have certain triggers?

to answer, when I draw Desmond with yellow eyes and fainting like a damsel I think in my head its one fo 2 things:

1) he is having such a heavy bleed(hehe pun) his body shuts down and all he can do is to live thru the bleed basically, he would not be able to tell its a bleed even if someone told him it was one(they cant tho since he is stuck in the bleed in his head) so he just has to ride it out. It probobly disorients him quiet a bit once he gets out of it for hrs maybe in some cases days.

2) he is having visions from apple and its such heavy knowledge his human brain kinda goes overheat mode.

In the end you can determine yourself (since its an au nothing is set in stone lol) if he remembers or not but for myself:

he doesnt remember all details, after he is out of the episode he probobly remembers who the bleed was about and some context but not all, but some stuff lingers for few hours sometimes days as mentioned. maybe he finds hard to switch to the language he uses the most or his emotions carry over, like if it was about altair right after he lost his ranks, he feels some petty anger towards Malik he cannot explain but he can figure out it was cocky-altair memories probobly due to context clues. They are probobly like dreams(or nightmares) in a sense where the more he tries to remember the more he forgets about details…

for 2)

He is just not that smart enough (sorry Des ur no Altaïr…)to explain what the apple showed him but he probobly does remember in a sense; if its things like a remedy, a basic invention or instructions that he can learn from a yt video normally he can muscle memory to make em. its more like “how tf did u do that” “uhhh i have no idea” withing a limit lol so he cannot invent phones bc he probobly cant even make a phone in modern day

for his other heavy bleeds where he is not passed out with eyes all gold I think some of the same rules as 1) apply where he doesnt know he is in a bleed, especially if he is bleeding as someone bc at that moment he thinks he is that person, but someone could snap him out of it if they tried (usually if he is bleeding ezio and actual ezio shows up he can make Des snap out of it but its not foolproof) and afterwards he probobly remembers most of it (to his horror) bc he did actively and physically live thru it. Like w the fic where he thinks there are guards after him but its a bleed, after he learns it is he still remembers them and sees them

but again I think the fun part is u can kinda make Des suffer in anyway you want (again…sorry Des…)so no rules are set in stone, so if you dont want him to remember anything after bleeds you are free to do so and ill probobly break these guides aswell lol

for triggers hmm i think anything you want could be a trigger lol but it doesnt have to be “triggered” to happen. I think like that other fic when he first time-travels and lands in Italy or Levant he would most likely have a bleed where he thinks he is someone else sooner or later bc the enviroment shocks him and confuses him (as time travel does) so something that “shocks” him can send him into an episode but he could also be totally fine in another scenerio

in my hc w the fainting ones, they are similar to seizures w how they come and go (I do not get seizures so my research is very limited) so sometimes he can guess it will happen few seconds to min before but he cannot stop them and sometimes it just gets him by suprise, for the ones where he doesnt faint he again has no idea when it will happen and most likely cannot tell it will, those ones are probobly more affected by “triggers” but they dont have to be as I said above

“You’re doing a great job, starlight! Now, you need to unhook the purple wire - HRGHGHHGH.”

Sun’s voice box broke into several waves of undulated static as his limbs locked up. It was only by the good grace of your hand still being in his chassis that you could immediately plug the purple wire back in before the shaking caused you to drop it.

“Sorry!” you said, resting a hand on Sun’s shoulder as his head spun slowly around, reeling from the jolt.

“Whoops! Not to worry, I mixed up my own wires. Won’t know where I put my feet next,” he said with a laugh. You quietly looked down at his legs, dangling off the side of the table, then his feet which had been neatly put to the side on a chair. Sun followed your gaze, then swivelled back to you with another, albeit weaker, laugh. 

“Right, let’s do green wire next,” he prompted. You unhooked the wire as told, rooting further in as Sun casually explained the how-to for this particular fix. The fact that he and Moon could in fact tell you how to fix their own animatronic bodies was a god-send - you didn’t want to risk Fazbear’s fury by trying to secretly download blueprints from legitimate or illegitimate websites. Instead you'd rely on the Daycare Attendant's instructions, even if sometimes those instructions would get mixed up.

You were far too aware though of the consistent ache that was running through your wrist, rising and rising in steady waves as the clock ticked by.

“Ah! Stretch break,” Sun said, all chipper and calm. Sitting back, you huffed and began to stretch your wrists, only for a much more intense bolt of pain to sink its teeth into the joint. As you scrunched your face up, hissing from the pain, Sun made a concerned humming noise.

“I think you’ve gone and overworked yourself, starlight,” he said.

“I need to finish your-”

“You’ve done enough, and it can be picked up tomorrow.” Sun’s head shifted, glancing up past your shoulder. “Besides, I think your caretaker would have some words if you didn’t stop now.”

Gentle claws wrapped themselves around you, a pair on your shoulder, one cradling your arm and another supporting the back of your wrist. Eclipse’s face nuzzled into the top of your head, his torso against your back, as they let out a low discomforted rumble.

“Rest,” he grumbled.

“Fine,” you replied. Settling back into his arms, you reached out with your free and less-in-pain hand and turned off the main light. To your surprise, Sun’s rays rolled around and retracted, and Moon picked up his hat from the side. 

“...I genuinely didn’t realise I’d gone that long,” you said softly. 

“We wanted it over and done,” Moon commented, reaching for one of his feet. “And failed to monitor your joints in the process. Go rest your hands and sleep, if necessary we’ll have Eclipse continue tomorrow.”

Your next words of agreement were interrupted by Eclipse lifting you up into his arms. Not a favourite move, as much as it was your favourite place. His impatience in the late hours would not be argued with. Carried out the workshop, you found yourself moved to the sofa, a spot that your nights more and more frequently were found passing by. 

“His feet-”

“Can be put on by himself,” Eclipse muttered, sinking down onto the sofa. “They’re not a child who needs their shoelaces done up.” Their hands were all in motion now, settling you into a comfortable spot, pulling a blanket up to your shoulders, beginning to wrap your wrist brace around the pained joint. It left you with the freedom to reach down and check your knee braces, making sure they weren’t coming loose after an afternoon and evening of wandering around your workshop while you fixed up Sun.

Your knee braces seemed to be all well and set. There was a dull ache there too, but what other day didn’t pass by without an ache from one of your joints. At least you hadn’t exerted yourself too thoroughly, that could easily have put you on bed rest for another day. Even though Moon had suggested Eclipse continue the fixes for him and Sun the next day, that wasn’t always the best case with the whole size difference and Eclipse’s finesse skills when manipulating wires or screwdrivers. You’d much rather do that yourself and potentially be wiped for the afternoon instead of having to deal with a small electrical fire or arguing spat. 

Once again, you wished that Montague did actually have opposable thumbs.

Moon ambled in through to the kitchen, murmuring a greeting to the sleepy grimm by the front door. Stiff feet joints aside, he seemed fairly slow and sluggish, but it was fairly standard fare after a couple days of high battery usage. You’d need to ask Sun to recharge tomorrow to allow Moon more energy, as much as you were certain the two AIs had no doubt already had a similar discussion in their headspace. 

“Could you grab some painkillers while you’re there?” you asked Moon, watching him fill up a glass of water.

“Already on it, starlight,” he said, raising up the glass before rifling through a drawer for your medicine. You took the gifts of water and painkiller with a grateful smile, watching as Moon shuffled over to sit by Montague before downing both.

As you set the empty water glass aside, the sofa promptly unfolded underneath you, almost leaving you to fall backwards if not for the arm that propped you up.

“You did that on purpose,” you said, giving Eclipse a squint. His response was a cheeky smile, all tease and teeth, as he nestled up his limbs in the space around you.

There was very little else for you to do other than to lean back into the nest of feathers, warmth and low mechanical ticking, and wait for the painkillers to take effect or fall asleep, whichever came first. You lifted your legs into the most comfortable position for your knees, and felt Eclipse shift his thighs in turn in order to maximise the support and comfort, a soft curve that radiated a gentle heat for you. Turning in towards them, you nestled your forehead to the curve of Eclipse’s neck.

Their purr rumbled deep through you, turning any remaining stiffness stuck inside your muscles into jelly. Closing your eyes, you let your senses turn just to touch. The ebb and flow of aches that rolled through your joints on a regular basis, still rolling around even now despite the braces and rest, although the points of contact against Eclipse were soothing under the warmth.

Curling up next to Eclipse was like cuddling with a large heating pad, and your body praised this.

Your eyes blinked open as you felt their hand start to move over you, tracing lines up your arm to your chin. A careful claw tip brushed over your cheek, and then down to your neck. His finger pads pressed light against the skin, and your own pulse echoed off the pressure. Despite the vulnerability, you still found yourself melting into it, smiling gently as Eclipse ran his finger along the vein.

“Having fun there?” you murmured.

“Alive,” Eclipse whispered back. “Living. Thriving.” He hummed happily, pressing up closer to nuzzle at your forehead. “Safe.”

Chuckling at the tickling feathers, you reached your own hand up to his neck, past the leather frill. But though you tried to press your fingers past the lay of feathers, you couldn’t find the matching pulse to your own. Clearly seeing the look of frustration on your face, Eclipse laughed softly, picking your hand away and bringing it down to the centre of his chest.

Instead of a regular heart’s pulse, you felt the soft tick and whirr of machinery, running soft and secure like clockwork. Eclipse’s fingers rubbed over your wrist brace, gently supporting your arm so your palm could stay splayed over their torso.

“Alive,” you said, smiling back up at him.

“Safe,” he agreed, once more nuzzling at your head. “Resting.” Soothing scritches ran across the back of your head, drawing your fatigue further to the surface of your mind. You wouldn’t continue to argue with such persuasive tactics. You closed your eyes once more, comfortable in his embrace, your hearts beating in tandem.

(this is in the context of a general post-leaving the construct AU where the world is relatively modern)

I feel like Hero would get into carving. He really likes the movement of knife to wood, finds it relaxing, and likes getting to see a simple piece of wood slowly transform into a recognizable shape. Maybe not all that recognizable, at first, but he’s still getting the joy of creation! I think he’d especially enjoy carving all kinds of animals. He never saw any animals before, and now not only does he get to see them, he can try to replicate their shape! (I specifically made him take a carving knife in that crows cabin on my fic cuz of that; he took it for Hunted, at first, but Hunted will let him keep it after seeing how much he enjoys carving)

Contrarian would try out all kinds of things once outside, that’s for sure. They’d go bowling, try rollerblading, juggling, magic tricks, and just all kinds of stunts just to see what it’s like (Cold often tags along too, those two are a dynamic duo to me). As for what sticks, though, I think they’d really take to spray painting and performative dancing. I also hc them as really athletic and flexible, despite not having much in terms of physical strength, so I can also seem them taking gymnastics classes then dropping it once they get bored and trying something else.

As for both you say? OwO

Hero frequently goes along with whatever Contrarian’s into atm (it gives him a chance to try new things, and more time with Contrarian! win-win!), and even ends up taking to some of the things they try. I can see him really enjoying bowling too, actually. And everytime Contrarian sees some animal-themed object (mugs, toys, other wooden carvings, etc) he takes a photo to send it/show it to Hero. Hero has a whole collection of animal-themed mugs that are all a gift from Contra. Contra also keeps all of Hero’s carvings on a display shelf; Hero asked them to at least pu away his very first ones, but Contrarian insists it’s important for an artist to display all their stepping stones with pride (also, it kinda looks like a penis, and they find that hilarious).

20. Kissing in a stairwell, giving them an artificial height difference.

Satoru whistles your name.

You pause before stepping onto the first stair, hand on the railing as you whirl around to face him.

"What do you want now?"

He pouts and for a moment, you think you've actually wounded him, so you try to soften it, "I'm in a hurry, is all."

"Just wanted to make sure we were still on for lunch today." Satoru says, coming to stand just in front of you, perhaps a little too close, "since you're so busy."

You huff a little, feeling harried, a little frazzled now that he's so close. He's always so close now.

You take a tentative step back, onto the first stair, rising onto it.

He's still taller than you.

"Yes, still on for lunch." You respond, more hushed than him, glancing around to be sure no other ears were around to hear that—no other students, specifically. The last thing you'd need is your students knowing you and Satoru have officially started—

"No one's around," he assures you and his lips hitch upwards in the corner, a little crooked. His voice lilts, pretty, and tempting.

"Don't get any smart ideas." You say as he leans further into your space. You pop up onto the next step to get away from him.

Now you're eye to eye.

Well, eye to blindfold.

And for a moment, you want to reach up and tug it off him, you want to pull it free from his face to really see his eyes. (He'd let you, you think.)

"You'd consider making out in a lone staircase a smart idea?" He asks.

"Satoru!" You hiss and this time, when you back up onto the next stair, you're officially taller than him.

He tilts his head up and his smile is handsome and roguish, much to your utter dismay.

"Kiss me?" He murmurs sweetly.

"We're in public—our students—"

"No one's around," he assures again, softer this time.

His hand comes up to your waist, broad palm warm, fingers curling around the bend of your body. You steady yourself with a hand to his shoulder, then the other.

You don't know how he always manages to lure you in, but suddenly you're leaning down a little, and he's canting up to you. Slanting his lips beneath yours like an offering.

You take.

Hello, thanks for the ask! I'm glad to answer some answers for my snake kid~ Here we go!

1. Do they love Christmas? Hate it? Is there a particular reason for it?

It's not her fave holiday for sure. Not particularly because of what you do in it but because of when it is. As a half-snake and having Kula with her, the cold is really harsh on them. And her mom, being a full snake beastwoman has it really rough too. So for her whole life, Christmas to her has meant staying at home with her family, warm next to the fire and with lots of blankets and being quite lethargic most of the time. Only her dad (the only human) is more active and is the one preparing everything and taking care of them usually. Akshaya can move around and all normally, but it's much more difficult for her than during warmer times.

They do exchange gifts every year and it comes with a lot of family bonding time, so it does bring good memories for her, so she somewhat likes it, anyway.

6. How are they when receiving gifts? Do they really value handmade gifts? Do they like surprises?

She'd go really quiet and probably even cry a little bit if someone surprises her with a Christmas gift (or on any other ocassion, really). She's only ever received gifts from her family, which were not a surprise. She never had close friends before, so to have someone care enough about her to give her a gift, she'd be moved beyond words.

She'd love just store bought things (someone though of her enough to buy her a present!!) and she'll definitely appreciate those. But with handmade gifts and all the effort behind them, she'd treasure them forever. And her love/appreciation for said person would go way up from it. If it's some kind of accessory, she'd definitely wear it everyday for a LONG time (she'll cry if it breaks or she loses it).

Also, not in the question itself, but expect her to return the gift 10 times over~

Some stuff from The Bells In The Bay Have Rung.

Bumblebee finally gets Twitch and Thrash to like him. All it took was finding some old plushies (one SpongeBob while the other is Sonic) then have them repaired for the Sparklings. The heartfelt gift did the trick cause he got to watch cartoons with the little bitlets.

Rung got through to the remainder of Decepticons currently on Earth as Brawl, Shockwave and Bonecrusher were the last ones. He had to clean up Blackout/Scorponok's mess after finding out what happened in Qatar. Retrieval of the torn off tail, see if any soldiers' bodies were missed so they can be sent back for a proper funeral, and send some cash alongside materials for the villagers caught in the crossfire.(Goods were stolen from Sector 7)

Man already got to make plans on freeing Megatron. An attack against Earth's military just added unnecessary complications. Rung already gonna have to drag Megs by the servo as he's probably still peeved about being frozen by squishy organics. Every single one of them need to take a chill pill.

Softimus Prime as he likes babysitting Twitch and Thrash the most out of everyone. Its been a long time since any newsparks were made thanks to the war. He doesn't mind watching cartoons or getting dragged into finger painting by Twitch and Thrash. If Optimus wakes up with a sudden childlike paint job, then he isn't washing it off for awhile.

Although Optimus doesn't remember Sparklings being so colorful and have thicker frames. Maybe Ratchet will know more as even though Rung is clearly their sire, Prime feels something else has been involved. The therapist hasn't mentioned a sparkmate at all.

Soundwave casually investigating the mystery behind Rung's peculiar forgettable nature. It took awhile to find the strange data latched on the bot as the thing purposely hid from him. Soundwave sent a sample over to Shockwave since this is the most interesting thing so far that hadn't been trample by the war.

7. Is there a piece of clothing you think [character] is particularly fond of/that you imagine them wearing a lot or like to draw them in?

OMG you started on a nice one ty friend <3 as you well know I love coats,,,so much,,,fabric go swish. So one thing for me is Salieri wearing his first ascension coat even in second ascension BECAUSE HE SHOULD HAVE COAT. COAT GOOD. Also other people wearing each other's coats,,,Salieri wearing Mozart's, Mozart wearing Salieri's.

The avenger agenda trio of Jalter, Dantes, and Salieri all wearing each others. Everyone putting their coats on Lobo because he's the goodest boy.

BUT ALSO ever since I found out about hanakihan's ruler!Salieri oh my GOD I have been FERAL I mean LOOK AT HIM I want this actually in game IMMEDIATELY he looks AMAZING and I would kill for a gentle, beloved Ruler Salieri TwT

[This also continues outside of Fate, like with my favorite character ever Nick Valentine, forever thinking of him offering his coat to the Sole Survivor because he's such an old school gentleman.]

12. What's the funniest or craziest AU idea you've ever come up with?

OKAY since I already mentioned the teaching AU [which yes did start with one Mozart/Salieri fic], this time I'll talk about the Alter Ego Salieri AU!

So this is really self indulgent and proooobably not really lore compliant but this is fanfiction so it doesn't matter! :D So basically it starts with the end of lostbelt 1, with Mozart in Salieri's head As He Does, but when the lostbelt closes and everyone is unsummoned, he's really terrified Salieri won't be brought through so he just fuckin digs his teeth in and refuses to be evicted from Salieri's body.

Cut to Salieri being summoned in Chaldea and realizing something's Not Right and then realizing the Not Right is OOPS AMADEUS STAYED.

From there the reason why i love it so much is they are really tempered by their love for each other. The Man in Grey wasn't able to reestablish within Salieri's spirit origin, which should have rendered him nonexistant, but Mozart Knows him, knows him in life and in death, and so this Salieri is far closer to how he was in life. This is actually why I decided on an Alter Ego, since this Salieri is an aspect split from the Avenger recorded in the throne of heroes, and because he was held together by Mozart's desire to see his friend whole again. And on the flip side, after realizing Mozart has to live in his mind, now, Salieri actually gets therapy and starts taking care of himself so that Mozart can flourish too. Especially since he doesn't want any lingering selfhatred or hatred for Mozart left over from the Man in Grey to send Mozart spiraling.

It's ALSO really fun because this Salieri is really chill and kind, and so Chaldea's existing Mozart reaches out to him to rekindle their friendship [and possibly more] and the Mozart in Salieri's mind goes FERAL because um WHO??? THE FUCK ARE YOU???????? YEAH YOU'RE ME BUT GET YOUR OWN. So the first time Chaldea Mozart tries to probe about a relationship, the Mozart in Salieri's head is like "you know what the Man in Grey was right let's~ kill him~~ <3 and Salieri just waves it off and works on helping him work through it because no one else could be for him but his own, of course.

Also they're stupidly OP together because it's my AU and I say so <3 the NP is either ST or AOE, I haven't decided yet, but it's a chorus so divine it sounds like death as a mixture of both, and Mozart appears from Salieri's cloak for it <3 and in the NP animation Mozart has his mask from his final ascension but it's shot through with red, black, and gold, and overall his outfit palette is much darker because Salieri's coat.

First ascension is a lot like Salieri's canon second ascension, just with the coat from his first plus some more white accents. Second ascension the coat gets more detailed, more dashes of white and gold lace through his overall design, and he gains a fiery aura,,,ring,,,thing behind him, like the one Mozart has in his final ascension but with a little more flame, and he has Mozart's weird...angel things. And then final ascension Mozart actually manifests kinda like how Orochi does with Ryouma, hanging around and wrapped around Salieri's shoulders like the world's most annoying scarf. Salieri has a lot more white, gold, and some purple, whereas Mozart retains a lot of black and red in this ascension.

One more detail with them is Salieri changes his appearance in terms of like...energy and vitality as well, looking haunted and worn still in first ascension, healthier in the second, and then fully revitalized in the third. Mozart, as a counterpoint, retains an air of frailty around him in their third ascension, not to imply that Salieri is stealing his lifeforce but to show that the Russian lostbelt took its toll and some scars, some trauma you never fully heal from. Salieri worries over him ENDLESSLY, can often be seen gently pushing him to the kitchens to cook him a meal or to their quarters to get him to rest. Mozart complains Loudly about this, but fondly.

Actual thoughts with outfit and detail aren't fully finalized, I'll post them when I have them ;w; same for skills and the like.

13. What's a character or ship you haven't written/drawn yet but would like to some day?

Hmmm this one's a hard one because I have a million fic ideas in my head, but so many of them refuse to come out, or I feel intimidated or worried that my writing won't be good enough for them orz

BUT a big one for me is I really wanna write Jalter/Boudica, pooooossibly ending in Boudica's class changing to avenger?? BUT the reason I really want to write this ship is I HATE HATE HATE what typemoon did with Boudica and her lore and I just. I want someone to show her it's okay to be angry, that it's okay to hate, and Jalter would be so perfect for it. For breaking her out of the "everyone's big sister" Boudica shape. I have a tiny bit? Of this written up? But I don't like most of it, they're both really hard characters to pin down for me.

Jalter in general is hard for me to write because she has so many layers and she changes so much throughout the FGO story, but honestly the harder part of this is Boudica. Because to really fully grasp what I have to do I would need to reread Septem and her interlude and they did her...so so dirty. I can read actual history fine and work with that but typemoon just. Made choices with Boudica and I haven't been able to bring myself to reread her stuff in preparation.

I also have a ton of fionn/diar wips in my docs but it's hard to work on them,,,they aren't RIGHT

14. Is there a character or ship you were so sure you would never write/draw but now you've changed your mind?

Yeah so when I first got into fate it was because of YOU, WOLFIE, and I got really attached to Diarmuid pretty fast. And then I got to the North American singularity and Fionn was SUCH AN ASSHOLE TO HIM and I just hated Fionn on instinct ngl. But then I was looking up...either just Diarmuid or something else, and I stumbled on teatitty's blog and all of their fate posting changed E V E R Y T H I N G

Because, like most servants, typemoon only really grabbed a piece of Fionn, but by reading through her fate blogging and her sharing from extensive celtic mythology knowledge, I learned that the real Fionn and Diarmuid's relationship was. Very different, and that the pursuit was much later than most of the Fenian cycle, and wildly out of character for Fionn from mythos.

So after that I DEVOURED all of Tea's fate content and they got me hooked real bad on fionndiar [and other ships], and I have tentatively written some out but I just don't think they're good enough to share sdzfxcgv but yeah went from a NOtp to an Otp real quick w that one XD though I am a multishipper at heart so I do have other Diarmuid ships,,,and Fionn with his various wives,,,and snakecharmer [fionn/quetz/yan]because Tea again,,,,

So I think I did this wrong sdfxcgvh but when I typed Salieri the next word was just 'is' XD So I kept hitting words until I got a sentence and got:

Salieri is the best way to get the best of the world.

I kept going too but it got weirder [added on 'to be in the same room as the first time in the past and i think it was a good idea'] SO. I DO AGREE HE'S THE BEST WAY TO GET THE BEST IF THE BEST IS ANGST BECAUSE THIS MAN CANNOT CATCH A BREAK

23. Has your favourite character/ship changed over time?

I guess I kinda answered this in 14 already hmm. But honestly I've been a multishipper all my life, so not really? Every ship that my silly little brain latches onto is loved equally uwu it's just that Salieri has the brain in his grasp rn XD
