Ran into an issue with my vampire smut turned murder mystery esque multi chaptered fic and I need feedback 🙃

I wanted to make Yuuji a reporter but I'm not convinced the golden retriever himbo would ask the hard hitting questions the way I had planned out. No hate, I love him so much, I just don't want it to become a case of "he wouldn't fucking say that" or having him be so OOC that it defeats the whole purpose.

Hey guys, I've got some genuine questions for the furry community to help a client and I'm hoping y'all can get this where it needs to go

So a teenage client disclosed to me that they consider themselves a therian or not entirely human. I asked them if there is a particular animal or being that they identify with, and they said wolves.

As someone who isn't a part of this community, I'm hoping y'all can point me towards some resources. Particularly for common terminology (I didn't know what a therian was until they explained) and any considerations I should make to ensure they know that they are welcome and accepted with me. Also open to learning about misconceptions and anything else you wish your therapist would know ahead of time :)

FEEDBACK REQUESTED: Racism Towards Animatronics in My FNaF AU

I’m thinking of some concepts for my AU, and since I’m watching a Belief It Or Not video on racism, a thought popped into my head and I’m now wondering:

Would the animatronics in my AU be able to experience racism? If so, what kind? If not, why not?

My main line of thought when it comes to this comes from the ever-so-raging debate on whether or not white people are able to experience such, and I’m applying the questions being asked from my knowledge to the animatronics in the AU. Given that in my AU, most animatronics are sentient to the point where they’re widely and even legally considered to be people, there’s a lot I have to consider when doing this thought experiment, and a lot I have to account for, such as:

-What kind of systemic power would they have, if any?

-What kind of discrimination would they face, if any, despite or even according to legal rulings in some cases?

-Is there any kind of history of discrimination with the explicit public knowledge of their sentience? Would there be any moral panics around them that would lead to discrimination against them?

-In the context of discrimination, would it be split into individual and systemic categories, or would it be in more than just that?

-Are there certain areas they have to flat out avoid for their personal safety?

-With certain high-risk states like Florida and Utah in the AU, how would they handle that? Are the animatronics within those states in any sort of danger?

-Since they only really started to actually exist somewhere in the 50s and sentience became a major thing in the 90s and 2000s, what would the implications of that be?

-Do I have a good reason to be touching on racism and discrimination against animatronics?

These are mostly questions that I proposed to try and add a bit more depth to my AU, and I would like some feedback and input on the broader subject so I know what to keep, what to improve, what to toss out, if I need to toss the entire concept out, etc,. This IS a Five Nights at Freddy’s AU, so of course the end result is gonna be outlandish either way. Regardless, I hope that I’m able to get feeback.

Also, why isn't obesity here? Including to massive health issues and risks does it lead to breathing problems, blood clotting, heart diseases, chronic pain, and more. I'm not saying big people are gross, lazy, or all about food. But pretending that it's not a problem is a problem in itself. Talking from personal experience. Yes, some use "obese" as an insult, but some use "autistic" and "albino" as insults too (to the point some book banners want the latter to be censored where I live, yup 😞) so I don't see why we should empower them by letting them do that.

On the topic of obesity, I don't really know if I'd accepted it since BMI and other measure used to define someone as obese are inconsistent or discredited. I'll do a poll on it sometime

How would you improve this illustration?

After cancelling my Adobe subscription I turned to Affinity Designer. I've been using photoshop and illustrator since 20 years 👵🏻 so it's not easy to loose my habits and learn some new ones. I did this little guy in just one evening to try my hand at drawing on Affinity. And I mean, literally my hand because I lost my tabled adapter so I did this on touchpad only 😅 It's quite simple but I'm curious about your feedback on it.

i’ve taken it upon myself to replicate liminal spaces and or backrooms locations through art. Just as a way to experiment with lighting, shading, and how certain materials reflect light (especially water.)

Some parts are a little bit choppy for example the water split on the right side of the screen where it has 0 depth. a must work. Another thing is tiles. Maybe it needs a possible revise? Everything seems to be fine to my account.. maybe the light should be more defined. On the other hand for my very first time trying something like this- I think I did good.

(Disclaimer: I’m a young artist who’s teaching themselves how to do art- maybe soon even rendering? Im not a professional artist and feedback is suggested)

Hey all! So related to May being a month that’s going to be dedicated to updating Patreon stuff, I’m starting early in terms of asking for feedback! May will be dedicated to updating stuff like visuals and FAQs and the like that needs a touch up, but any feedback requests like this will involve plans that I’ll put in place no earlier than September 2023!

Feedback will be open to ALL - not just Patrons!

The first thing I’m asking for feedback on is Comic Posting Frequency, since - frankly - comics take a lot of time and effort for little income gain. Gotta pay those bills, so I’m tryin to figure out a good balance to lessen the comic workload while also not quitting cold turkey!
