You ever feel like certain FE archetypes are weirdly gatekept?

I was reading on both the fandom wiki (which is garbage for other reasons but I go back to it as a guilty pleasure) and on TV tropes about archetypes and certain sections are like “well X character isn’t actually this archetype because they don’t fit into these hyper exact specifications blah blah blah”

I think these things are more surface level than some in the community think they are, and are mostly for fun recurring elements that don’t need to be overcomplicated haha
