heyyy so I'm on the hunt for some obscure tumblr post and of everyone i follow you probs have the most followers? and if you havent seen the thing already you should because its delightful. do you think you could help me out?

heres the thing- it was a black and white animated silent short of a granny sitting in a rocking chair and the grim reaper come for her soul. the art style was somewhat scratchy but it was thematic. granny turns out to be so deft and swift and dodges the hell out of the reaper.

it has strongly inspired a dnd character I want to run so I've been trying to google-fu my way back to it but i just dont remember enough details. it made the rounds YEARs ago so i dont even remember the last time i saw it cross my dash

I think it’s really cool you’re thinking of coming down here for Funimation! Dallas is a super big hub for that sort of thing, and Akon is BIG down there too!

That’s what I’ve heard! Dallas seems to be one of the bigger hubs for VA’s to find work. I’ve been down to Texas before a few times so I’m not going into this 100% blind, though it’s still a fairly blind endeavor. One of the biggest hurdles is going to be securing housing and a primary job as I’ll likely be working for peanuts when/if I start out.

HIBISCUS: Did you ever play an instrument? If so what? - When i was a kid i played the recorder and the viola. I dabbled a bit in guitar and ukulele. I’ve always really wanted to play guitar and drums. I still play a little guitar but im not very good (only know the most basic of chords, literally never practice, need to work on that). I can use FL studio. I’ve written and recorded some songs but I don’t feel very good about them. I have put a couple fl studio vst-made things out there, i dont feel like reposting them. If I wasn’t spending almost all of my time in bed or at work I would probably be doing a lot more.
