私は豆花という台湾のデザートが大好きです。デザート類はだいたい好きな私ですが、特に豆花が好きです。豆乳を何らかの方法で固めたもので、様々なトッピングを載せたりして上から甘いシロップを掛けていただくものです。今は日本でもだいぶ知られているのではないかと思いますが、まだ誰もが知っているというほどには普及していないようです。 昨年初めての台湾旅行に行ったときにも本場の豆花が食べられるということですごく楽しみにしていて、何回食べられるかななどと思っていたのですが、豆花以外のデザートも食べなければいけないので結局2回にとどまりました。とはいえ、一番行きたかった榕美樹館と、ちょっと特徴的な豆花攤に行けたのでまあまあ満足しました。 日本でもあちこちに豆花を食べに行っているのですが、それも店によって色々違いがあって、今のところ私が一番と思っているのが大阪の本庄というところ、最寄り駅は天六こと天神橋筋六丁…
