I know I shared my match for the event hosted by @lilyoffandoms but I wanted to give a shout-out to all the creators who have participated.

@trappedinfanfiction, @jerzwriter you both will be the ones I am most familiar given the open heart content but all have participated it has been a joy. Whether it be open heart, crimes of passion, TRR/TRH/the royal finale or any other book in the choices family.

To write, takes time and when you do extended series more so. There was a time when our readership was bigger but at the end of the day it is a testement not only to our brains but the fact that these stories, even though they are finished that we are still creating.

Thank you so much @lilyoffandoms for running choices writer appreciation month. It has been enjoyable and I am sure I am not the only other participant who has enjoyed it.

happy to say i am working on some pretty big superhero au plot stuff right now!! not sure when that'll be out, but. it is Cooking!! have some doodles in the meantime 🫡 some of which may or may not be inspired by said plot stuff, heehee...

i had a LOT of fun with xenia's room in particular, i've been wanting to draw it out for a while because she's a huuuge superhero fangirl and has been since she was a kid. it's still a bit difficult for her to adjust to being a superhero now herself...!! the fact that the solarflare is her closest friend sorta complicates that as well...will she ever be able to keep up with her...?

Your silent protagonist doesn't have to use sign language btw. They don't have to write things down, either. They don't have to use language at all. Not every single person who doesn't talk can use words the same as you, or use them at all, so your favorite silent character shouldn't have to use what you consider a grammatical language to communicate in your fanart and fics. AAC exists. Drawing exists. Gestures and body language exist. Btw.
