Listen, @jhalya​, the struggle to pick just 10 took me FOREVER. But, here we go, 10 of my favourite movies in no particular order!

1. High Society. Grace Kelly, Frank Sinatra, and Bing Crosby? Sign me up.

2. St. Elmo’s Fire. An unpopular opinion, I’m sure, but it’s far superior to Breakfast Club. I said what I said.

3. Megamind. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve seen this. It’s a lot.

4. Mr Right. I’m going to say this is my go-to comfort movie. It’s absolutely ridiculous in the best ways.

5. Just Friends. Pre-Deadpool Ryan Reynolds and an unhinged Anna Faris. Probably the only Christmas rom-com I’ll rewatch over and over and over again.

6. Safety Not Guaranteed. I went through a time in my life where I watched this every day and I’m pretty sure my top song that year was Big Machine from this scene.

7. Short Term 12. The first time I watched this I cried so hard I threw up. And every time I’ve watched it since, I just sit there and sob my way through it. If I need a good cry, this is one of my top choices.

8. Grand Budapest Hotel. I saw this 3 times in the theatre. And I would’ve seen it a couple more times, but I was a broke university student who had to decide between movies and ramen food.

9. The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It has everything I love and want in a movie.

10. Sinbad. This is another movie that I went through a phase where it’s the only thing I would watch (I have a bunch of movies like this, but this one just happens to be at top-of-mind because I recently saw a cosplayer dress up as Eris and I died).

Anyways, that was way too difficult to just pick 10 and now I want to go watch all of them for the bajillionth time. I’ll tag @the-pompous-potato​ and @tattdazn​!

Okay, so, I started playing Far Cry 6 again today and accidentally came across a DLC mission.

I only just got in, paused after the opening scene. And I. Am. SO. STOKED.

Cuz it decided to go hella Horror for this dlc. I thought the creature it was referencing on my way to the starting point of the quest was just some big animal (like it usually is in Far Cry games), but I get in and then what do I see?

The sky isn’t even the limit to the amount of things you can do. I spent almost 70 hours playing the previous entry in the series, and after a few hours in Ubisoft’s latest, it was apparent how bigger everything was. The map is gigantic; the vehicles range from tanks to fancy cars to horses; and the guns…oh, the guns. Despite it being chaotic almost all the time, it’s story has a lot of heart, and plenty to say about despotism and those living under the weight of a dictator.”

MY personal taste in FINAL FANTASY games

1.FINAL FANTASY IX

Beautiful and Depressing. My favorite game of all time. ZIDANE is literally the only protagonist in FF history that actually changes people lives. The art syle of this game makes you think the whole story is going to be lighthearted when it really isn't. The music is As good as its art syle. It captures the aesthetics perfectly. Vivi character development is very well done (even if he has a short life span). My favorite part is Zidane depression. When the music starts playing and all his friends want to be there for him as he was for them, and when Steiner seeds you as a comrade/friend the feels start kicking in. The ending is bittersweet and Melodies of Life is a perfect song with beautiful lyrics. 10/10 😘👌

2. FINAL FANTASY VI

So many characters in this game. Kefka being the best villain in the series and the music is god tier. The opera scene is literally the best thing in the series. Terra being a cute and Adorable waifu material character as well as Celes. And the fact that they lose when Kefka blows the world to ruins is something that amazes me, because the party members lose, but their is still hope. My only problem is Shadow killing himself and not saying anything to his Daughter. 9/10

3. FINAL FANTASY VII

Ok but, seriously why wouldn't I put this on my list. Obviously its overrated. I remember playing this game for the 1st time and it still gets me in tears. The music is ominous and tear jerking. Cloud and Tifa relationship is the best in the series. (Yeah im a CLOTI shipper) And i know that there is a love triangle in this game, (which i hate a lot). Aerith dying is something that hits you when you first play it but imagine it in the remake when she dies🥺. The characters are amazing (especially Vincent and Tifa ☺). The only think i dislike about the remake was those stupid ghost things. It felt like KH shit. But overall its an amazing game. 9/10

4. FINAL FANTASY X

🤧 This one broke me. Yuna and Tidus romance together was so beautiful. It ls hard not to cry in this game, especially since Yuna sweet adorable is a sacrifice for a monster that comes around every 10 years to Spira. Riku being best character in the game. Her personality is basically Yuffie but a little bit shyer. The music is different than i expected. Its not a serious ost like others its a calm atmospheric ost. Captures the "By the Sea" vibes since its basically what the game is actually being. My only problem is its a linear game. 8/10

5. FINAL FANTASY V

I REALLY like this game.😗 Its underrated gem, Lenna,Faris,Bartz,Krile,Galuf, even EXDEATH was interesting. The job system is very fun to use. Favorite moment is when Galuf is fighting EXDEATH on his own, the music playing while fighting him 😩❤, and when he dies, my god it hits me harder than Aerith dying. There not much dialogue in this game but its overall its a mix of FFIX and FFVII in a way of funny and Heartbreaking. 8/10

6. FINAL FANTASY VIII

Squall is too RELATABLE even as an adult he still the most relatable FF character. His Inner monologue is hilarious and depressing. And for a game with angsty teen romance, its beautiful well done. I actually do like the DRAW system in this game, people complaining about that annoys me to no end. The opening is still great the graphics as well. Eyes on me is another song done well by the legendary Nobuo Uematsu. I just wish they focused more on the side characters as well because Selphie was adorable ASF in this game. 8/10

7. FINAL FANTASY XII

I think the only reason why i played this was because of Balthier and Fran. 🥰(AKA Balthier is the real protagonist). This game was kinda Star Wars which i kinda don't mind. The story was pretty good, I was always into the whole social class and poverty thing. (I don't remember much about this game i gotta reply it). If one thing i have to say is the battle system is very mmorpg. Which is something I'm not really into. Balthier and Fran are like the hottest couple in FF along side Cloud and Tifa. Vaan and Penelo kinda suck tbh i find them just a plot device. I would rather have Larsa as a whole party member.As for Ashe and Basch, there roles in the story was amazing. 7/10

8. FINAL FANTASY XIII

Lightning is hot😍. This game has problems but after playing it in Japanese i think it's 100 times better. VANILLE sounds 10× better in Japanese, in the US version she sounds like she's having an orgasm every time she speaks. The music at the end sounds nicer than the MY HANDS shit that plays at the end. The battle system is alright but its too linear more than FFX. Lightning character development is my favorite in the series. The second game and the third game sucked. I mean i like Noel is a good character better than Snow and Caius is my favorite villain in the series or in any game. He just wanted to protect Yuel.😢 The graphics are amazing specially for a game that came out in 2009 or so. 6/10

9. FINAL FANTASY IV

My First Final Fantasy game. It still wholes up as one of the greatest ones. Cecil being the first protagonist to have a tragic story. Kain being a good friend to Cecil even if he is jealous of him for having Rosa. Btw this love triangle is better than FFVII love triangle. I still think Kain should've gotten Rosa instead. The DS version is the best but hardest one out of which ever you play it on. Rydia being my favorite character in the game and her romance with Edge, even if i didnt play the trilogy story. 8/10

10. FINAL FANTASY XV

I didn't really like this game tbh. Nomura should've added at least one girl in the party. (I don't think Aranea counts). The entire road trip game is ok and all but it didn't fit the whole FINAL FANTASY feel. At least Noctis wasn't the entire being a dick thing. He was just a spoiled brat until he lost his father thats when he he changes. The romance in this game sucked ass so much. I didn't care if Luna died. Nomura can't really tell stories honestly. 5/10 🙄

Barbie Movies That Are More Relevant Than You Think

1. Barbie’s Princess and the Pauper 

> The Big Thing: Shows a realistic representation of 1st world problems and 3rd world Problems coexisting. Annalise is a princess in an arranged marraige and Erika is an indentured servent, both looking to esacpe, but are determined to overcome these issues. They acknowledge that they have differerent problems but are both struggling in their own right. It’s important to know that they don’t wish they were someone else, they just wish they could escape their personal struggles. 

> Women supporting women! 

> Female Leads that are friends and aren’t catty towards each other 

> Annalise and Erika talk about things other than boys, althrough an arranged marraige is a plot point and all boy talk is really about that particular plot point. 

> “Duty is doing the things your heart may well regret” is the most badass line in exsitance, okay? 

> The Princess loved science. 

2. Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princessess 

> The Big Thing: This story is about extremism and the dangers of a binary system. In this case, it’s Law vs Chaos, and unregulated freedom of expression vs overregulated conformity. The 12 are unruly and chaotic and uncaring about their royal status which causes strain on the kingdom and they are super unprepared for royal life. The antagonist comes in, strips the color and the fun and is all rules and control and is trying to teach them how to be “proper ladies” which is also done in an extreme. Neither of these are right, and in the end the girls use their unique interests to save their father, and they acknowledge they should behave better and be prepared for royal life. They essentially find their middle way.

> Lacy, the frail sister, is never treated poorly by her sisters despite the fact she causes a few issues in the plot. Super supportive sisters. 

> LI isn’t a prince. He’s a shoemaker. 

> There’s an assassination attempt in this one! It technically succeeds. Really good show on adult topics in a children’s movie. 

> Power and Corruption are thematic here with the villain. 

3. Barbie’s Mariposa

> The Big Thing: This one is about destorying an entire society for personal gain and power. If you’re American, you’d understand why THIS is super relevant. The queen is bring poisoned and is the life source for all the lights, and those lights are what protect faeries from the monsters in the dark. The Big Bad Guy plans to take the throne with these monsters as her minions, promising them they can eat faeries. She will destory this land to gain the throne, and she doesn’t care who dies along the way. 

> Has a Cinderella vibe to it. Good rendition 

> Two First World Entittled rich faries are humbled through the journey, and learn to be king and selfless despite starting with selfish intentions. GROWTH. 

> Skeezite is a funny word. 

> ACCENTS. I think they’re all Spanish, but can’t confirm. The only Barbie movie that didn’t do British Accents, I’m pretty sure. Vocal Diversity is 10/10 

4. Barbie Fairytopia Series 

> The Big Thing: DISABILITY IN A FANTASY WORLD DONE WELL. Like holy shit the plot is the Big Bad is commiting bio-terrorism by poisoning the air that affects all faeries except for Elina because she was born without wings. DISABILITY BECOMING THE ONLY THING THAT CAN SAVE YOU. YES. She does  get wings at the end, but I always saw it as a prostetic because if she lost her necklace she lost her wings. And in a later movie she has to trade them away to save someone. 

> Bibble is valid 

> This series does the “girl who doesn’t fit in” trope well because Elina is constantly seen as the girl who doesn’t fit in. In the first movie she’s the girl without wings, in the second she’s the faerie, not a mermaid (Nori gets mean towards her because the mermaid prince wanted a fairy to save him or someting like that), and in the last one, I’m pretty sure she’s sort of regarded as the charity case. I can’t remember exactly, so don’t quote me. Either way, Elina is the most relateable Barbie character for people who struggle fitting in wherever they go because Elina never fits in at first (but it’s a barbie movie, so you know, acceptance and stuff) 

> This marks the third movie on this list with an assassination attempt for power. Power #Corrupts 

> Good overcoming narrative. Elina survives all her trials towards being accepted in society. 

5. Barbie as the Island Princess

> The Big Thing: This one is tricky because Barbie is a white character, and that is a valid critique for this one. However, the topic is handled well despite this fault due to the movie’s context. This one is about a status quo society and their treatment towards a different “Cultural” upbringing. Ro grew up on an island alone outside of society and talks to animals. She has an entire different set of values and beliefs. Her curiosity sets her off into a populated civilzation and a big part of the movie is the Prince Character making genuine efforts to help her adapt and make her comfortable for what she is used to, and the rest of the society relegating her to a barbarian. She struggles trying to fit in to a society that wants her to adapt to their society, but refuses to make any adaptions to hers. Her not being from there is eventually what saves the day, which is a healthy message that differnet people learn the world differnetly, and these cultures can meet and interact and help each other without forcing one to obliterate itself. Ro doesn’t stay in that society. She goes off sailing with the prince character, a happy medium from her island roots and desire to be around other people. 

> ANOTHER assassination attempt. 

> Big Bad has a daughter she’s trying to marry to the Prince, but the daughter doesn’t love him and is happy that he finds love. she and Ro are friends. 10/10 Women supporting women. 

> Ro’s cultural roots are celebrated a lot. It’s nice! 

> Prince never puts Ro in a corner to change, from what I remember. He guides her through what she’s willing to do, and helps accomidate her with that makes her uncomfortable (sleeps in the greenhouse,for example). 10/10 m8

6. Barbie and the Diamond Castle

> The Big Thing: The catalyst of this movie is Liana and Alexa’s lively hood being destoryed by a storm, and now homeless and jobless, they end up questing with a magic mirror to save Melody and the other trapped Muses. Alexa is hesitant and even gives up to stay in a Lotus Casino type place because there’s food and shelter there. There’s a heavy value on having enough to eat, and having a place to live. Displacement and poverty, I guess is the right word for this. 

> Okay so I heard around that Alexa and Liana are queer coded based on their dress colors in the final scene matching the Lesbian and Bisexual Flag and I stan that because honestly, Barbie need some gay. 

> The Will Sing For Food scene hits differently than any other scene in Barbie Movies. It’s just such a real thing. 

7. Barbie and the Three Musketeers 

> The Big Thing: Sexsim. This one is very on the nose of “women can’t do this.” and then Barbie adn Co proves them wrong!! 

> I am pretty sure there are SEVERAL assasination attempts in this one. 

> “Release the Fireworks!!” is carved into my mind. 

> The Master Trainer is an old lady maid. Cool trope subversion. 

Honestly, people who cry about adult themes in their kids movies need to watch these movies. Did you notice how many ASSASSINATIONS happen in these movies? SO MUCH ASSASSINATION. 

These movies are deeper and more complex than given credit for. I can admit that Barbie’s early movies didn’t do great with racial representation, but we can also praise them for accomplishing their aim of empowering young girls as much as they did. 

I can’t say much for mordern Barbie since that’s not my era. Perhaps someone else can comment about that better than I can. 

TL;DR: Barbie movies deal with adult themes in a child friendly setting and they are well done and you should go watch them and see how much deeper and complex these movies can be. 

A Barbie Movie I DO NOT STAN: Princess and the Pop Star. That movie is “Two whiny girls hate their privlaged life and wish they were someone else’s privlaged life and I guess help the poor” It’s not good. You can enjoy the bops it produced, but that movie is INSANELY Problomatic.

Mates

Cassian and Nesta are mates. You can’t tell me other wise. I have proof that they are facts. If you don’t believe me then re-blog this and tell me why they aren’t mates.

1. When Nesta lets Cassian kiss her neck it’s believe that’s when she first feels the mating bond. She asks Cassian if he is using some kind of Farie magic against her and we all know that Cassian hold no special magic.

2. When the bone carver talks to Cassian the carver talks about Nesta asking what Cassian awoke. The bone carver also says that the wind moans Nesta’s name. I don’t have a lot of evidence for this piece of proof and what not. But I can say that maybe the bone carver is asking Cassian what awoke inside of Nesta when she was shoved inside the cauldron. Was it Cassian moaning her name over and over again as he tried to get to her. Was it Elain’s crying? 

3. When Nesta insisted that something was wrong and Feyre didn't believe her, Cassian felt the distress in the bond. Cassian felt Nesta through the bond and when he walked in into the room he demanded to know what was wrong.

4. Nesta screamed Cassian’s name over and over again in during a battle in ACOWAR. Cassian heard her through the bond, that's why he looked down at her, that's why he moved.

5. Nesta was the first one to point out Cassian’s wrist was injured. Even thought Rhys had known Cassian for almost 500 years he didn’t know until Nesta pointed it out. Its either one of two things. Nesta has been paying attention to Cassain, watching him train, watching him interact with people. Or she could feel his pain in the bond so she immediately thought he was hurt.

6. This isn’t really a reason as to why they are mates but I just want to point out that Nesta let Cassian touch her. She let him put his hand on her lower back, she let him kiss her. Its obvious that at some point Nesta chose to trust Cassian enough to let him touch her.

7. Cassian was laying underneath the king of Hybren, bloody and broken. When Hybren snapped Cassian’s wing Nesta exploded. She used her Magic against the King, sending him back into trees just so she could get to Cassian.

8. When Nesta tried to get Cassian up, when she tired to drag him with her to safety Cassian demanded that Nesta left him. He demanded that she got away. Nesta responded to this that she couldn’t. Not she didn’t want to but that she couldn’t. 

9. Nesta slid her body over Cassian’s as the King of Hybren got ready to kill Cassian. Nesta slid her body over Cassian’s being 100% fine with dying alongside him. I can’t imagen what was going on inside Nesta’s head when she did this but I can only guess that she would rather die with Cassian then live a life without him.

10. When Nesta and Cassian talk on starfal, Nesta begs Cassian to go home. She pushes him away without snapping or being rude. All she says is, “Go home, Cassian.” It was one of the only times she had ever used his name. And later after getting back to her apartment she knew he had followed her. 

So that’s why I think/know their mates. I am so excited for A court of Silver Flames to come out, I can’t wait to read their story!

Top 8 Favourite Movies Tag- List 8 Movies, then tag whoever you want!

No particular order with these. I have more films but these are just some that i know i love the most.

1. Hot Rod: This film just has me in stitches. I discovered it just after i became a fan of The Lonely Island and it’s a film that for sure makes me laugh when i’m upset and crying. It’s silly humour. Andy Samberg nails it and for all of you Brooklyn nine-nine fans out there, enjoy. Especially the dance scene in the woods, i watched that shit over and over.

2. Captain America - The Winter Soldier: Would it really be a favourite film list if this wasn’t in it. I’ll be honest if i could i’d just list all of my fave marvel films in this but i had to stop myself. Out of all the CA films, this is my fave and in my top 5 marvel films. Steve/Cap in this is just *chefs kiss*. The look, the scenes with him and Nat, the elevator scene. No other words needed.

3. IT 1&2: I shouldn’t combine them but i’ve done it anyways. I’ll be honest, before the remake came out, i’d heard of the novel by Stephen King but never read it or watched the original movie. So when i did see the first IT remake, i watched the original and the original just didn’t have me scared even in the slightest, i found it funny. But the remakes. Woah. I love horror films, it’s the best genre of film in my opinion. These two films are just so well done and put together. Everything from the actors that they chose, both for the losers club as kids and as adults to Bill as Pennywise the clown. It was genuinely incredible, convince me otherwise.

4. She’s The Man: Where to begin with this one... Growing up, me and my sister must have watched this one so many times. One particular part involving Malcolm when he sings to Olivia is a scene we re watched more than a couple times. I could probably quote any of the films on my list but this is probably one of my main ones where i could literally tell you most of the script and i have no shame. The film is hilarious pretty much start to finish with a few exceptions. If you haven’t seen this already, please do, you won’t regret it. Plus Channing Tatum, need i say more?

5. Step Up Series:  All of them are in this because i can’t decide on one. Let’s start with the first one yeah? Channing and Jenna really killed this film. They nailed it. The end dance was quite possibly one of my faves out of all the end dances in these films. The winner of that is for Step Up: All In but yeah. Best role is for Adam G. Sevani as Moose. If you love these films, go watch them all if you can. They always leave me dancing and also feeling slightly jealous of the actors for being able to to work with Adam. He’s one truly talented mother fucker may i add. These films were my teen years.

6. After & After We Collided: The first one had it’s moments where it was cringe BUT all in all, i’ve watched it a lot. Hero and Josephine were the best choices for these films. I cannot wait for the 3rd and 4th movie. Also who doesn’t love Steph and Tristan together too. Pia Mia is a goddess. The whole cast was so well chosen. As for the sequel. I’ve watched it twice and it’s going to be a 3rd time on Tuesday. I don’t want to say too much without giving away the plot of these films. First one is on Netflix. The sequel is a lot raunchier and Hessa come out in full force with their cute moments along with their fights. It’s just a masterpiece.

7. Knives Out: This film is probably the most incredible film i’ve seen in a long time. It kept me guessing, really had me on the edge of my seat. First i was sure it was one person and then the end had me all kinds of shocked. Chris Evans really nailed this role and the whole cast did imo. I really feel that outside of Marvel and Defending Jacob that this is his best role. It was nice to see him do something completely different to is other roles. Seeing him really push himself.

8. What’s Your Number?: Yes, another Chris film. He’s my husband, i gotta show that support. His role as Colin Shea, really made me love this film. That and Anna Faris who is hilarious and so naturally funny. I cried, i laughed and ngl got turned on, Colin during that basketball scene really had me. Plus him covering his dick with a towel in the doorway, iconic. Go check it out if you haven’t already.

Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace Part 6 - Mayuri Route (Stardust Duplet)

Hahahaha, I love how they were discussing the idea for a new gadget to sell to pay for their exorbitant electricity bills and Mayushii suggests a robot Mayushii, and then later she brings a doll with a voice recording of herself saying "Tutturu🎵" loll, it's so cute. Aww, she gave it to Okabe, lmao at Kurisu telling him to hold it to sleep hahaha. I find it hilarious how the game let's you scroll up and down to look at each of the girl's swimsuits properly hahaha. As usual, I think Kurisu looks the best, I don't like Mayushii and her hat with the bikini swimsuit tbh haha. Faris looked all right but nothing special~ It was pretty cute how Okabe couldn't stop staring at Mayushii though hahaha. Aww he lent her his shorts to cover up since she was so embarrassed hahaha, they're so adorable~ Okay, the swimsuits look much better without the jackets hahaha. Awww I loved how cute Mayushii and Okabe were when they played in the water together, I just feel like there's always this nice childlike sweetness to their relationship that Okabe only shares with her, so it's always heartwarming to see. I love how Mayushii taught him how to swim properly, it's rare for him to actually learn something from her so it's fun to see that. Lmao at them playing volleyball and Faris used Daru as a shield🤣

I honestly teared up when Mayuri cried. She saved Okabe from drowning (when he was being silly) but she got so scared that he was actually going to die🥺🥺 I could feel her emotions, Okabe is always so reckless, he's lucky Mayuri watches him closely and knows when he's in trouble. I found it really cool that Mayuri saved him (even though it was expected that she would), since it's nice to contrast it with how Okabe kept trying his best to save her in the original game. Lmaoo I love all the new messages Mayuri added to Robo-Mayushii, it's hilarious how she tells Okabe silly things through it, like telling him to brush his teeth before he sleeps hahaha, but it's so sweet as well, especially since she spent so much time on it, she didn't have enough time to finish her costumes for ComiMa by the first day, we all know how important ComiMa is to her and Daru, so it's sweet to see indirectly as well how much she cares about Okabe. Mayuri is such a pure soul, she was thinking about doing the modelling job Moeka's boss wanted her to do just so she can be of use to the lab/Okabe and help pay off their electricity bill🥺🥺 Why does she warm my heart so much🥺 It was obvious that Mayuri would end up taking the modelling job after all, but it's kinda cute how Okabe joined in too hahaha. The CG of Mayuri and Okabe looking at the Christmas tree together was so nice~ I loved how Mayuri had so much fun taking photos with her Okarin, it was so sweet to see. It's funny how oblivious Okabe is towards Mayuri's feelings but it wouldn't be Okabe if he realised stuff like this, in this game anyway lol. I also loved how he wanted to buy her the star on top of the tree because she kept staring at it hahaha.

It was so funny when Mayuri told Okabe to go to sleep again so she could do the anime cliche thing where the MC's childhood friend goes into their room to tell them to wake up, since when she came to wake him up, he was on the floor (from the shock of his dream about a flirty Mayuri lmao). Wow, Mayuri is so comfortable with Okabe, she's even willing to do his dirty laundry and stuff like dang, my waifu~ lmaooo at Rintaro's dad telling Mayuri to just marry his son and move in with them (since her parents are moving but she's staying here for school and will have to move in with her aunt). HAHAHA, I loved how Mayuri was so into being a grocer (since Okabe's house is a grocery store) when they tended to the shop together. Aww why did she cry looking at Okabe?! Anyway, I loved how when the lab members saw how good the photos were, especially of Okabe, they were so shocked, and even Daru felt betrayed because he thought Okabe was the same breed as him lmaooo. On another note, lmao at Faris thinking Kurisu's name was actually Christina and thought she was part American or something hahahaha. I honestly didn't think Mayuri was actually moving and that's why she cried! I'm glad everyone told Okabe to properly think about his feelings towards Mayuri and stop thinking she's still a kid, I'm also glad that he's properly chasing after her knowing that he's always thought that she would stay by his side forever but now that it might not be so, he wants to tell her that he wants her to stay here with him. It was so sad and sweet when Okabe realised why Mayuri was so insistent on finishing Robo-Mayushii so fast, since she knew she wouldn't be with him for much longer but still wanted to support him, she's the best🥺🥺🥺 OMGGG, Okabe's confession of love, Mayuri honestly telling him that she thought he could live without her especially since he's so close with Kurisu, him giving her the Christmas tree star and in front of her grandmother's grave too, everything was just so perfect!!!! Like, I read somewhere where people praised Mayuri's route for being the best but omg, it's so good, I feel like their relationship throughout the route was so natural and sweet, it honestly felt much better than the main game Mayuri route hahaha. Lmaooo when Mayuri was taught by Kurisu that kisses should be done on the third date hahahah, it's kinda funny how they ended up kissing three times hahaha, but I loved how Mayuri first initiated it and then Okabe did for the last two times, it was so cuteeee, my heart is so full and warm. I love Mayuri and Okabe🥺🥺🥺 I love how they went to Mayuri's parents together and asked for her to stay in Tokyo, it was so cool to see how resolute Mayuri was knowing that it was a selfish decision but she really didn't want to leave🥺 they’re so young and beautiful~

Awww so cute how Suzuha gave Okabe tips on how to win the metal upa in the shooting game at the festival for Mayuri hahaha. Too bad he couldn’t get it lolll. Anyway, I just love how compared to other routes, Okabe is so honest and forthright with his feelings, it's like Mayuri was the one who was able to draw that part out of him haha. It was so funny how when Mayuri was late and they thought she wouldn't be able to stay in Tokyo, so Luka told him to draw fortunes for good luck and Okabe got bad luck, so Luka said he should draw again because their fortunes are inaccurate hahahah, Luka is so silly but kind. HAHAHA, I love how Okabe misunderstood thinking Mayuri told her parents that she would live with Okabe after high school graduation to not inconvenience her aunt when she actually told them she would live at the lab lmaooo, it was so cute though, he practically proposed to her again hahaha. And yes I forgot to say but I loved how he "proposed" to her at her grandmother's grave before saying he wants her to be his hostage until they die haha. Anyway, Okabe trying to run away with Mayuri in embarrassment as everyone congratulates them in their "marriage" is just hilarious and awesome, I loved every bit of it hahahah.

Overall, Mayuri's route is definitely the best route and probably the only one worth my money LOL. As I've already said, Mayuri and Okabe's relationship was very natural and sweet in this route and I think this was the only route that did what I wanted this game to do, which was give each girl a proper route without all the baggage about the world, timelines and everything in the original game so that they can all have a normal happy ending, which I feel like only Mayuri's route showed that, and maybe Faris. What I liked most about Mayuri's route is that they both properly showed their love for each other without having to rely on the fact that they were childhood friends and instead they developed it from that, which I really appreciated. It also really helps that Mayuri's VA Hanazawa Kana is amazing at portraying emotions through her voice, I really wanted to cry whenever Mayuri cried😭 Honestly, even if this game only had Mayuri's route I would be satisfied lmao.

Overall Review: 6/10 b/c of Kurisu & Mayuri

Anyway, I have to admit though, the only route really worth playing is Mayuri's and maybe Faris for the all the maid interactions loll. The rest are okay but honestly, Suzuha's one is pretty terrible and I just felt bad for Luka in his route even though I was happy that Luka kindaaa got through to him? Lol. Kurisu and Moeka's routes I was pretty apathetic about because they weren't terrible but they weren't good either. The funny thing is that Kurisu was pretty annoying in her own route, but she was honestly the best girl in all the other girl's routes lmaoo (aside from Mayuri's of course), she was such a highlight with her banter in them all that I absolutely loved her presence in each one hahaha, she was that enjoyable to watch. Overall, I'd say the game is worth buying if you love Mayuri LOL, because that was the only good romance route, the rest were pretty meh, and I have to mention, it's so weird how in every other route the romance doesn't really end with them together (aside from Luka but that one was kinda weird), it's only Mayuri's that it's very clear cut that Okabe got together with her lol, like c'mon!! I love Mayuri but it's really unfair to the other girls lol. Oh well though, I'm glad I got to finish the game off with a blast because now I can't stop thinking about how cute Okabe and Mayuri were~~~

“Motherfuck! What the hell is happening?!"

Silva felt the ship rumble below his feet before he was slammed against a wall. Flashing red lights painted the hallways in crimson red as the regular lighting flickered sporadically. Heavy thuds of footsteps and startled yells echoed down the turbulent ship, creating quite the cacophony with the blaring alarm calls.

He had been brutally awakened from his scheduled sleep shift, making quite the hilarious sight for any crewmen who ran by. He glared at a marine for giggling at his colorful choice of boxers as he made a mental note to assign him to cleaning duty after all this was done. Rubbing his hurting shoulder, he eventually stumbled onto the main deck.

"Status!" He roared.

"An asteroid field came out of nowhere, sir!"

Silva crashed onto his seat, "How the hell didn't we see it?!"

"Cloud of gas, sir!" Another rumble shook the ship, "Whatever was in that space fart jumbled up the scanners!"

"Damn it, how's the ship?"

A panicked officer reported, "Several near breaches to the hull and one of our thrusters is shot!"

"Filho da puta!" He cursed in Portugese, "Buckle up, I'm going manual!"

"Sir! But the field—"

Silva grabbed an emerging steering wheel, "I'm not a captain of a fucking spaceship for nothing, sergeant!"

The deck cowered into their seats, feeling the artificial gravity pull them back harder. Latinar, the only resident Drev officer, could only hope that whatever spirit kept the human race hardy would be there with him through the chaotic ride of death or maybe transport his soul back the Anum when they crashed. Living was desirable but it was impossible to fly through the field unharmed. Oh how he wished he stayed back on his planet in the face of these odds...

The dolmier was quiet again except for the crunching of bone. Galia huffed as she bit into her "ration", trying to find whatever marrow was left inside of her daily meal. She had a bit of luck with last week's ration as the factory-processed bone had some marrow growth inside, providing quite the tasty morsel, but today’s had next to nothing.

She tossed the rest into her jaws, crunching away, "Orb, is there anything else beside's bones onboard? Like, I don't know, dewern jerky?"

The hovering metallic orb nearby didn't move as it projected, "There are no recorded crates of dewern jerky. The laboratory is making a suitable replacement via organic printing but it will take approximately—"

"Fifteen to twenty cycles to complete one. I know!" She knashed her teeth together in frustration.

“...Would you like an update of their highness’s status?”

“Yes please,” She absentmindedly wrapped her tail around her sitting form, “Tell me about our distress signal too.”

The orb moved from its spot, whirring quietly around two upright stasis pods. Galia held a hand to her missing eye as it twinged at the fresh memories. A transparent screen popped into her vision as the orb blocked her view. She squinted at the device in suspicion but thought nothing of it as she scanned the information.

Nothing much had changed in their condition, only that their brain activity was unusually active. It was possible to sneak a peek into their subconscious dreams with the tech onboard, but the orb suggested against it while they were infected in case other side effects occurred. Another square projected next, showing the familiar communications screen, albeit the receiving end was offline due to an unfortunate escapade through an asteroid field. It was just one moment when Wace was explaining their state-of-the-art autopilot system when they got tossed to the floor while Al managed to faceplant into a control panel, breaking an important component with his comically hard head.

She quietly chuckled to herself as she waved away the screens, "Set a hunting game to the dimensions of the ship, I'm getting the Stiffs."

"Certainly, Vigil."

"Don't... call me that."

"Command acknowledged. Certainly, caldat."

"Better."

Galia stood from the low table, stretching her arms to the air with a groan. After gazing at her two unconscious princes within their pods for a minute, she trotted out the medical bay in preparation for a little work out. It pained her to do nothing as they laid in comas so she did what she did best. Train.

A robotic voice announced, "Hunting simulation, set level ten, time limit indefinite. Placing prey..."

Her arials perked up, hearing the familiar sounds of feint snuffling and cautious steps throughout the dolmier. It sounded almost like she was back on Faris, hunting for her next meal if it wasn't for the quiet humming of life support systems in the medical bay.

"Placement complete. Starting round... Begin!"

She shot off into the corridors, thinking of nothing else but her growing hunger...

The ship rattled and moaned under its pilot's acrobatics. The crew could hardly believe that they had survived for nearly an hour of manual flight, having a lot more respect towards their captain. A loud crunch sounded as a bit of ricocheting space rock hit their starboard side. Nevermind, they're taking it back.

An officer yelled, "Sir, we can't take much more of this!"

"I know! Just tell me when you see an opening!" Silva yanked his wheel back violently, causing the ship to pitch upwards.

Latinar would've been nauseated if he was human and thanked the spirits for being born a Drev at the sight of his hurling crew mates. He also would've found it very disgusting if it wasn't for a small blip appearing on his sector scanner.

The gray Drev bellowed, "Clearing left! Setting a beacon, sir!"

A yellow dot appeared before the captain's focused eyes, directing him to the said clearing. With no hesitation, he dived for it, weaving through jagged rock and colorful gas. The rainbowlike fog made him miss near crashes as he bit his cheek with every turn. Latinar continued to stare at his scanner, trying to follow where the captain wanted to head but found his mind a jumbled mess. He found no way to read the environment like a human could and stood agape at Silva's rugged precision. Despite his unique choice of Tabasco red boxers and a cheeseburger T-shirt, he looked like the human leader Latinar imagined him to be.

The squeal of ripping metal made everyone cover their ears in pain as the ship spun forward. A boulder had torn through the ship.

"Port side breached! Stabilizers shot, sir!"

Somebody wailed, "We're all going to die!"

If looks would kill, Silva would've atomized the poor officer. He spun the wheel with a hard tug as he accounted for the damage. The ship wobbled more than he liked but he managed to squeeze through every gap he targeted.

He whispered, "C'mon baby."

The pinged beacon grew closer in his sight, showing sanctuary beyond the asteroid field. Holding his breath, Latinar gripped his seatbelts tighter as he leaned forward in interest. Silva somehow looked like he was caressing the steering wheel, projecting his will and determination with gentle hands as he let out what seemed to be a war cry. The gray Drev couldn't help but be swayed with him, crying one of his own. Together they yelled at the universe, flinging a primal "Fuck you!" into the nonexistent wind. Then they barrel-rolled over an asteroid and into clear space.

A cheer spread throughout the ship, overflowing with joy. Some laughed hysterically while others shed a few tears in relief. Latinar found himself breathing heavily after his great bellow, riding on waves of an indescribable exaltation. He wondered if humans always felt like this since they always did the impossible. A sweaty hand flopped onto his shoulder, making him look back to see Captain Silva grinning from ear to ear, a stark contrast to his usually grim face.

"Good ride, Lati?" He asked.

The Drev gasped back, "S-sure."

The captain's chocolate eyes gazed into the wide expanse of space before a grimace set on his face, "Damage and casualty report."

The deck scrambled to their respective devices. Their scurrying movements reminded Latinar that they took heavy damage, severe ones at that.

"Port side sectors 2-D through 3-C breached."

"Starboard side sectors 5-A and 6-A breached."

"Warp core is stable though damage to communication hub prevents us from contacting the GA."

"Three main thrusters heavily damaged. Stabilizers on port side shot."

“Meaning we can only move at around twenty-five percent efficiency then?”

The officer swallowed, “Yep.”

A white-clad medic ran into the room as Silva tried to restrain himself from kicking an overturned waste bin. Seeing a few cuts and bruises, the nurse ignored the fuming captain, treating those who moaned in pain.

“How’s the situation, doc?”

The medic’s hands kept bandaging as she replied, "Med bay reports around fifty injured and counting. As for deaths..."

Silva returned to his chair as he solemnly asked a nearby officer staring pale at his screen, "We have the life signal implants updated, lieutenant. Report."

"...One hundred and seventeen life signals offline, sir."

The air in the room grew cold as the humans had a mixture of reactions. Some held tight fists in anger, some had tears run down their cheeks, and others just gazed into the unknown. They no doubt had various friends around the ship and couldn’t bear the thought of one of them gone. Even if it was in the job description, death stilled shook them all. Captain Silva put his head in his hands, heaving a deeply strained sigh, causing the deck to look at him in concern.

An officer stood from her seat, "Captain, it—"

"I'm okay." He held up a hand, showing determined eyes, "Before we can grieve, we need to get up and running. Prioritize fixing any minor breaches, finding any MIA, and getting communications back up. Set everything to low level power consumption and ration meals until we find out about how long we're staying out here."

Silva kept giving orders to the crew, doing everything he could to amend anything at the moment. Sure, he would probably cry later and drown his sorrows in rum for a few nights, but he had his duty to perform for now. It already laid heavy in his mind, the lives he could of saved if only he was a better pilot.

Latinar shakily stood up, feeling an invisible wave of motion almost knocking him back down. Silva crossed the room to help steady him, staring at the giant alien with some worry. The Drev waved him off with a thankful glance before a blip of light caught his eye on his station’s screen.

“Uh, captain?”

Silva followed his line of sight to the yellow blip, “...Is that what I think it is?”

A sliver of uncertainty crossed their minds as Latinar tapped the blinking light. The constant stream of some unknown language and image data they had been receiving was now substantially close to them.

“Sir we have a visual!”

Heads shot up as an enlarged image projected into the room. The air grew still at the sight of the glitching picture, the tending medic nearly dropping his kit in awe.

It was a large spaceship. Really, really large! It wouldn’t be hard to imagine three UNSC fleet ships fitting inside of the spherical oval with room to spare. It was also quite beautiful yet mysterious as it was entirely made up of some brightly pearlescent metal in the shape of a sleek torpedo. All within the room could tell that this belonged an entirely unknown alien species. Never before had anyone seen such a large yet graceful looking ship that existed outside of science fiction speculation. Especially Captain Silva, as he had studied up on every known space-worthy ship within the GA.

“Send a peace message if you can,” The captain gulped, “And try to see if they are willing to talk...”

S+: 

Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years - my favorite games in the FF franchise it had a pretty damn good story and the characters were really memorable to me. Also its home to two of the few best OST that has Uematsu has composed Red Wings and The Four Fiends. On top of that I really loved how the sequel adds another layer of strategy with its lunar system. I know people hate the sequel cause of how it was spit into multiple episodes you had to buy, but as a person playing the PSP version where the all the stories were all bundled into one price it was actually pretty fun to see how and what the characters has been up to all this time and some fresh faces in forms of either children or comrades of the old IV cast.

S:

Final Fantasy VI: I love this game its my second favorite FF title. I think my favorite thing about it was at different times you controlled different party members it wasn’t just Terra the whole time. Also the fact anybody can learn magic so in a pinch you could use your offensive characters to heal. Who can forget the opera scene and the Dancing Mad song? Instant classic songs

Final Fantasy Type 0: My third favorite game in the franchise. I know that is an unpopular opinion, but I just love the setting and how you can control any character cause its their story and not like a specific character (Ace). Every character has their own weapons and way of fighting I really love using Cinque,Jack, and Trey. I know people hate using her cause she is slow, but I feel like its all about timing she is super strong honestly. I never finished it nor a new game plus where I think it ends differently than the first playthrough. I love the battle system overworld battles play more like Tales of while the missions play out like XV’s battle system, but I think better honestly.

A: 

Final Fantasy X: My fourth favorite FF title and if I remember my very first. Touching story and I love the characters. The only real flack I have is unskippable cutscenes even in the remaster. It really makes it annoying when facing two certain bosses.

Final Fantasy IX: My fifth favorite FF title. It had quite a few memorable characters and fun games on the side. I really liked its story too. The final boss really came out of no where I still think it should’ve ended at Kuja, but whatevs.

Final Fantasy VII: This one is a classic which is why it made A rank. I’m fairly certain the remake will be S or S+ tier with how they are expanding on characters and the story (I will cry over Biggs,Wedge, and Jessie I can feel it you know its coming, but I bet Square will pull out all the stops to get us to like them)

Final Fantasy Rhythm games: My other favorite genre after JRPGs which is rhythm games. I love the little chibi characters!

B:

Crisis Core: Its a nice prequel and the ending was really good I remember first playing it I cried even though I knew it was coming. I really like the song “Why” that plays during the credits

Final Fantasy V: Only reason it is below A rank is cause I never really got far in it. And both times I played it I only made it to the part where we find out about Faris and Lenna’s relationship. Job system was pretty cool and was an upgrade from III.

Final Fantasy Record Keeper: For a mobile game its pretty good and the gatcha was I think for weapons and not for characters.

Final Fantasy VIII: I actually like the junction and drawing system it was new. The final boss fight would leave me on the edge of my seat cause the final boss I think draws all of a certain type of magic from you every other turn so it was basically a battle against time. This series had more of a modern day/futuristic vibe to it. The only reason its a B cause I didn’t really care too much for the story.

Final Fantasy II: Its an easy game after hitting yourself for two hours straight. No really. After I got past the first part of the game I find that ya know it isn’t THAT bad of a game kinda tedious at the start to get your stats up there, but after that it really is smooth sailing the rest of the game.

Final Fantasy: It is only at B rank cause this is where everything began even if the game play is simple and the characters have no name and there really isn’t much of a story

C:

Final Fantasy X-2: I think its nice that we get to see a more light hearted story for the most part, but I don’t think this was really necessary. Has one of the best battle systems in the franchise though I have fun playing it and it does have some really challenging fights. 

Final Fantasy XIII: I don’t think its bad as what people make it out to be its honestly an average game and the story is alright. 

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius: I used to play this game and the event stories that would come out were really good, but if you do not have 6 Star characters with super strong equipment you would never able to finish the story. Also from what I’ve heard its not even harder to obtain lapis to draw for characters. Gatcha has been going downhill and the events harder which is why I eventually quit.

Final Fantasy III: I haven’t gotten far, but I don’t really care too much for how you can only have so many spells for each level. I think I like V and X-2 more since you can actually learn all the magics by using that class in battle.

World of Final Fantasy: Meh...thats all I gotta say I want to kill that animal thing “THE this” “THE that” if I want to hear shit like that I would go watch Teen Titans Go

D:

Final Fantasy All The Bravest: Again not as bad as the fandom says it is and I breezed through it in a week. I guess I can see why people are ticked though. $1 for a character and it might not even show up in your party. 

Final Fantasy XII: I’m thinking about giving this another chance honestly. I wasn’t a fan of the gameplay or license board.

Final Fantasy XV: Probably one of the biggest disappointments since me playing XII. I payed full price for both AND bought the strategy guides which was not cheap. While XV is better with its gameplay the story felt really rushed and had some of the worst romantic subplot I have ever seen compared to any previous Final Fantasy. Noct had more development with his fellow chocobruhs than he ever did with Luna.

The Dissidia games: I’m not a fan of fighting games I think what I liked most about these were different heroes/villains interacting with each other.

F:

Dirge of Cerberus: Terrible game play, Terrible story, I got motion sickness extremely easy, all around bad game.

Final Fantasy XV mobile game: I never played it, but I have seen ads for it and I’m like really? REALLY?
