Julian Bashir from Star Trek DS9! We know his parents forced him to undergo genetic engineering as a child because of a mental disability, and a lot of what Julian says about this is identical to current autistic arguments against a cure (i.e. "you killed Jules", etc). I also headcanon that the genetic engineering didn't actually make him allistic, just much more NT-passing.
