You need a mixer to do most baking tho, and there really just isn’t a way around it for most cakes, cookies, bread, etc. Without on. You have to stick to super simple stuff and combining premade ingredients. And there are tons of people who have recipes like that! But there is a lot of stuff where you just can’t make it without the right tools and mixers are pretty essential

you don’t need a mixer to do most baking, please understand that not only americans are baking, many cultures in the world do bake and their circumstances are not exactly like yours.

pretty sure world history has 1,000 years of baking that begs to differ. it’s just that MODERN recipes demand it despite, you know, not everyone owning a mixer. it’s especially annoying when the recipe post goes on and on about how great their “Kitchenaid” is (see: clearly sponsored and not paid for, unlike the rest of us in the world where one costs a month and a half’s paycheck)

No, not at all. Don’t wait for pain because we won’t really feel it until it’s reeeally bad like how I got. The doc in this video explains subluxations in general pretty well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULOPHbgT5aM Basically subluxations in any part of the spine put pressure on the nervous system which affects organ function and then leads to chronic illness and snowballs until basically you end up like me, with so many problems with my organs not working right and making me very sick over time and now disabling me as an adult.

I'd highly suspect Ehlers Danlos syndrome based on all of this

EDS is among many conditions associated with atlas subluxation because hypermobility of the joints can obviously lead to an easily misaligned bone. People with EDS can have chronic reoccurring subluxation.
