↳ requested by @sable9639: Could I get Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu comforting an insecure reader, like they tend to overthink and that leads them being insecure about everything? You don't have to of course! But thank you if you choose to do this ! tetsutetsu tetsutetsu x fem reader wc: 2k a/n: I finally got to this request!! this was submitted back at my old blog, but I couldn't pass up on writing for tetsutetsu. and i may have gone a teensy bit overboard on this one, but I have a soft spot for tetsutetsu anyway, so

you loved being a hero. well, training to be a professional one, at least. and you knew the side conditions that came with it. the unpredictable villain run-ins, being included in professional missions that involved your mentors, and of course, the opinions of onlookers. no matter how long you've been a student at UA high, you could never get used to the last one.

it couldn't be helped. after an encounter with a villain, there would be cameras, news reporters, and civilians surrounding the whole area after you and your team successfully apprehended the culprit. most of the eyes that were looking at you would be filled with joy, happy that you heroes saved lives once again. despite the majority of the people looking at you with joy, you never fail to notice those that were frowning your way. you wanted to think that they don't mean to look so spiteful, but them glaring daggers at you told you otherwise. the argument in your thoughts went on for who knows how long, until fatgum tapped you on the shoulder, bringing you back to reality.

it didn't help that every time you walked through the halls of your school you wouldn't fail to notice a student side-eyeing you while quietly whispering to whoever was beside them. you tried convincing yourself that they were discussing a topic that wasn't about you, but why did they have to look at you while talking about it? for the rest of your walk to your classroom, you kept your arms around yourself, trying your best not to let the glances and hushed whispers get to you. 'they're talking about something else'. you assured yourself. well, at least you tried to.

one time, one of your classmates had asked you if you'd like to spar with them after today's classes. you weighed your pros and cons, cons being that your pretty tired from today, and that you wouldn't be able to perform at your best anyway. while your pros were... none. sure, you'd get extra training, but you'd be tiring your body way too much. as much as you didn't want to decline, not wanting to upset your classmate, or even make them dislike you, you really wanted (needed) the rest.

noticing your classmate was staring at you with their eyebrows furrowed, you realized that you thought about it for way too long. clearing your throat, you politely declined their offer. and instead of telling them you preferred to rest, you reasoned that you had schoolwork you wanted to finish in advance.

"alright then. goodluck with that." your classmate almost immediately replied. waving while their back was turned to you. their dismissive behavior sent negative thoughts running through your mind in an instant. your shoulders dropped and your nervous smile was replaced with a frown. sighing, you began to pack your things in your bag, still in thought. you left the classroom, wanting to get back to your dorm as soon as possible.

at a rush to leave, you didn't notice tetsutetsu giving you a worried glance. he made a mental note to visit you at your dorm once kendo was done talking to him.

it's been fifteen minutes since you got to your dorm, changed your clothes, and settled on your bed. you almost looked content, having a blanket wrapped around your shoulders with your phone in hand. you thought scrolling mindlessly on social media would soothe your overthinking.

you were proven wrong when you came across a photo monoma posted captioned "one step closer to getting ahead of class a!" above the caption, it shows that tetsutetsu had liked the post. the photo consisted of some of your classmates in their hero suits. tsunotori was there, so was takage. along with kendo and komori.

your eyes kept scanning over the four girls, and since when did they become so pretty? you knew all the girls in both your class and class a's were outstandingly gorgeous, but in this picture specifically, they were absolutely breathtaking. and seeing as your boyfriend liked the post, it seemed like he thought so too. you knew you shouldn't be thinking like that, but how could you help it? even someone would two blurry eyes could see how good they looked.

you sighed, putting down your phone. opening social media wasn't a good idea after all. the thought of tetsutetsu preferring the other girls in your class plagued your mind. what if he's starting to like one of them? what if he's starting to have eyes for someone else that's not even in your class? for all you know, it's not impossible that he has female friends outside of UA. what if he has prettier, smarter friends? what if he leaves you for one of them-

knock knock. your never-ending questions were interrupted by a knock on your door.

"sweets?" you sucked in a breath, knowing there was only one person who would call you by that name. not hearing a response from you, the person at the other side of the door continued.

"you in there? do you mind if I come in?" tetsutetsu asked, loud enough for you to hear, but quiet enough as to not disturb those who were in the dorms beside yours.

"mhm, come in." you answered both his questions simultaneously.

tetsutetsu opened the door, poking his head in first as if he was testing the waters, before opening it completely to let himself inside. he grinned at you, bright as he always does, and you hated it right now. how could he smile at you like that, knowing there were so many others out there that were better for him compared to you? before you spiraled again, tetsutetsu spoke up, walking towards your bed.

"I hope you don't mind the sudden visit. but I wanted to check up on you." he sat beside you keeping a small distance between the two of you.

"why do you feel the need to?" you looked to the other side, not wanting to look him in the eye just yet.

"well, you seemed upset when you left the classroom earlier. I wanted to follow you pronto, but kendo said she just had something to talk to me about for a moment." he chuckled and continued.

as he was talking about whatever he and kendo was talking about, you were consumed by your own thoughts again. kendo. your oh so beautiful, smart, class president kendo. she'd be a great candidate to being a love interest for tetsutetsu, wouldn't she? after all, she's-

"babe?" you're negative thoughts were silenced when you felt a hand on your shoulder. worried eyes stared right back at your teary ones. since when did you get teary?

"alright, what's wrong? you've been off-ish the whole day, and I hate seeing you like this. I'm here for you, sweets. you know that. at least I hope you do." his eyebrows furrowed at his last sentence.

you sighed, not really in the mood to have this conversation right now. you were never really fond of opening up to tetsutetsu, especially with this topic. knowing that no matter how many talks you could have with tetsutetsu about your overthinking, it really can't be helped. and despite doing after almost every interaction you have with other people, you don't like it. at all. who'd like overworking their brain, coming up with all the negative thoughts known to man every time someone talks to you, or even looks your way?

you must've been caught up in your thoughts again because you felt a hand on both your shoulders now.

"talk to me. please?" it was both a plea and a demand. tetsutetsu wasn't lying earlier. he really did hate seeing you like this.

"c'mere" desperate to do anything to make you feel better, he pulled you towards his chest. you couldn't help but let your tears fall freely now. you hated feeling like this, but you didn't want to burden tetsutetsu with your non-stop thoughts either. he smoothed his hands over your hair, silently urging you to open up to him.

taking a deep breath, you sat up from laying your head on his chest, and looked him straight in the eye.

"please let me know if I'm being too much." you almost begged him.

"you could never be. but sure. if I need a break, I'll let you know." he gave you a genuine smile, just happy that you're finally willing to open up to him.

you leaned on his shoulder, intertwining your hand with his. you told him about the looks people gave you at times. making sure you told him how you were sure they didn't mean any malice behind it and that your mind just led you to believe that they did.

you told him how every time you talked to someone, you end up believing they despised you or worse, judging you. may it be your looks, the way you spoke, or your personality in general.

then came the hardest part, telling him how you thought there are others out there that would be so much better for him than you. heck, you thought most of your female classmates would be a great match for him. you told him how him and this girl or that girl would be a better, cuter couple.

he listened the whole time. but at that point, tetsutetsu wanted to interrupt your rant. what would lead you to think others would be better for him? and he really doubts anyone could hate you. you were a literal angel in his eyes. plus, people should really stop judging someone based on a small interaction. but worst of all, he loved you. and only you. he could never ever have eyes for anyone else, and he promised you that the day you agreed to be his girlfriend. looking back, he was ecstatic that day. he really couldn't be any happier.

but back to the present. you finished your rant, voiced out all that's been going through your head, just now noticing how much it all piled up. you lifted your head from tetsutetsu's shoulder, looking up at him. you were more than surprised to see him tearing up as well.

"tetsu?! I'm sorry, was that all too much? I didn't mean to-" you were cut off when he wrapped his arms around you, burrying his face in your hair.

"I'm sorry." he choked out. you were about to reprimand him for apologizing, but he continued.

"and before you tell me I shouldn't be apologizing, please don't. I should've noticed you weren't feeling your best these past weeks. I can't believe you had to carry this burden all by yourself." he pulled away from the hug, looking you in the eye.

"I know I can't completely get rid of those thoughts eating away at you. but I promise you, just like I did from the start, that I will always, always be by you. whether it be behind your back or right by your side." he took a deep breath before continuing.

"and I know I can't stop you from comparing yourself to other girls, but at least let me make you feel like you are the most beautiful girl out there. because you are. no one could be more perfect for me, sweets. I'm here with you right now because I love you. not one of our other classmates, or a friend I have outside of school. I love and care about you. that's what I stand for. and I don't plan on changing it." it was your turn to tear up again. seeing tears slowly begin to fall from your eyes again, tetsutetsu immediately wiped them away, still keeping his gaze on you. smiling at you like a lovesick teenager. he was, though.

he wrapped his arms around you once again. it was a silent promise that he would always keep you safe. whether it be from villains, petty criminals, or your own negative thoughts that tend to eat away at you. he's made a lot of promises to you already, and he won't break a single one. he knows kirishima wouldn't let him hear the end of it if he did.

Part 1 of the MHA NG bios! DO NOT REPOST/EDIT/COPY/TRACE MY ART OR OC’S!!! All of these guys (besides the one of the top left) are in class 1A, these are my NG’s to some of the characters in the show so bare in mind in this NGAU they’re all grown up and are pursuing jobs as hero’s or other. How did Aizawa and Mic have a child?? WITH A SPECIAL QUIRK! These characters live in a world FULL of people with powers, pretty sure there’d be one quirk that would allow two men or two women to have a biological child - also NO neither Aizawa and Mic carried her for the pregnancy. Kanpekina Aizawa (Meaning: Princess, daughter you Mic X Aizawa) Quirk - erasure and voice Kanpekina is a scruffy little ball of moodiness and bluntness, she has inherited Aizawa’s resting bitch face and tendency to be straight to the point on most subjects. She’s not really good at making friends so she spends most of her time alone, unlike Mic she isn’t as social as he is so she tends to shy away at socialising or hiding behind him. She’s a hardcore lover and video games and music, and despite her quite nature she can be very passionate and talkative when she’s discussing the things she enjoys (she detests her name, Mic chose it cuz he won a bet with Aizawa, if it was a girl he’d get to name her) Furōra Woods (means Flora in English, daughter to Kumai Woods X MT Lady) Quirk - Abore Furōra is a calm, propper and polite young lady, and is also one of the class reps. She’s a bit of a worrier and is the typical mum friend amongst her classmates. She gets along with most of her classmates but does tend to become more irritated if things aren’t going to how she planned. Her secret passion is ready sappy romance novels and slightly more adult themes novels her mother recommends, she probably has a whole stash of sappy romance novels hidden under her bed. Senshi Kirishima (Means warrior in English, son to Mina x Kirishima) Quirk: Acid + hardening (he can create acid and harden it to make shields or weapons, however if he tries to make a sword from his acid, it’ll just take the shape of a sword, it won’t look like a real one) Senshi is just as energetic and spunky as his parents but no where near as competitive, he takes more after his mother in the sense he focuses more on having a good time, he’s kind of a goof most days which makes it easy for others to talk to him. He likes to experiment with his hair and try different styles, it’s naturally scruffy, so he wears a bandana round his forehead to keep it out of his face. Kita Kaminari (name may change since I couldn’t think of one I liked for him, son to Jirou X Kaminari) Quirk: Earphone Jack + Electrification (he can blast his heart beat at a loud volume like Jirou, and can also use his earphones hanging from his ear lobes to take electricity from appliances, he can then shoot that electricity through his fingers) Kita is the cool kid of the class, he’s got a degree in sarcasm and smugness streak a mile long. He’s overall pretty chill but hard working towards things he enjoys, it’s very hard to shake his confidence, so he sometimes accidentally ends up sounding full of himself. Due to his parents he’s for a wee bit of a potty mouth, which can tend to get him into trouble. He loves playing guitar and drums! Due to his laid back attitude most people in his class come to him to vent off their worries, he’s a good listener and actually offers pretty solid advice. Runa Tokoyami (Means Luna in English, daughter to Tokoyami x Asui) Quirk: dark shadow (similar to her father but instead of having dark shadow leave her body, it’s more like a voice in her head that offers her guidance in a fight. Instead she takes on features of a bird when using her powers, such as having feathers spawn in her hair and have her arms turn into wings) Runa is smart and intelligent, she finds comfort in the world of books and most enjoys reading more dark stories with more adult themes. She’s been raised well by both of her parents, she is very loyal to close friends and family (to the point she sometimes tends to put others needs before her own), she physically cannot lie. It’s an impossibility for her. She’s a prefect mix of sociable and preferring time alone, she’s good at holding conversations with close friends but sometimes struggles to speak with new people. Her hobbies include star gazing, gothic fashion and, art and poetry Taishiro Toyomitsu Junior (Son to FatGum X Kumo (my OC)) Quirk: Spider + Fat absorption (Like his mother he has the abilities of a spider (just think of spider man, his powers are like his), but like FatGum he can also absorb a certain amount of attacks thrown at him and then use that energy to make his own attacks stronger) Taishiro junior, or called TJ by most, is a lot less driven then both his parents and isn’t very enthusiastic about living up to the expectations out upon him at birth by being the son to a well loved hero. His strength lies in tests and research, he’d much rather prefer to learn from a book then physical experience. He’s pretty socially awkward since he isn’t good at telling who genuinely wants to be his friend, and who just wants to be friends with him due to him being the son to a famous hero. He doesn’t strive to be number one like many of his other classmates, and is way more happy settling for a lower rank in the spotlight - as long as he makes his parents happy and that he is happy Rekkei Toyomitsu (adopted son to FatGum x Kumo, biological dad is Rappa) Quirk: Strong arm Rekkei is a troubled youth, he is reckless at times and does enjoy a good fight, but unlike Rappa he doesn’t just blindly go into a fight without a plan, he has a moral compass which he more or less knows how to follow. He and TJ has a rivalry before Rekkei came to live with Fatgum, thought it was mostly Rekkie doing the threatening since TJ didn’t want a rivalry in the first place. Rekkie eventually comes to live with FatGum and Kumo and is put into UA by his new parents. Rekkie currently attends therapy sessions to help him find new ways to cope with his anger and stress (when he lived with Rappa he just went somewhere to punch a wall till he felt better, he’s finding more affective ways to release stress) Taimatsu Todoroki (name means torch/light in English, son to Todoroki X Yaoyorozu) Quirk: Hell flame Taimatsu puts up the act of being very calm and collected, always acting as if he has everything under control and that in the face of a big exam, there is nothing to worry about. However deep down he is incredibly self conscious over his quirk, this is something he often struggles to talk about so he tends to let his emotions out in the privacy of his room. He hates being compared to his granddad Endevour for..reasons. Many people tend to make comparisons between himself and Endevour due to him inheriting his quirk, however Taimatsu doesn’t like his quirk that much for this reason, so he tends to let others take the spotlight. He relaxes by painting in his free time Yari TetsuTetsue (Name means spear in English, son to TetsueTetsue X Kendo) Quirk: Steel and Big Fist Yari is a bit of a smartass and is quite sarcastic, like his mother he’s pretty straight forward when saying his opinion and is very smug when confronted with people he doesn’t like or people who are too full of themselves. He’s the one friend that will actually speak up if he thinks they’re all going to do something that will get them in trouble. Despite this he is incredibly passionate about fighting like his father, and takes every opportunity he can to perfect his abilities.

Hair: Just past shoulder-length, dark black with a blue sheen.  Bangs cover the upper part of her face.

Eyes:  They’re always covered, but under the mask, her eyes are sad. They are a bright green.

Blood Type: O

Quirk: Voodoo

Description:  She can control people if she has some of their DNA; but the more superficial (i.e., hair and skin), the easier it is to break her control.  Blood, on the other hand, is almost impossible.  If she writes your name in blood in your blood, her control cannot be broken unless the blood is smeared.

Personality:  One might say she’s very lacking in personality, but that’s not true.  Nanashi is shy and doesn’t trust others easily.  She has a love for the macabre and horror, and usually tends to gravitate towards those much larger than herself (the main case of this being Rappa, she took a quick liking to him).  Soft spoken, but a fierce fighter when she has to be – or so she thinks.

 Additional Notes:

-          She was dropped off at an orphanage when she was a baby without a name, hence Nanashi (a name which means “without name”)

-          Once her quirk developed, the chances of her getting adopted dropped exponentially, as nobody wanted a child with such a potentially violent quirk.

-          At the age of 18, she was kicked out of the orphanage, and forced to live on the streets.  And is found some years later by the Yakuza.  They would have passed her by, but upon witnessing her fending off some creeps in an ally, figured she might be useful. Nanashi was eager to accept any offer that got her off the street.

-          The yakuza was the first family-esque environment she’d ever been in, it wasn’t difficult to manipulate her into following Overhaul.  “The yakuza is your family.  You’d give anything for your family, even your life” kinda deal and she agrees.

-          The one precept she gets along with the best is Rappa.  Did he try to fight her?  Yes. Did she get ahold of some of his hair and force him to give up?  Yup. All the same, she’s tiny and her quirk is pretty limiting if she’s on her own.  She and Rappa end up fighting together a lot.  He can get her the blood she needs for total control.

-          Rappa likes to let her sit on his shoulder since she’s so small.

-          At one point, another friend’s OC comes into play and teaches Nanashi and Rappa to knit while they’re guarding her.  The befriend her, and it is a good time (for the most most part, Aoka is very much not happy to be there, but having friends does help).

-          She’s actually not too fond of the mask she has to wear, or the fact it covers her entire face. Seeing through her bangs was already hard enough.

-          Imma say that, when the rescue mission happens, Nanashi and Aoka both are locked in a closet by Rappa cuz 1. Aoka was supposed to be there, and 2. He didn’t want Nanashi (or Aoka) to get hurt.

-          Nanashi is small, and quite frail.  She wouldn’t hold up too well in a big fight like he was anticipating.

-          She spends a long time beating on the door and yelling for him to let her out.  She’s not found until after the raid is over and the authorities are searching what’s left of the base.

-          Even at gunpoint, the only thing she can say is, “Where’s Rappa?”

-          She explains her standing with the yakuza and how she got there.  There was nowhere else for her to go, no other options. When someone approached her, homeless and dying, and offered her a home and a job?  Of course she took it.

-          I’m making Nanashi the first villain going into a big rehabilitation experiment.

-          She ends up working under Fatgum and going to therapy.

-          Therapy tries a lot of things.  They eventually get her to draw, something she absolutely hates doing (she spent a lot of time at the orphanage drawing pictures of the family she was so sure would come and love her, but they never did).  She draws – rather crudely, but clear to anyone who’d seen him – a picture of her and Rappa.  A picture of the happiness that had been stripped from her.

-          Fatgum recognizes him.  He eventually finds a way to let her visit with Rappa.  When he tells her she’s going to get to see him, he can feel the enthusiasm that fills her immediately.

-          Rappa is confused when he’s told he’s got a visitor.  When he sees Nanashi sitting at the table though, oof.  There are hugs and tears, and Rappa nearly trying to rip apart the guards when they try to break them up.

-          She spends the entire visit sitting in Rappa’s lap like she would any other time.

-          He’s told about her rehabilitation, she admits she hasn’t really started trying just yet. She’s just been so sad.

-          When the visit is over, Fatgum tells Nanashi that, if she can succeed and make progress in her rehabilitation, there’s a very good chance she can make a case for Rappa to be enrolled in the project, too.

-          Needless to say, she starts taking it very seriously, and does, eventually, get Rappa enrolled under Gang Orca.  He’ll do great.

-          They will get married, and no you can’t change my mind.

-          As she is very small, she is commonly mistaken for a child.
