Autumn walked in and laughed at me hopeful, wearing my sandals .... I watered the garden and the heavens opened - my plants were happy ... my toes slightly less.. the rain was cold / but I did stand in the door way watching the thunder down .. feeling super duper alive ... rain storms do that to me / I find them really life affirming- well without weather / water we would nt even be here, the strength of Mother Nature - what happens when you think you might have her tamed... she turns your umbrella inside out and fills your wellies... just so you know who's boss! Summer days with blue skies that go on forever make me feel immortal - autumn thunderstorms make me feel new and that the world is so old and wise and we are just specks walking around on the surface !! Lily is chewing my #teethingnecklace after breaking my beloved turquoise necklace I bought in Egypt 8 years ago. 😭😭 I must have been tired to even think it was a good idea to wear it! He ll probably kill me for this picture.. but I do think it's one of his best sides!! 😘😘 So much for him getting a rest - he's such a super star - we went to get all the free plants and could nt lift some of the pots they were huge!! But we got what we could - sorted the pots when we got back - watered them all- pulled some weeds - he topped up his wiper water and replaced the bulbs in the car headlights.. just an easy day really!! The truth is ... I m still waiting to grow up 😂😂 so one day I will be an Archaeologist!! But till then making and creating - painting sanding and collecting will do!! But I did want to be captain of a star ship .... who would of thought it would nt have happened yet?! A ballerina ..... I have no sense of balance!! A singer..... but birds fall dead from the sky when I sing.... I once was singing in a choir and the choir master said - whoever is singing like they are dying stop.
