قيل ان سبب نزول سورة الناس و سورة الفلق حينما سحر الرسول صل الله علية وسلم فانزل الله سورة الناس و سورة الفلق علية وقام الملك جبريل برقية الرسول بالفلق والناس وشفي الرسول الكريم من السحر ولذالك فإن سورة الناس و سورة الفلق من افضل سور القران في الرقية والعلاج من السحر والعين والله اعلي واعلم باذن الله تعالي فإن أفضل طريقة في علاج السحر هي استماع وترديد المعوذتين

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.

Master of the Day of Judgment.

You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.

Guide us on the Straight Path,

The path of those who have received Your grace; not the path of those who have brought down wrath upon themselves, nor of those who have gone astray.

a) Kanzul Imaan Tafsir

Kanzul Imaan, a famous Urdu translation and commentary, explains that Surah Al-Fatiha is a prayer for guidance, mercy, and steadfastness on the path of righteousness. It emphasizes Allah’s attributes of mercy and lordship over all worlds.

b) Tafsir Ibn Kathir

They shall then know truth and, more than that, they shall realize that from the beginning truth has been in the world unrecognized, save by a small but gradually increasing number appointed by the Lords of the Dawn as ministers to the needs of human creatures struggling to regain their consciousness of divinity.”

It is interesting that MPH uses the phrase Lords of the Dawn to describe the Initiates of the Secret Doctrine. This corresponds to an ayat or verse of the Qur'an (Chapter 113: Al-Falaq — The Dawn). The Qur'an says, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn". Rabb al-Falaq [Lord of the Dawn] is one of the names of God in the Islamic Tradition. The term refers to God, but also by extension to the members of the spiritual hierarchy, the Initiates and Adepts, the Mahatmas, and Masters of Wisdom. From the Sages, Saints, & Seers of ancient India and Egypt, to the Christian Mystics and Sufis, there is a golden thread of Gnostic wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation since the dawn of human history. The Lords of the Dawn are the guardians of this eternal wisdom ~ those who remember.

Surah 113

Bismillaah ar-Rahman ar-Raheem Qul a’uudhu birabbil falaq Min sharri ma khalaq Wa min sharri ghaasiqin idhaa waqab Wa min sharrin naffaathaati fil ‘uqad Wa min sharri haasidin idhaa hasad

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn, from anything harmful in Creation, from the evil of darkness as it spreads, from the evil of knotted spells, from the evil of the envier when he envies.
