These are a size 12 jeans, yes they have a little stretch and they don't fit perfect yet, but from a size 18/20 to a 12 in jeans blows my mind. I still wear a 15/16 just so I don't feel huge but hey. Vegan

So I finally found the time yesterday night to do some vegan groceries 😻😻🎊🎉 YASSSS and now I am planning some vegan recipes to know what i will eat for the next 30 days!! I am doing it slowly but surely! Now everything is about : Making It An Habit.

Just like drinking almond milk instead of cow milk is an habit for me now. It took me weeks for it to be 100% a new good habit and now i wouldn’t drink cow milk for like idk just not ever again. Same with eggs and cheese they are not present in my everyday meals and I realized that I don’t need/want them so I took them off too.

And that all for now i guess. I am taking off meat/chicken/fish and all that stuff slowly but I’ve been working on it for the past few days and yeah by October 1 I’ll be 100% vegan!!

The left was from our Indian summer back in September when I first started my job. Right is from today. As far as I know I'm down 80lbs since surgery, I still wear my old clothes so I'm not too sure what my sizes are but, I see a difference in how things fit and that's just awesome being 3 months out from surgery. I'm really regretting having surgery lately, I'm only 2.5/3 months out and I'm constantly miserable, I can't drink protein Shakes without wanting to vomit, I can't drink/eat ANYTHING with dairy. I can't drink anything without my stomach hurting, my meds fill me up for the entire day to where I can't eat anything else. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, my doctors can no longer see me because I'm still in the process of switching my insurance. I am constantly light headed and tired. I never really FEEL hunger anymore. I have went days without eating more than once because nothing is satisfying and nothing wants to stay down, I've tried different foods, I've tried smoothies, I've tried shakes and went back to all liquids. The smell of my favorite foods nauseates me. Half the time the only thing I can keep down is ice. I want to do this right I want to force myself to drink the shakes but I cannot stand the foamy throw up feeling. Yes I'm losing weight but I feel so unhealthy and miserable that I wonder if it was even worth getting the surgery. Looks don't mean much to me, not like I really see a difference in myself, but the pain I'm always feeling is so not worth it. I just want to be able to eat without getting sick.
