F/o’s who will cover your ears when you don’t want to hear anything. Who will let you complain about everything because they know you’re working hard. F/o’s who will reassure you it’s ok, that will hold your head to their chest. F/o’s who hug you, a comforting weight to you, or Vice versa. F/o’s who understand you’re so upset you’re not hungry anymore, but will gently guide you to eat.

Food related ways to care for your F/O ✨
✧ Cutting up some fruit for them. I don't care if that's a grown man, I'm asking if he wants his appy slices and some owanges and strawbebbies.
✧ Bringing them a beverage. Do they often work late? Coffee time, have some cocoa on top. Do they struggle to fall asleep? Here's some delicious tea, or milk with honey. Do they just forget to hydrate? Drink some water you dumb fuck /aff
✧ Remembering details about them that everyone forgets. Whether that's sensitivity to certain smells and textures, their coffee order, how they like their eggs, whether they're vegan, vegetarian, or have food intolerances... all up to you.
✧ Giving them the bigger amount of food, or the bigger slice of a cake. Add an extra dollop of cream perhaps. Letting them have the last piece. The last bite of something.
✧ Letting them have the first bite, too, actually. In fact, maybe you ordered something you knew they would like, too, just so they could taste it as well.
✧ Cutting their sandwich diagonally for them. Eating the veggies they don't like, or giving them yours.
✧ Always carrying a snack in case they get light headed or forget to eat. Also treating them for snacks.
✧ Feeding them a spoonful of your dessert mid conversation. Feeding them soup when they're sick. Feeding them snacks while you're both fixed on the movie. Feeding them in general
✧ Licking Wiping cream off their mouth or nose. Or even better... putting it there yourself. Just a little nose boop. Or a small whipped cream flavored kiss. Sweet.

you know how it's said that people in happy relationships gain weight? imagine noticing after a while that since you started dating your f/o got heavier, their tummy a little bigger, and they just seem so much more content :)

Imagine comforting your f/o after they’ve had a nightmare. Maybe they startled you awake when they woke up, or maybe they woke you up out of fear, or maybe they wanted to be strong and not wake you up but you woke up anyway. Maybe they need a certain food or activity to comfort them, or maybe they just need some hugs. Even if they choose not to tell you about their dream, they feel protected and warm when they’re with you.

When your temper flares, trust that your f/o will be there to help calm you down. They will listen to you rant, they may even get mad with you. Because how dare someone treat you that way!!!
If you need to hit something, they will hold the pillows for you to punch the crap out of. If you're a pacer, they'll clear space for you to stomp around in.
Then, as the storm finally passes. They will gladly help you move past it, giving you your favorite snack or drink. Watching something, playing your favorite games. Or just enjoy some peace and quiet with you.

imagine cooking for your f/o! you take time out of your day to prepare a dish for them, perhaps you shop for ingredients first or just make something out of things you have at home.
you see their face light up as you serve them their food and they enthusiastically dig in, making sure to savor every bit. even if you're not that good at cooking, your f/o appreciates the love and care you put in!
