Most Common Dental Problems
Dental Supply Online
Dentistry is not as simple as it sounds. There are many problems one may face regarding dental health. Following is an objective study of some of the most common ones:
Toothache
CAUSE: The development of new teeth, biting into something hard, and improper dental hygiene
EFFECT: This causes pain in a tooth or teeth that may be accompanied by gum inflammation and/or bleeding
REMEDY: Frequent flossing, toothbrushes with softer bristles, and brushing of teeth twice daily
Crooked Teeth
CAUSE: Misaligned teeth by birth or sucking tendencies as a baby
EFFECT: Tooth decay, gum disease, temporomandibular joint disorder, or speech difficulties
REMEDY: Metal braces, ceramic braces, lingual braces, or surgery
Sensitivity
CAUSE: Consumption of acidic foods, rigorous brushing, or hard toothbrushes
EFFECT: Pain triggered by the consumption of hot or cold foods and beverages
REMEDY: Fluoride treatment, changes in brushing habits that include switching to remedial toothpaste, mouth guard, or diet changes
Cavities
CAUSE: Formation of plaque on the surface of the tooth, caused by improper dental hygiene
EFFECT: Toothache, Sepsis, bad breath, pus formation around the infected tooth, and sticking of food in the cavity area
REMEDY: Tooth fillings, crowns, root canals, or OTC pain relievers
Gingivitis or Gum Diseases
CAUSE: Food and plaque may get stuck in the sulcus, the area between the teeth and gum
EFFECT: Bleeding gums during brushing or flossing, sensitive teeth, bad breath, pus formation between teeth and gums, etc.
REMEDY: Scaling, mouthwash, antiseptics, or surgery
It is imperative to always maintain good dental hygiene to avoid any sort of related discomfort. However, if any pain arises, one must consult a dentist immediately and take corrective action.

To counter Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel to offer free data for 12 months
As telecom customers are ripping the benefits of the ongoing corporate battle among the companies against Reliance Jio, users have one more reason to rejoice.
In order to counter Jio's Happy New Year offer, Bharti Airtel will soon launch a new plan that will offer customers free data for 12 months. Airtel users who will switch to its 4G network, will get the free of cost data for the time span of one year.
{blurb}
According to reports, the offer will be rolled out on January 4 and it will last till February 28.
For its new 4G customers, Airtel will give free 3GB/month data for one year.
In the past also to take on its rival, Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel launched a plan which included unlimited voice calls. In December, 2016, it again unveiled a new broadband plan for fixed-line users along with free calls in Mumbai.
After Reliance Jio launched its welcome offer, later turned into Happy New Year offer, the battle between the telecom service providers is getting uglier. Reliance Jio announced free voice calls and free national roaming along with rock-bottom data prices on the new Reliance Jio network.

E-commerce firm Snapdeal has also tied up with Reliance Jio to provide home delivery of SIM cards as part of the telecom's Happy New Year Offer.
To avail this offer, the customer needs to register their contact details and address of delivery on Snapdeal's website. Snapdeal will then choose their 'premium customers' to whom they will extend this offer.

Has anyone used one of these? I'm not a huge fan of amazon reviews.
I'm building an AR in .22lr and want to put some type of budget optic on it and with my astigmatism I'm not a fan of red dots.
I'm not looking to get bitched at about cheaping out on optics, this thing is going to be for fucking around and shooting cans. I have a couple of tascos I use on my pellet gun and an old .22lr bolt action that have survived being dropped and knocked over in addition to the hundreds of rounds fired.

What was it with Ryan's combined prop/jet fetish anyway? The Fireball and Dark Shark looked aesthetically pleasing but they don't seem stable enough for dogfighting.
tl;dr at the bottom
I stopped long enough to Wikipedia those planes to see wtf they were and when they were around, and without reading a word further I think I know the gist of it.
The time period we’re talking about - The Birth Of The Jet - was an era where jet fighters were a terribly immature technology with a lot of their own problems and limitations. Their performance was obviously dominant in combat, but that came at a very high cost in reliability, and most seriously, in combat range. That’s precisely why the first three air-to-air kills during the Korean war were scored by these:
Looks absolutely daffy, doesn’t it? The F-82 Twin Mustang - literally just two Mustang’s joined at the wing to make some bastardized heavy fighter. Painted black, with a radar/equipment pod mounted under the central wingy bit, they used these as replacements for the Black Widow in a night fighter role. On the afternoon of 27th June, 1950, five of these puppies were escorting some C-54 transports out of Kimpo airbase when North Korean Yaks and Lavs (9s, 11s, and La-7s) attacked them. The Twin Mustangs splashed three.
Now we had jets available (some F80Cs flamed a few Il-10s later that same day over the same airbase) but we were still using these WWII-era piston-engine stuff because the jets didn’t have the range. Early jet engines were horrific fuel hogs compared to even the most rude, crude piston-engine design - their combat radius and duration was terribly short. Most crucially, the jet fighters (including the F-86 Sabre) couldn’t reach Korea from the Japanese mainland - whereas most piston-engined designs could. The F-82 had been built as a heavy and/or long-range escort fighter (and was based on an airframe that was also a long-range escort) and most of the heavy ground attack duties in Korea was done by F4U Corsairs (a carrier fighter with range to match, and a payload capacity so great they simply added a dive brake and used it as a replacement for the SBD Dauntless.) But the combat performance of a jet was hands-down dominant in actual combat, so the Sabers were deployed to airbases in Korea itself to contest the skies in an air-superiority role.
Now, back to the Navy. They actually operated a navalized F-86 as the FJ series, but the range problem was especially problematic for the Navy, which was of course built around their carriers, and a carrier’s power projection ability is defined by its standoff range - and thus the range of its aircraft.
So there was an obvious case to be made for a dual-engine fighter - one combining a turbo-prop for long-distance, fuel-efficient range, and a jet engine for in-combat performance. When I saw “Navy” in the first paragraph of both aircraft’s Wikipedia articles, I wasn’t surprised.
The Navy would struggle with this problem for years yet as jet engine technology matured. The A-1 Skyraider is famous for its ground-attack CAS role in Vietnam, but how many people remember that it was developed in the late forties, and entered service in the Korean war - as the US Navy’s next long-range bomber? It was the effective replacement for the TBF Avenger, and would persist in that role till the famous A-6 intruder provided a jet-based replacement in 1962 - Vietnam. Had WWIII started in 1960, it would’ve looked a lot like WWII, with A-1 Skyraiders making torpedo and dive-bombing attacks on Soviet ships. Jets were the way of the future, to be sure, but they needed time to develop sufficiently to take over every role.
There was another reason for using those piston-engined, heavy fighters over early jets that had nothing to do with jets versus pistons - crew count. Multi-engine, multi-crew heavy aircraft were often designated “all-weather” fighters, because back in the 40s and 50s, the instruments available to pilots were what you’ll find in a worn-out Civil Air Patrol Cessna 182 - and that’s it. Single-engine fighters could - and did - fly in instrument-only conditions all the time, but if you were going out there to kill somebody, your maneuverability mattered far less than having a radar on-board... and someone to operate it. Additionally, having a man who’s second (or only) job was to handle navigation and radio position fixes made it a hell of a lot more likely that they’d bring the machine and crew back safe and sound, rather than ditching in rough seas after running out of gas, waiting on a very uncertain rescue.
tl;dr early jets were thirsty, turboprops were not, and Navy needed the range and the performance.
