How can you say all of this when we know that he is going to CHELSEA? They have more than 30 players, there is much more competition in the attack with players like Mudryk, Madueke or Jackson, and we still havent heard the big deals like them wanting to go for Osimhen. Chelsea gives them long term contracts ans big salaries which means they will still have a job and still be paid even if they dont get minutes. We already know how Chelsea deals with youngsters, they loan them to another club and try to sell them for a higher price. They go for every player in the market (they already got Estevao) because they are an owned club wigh no fairplay rules to stop them.

Can you please tell me how is this comparable to Barça's situation? His competition is a 36 years old man, Ferran Torres who barely starts and is definetely not reliable, and Roque's future is still open, there is much less competition here and now that Flick he could prove himself since we know that he is eager to use the academy. I don't prefer explaining my apperence online for religious and personal reasons so I'll just lower it down to personality.

I'm quite a bubbly person that says some messed up stuff sometimes. Quite the big extrovert with trust issues and lack of self esteem. If it counts then I'm fairly intelligent and top of my grade. I like helping out my friends but I'm competitive and can be jealous- I'm labeled as the class child and therapist. I value privacy and honesty and loyalty and stubbornness are my most noticeable traits. I won't consider myself athletic but I'm not entirely out of shape either. I enjoy the great outdoors and rather spend time around friends and family then being alone. I enjoy reading fantasy or mystety novels. Plus I tend to be considered creative. I have weird mood swings and like Fairplay. I'm also considered well mannered and obedient by my teachers as well as being a quick learner. I don't know what else to say really. I hate studying and I'm sassy, sometimes funny and whitty?? I can switch form being formal to informal within seconds depending upon who I'm with. I'm more of the leader type in the group rather than the follower. Fast worker  too ig. Oh and slightly aggressive when mad. I just feel emotions on high intensity-

That’s quite all right if you don’t want to disclose your appearances! Ace totally understands. Besides, when he first meets you, it’s not like he’ll care too much about your appearance anyway. In fact, regardless of how good you look, what clothes you wear, or how you carry yourself, he’s going to make fun of you anyway. (Seriously, you better look out when you first meet him, Ace isn’t one to pull back on his punches when he has his sights on a new target).

Thankfully, that’s just the first meeting—and way before he gets to know the real you. Your extroverted personality and your competitive nature is what intrigues Ace. While he may think of you as a target, eventually, he realizes that you are so much more than what you appear. 

For starters, you definitely are one of the smarter people he knows. (Yes, this is a dig at Deuce and no, he doesn’t feel bad about that). At this point in your relationship, he might still think of you as a means to an end. He’s a slacker and likes to take the easy way out. Can you blame him if he asks for help for homework, but ends up copying everything word for word? Or, if he were to skip out on his classes that he always asks you for notes? It’s just the way of the world, ya know? You’re smart and he’s lazy, so what? 

Ohhhhh… Never mind. You don’t like studying. Ahhhh, looks like he’ll have to take advantage of you another way. 

His terrible ways of befriending you only increases when he realizes just how much you like helping your friends. Don’t worry, he’ll eventually stop. It’ll take a lot, but when he sees just how angry you can get… Oh boy… He’s not one to be afraid of people who lash out when angry, but consider him scared (and in awe) of your aggression. Remind him to never get on your bad side ever again. 

Ace’s respect for you grows exponentially when he sees you take charge. He’s not much of a follower himself, but as a student of Night Raven College, even he has to admit that not everyone can be veritable leaders. As your relationship grows, he’ll slowly realize that he’ll follow you most everywhere. If you do fail in the future, whether it be on a school project or serious matters, know that he’ll always have your back. 

Sometimes, Ace will make fun of you for being such a teacher’s pet, but it’s all in great fun. It’s not like the teasing from before, this time he wants to make you laugh. 

Speaking of which, if you sass him back during arguments or if he says something mildly offensive, he will be the one laughing. He’s still not sure if it’s because your quick wit is surprising or if he truly adores how you make him feel, but he can’t deny that the mirth he expresses is genuine. You make him want to be more honest around you—and around others too! (Please don’t ever tell Deuce that he thinks that he’s a good friend despite the fact that he never shows it).

On the other hand, sometimes it’s not your quick wit and humor that makes Ace laugh. Sometimes, it’s the things you say that are either way out of context that'll go over people’s heads or the fact that you say the most messed up things. Add the whiplash he can get from listening to you talk to your closest friends and then doing a heel-face turn to an upperclassman or a professor, and it’s a recipe for disaster for Ace. Try as he might, his attempt at playing the cool, unaffected freshman is no more. He will utterly break down into inconsolable giggles and it’s going to be all your fault. 

(Yes, he’ll blame you, but on the inside, he’s eagerly waiting the next time he’ll get to be with you).

(Is this the point where Ace realizes that he’s fallen for you? Possibly. But like how most things go with Night Raven College students, he’ll never admit it). 

Eventually, though, when one of you confesses (it’s not Ace, it’s not gonna be Ace, but if you go first, he will tease you for it while blushing and stuttering on the inside), he’ll make sure that the dates the both of you on are amazing and memorable! Go take him out to enjoy the great outdoors! He’s more of a city boy at heart, but he’ll appreciate you teaching him the ropes for how to survive in the wild—it’ll come in handy during certain school events. However, sometimes, Ace will host dates with you that are easygoing and soft. Sometimes, you’ll hang out at a cafe where you can enjoy good food and drinks while laughing over stupid videos that you watch on your phones. Other times, you'll spend rainy days inside snuggled on the couch together. 

Either way, when you’re together like this, Ace hopes that you enjoy being together like this. 

Because… When Ace falls for someone, he falls hard. He loves your loyalty and stubbornness. He loves your quick wit and humor. But most of all, he loves that you’re his. 

Overall, you’ve landed yourself a person who may be rough around the edges, but once you get to know him, you’ll realize that the both of you can bring out the best in each other. With him, he’ll raise you up and support you in whatever you wish to do.

Hmm, now that I think of it, that literary reaction video made me wonder if the mysterious non fiction memoir rumored on twitter yesterday could be about Marjorie. That’s be cool, especially since that time period has drawn compelling comparisons to today and its ripples effect- 50s,60s,70s- like Elvis & Marilyn biopics. Her grandparents had to leave Cuba during that time. Jack Antonoff is a Kennedy collector - he wore vintage pin at Grammys. Marjorie song mentions of wishing she kept receipts & was left closet of backlogged dreams. She has a lot of resources -people & access- it is like a puzzle or whodunit- Agatha Christie (Angela Landsbury tales as old as time- weird how it is like an homage- she passed away around release). She likes that type of stuff, CSI, L&O:SVU, Criminal minds, Oz, etc- Shondra Rimes has definitely been an influence. Lol, Olivia H show was spotted in NY recently & was at concert last night. For example- the politics & celebrity culture (Kennedy & Cuba crisis in that era made me think of the Windsor royal family). The Crown or even celebrity involvement with the Ukraine/Russia war. Coincidentally TS ex secretly fought in it- news came out around TS latest album. The sections & stories on evermore & folklore reminded me of TS library (books, TV, film & music) tastes. Like the Taylor & Burton equivalevent of cancel culture. She has always been fascinated & influenced by history, visited museums & sites, picked up vintage items & exposed herself to various cultures. Lol, on the other hand- I think HS could do this too- or maybe they do already. It’s a creative way to work, express themselves but maintain privacy. Revealing their sources without exposing their life fully, yet educate others- relatable & applicable life lessons. Exploitation of kids for sport (Hunger games & Squid games)- reality TV, K-pop, Disney & nickelodeon- topics- cancel culture. History repeats in a way- we don’t always learn from the past… ‘ghosts.’ It’s true that internet like social media has spread things faster & influenced decisions that impact society. In their own way celebrities like HS/1D & TS for example, have utilized their influence and popularity to make their mark on today’s culture. Innovators & trendsetters- they tap into the pulse of society’s interests. They have a special gift/knack/skill to utilize today’s tools to draw ideas from past & present to spin/twist with words/puns/idioms that help their projects go viral globally and influence the future. They are as SM posts have revealed- Scrabble players/ game players. Turnabout fairplay. It is something that those before them were unable to take advantage of- and well, why not? Lol.

I think this memoir is mostly gonna be about Taylor but I’m sure she’s gonna talk all about her grandmother. This book is going to be 544 pages long. It’s gonna have a lot in it. I’m really excited for it.

TS & HS are so well read. Harry is such a poet & Taylor such a storyteller. If they ever worked on something together it would have the power to change the world.

ED freezes assets worth ₹580.78 crore of a partner of MOB promoters

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has frozen security holdings worth ₹580.78 crore, belonging to a Dubai-based hawala trader, Hari Shankar Tibrewal, who the agency has identified as the third partner of the wanted promoters of Mahadev Online Book (MOB), an illegal online betting platform, the agency said on Friday.

This followed recent countrywide searches at Tibrewal’s known premises and at the premises of his associates at 17 locations in cities including Mumbai, Kolkata, Raipur, Indore, Delhi and Gurugram, as reported by HT on Thursday.

“Security holdings worth ₹580.78 crore in the name of the entities beneficially owned by Hari Shankar Tibrewal have been frozen by ED under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act,” ED sources said. As part of the crackdown on the MOB-linked money-laundering networks, the ED has also retrieved cash of ₹1.86 crore and valuables worth ₹1.78 crore.

ED has alleged that funds generated by the Mahadev app were used to pay bribes to politicians and bureaucrats in Chhattisgarh, where the case had become a major political issue ahead of the assembly elections in November.

The federal agency, which began probing the matter under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in July 2022, alleged the promoters of the app, identified as Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal, are based overseas and remotely ran illegal betting operations. The projected proceeds of the crime are about ₹6,000 crore. The two app promoters were recently detained in Dubai based on Interpol red notices issued at the behest of ED and the agency is trying to have them deported or extradited to India. A formal request in this regard has already been sent, officials said.

So far, the agency has arrested nine people. It has also filed two charge sheets, including the one against the two promoters.

ED’s money laundering investigation in the case has revealed that the MOB is an umbrella syndicate arranging online platforms for enabling illegal betting websites to enroll new users, create user IDs and laundering of money through a layered web and Tibrewal allegedly runs one such website in the name of sky-exchange, ED sources said.

“ED has successfully identified another major player involved with the promoters of the Mahadev Online Book,” an ED source said. “It was found that Hari Shankar Tibrewal, who hails from Kolkata but currently resides in Dubai, is a major hawala player and has partnered with the MOB promoters,” the source added.

The searches also resulted in the seizure of sizable evidence, including digital data and documents pertaining to assets, the sources said. The searches revealed that Tibrewal allegedly used his Dubai-based entities to invest betting proceeds in the Indian stock market via Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) route, the sources said.

Tibrewal allegedly also employed many of his associates as directors in various companies that were invested the betting proceeds in the stock market. “He was also involved in large-scale hawala movement of the betting funds,” the source claimed.

ED initiated the investigation in 2022 based on cases registered by the Chhattisgarh police against MOB and its promoters. Subsequently, other cases registered by Vishakhapatnam police, Andhra Pradesh and other states were also taken on record. ED’s investigation has revealed that the illegal betting platform was being run from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by franchising panels /branches to their known associates on a 70%-30% profit ratio.

“The main promoters of Mahadev Online Book are also partner/promoter in multiple such online betting book like ‘Reddy Anna,’ ‘Fairplay’, among others, and large-scale hawala operations are done to siphon off the proceeds of betting proceeds to off-shore accounts,” the ED source said.

The ED had earlier seized/frozen movable properties worth ₹572.41 crore during searches conducted in the case. The total attachment/freezing in the case stands at ₹1,296.05 crore. The agency has so far submitted two charge-sheets against 19 accused in the case, including Chandrakar and Uppal.

Dug up an assortment of random indecipherable notes on a writing project I never even really started from, o I dunno 7ish years ago? And there is a kind of beautiful ironic meta quality to trying to decipher this shit because it was a Batman fic about Riddler adopting a teenager in an attempt to both beat batman at the orphan rearing game, and his own father whom I wrote a whole backstory with where he was the head of major Gotham private security firm that I named Nassec(NAShton SECurity).

The plot is unclear from my notes alone, and I have only vague memories of where my head was at at the time, but clearly there was a focus on the fairplay mystery of the whole elaborate riddler-esque heist, as Riddler's protege attempts to fulfill their role, but to the existential crisis of Riddler himself.

His adopted teen sidekick was a genderqueer asian-american trafficking victim, shunted thru the foster care system after a series of behavioral issues with otherfother families. They'd struggle with questions of racial/ethnic identity, gender and sexuality, and vigilante morality as they underwent their training with Eddie as a foster father, while he'd neglect their mental and emotional development in favor of strict tutelage in the criminal arts. At the same time Eddie would feel increasingly threatened by his own aptitude as a mentor, scared of what it would mean if he succeeded and actually built an intellect greater than not only himself but Batman. In the meantime he'd attempt to reapproach his long estranged father, CEO of Nassec, about his disinherited status and the new legacy of his protege.

There was some kind of elaborate kidnapping scheme where Batman, Riddler, and President Nashton would all wake in a series of SAW/ZeroEscape style deathtraps. Meanwhile the sidekick, whom I never decided on a name for, would have confronted Tim Drake about finding a place in someone else's shadow, while Nightwing and Oracle worked to track down Bruce's location. There was a whole series of redherrings and misdirections in play to keep them busy while the Riddler sidekick probed Robin for information about his place in Batman's great plan for Gotham, because they would be so fixated on what role they were supposed to play in opposition to that; just another in a long line of personal identity quandaries they'd have trying to triangulate a position between Is and Isn't.

There was supposed to be a whole conflict of identity, and credit and achievement, and parenthood and the psychological extension of ego that comes with raising a child. There was supposed to be a metaphor with puzzle boxes that I never quite nailed down. The three captives were all locked in cargo crates adrift at sea, and there was a whole thing about cooperation and progress built upon prior moves all about making way for the next step... Again I don't think I ever figured out the specific mechanical aspects of it... Certainly I didn't articulate them well...

Ultimately the puzzle would be solved, there would be a deceptively simple solution obscured by presumptive busy work, and by the time everything fell in line between the 3 plots (captives, rescue team, and confrontation with the mastermind) the Riddler sidekick would have escaped according to a prepared exit strategy with a vaguely threatening uncertainty as to whether or not they had decided on being a villain, and whether or not they'd come back to menace Gotham and the Batfam, or Riddler and Nassec. As they'd effectively end the story having proven themselves a credible threat to the Batfam, with an axe to grind with Riddler over their adoption and subsequent identity crisis, and with a legally defensivle claim to controlling shares of Nassec.

Oh and there was a whole Mary Shelly Frankenstein thing just kind of vaguely orbiting the halfformed plot that I never really nailed down either

But like i have zero idea how I thought I was going to tie all these details and themes and idea together in a coherent plot

WIGGLES

It had never crossed Mei's mind to think that they way ze expressed zerself was in any way strange until others put that thought in zer head. There was just so much inside zer  that it just had to come out sometimes. A hum here, tapping there, closed eyes and a happy squirm.  People called Mei fidgety.  

The twins balanced each other out like that, though. Where Mei was flighty and curious, Aster was steady and personable. They made it work. Aster would get her foot in the door and if the people on the other side of the door were mean to her sib well, that was their loss, wasn't it? It got easier as the two got older. After all, people got over themselves at last somewhat as they had to focus on their own problems.

As it stood now, however, Mei had found zer niche working at the local library, always seeming to be able to find things that people needed, even before they knew what they needed. Ze grinned slightly at the kids ze'd been reading to as they clapped along to applaud the characters that ze's been reading dramatically about. Reading to the children was something that Mei'd picked up doing not long after getting hired at the library.

A few strands of brown hair slipped into zer eyes as ze tapped the heel of one foot along with the clapping. A little wiggle of zer shoulders accompanied the words as ze continued, there was a moment of silence from the kids as ze kept reading, only noticed when ze glanced up.

The Stokes' girl, who was going by Taffy recently, at least around Mei, was staring , a hand on her little brother's arm. She bit her lower lip as blue eyes bored into the changeling's own vibrant green.  "Miz Reynes?"

Mei blinked at the girl slowly as ze marked the page in the book, not bothering to correct the honorific. "Did you have a  question, Taffytwist?"

"Yeah, Bean said he saw glitter around you just now?"

"That ain't a question,  but I do wear glitter sometimes." It wasn't a lie.

Those too-serious eyes continued to watch zer. "You aren't today."

"I-... I'm... No, I'm not." Mei stuck the first knuckle of zer thumb to zer teeth. Ze really didn't want to get in trouble for something ze had tried not to have happen as much around the kids.

Taffy leaned over as her brother tugged on her arm again. He leaned over and whispered something to her. Mei heard part of it with zer sharp ears, but glanced away, almost embarrassed.

My Wild Burro Story

Bracelet Margarita is my Johnny, NV burro. You may know the story; she earned her name by getting her foot caught in a pipe and somehow made it to someone's back yard. They called the BLM Wild Horse and Burro Ridgecrest Off-Range Wild Horse and Burro Corrals in California, to let them know there was a hurt donkey in their backyard. The BLM retrieved her and named her Bracelet. They healed her wounds and kept her until I took her as a Trainer Incentive Program project for an adoption event at the 2018 Bishop Mule Days. Yeah, we ended up adopting her ourselves as she was always a super kind donkey. Just like Eeore. Just three days before Bishop's event we were still convinced she was going to be adopted out to some lucky home. I decided to take her on a 4-mile walk -- and we jogged. She did so great that I told my husband, "this is a premium donkey, she will be a great and docile pack burro runner!" Well, she went to the adoption event in Bishop and then came home with us!

By the end of July 2018, she made it to the Fairplay, Colorado pack burro race with me and her brand-new pack saddle. We signed up for the 15-mile run and I was convinced we would do great. CNN was even there covering the race, it was great! So about 1/4 mile into the race, Bracie didn’t want to go any more. At this point, her friends/herd buddies were way ahead of us and she just lost her momentum!   After much encouragement, cajoling, pushing and pulling it became evident we were not going to be able to continue the race past the two-mile Aid Station. I decided to quit (in our community it is called a DNF for did not finish and there is NO PRIDE IN THAT!).

I started up a conversation with someone behind me struggling with her pack – she had also decided to quit. At that point, we decided to go off-course and wound up walking and exploring about eight miles together – I gained a new trail friend and it was great!

So, that is how sweet Bracie earned her title "my DNF donkey". Running is not her thing, but loving is --  she is a great trail donkey and bomb proof obstacle buddy. She attends the Christmas Service at a local church with Mary, visits the residents at the Assisted Living Facility and shops at the Farmer’s Market with us.  She is our Bracie... the DNF donkey.

Mainly in earthy tones with white and some color accents. On the third level there is an Art Gallery for the artsy sim plus two outdoor areas. Perfect for a wealthy family and storytelling ;). Please, just don’t make me regret that I’m willing to share, goodhearted as I am because I spent a ton of time of that one, several days and hours and hours actually. Re-uploading would make me just regret that I shared fairplay would be great😘!
