Feeder tip #1: Grazing
If you want your feedee to truly blow up and that wonderful accidental level of blow up you need to encourage grazing. Casual grazing is the best. If you can populate their environment with snacks like chips, crackers, cookies, fruit snacks or whatever they love that you could casually snack on is central. The less filling and more addictive with lots of calories taken in with the least effort. Set out bowls of treats or put the actual bags of treats out. Normalize them eating between meals. Respond to their requests quickly and the least intrusive to their activities. Make it like grabbing them a water or drink while thirsty. Embrace their whims and grab them whatever they want so those easy to absorb treats add up. Combine this with buying bulk and rotate with sales through their desires. Normalize eating entire containers once or twice a week by this process. Reward and praise them and encourage them to leave you trophies of what they ate. Shape this to be sweet or dark based on their fantasies but remember encourage mindless self-indulgent behavior around this. It can be a quiet kink moment too to leave them a bag or box of treats. You can make it romantic too and loving by making sure they have treat options at all times. Remember though keep it super easy for them and get them used to not even having to get up for it even. Let them just relax their way into total obesity and laziness. You can use it for sweet praise about what a good [pet name] been and get them proud. If your dynamic is teasing you can taunt them for killing another bag of chips this week. It can be saved up for humiliation if your dynamic is evil like that. Nothing like springing on them you’ve been tallying the calories or bags they’ve consumed right as they’re on the edge of orgasm or to excite them while in an active stuffing session (you already ate a party sized Oreos you can do this!) Grazing is so adaptable and can be whatever you need it to be but it’s central to actual weight gain. So be kind to your feedee and free range then with treats.

💗Nutritional ways to help gain weight💗
These tips are definitely for the feedees who may not be into unhealthy weight or death feederism! Please do not take this as bashing any sort of denomination of feederism, this is simply here to educate someone who wants to take a different approach to gaining weight❤️
Also, I am not a health professional, this is simply research I’ve done on my own time. Sources will be below👇
Fill up on protein!
Having a large amount of protein and not doing a lot of physical activity can help promote weight gain! This happens because the protein that wasn’t used for physical activity gets turned into glucose, which turns into fat
Portions
While gaining it is always important to eat lots (of course), but especially when you are eating less calorie dense food!
Sumo wrestlers eat plenty of nutritious foods, but their secret is to of course is to fill up on it all!
Indulge in weight gain shakes!
Using bulking powders in your weight gain shakes is a definite way to pack on those calories! Like protein powder, it can either cause muscle gain or fat gain depending on how you use it. Not doing much physical activity can cause weight gain if you’re using bulking/weight gain shakes!
Typically, you’d probably add a dairy product like ice cream, or heavy cream to your shakes, which is completely fine to do! But do keep in mind that there are lots of cholesterol in high fat dairy products, which may or may not be what you want on your journey. A good alternative would be coconut cream, and coconut milk, as they are high in calories, and low in both trans fats, and cholesterol!
Another tip is to use your weight gain powder in things like smoothies, or even baking!
Fats!
Fats are definitely an important part in weight gain, and there are many nutritious ways to get fats in you! For example, nuts, oils (such as avocado oil, and olive oil, fatty fish, high fat yogurt, avocados, and eggs! Another thing you can use is animal fats such as duck fat which isn’t very high in trans fats and cholesterol!

I eat a lot already but I’ve been really wanting to tip the scale and try out some cake shakes to see the effect it has on me. 🤭 My boyfriend is also my feeder and he does amazing at keeping me fed but I wanted to try these shakes, needless to say he was thrilled and stuffed me even more than usual this weekend, along with the shakes!!
AND WOW, after having two a day since Friday, I have never felt so bloated and stuffed. I woke up today while my bf was getting ready for work and I still felt like a complete blimp from the night before.
He made sure to remind me to have a shake with breakfast today as well..as if I could forget. 🥵

Made fun little cucumber blueberry snacks to go with my guinea pigs' brunch today! :D I still have a habit of making 9 or 10 of things, but I have 8 piggies rn :]! I got a few cute pics to share below :D!
My girlie Slurpee loves both blueberries and cucumbers, but she has more of a sweettooth- so I'm not surprised she ate her berry first hehe >:]
Then there's pigs like my boy Beelzebub here- he loves berries! He just gets distracted very easily and was more curious about the crunch from his cucumber :]
Sippee needed help with hers, she got bored with her cucumber before she could reach her favorite part- the berry! She left the snack right by her sister's butt :[
She figured it out once I put the berry under her nose :]
I wasn't able to grab pictures of the others, mainly because they sometimes like to hold it right under their chins or they just didn't want their snack as much! I love my piggies :']

Feeder tip # 2: Encourage Comfort pt 1
So we covered grazing as a very central skill to train your feedee in but the next one is complex and simple get them comfortable. Indulgence and getting fat is not something most people know how to be comfortable with. Neither is being sedentary or lazy. Helping your feedee feel comfortable is essential more so if they’re already fat or been fat in the past. First of all is the physical settings and places you take them. Make sure walkways are wide enough, chairs are big enough, theirs enough space between tables, etc. Be ready to correct that waiter that tries to take you to that cramped booth. Call ahead about seating and accommodations. Fat based humiliation is great if consensual and such but a meal in a tight booth or your place doesn’t have comfortable seating for them just hurts. Be considerate of your feedee’s needs especially if you’re not fat or not super fat. That’s physical comfort but also you need to cover the mental comfort too. Make sure to be doting and affectionate in public (based on their boundaries of course) and make it clear they’re your date/partner. Like nothing turns off a fatty in dating in general if you’re too cowardly to admit you’re into them. As a fat person myself I got say this is a huge turn off. Back to the positives, like love on them or hold them like anyone else does. Hold them like they’re an object of joy affection and sexual desire like anyone else. Make it clear you like them fat and aren’t scared to admit it. If you are and can’t do this go work on yourself and soul search until you can because you’ll just fuck up some poor fatty. Again grab and rub them if they enjoy this in public. Fat rolls and curves have wonderful areas you can do this at covertly too if public is not the turn on for you or them. Be ready for looks and rude people. Honestly you’ll need to turn that part into a game or point of pride. Make it fun for your feedee to dress up in whatever they want and people can be upset. Don’t worry reassure them to dress sexy or skimpy if they aren’t ready or don’t want to but make it clear that you support them to do so. There’s something hard to put in words for fat liberation when out in public with crop tops or bared midriff as a fat person in public or sheer materials or bared flesh or snug clothes. Being your hit fat self and being desired and treated as such will make it easier. Make being fat comfortable like your feedee wants and needs. Encourage indulgence by letting them ordered ridiculous meals, multiple desserts and things to go if they need a break but want more. Let them eat off your plate if they like and give them leftovers. Break petty social restrictions like that around their appetites. Praise them or tease them whichever eats them going. Make their display of gluttony a delight they’ll enjoy without thought (if you did your leg work they’ll be physically comfortable already.) Pay attention to them and spoil their every whim until they take it almost for granted (not rudely so but more so they are uninhibited). Once they know you’re safe you can enact your shared fantasy whatever it is. Softer or darker your shared desires the only limit outside of agreed boundaries. Speaking of this should be navigated before during and after like any other kink so look up consent in kink. This part requires the ability to improvise and change tracks. Darker might not be as appealing as the start of the date or maybe they need space between eating. Aftercare can be important too which often means tummy rubs and possible naps. Sometimes before sexy time too as all that food takes a lot of time to digest and truly distended bellies get too tender. Focus on their needs and you will get better results for both of you. Comfort and trust leads to more possibilities too. I realized this took a date or out in the world feel to it. I think a part 2 on comfort at home or in private is needed too.

Just a reminder to feedees: to know your real weight, how fat you ACTUALLY are, you have to weight yourselves in the morning, after going to the bathroom, with nothing in your stomach (even water)
If the number satisfies you, good! If not, eat more so the next morning you'll be heavier ;)
(Tip: eating 3500 calories is really easy, and it makes you gain 1lb of real fat)

one thing I started doing that really helped me with body image & gaining motivation is filming myself while eating. I usually use my laptop camera for that so I can watch my fat belly while working on making it even bigger 🤤
it really made me feel so much more comfortable in my growing body, getting used to watching myself grow, defying others expectations of what I would eat or how I should look like...
