literally so fucked up* that Steve just didn't give a shit that Bucky was the winter soldier. not even for a second. he didn't even know that Bucky had been tortured and brainwashed and electro-wiped. when he said "who the hell is Bucky" that's all he needed to know. that's my friend and they fucked him up. time to save him.
