En los cuadros del Renacimiento, las primeras imágenes representaban el cuerpo femenino con curvas y corpulento, por ejemplo: el cuadro de ‘Las tres Gracias’ de Rubens. A partir de los años 50, la mujer cambió los patrones y se redujo a la mitad. Posiblemente los cambios sociales crearon canones estéticos hasta convertirse en un solo esqueleto en los años 90. Hasta 2016 en las pasarelas de la moda se vieron a maniquíes de fisonomía casi imposibles para el resto del mundo. Ahora en las nuevas campañas de publicidad, pasarelas y concursos vuelven a aparecer modelos con curvas, como en la época del Renacimiento, mujeres con curvas reales. Pero sin lugar a duda la más bella y saludable curva es su sonrisa, y para incrementarla en nuestro rostro, nada mejor que la risa y las carcajadas . Sigmund Freud atribuyó a las carcajadas el poder de liberar al organismo de energía negativa. Al reírnos, el cerebro provoca la segregación de endorfinas, que alivian el dolor y la depresión, incrementando la autoestima y confianza en nosotros mismos. Se disminuye el insomnio, previene los infartos porque fortalecen los pulmones y el corazón. Rejuvenece la piel porque tiene un efecto tonificante y antiarrugas.
