catch me looking up nightingale symbolisms for tales of the passerine. if danny's using the name of a songbird for a hero name, regardless of familial connections, i will utilize the symbolism tied to the bird. Anyways general gist of the nightingale symbolism i've seen, other than what wikipedia told me, is that nightingales were frequently symbolisms of spring renewal, loss/death, love, etc. catch me about to incorporate music into Danny's character

Chaos (She/Her or Any)

This is Chaos. Chaos is my oldest Sonic OC so be nice! 😹 The child's drawing behind her was drawn on August 19, 2006 at 10:30 AM. It was drawn on a large foam board. I remember being annoyed that my mother always told me to sign and date my art so I added the time to this drawing out of annoyance. It is not the first drawing of her.

Chaos' tricks do not require Chaos Emeralds to use. That makes her pretty powerful. She is not pictured with her cheap plastic wand here in the new art but they still have it. Chaos can turn ordinary objects into magical ones. I suppose you can say these objects are imbued with chaos energy.

I changed the "doughnut" part of the hat from blue to gold. Chaos used to hide things inside their hat. They can even fit humans inside their hat! The gold "doughnut" is really a Giant Ring, or Dimension Ring. Big Ring? It's one of those. She's probably hiding a Special Stage inside her hat too. The hat itself was also an ordinary object.

It was Dottie, Chaos' best friend, who gifted Chaos these objects. She bought a cheap magician's kit which included a wand and gloves. She also got a wizard hat at the same magic shop. The shoes were either copied, or stolen. Dottie doesn't get that much allowance. Their look was inspired by the Moon Boot. Perhaps she found them in her parents' closet. lol

This is the character that carried around emergency snacks to treat what seemed like hypoglycemia. I got a lot of responses on that one post, surprisingly. I don't have diabetes (there's still time) so I'm not sure how well I could write a character with diabetes. I am seriously considering making Chaos a diabetic character.

If I had to pick a song to introduce Chaos with, it'd be Put It Together (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo) from Cinderella II: Dreams Come True. I watched it so many times as a kid.

Okay so!

I posted yesterday about how alongside my ghost cartoons, i have ANOTHER cartoon about famous people being evil and weak broke young adults try to stop them. Here is the main villain of such cartoon: Hyper Hart!

Hyper is actually the oldest character that i still use (made in 2015!) and she means the fucking WORLD to me. She may not look like much, but this girl is packed full of lore and personality and shes probably one of if not my favorite characters that i have ever created.

(ppssttt... shes the biggest popstar in the world and will do anything to stay at #1...... un-psssstttt)

I realize that the audience for this post is essentially no one, but I'm really upset about how the gnarly, unicycle-riding spokesghoul for the Barbarois in Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust appears to be just a more withered version of the Dungeon Master from the early 1980s Dungeons and Dragons cartoon.

one topic I find weirdly charming is stuff for kids that's basically specific to one place. when there's some obscure thing that pretty much everyone outside your country goes 'what?' and everyone in your country goes 'OH MY GOD THAT' when you mention it, that's the shit

Since Hazbin Hotel has been released (I’m late to the party), I would like to bring it to all the 90s kids attention that Vox is just Face from Nick Jr. that died and went to hell.

The knowledge that Vox’s entire public image could be ruined with a Blue’s Clues VCR will never escape my conscious thought when I see the TV man.

#Rebecca hunt #Rebecca prince #Emma sutton #hollywood u #been thinking about emma's character more #i dont want her to be a cartoon villain #but i do want her to be more bad traits than good #i think she wanted a pet more than a friend #and poor little rebecca who never had a friend and would do anything for a little positive attention was perfect #i think she considers micheal the same to a lesser extent #and by the time she graduated she just didn't care about them anymore because they served their purpose #she doesn't need her “pets” anymore cause now she's an adult with her own money and her own house and her new cool friends #and she taught rebecca a bunch of tricks to get away from her parents #so she sees the “transaction” as being complete #i also think she pressured rebecca into a lot of things #just in a different way #rebecca was more inclined to do things for emma cause thats her friend! shes the coolest! she must know whats best for rebecca #and michael is a naive yes man so he didn't say anything #really want to write emma calling up rebecca after she becomes famous and being like “heyyyy bestie”

Bad news for Star Wars action figure enjoyers because I just got the 3.75” Cad Bane figure and while this is what he looks like from the front—

… This is, unfortunately, what he looks like from the back.

They overlooked how things would appear at different angles and gave the guy with the most distinct and intimidating cowboy silhouette the most unflattering sculpt of a duster caboose I’ve ever seen

I guess if you’re one of those people who keeps them in the box to display you’re fine buuuuuut #heh. butt #Star wars #action figures #cad bane #They could have done a full split coat in the back #They could have made the duster fabric like they do for some other characters’ capes #They could have had both side swept back over the holsters and done better tooling on the folds #Also his face is the one from the live action not the cartoon so. same complaints there as back when I watched TBoBF #Like sure I usually prefer for the most practical effects to be used as possible #But like. you have to be able to deliver on it #And it’s Disney. they’re not lacking in money #They just don’t want to pay the right professionals to do good work #That one guy had that really good edited VFX vid done like a week after the episode #I’m going to see about modding his face to be closer to the original design #Hasbro sculptor: Hey you know who needs to have the look of a flat butt and jessica rabbit hips from the back?#Hasbro sculptor number 2: That guy based off of Angel Eyes from the most famous spaghetti western of all time?#Hasbro sculptor: Yeah that guy.
