Kept it simple today. An out and back on a fairly straight trail with little elevation. But plenty of mud and puddles to navigate and play in 🤣🤣. Needless to say my feet were the clean ones. It does feel nice though to be able to see the progress of my miles. During my run today I felt like I was moving so slowly. Just didnt feel like there was any good turnover left in my legs. And then I looked at my watch and saw I was moving at a pace that would have been difficult to maintain for me at a couple points last year.
