more au headcanons sigh. (60s marvin, '25 whizzer)

- marvin texts like an old person. autocaps, fully punctuated, no emojis at all. maybe an emoticon here and there if he's feeling rowdy

- whizzer will say “that's what she said” or “_____er? I hardly know her!” at ANY given opportunity. marvin literally has no idea what he means and whizzer just refuses to explain

- marvin (of course) has autism. except he doesn't know because it wasn't called autism in the 60s, so every single day he's BATTLING the allegations

- whizzer doesn't like that he likes marvin. not because it's queer, he's fine with that; but because he's got some form of a reputation for being a mean person, and liking marvin makes him feel weirdly soft

- marvin has a VERY heavy lisp. whizzer loves to make fun and imitate it.

- whizzer is horrible to marvin (obviously in a joking manner) but when anyone else is mean to marvin he will not hesitate to chew them up and spit them out

- takes place after 'My Highschool Sweetheart' but before 'Highschool Ladies At 5 O'clock / The Rape Of Miss Goldberg: By Marvin', so marvin doesn't necessarily like being around '25 Miss Goldberg, he think she's 'off' (though she's pretty much the same person with no change to personality)

Whizzer and Marvin had decided to meet up for some ice cream. It was a pretty hot day, so Whizzer decided he'd go simple, and wear just a t-shirt and jeans. Whizzer walks over to the park that they both agreed they'd meet at.

Once Whizzer spots Marvin, he walks over to him, a stupid smile plastered on his face. He hugs Marvin tightly, pressing a kiss to his cheek. He pulls back.

“Hi Marv!!!”

I eventually pull back and hold his hand in preparation for when we start walking

It started off as a self indulgent gwall au but as time went on Marvin and whizzer’s relationship really suited how I actually see Gideon and Wallace’s relationship. Also Marvin fits Gideon so well I can’t and also just his obsession with not letting Trina move on reminds me of Gideon and Ramona as well.

YES all I do is post au headcanons YES I'm not tired of it YES i will continue to do so (again, 60s marvin, '25 whizzer)

- whizzer took marvin iceskating because he thought it would be really funny to watch him fall over. it did not work. marvins ONE talent is being a devious iceskater, like he's insane at it. whizzer on the other hand can barely skate holding onto the rails. marvin had to hold his hand to help him away from the sides

- one of marvins first questions after he finally warmed up to whizzer - and before he accepted his homosexuality - was “do they still perform lobotomies?” which horrified whizzer to no end. marvins reasoning for this was that he believed if he received a lobotomy he wouldnt be queer anymore.

- whizzer is very loud without realising, 80% chance that when he says something it's unnecessarily louder then it should be

- marvin rarely wears his glasses, he's aware they make him look stupid, and whizzer does not try to tell him they don't. he just flat out tells him “god, you look horrendous” though he doesnt mean it at all.

- whizzer spreads rumours about his classmates when he gets bored or if they piss him off, he gets marvin to help him (do you really have a mutual crush on your friends if you dont do this?)
