Day 6: Family Photo

Anyway, had this ready since yesterday so might as well make an early morning post at like, 1 AM my time

Anni (the one between Pomni and Ragatha) is an ai created by Caine specifically for the two of them (she is 16 years old) and Vixen (the one on Pomni’s head) is a former human who arrived in the circus and ended up getting adopted by Pomni and Ragatha (she is only 8 years old)

Of course, Pomni appears different since I of course based this off of my own next gen timeline (I am only briefly explaining it, it is explained more in detail on one of my alt blogs, more specifically @askthenewdigitalcircus)

My next gen timeline essentially is that Caine was a sort of mentor to Pomni as she got more used to her digital surroundings and once she had accepted her fate, Caine soon retired and let Pomni take over the circus

Ever since Pomni took over, 4 humans entered the digital world; Zoola, Princeton, Quinn, and Vixen

All 4 of them are eventually adopted by members of the canon cast (Zoola is adopted by Zooble, Kinger adopts Princeton, Quinn gets adopted by Jax, and I already explained Vixen)

Although Vixen is adopted, she is nonetheless loved by her mother Pomni, mama Ragatha, and of course her shy and nervous older sister Anni

POKESHIPPING WEEK 2024!

It's that time again, pokeshippers!

Last year, we announced that the format of Pokeshipping Week - one theme per day - was getting retired. We also said that we'd still put on a celebration of some kind going forward. Well, the time is here, and I'm happy to announce that we are planning a pokeshipping zine...next year!

If you'll forgive the bait-and-switch there, we have seriously talked about doing a zine, but time got away from us this summer. So, while we do hope to tackle that undertaking in 2025, for this year, we're planning what you might call an open Pokeshipping Week!

How does it work, you ask? Simple: over the years, you all have submitted a lot of potential themes for Pokeshipping Week. For every seven that got chosen each year, plenty were left behind. Well, now you can fill November 1 to 7 with art, fics, AMVs, GIFs, graphics, etc., all about our favorite Poke-couple, using any seven you'd like from the unused themes list.

Any and all contributions are welcome, and if they're tagged #pokeshipping week 2024, we'll reblog them here and on the main @pokeshipping blog. Besides Tumblr, we’ll keep our eyes out for the tag on Twitter and DeviantART for artwork, for fanfics on FF.Net and AO3, and for AMVs on YouTube (no NSFW, please).

What is a Secret Santa? - A Secret Santa is a gift giving event; you'll be assigned someone to secretly make a gift for, and someone will make a gift for you. - It's very important that no one knows that you are making them a gift and vice versa, that you don’t know who is making you a gift! - This event is a writing and art event! Are there any rules? - Absolutely no N/S/F/W or Suggestive content is permitted for prompts, gifts, or references. This is /not/ an 18+ event. - No direct contact with the person you're making a gift for; you can communicate through me or someone helping run the event, or ask through anon on tumblr if you can. - No AI art/writing, Gacha edits, face claims, picrews, or bases will be permitted for oc reference submissions or gifts. - Oc x Canon and Oc x Oc ships are 100% allowed. - Fankids, sonas, and self inserts are also allowed; my only rule is that fankids of Lloyd x Canon ships are not permitted. - Please respect requests regarding holiday or seasonal preferences when making a gift. Don't depict an oc participating in a holiday or seasonal activity that the creator asked not be depicted. How many ocs can be submitted total? - At least one oc is required, but up to three can be submitted ^^ What will I need for sign ups? - Refs or art that show a clear, colored depiction of your oc. - OR at least two pieces of writing for said oc (does not need to be a whole fic. Make sure it's a tumblr url, and not from any other social media) What's the general timeline for this event? - Sign ups will officially begin near the end of October, around the week of Halloween. - Assignments will be within the first couple of weeks of November. - You will have until December 23rd to January 7th to finish your piece. These will be the designated posting days. - January 8th to 14th will be the designated late week. How do I sign up? - In Late October, I'll post a google form where you can submit your oc(s)! There will be one for writing and one for art! - Please reach out to me in someway after signing up. This can be through messages, asks, comments, etc. In the past we've had issues with the forms, where they'd "eat' a submission, and I'd like to know when to check to make sure this doesn't happen again. Yeah, late once again and for the last time since, due lo circumstances out of my control I'll be out my city tjis whole week and won't be able to take my computer with me.

So this is the last drawing I'll make for this fanfest (I'm sorry @mika080 I failed you TwT) *sigh* If I only hadn't make all those backgrounds, but I couldn't help it! -w-u
