Where can I find EX88 Download 2021?
EX88 offers the most modern and the easiest to install a platform for you to gamble in a virtual online casino that has slot machines, card games, arcade games, and more.
These are the places you would fall in love with because the game has been the top online casino since XE888 became less popular.
The rise of this game has brought a lot of competition to the online casino and slot industry because the games that are available on it are engaging and user friendly.
What tactics should I use in this game?
It is good to know when playing different skills and using new tactics in EX88. It has brought about different understandings of the game’s mechanics. It can be one of the most debated things among players as they each have their way of going about and playing the games to their liking.
Some people may be lucky to hit the jackpot. However, a lot of people keep saying that it’s their strategy that keeps them in the game. The only way to find out now is to download EX88 and try it out for yourself.
Should I get the EX88 APK download 2021?
Of course, the mobile slot game is easy and fun no matter if you download it for your Android or IOS devices.
Just make sure you check the type of phone that you are using and then you would need to download the right file for your game to install. There would be files for Android users then there would also be different file types for iPhone users as each iPhone is different in their way and need to get the right EX88 IOS file for them to play properly.
● First, you would need to download the right version of EX88 Kiosk according to your phone type as the EX 88 Android download is only for Android Phones and the download IOS file is only for Apple phones.
● Then you would need to browse for the downloaded file in your phone and open it so the program can try to launch and install itself. You would need to install the game with the phone permission set to “Allow Installation Of Apps From External Sources” for it to work.
● Install EX88 game client would be easy after that as the phone will do everything for you but you would need to make sure to have internet connectivity before turning the App on. Once connected to the internet, just launch the App and log in to the game.
Is EX88 IOS and APK the same application?
Yes, the main game is the same but the download files are different because EX88 IOS only can be installed on IOS Apple Phones and EX88 APK only can be installed on Android Phones.
If you download EX88 IOS on an Android phone, the installation would not start and you would not be able to play the game at all. The same goes for Vice Versa.
Free Download Does Not Mean Free Credit New Member
The game is free for everyone to download and demo Test IDs are available for use too. This does not mean that players can get free credit whenever they want to. Trusted online agents for Malaysia never give out free credit and those that do are usually the ones who scam people.
Try out the Test Accounts if you want to get some free credits but those game credits cannot be redeemed or claimed for balance. If you play the game well enough, you always avoid free credit.
XE-88 EX88 Is The Same As XE888?
XE888 was the most popular game to hit the mobile online casino industry and EX88 now is the top online casino game that everyone can get their hands on.
Some games from XE888 were carried over to Kiosk and these games are well respected in terms of graphics and creativity which Panther Moon and Safari Heat.

How I saved $200K in 6 years
I’m a late starter when it comes to saving money. My 20s had seen me living from paycheque to paycheque and splurging on unnecessary things, which I’d later regret. But when I touched 30, and finally moved out of my parents’ house, it finally dawned on me that I really have to be more financially responsible. So, I started investing in a unit trust fund and doing the boring work of budgeting. So far, from January 2014 to December 2019 (six years), I have managed to save up $177K in cash and earned a cumulative of $23K in dividends over the years.
I understand that $200K is not a lot of money for some. Therefore, if you’re an heir to a multimillion-dollar corporation, this post is NOT for you. But for those of you like me who didn’t come from a rich family and had to start from scratch, I hope this will help!
1. Track your spending
So, just like if you’re trying to lose weight, the first thing you get told to do is to keep a food diary so you can monitor all the junks that you unknowingly put into your body. I do the same with my spending – I keep a diary of what I’ve spent on and how much money I have left to spend in a certain month. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but after six years, I’ve started to enjoy doing this. You don’t necessarily need to keep all your receipts, but if you pay by credit card, you can usually check the statement online in real-time and it’ll let you know how much you’ve spent in a day/week.
2. Stick to your budget
I give myself an $800 allowance to spend on food and groceries each month. Therefore, my daily meals budget is set to $26.70. Sounds really tight, I know, but it forces me to be really creative and forces me to make my own food instead of getting takeouts.
I also make a point of saving up at least 35% of my income each month since six years ago. So, my monthly expenditure breakdown would look like this:
Take home monthly pay (I’m a writer) - $5800 minus retirement savings = $5134 nett
Payables (mortgage, car & insurance ) - $1753.85
Food & groceries - $800
Miscellaneous (phone bill, gas, Sephora treat, etc.) - $500
Balance to save - $2080
I also do regular freelance jobs outside my working hours. Usually, part of the proceeds will also go into my unit trust fund, the rest into my ‘ travelling piggy bank’.
3. Pick good investment vehicles
They say that the way to get rich(er) is by investing in property and the stock market. Since I’m not very well versed in the stock market, I chose what other Bumiputeras in my country (Malaysia) would choose: to save in the Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unit trust. ASB has delivered steady returns of 5.5% to 7.5% over the past few years, for people like me who are rather risk-averse, it’s the best choice.
With a steady average monthly investment of $2500 (starting from 0), I’ve managed to earn $23K in cumulative dividends, which is much better compared to if I were to park my money in my savings account.
4. Save your big-ticket purchases for the year-end
Or whenever your investment return is announced. For the past few years, I’ve been planning my travels around December so that when the ASB dividends are announced in early January, I can withdraw my dividend to pay for my flight and accommodation. This way, I wouldn’t have to dip into my savings too much to go travelling.
The same goes with any big-ticket items that I’d been eyeing: I’ll wait till Christmas to splurge. They’d usually be on sale by then anyway, so, WIN!
5. Learn to thrift shop!
Prior to COVID-19, I’ve purchased almost all of my clothes and handbags at various thrift stores around my city. I love items, so thrifting works for me. The dresses that I buy normally sell at $5-$10 and the bags from $35 to $50. So far, I’ve managed to get a really pretty vintage Coach Dinky bag for less than $100 and a pair of suede Hush Puppies Oxfords for only $20.
I’m not sure how thrift stores would fare post-COVID-19. Personally, I’d still thrift-shop, but will take extra precautions to clean and clean.
6. Monetize your hobby
When you don’t earn enough, there’s only so much to save after a while. This is why, as my spending increased a few years ago, after purchasing my first home and my second car (having given my old one to my sister), I realized that I have to take part-time jobs to earn more. The easiest, more enjoyable way to do this is by monetizing your hobby.
If you like baking, perhaps you can start selling your baked goods. If you love cleaning, perhaps you can offer your cleaning service to lazy people – like me. For me, I took a part-time job coaching beginners and women’s Jiu-Jitsu for two years from 2014 to 2016. Then, I took freelance writing and translating jobs from various companies.
If you reside in a developing country like me, it’s also good to look for remote jobs based in the US or Europe as the pay is typically higher. You may have to adjust to the time difference like I did when I worked remotely for a company based in Greece; my working hours were 3 pm - 11 pm MY time. But if you’re single with places to see and no one to date, this would be the perfect arrangement to earn more money!
7. Evolve your craft
When I started working as a writer, my so-called forte was travel writing, as I worked for a local tourism promotion corporation. It was a fun job to do when you’re young, but as I crawl into my late 20s, I realized that technical writing is where the money is if I want to earn more as a writer. So I switched gear into technical writing.
Today, SEO content writers are more in demand than ever, and it’s great as there are many companies that are hiring freelance content writers remotely. You can even be hired by multiple companies at a time – like I have for years now. Just be smart to manage your time so that you won’t get overwhelmed by work!
So, whatever you’re good at, work at getting better at it and find out where the money’s at. Good luck!

5 Largest Brokers Of 2020
Why do you need to know the top largest brokers? The Forex Market nowadays has become one of the largest liquid financial markets in the world. As a market full of risks and threats, traders like us usually search for a broker that reliable enough to work with. But there are thousands of brokers working in this field, how to know which one is the most credible? My answer to this question is really simple: the largest ones, who have worked with a lot of traders for quite a long time. Then, there comes another question: How to identify the top largest brokers? Yes, it is a difficult question, even for experts like us since we don’t have enough data to rank brokers. But we have spent some months collecting and investigating some big brokers in the market to get the final result: the top 5 largest brokers in 2018. Of course, you can consult some online lists as well, but the ranking of some pages may be incorrect. For example, some pages listed Hotforex, ICmarket, FBS, or FXTM as top largest ones, but the fact is that those brokers are new and they only target at some South East Asia and Africa’s market, so they can’t be the largest ones in the world. Below are our top 5 largest brokers in the market right now based on their trading volume each month, so some big brokers that own low trading volume will not be in this list.
A lot of beginners ask me: What are the standards I used to rank the top largest broker? To evaluate a broker, the only standard I look for is that broker’s trading volume. Why trading volume? The answer is so simple: the trading volume represents the company’s strength and the company’s credibility. For some brokers like Exness, they publish their trading volume online, and every trader could search for that. But, we can only consider those are real results if they are audited by Top 4 audit companies. In my opinion, it’ll be safer for traders to work with these brokers due to their transparency. For some other brokers whose volume trading aren’t public, we collected information and statistics through some trusted source such as statistic websites, financial news, and newspaper. And for some brokers like Forex.com and Saxo Bank, because they are multi-industry companies, their total trading volume is often very high, but their forex trading volume is lower. For example, Forex’s total trading volume is $500 Billions/month while their forex trading volume is only $300 Billions/month. The same as Forex.com, Saxo Bank’s total trading volume is really high ($600 Billions/month) but they have much lower forex trading volume ($300 Billions/month). So what are the advantages of trading through the top largest brokers? As traders, we all know that scam is the biggest threat any traders can face with. For first-time traders, they often lose all their money before they realized they are scammed, and even for experienced brokers, they also can lose a lot of money before they know that those brokers are cheating them. The reason is that it’s really difficult to identify a scam broker at the beginning. Because problems seldom appear at the beginning. Even for non-scam brokers, traders usually win at the beginning because they follow their risk management strictly, but as the higher profit traders earn, the more likely that they will be riskier. This attitude often leads to a loss in the end. For scam brokers, they take advantages of this psychology trick to swindle money out of us. They also let us win at first and then we will deposit more and they can scam more later. That’s why it’s so hard to tell them apart at the beginning. The only way to avoid scam brokers is to trade through the top largest brokers. In this way, you can feel secure about your money. You may ask me Why I’m so sure that large brokers won’t cheat. The answer is that: As the top largest brokers, they will do their best to protect their reputation. Nowadays, the world is flat, any scam activities will appear on the internet and social media, so scam brokers can only cheat you once, only credible brokers can develop in the market. In the list I gave you above, you can easily see that most of the top largest brokers are from the EU and America. So if you’re living in these regions, those brokers are the best choices for you. But if you’re living in Asia/ Africa/ Australia, then you may have to take those brokers into consideration again. There are 3 main things that need to be considered before giving the final decisions: Whether they are regulated in your countries or not Can traders deposit and withdraw by local payment systems? Do they have local support? So, for traders in Asia and Africa to choose, I will recommend Exness. Exness is one of the largest brokers in the market whose main target is Asia and Africa. Their payment system let you deposit/withdraw in seconds with no limitation and no fee is required, which makes it one of my most favorite payment systems in the market right now. Exness also open many offices in Asia such as China, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cyprus, South Africa, India, and Dubai. For other countries, their customer service department works online 24/7. If you face any problem, they will instantly support you through their live chat. So open an Exness’s account is really a smart choice. And if you’re living in the US, then Forex.com is quite perfect for you since they’re reliable and they’re the top 1 broker in US’s forex market right now. And if you’re in Africa and EU, Exness and Saxo Bank are worth to try.

The heat killed at least 30,000 people and caused 13 billion euros in financial damages. Some estimates put the death toll as high as 70,000. New post after a while
July 2020
Tale of SOCIOPATH CHAPTER ONE
I’ve been thinking about writing this journal when i was in Mumbai, but never done that
Now i deserve some time alone after another tragedy. Tragedy about a fake relationship with sociopath. Oh god, the most brilliant sociopath
This story started after a stupid one night stand in Bangkok
I was just serving my dirty minds, done that one night stand conciously then i confessed to my fiance then we broke up. It was a bad and hard, 2017. Dark as it was, finally the curtain shut. And once again i was alone, with little to no help, i’ve begun another wild night with this sociopath. I regretted it, as this will become my worst nightmare afterward. I dumped the sociopath, thinking it will never worked out, relationship started from one night stand, and then i broke up with my fiancee, destroying her life big time.
Without knowing, Letting sociopath was the worst decision..
I took a break from june-october, just to make sure that i didnt let anyone come to me, as at that time, i was wounded badly, died because of the guilt, ups and downs between “blaming me” (self loathing) or “blaming my fiancee”. 5 months of restless nights, full of bad thoughts, regrets, sins, cigarettes, sheap coffee and countless hours in the night park. Night park was my thing, i done that just to kill the time. I heard my fiancee, but i could not reach her, even her mother didnt tell me what was the diagnosis. She was in the darkest hour, like me.
Her mother forgiven me, she thought me how to forgive and bless someone. I never forget how she treated me well after my confession. Her mother is the best, till now. After my ex fiance got better, i heard that she got a new boyfriend, which was good for her and she also confessed that she had an affair before me. I was shocked and curious, she let me kill myself without informing me. This is the start of my new problem, in 2018.
This sociopath was a not bad though, i was just kept her aside for a while. At the end of the year, On october, out of the blue, i started to contact this sociopath, when i was on family holiday, just a good gesture to buy her some food from Malaysia. i decided to contact her, after i thought the “break” that i’ve taken was good enough to build my new fortress, taller, thicker, harder than before
At the end, i was thinking to take some responsibilites, to be with her, atleast to finish what i’ve done that night, gracefully
Everything goes smooth, sociopath embrace with, arms wide open, then we carry on, sex after sex, dates after dates, personal story after personal story.
Since the end of 2017, everything went well for us, nothing suspicious, screening has been done properly i thought. All the bad stories, have been verified, i trusted her.
I think she got me, the best way she could be, she is a good listeners, she knows what will excites me, she knows my favourite topics, she knows how to praise me, she knows how to hook me, she knows my favourite foods, she knows a lot.......about me...without me realizing
2018, became a super busy year, molding year, day by day, but we carry on, fights after fights, i was still unsure, i got excited that finally little by little i found a better version of me. Version that i’ve never imagined to come across if im still with my fiancee.
She has a quality, i saw it, i felt it, this is different and i though i could turn this thing into something good. Though i was still unsure on how i can make this relationship official. Months past like hours, i was finally settled with my new weekend habits, taking a class, study like crazy, learnt new things along the way, i was sure i was full enough with new knowledge, super exciting time. On the other hand, finally i’ve made the relationship official with her. We were officially in the relationship, i let this girl in, finally the fortress opened. I let her in. Let her in, too deep
2018 was super duper normal, nothing was fishy as far as i could remember, i’ve busy with my schedule, juggling between office, campus and relationship. I realized, she was more into me, she pulled me , she made me felt the love. I was ignorant enouh actually, but slowly i let my guard down. I’ve follow her way. Though i still had this ego, everytime we fought, im sure, she will contact me first and then we will settle the problem.
She seemed understand and supporting, even though i rarely took her on a date, as we were in the same building, just a lunch or dinner or night ride to station was good enough. I was glad that this sociopath wasn’t demanding so much of my time. We has a fight, but it was marginal, nothing big.
I knew and realized, i was still remembered my fiancee, still wanted to prove her something. Unconciously i checked her profile, hoping i could found his new boyfriend , just to check how good was the boyfriend.
She, of course mad, i knew i was wrong, i confessed, i promised not to do that, but it got repeated, unconciously,,i think she found it from the log, she done something with my ig account, till this day, it is still mistery
This fight was actually, one of her weapon, to attack me, to always blame me for this. To turn the table around. She hated my ex like crazy. She would always blamed her, for everything.
I admit, at first, i was very open, if i talked about my ex, all the good and the bad, i just want to make sure, i informed her, as much as i could, so it will be fair for her. To know, that im jus5 being honest with her. Not hiding anything. And she blamed me, because of my honesty, that made me thought that honesty was not 100percent good.
When i think about it now, actually this is one of her strategy, the passive aggresive weapon, to change my mind, from being proud of honesty, to become “guilty because of honesty”. She made that happen, she made that moral gap, so i will feel guilty if she talked about how brutally honest i am, when i talked about my ex
It’s funny how moral gap can change people’s mind, from being proud to become guilty
Now thinking about this, make me feel pukish, im now 100percent sure, honesty will always find a way, the truth will always be ugly, it’s always been that way, and that’s alright.
At the end of 2018, i got selected for secondment in overseas branches, finally hard work paid, i got the opportunity to leave. My team has been crumbled, my colleagues left the bank one by one. I didnt got any chances to leave, my cv was not that good, never pass the interview after hundreds of cv sent
She mad, because i will leave her, she didnt want a ldr,she hated it..this madness continues from janruary 2020, till aug 2020, we decided to end the relationship. Due to problem with my fiance, she blamed me, because i kept doing that, stalking her profile and also this ldr, she didnt like it. It was short, almost a year of relationship, but i’ve known this socio since 2017, and took me like 1 year to made it official, that just how hard for me to let someone enter my space, my so-called fortress. I’ve known her, for more than 2 years, she had wife qualities, that i though i might need that, she can cook, she can take care of the house, dependable, has a good career, clever, pretty, and the sex was also good.beyond my expectation.
I,ve decided to go, let her wait, i thought i could still look for her, if this is a true unconditional love, as i thought it will be
September, we started the good relationship, nothing changed, we still act like we were couple. But a fight happened after she regretted my decision, she started to bring up past problems, then we stopped to talk each other.
My ego still kicks in, even though she said that if i stayed, then her parents will help for the marriage fee, the car and house. But i took the chances, because it is not how the world works, i have to go abroad, because it was necessary for a men to provide.i will get the better carreer, better future, then when i come back, i could provide more, or at least give a meanigful contribution to our next plan,,she never really understand that.. then we stop talking each other
Finally on october, she announced that she was in realtionship with this new guy. I was shocked, i contacted her, she said it was because i was to ignorant, to selfish, never prioritized her.. this new guy, knew her and gave her all the things that shehave never gotten from me..
I shocked and carry on. And on december she announced that she already engaged with this guy, i was shocked and almost died, i cried heavily, sadly , miserably, called her just to check snd to let her know that i loved this sociopath, i was desperate, badly. She was still responding, she also sad,but she already took decision and need time . I pushed her to think and withdraw as fast as she could. But she couldnt
This was happened around christmas, and till january i pushed her like crazy, every day, i was insecure enough, my ego was shattered, she will never come back to me.. never...
During january 2020, she will responded me , said thst she still loved me,eventhough she was still engaged, she wanted to broke up but she couldnot. She would split the schedule, she would gone eithout contact, if she was with fiancee. I will just wait stupidly and desperately.
Then after a while, i though it was never good decision to get back to her with this kind of way, i disrespect the relationship, her fiancee and most importantly, i disrespected myself.. so one night, i’ve decided, brsvely,to stop contact her,to stop ruining other people relationship, 31 jan, enough, i dont want to become pain in the ass, contacting someone’s fiancee.feeling desperate everytime she went to a date.
I’ve never thought, this was the point, the point that i realized, all of it was just a game, played by sociopath, manipulating, blaming, passive aggresive, just to keep me and her fiancee, just to entertain the beast inside her,, this was the start, i realized this a bit late,, far far too late, as i scrolled those conversation,i began to realized, this was the start. This sociopath has been playing the game since 2017, but due to my ignorance, i’ve never realized, she could become this toxic, this crazy sick twisted fuck
She will blame me for everything, like she was never be my priority
Manipulate me, acting like i was a total jerk, left her, still thinking about my ex, she would never stop blaming me, maybe blaming other people , to be responsible for her unhappiness
She will turn the table, she will make excuse if it was her fault, she will run from problem, she will act as if she was the victim of all events
She will make herself right, all the time, and world is cruel to her
She will go inside you, left you, blame you, angry because of you, regret, saying sorry and then used you for her own pleasures, and then the cycle goes again,, this happened for me.. and it turns out that, she might use the same strategy, to other guys, playing with all of them......., at the same time......
“If you just believe in everything you think, everything is going to be great, well,,,no,, if you lived that way, you are going to be narcissist”

DAY 2 PROGRAMME
Here comes Mister Sabu!
The cult Japanese director will be in Udine to present Jam. And Korean superstar Jeon Do-yeon will be the protagonist of the FEFF Talk at 11.00
Saturday the 27th of April. It's only the second day but FEFF 21 has already got the pedal to the metal: a line-up of 8 films, screening from morning to late at night, and two guests with a capital "G". Jeon Do-yeon, who has just won the Golden Mulberry Lifetime Achievement award, will be the protagonist of the FEFF Talk at 11.00, and there's another arrival that will make long-time Far-Easters particularly happy: we're talking about cult-director Sabu, one of the most innovative and brilliant talents in contemporary Japanese cinema, who will be accompanying his latest film Jam, an irresistible absurdist comedy in perfect Sabu style (in 2001 the FEFF screened his Monday), to Udine for its Italian premiere. Mister Tanaka Hiroyuki (his real name) doesn't limit his (explosive) talents to directing: he trained as a musician – a rock musician, obviously - and then as an actor, taking his pseudonym from the role he played in his debut (World Apartment Horror by artist Otomo Katsuhiro).
But let's quickly run through the rest of the line-up. As we were saying, a programme of 8 films which will take us on a journey through all the cinematographic colours of Asia: from first film Melancholic, which blends styles and genres, and tense thriller Door Lock (where we'll see Kong Hyo-Jin, a favourite of FEFF audiences, in action), to the highly anticipated Taiwanese love story More Than Blue, the most romantic title in the entire 2019 line-up, and surprising Malaysian horror film Two Sisters, whose two protagonists will be taking the stage of FEFF 21.
9.15 - A Day Off by LEE Man-hee (South Korea, 1968)
The story of two young people and their difficult relationship, seen against the backdrop of a poor and desperate Korea. Rejected by the censor and forgotten for 37 years, it is now considered a modernist masterpiece that combines social criticism with aesthetic experimentation.
10.45 - Jam by SABU (Japan, 2018)
A singer is having trouble with a particularly exuberant fan, an ex-convict takes revenge on the cronies who betrayed him, and a boy wanders through the city looking for good deeds to do because he is convinced it will wake his girlfriend from her coma. Three characters with intertwined lives who slowly discover that each of them can in some way relieve the loneliness of the other.
12.45 - Konpaku by Remi M SALI (Singapore, 2018)
Haqim falls in love with the sensual Japanese Midori – but Midori is actually a demon. She rekindles his belief in love and the young man becomes increasingly dependent on her, withdrawing from everyone else. But Midori demands his complete devotion, and strange accidents start to befall anyone close to Haqim. Inspired by real events, this is a dark journey into the arcane world of Muslim exorcisms.
14.50 - Melancholic by TANAKA Seiji (Japan, 2018)
Put together a dynamic new director, a great script, a dose of black humour, a love story and a pinch of action and, voilà – you've got a cult movie! Kazuhiko finds a job in a public toilet, but by a cruel quirk of fate it also turns out to be the place the Yakuza use for their executions. And when the young man discovers the truth, he ends up assigned to the night shift - which includes getting rid of the bodies.
17.00 - Innocent Witness by LEE Han (South Korea, 2019)
A man suffering from depression is found dead and his housekeeper, Mi Ran, is accused of murder. The woman's defence turns out to be more complicated than expected when her lawyer learns that the only witness to the crime is Ji Woo, a teenager with Asperger's syndrome. Will Ji Woo manage to take the stand and testify?
19.45 - More Than Blue by Gavin LIN (Taiwan, 2018)
Can love be so intense and so desperate that it becomes sacrifice? Friends since high school, K and Cream feel something for each other but somehow it's never come to anything. Partly because K has a secret: a terminal illness that could return at any time. And when it does, K does his best to ensure Cream's happiness, even if it means seeing her with another man.
21.50 - Door Lock by LEE Kwon (South Korea, 2018)
Are you sure you locked the front door? Mistreated by her bosses and pestered by a disturbing client, timid bank clerk Kyung-min is certain that she locked the door of the studio apartment where she lives alone - but to her horror, she realizes that someone else has gotten inside. The situation escalates when a murder is committed in her home and she goes from being a victim to becoming a suspect.
23.50 - Two Sisters by James LEE (Malaysia, 2019)
Two sisters are reunited after one of them is discharged from a psychiatric hospital. What family secret must they face when they return to their old home? And what is behind the house's unnerving, oppressive atmosphere? An effective remake of Kim Ji-woon's cult movie where the mental labyrinth of paranoia and the paranormal leave both protagonists and spectators with no way out.

If God has given you wealth, do not declare it to the public...
If God has given you wealth, do not declare it to the public....
Fake Holy Man Uses Non-Existent Words
Of God To Refuse Declaring Wealth...
Just when Saudi Arabia, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, had had enough of a little bullshit called “Shariah-compliant lies” invented by PAS Islamist party, the Parti Islam Se-Malaysia has revealed another exciting invention. According to PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man (above), Islam does not allow the declaration of wealth as this would raise security concerns. The opposition MP claims – “In Islam, there is a hadith (records of the words of Prophet Muhammad) that says if God has given you wealth, do not declare it to the public as there are many observers. It will create attention and envy.” However, the PAS leader did not disclose which “hadith” he was referring to in order to prove that the God indeed despises such an act of transparency and accountability. Riding and using Islam to justify everything, the despicable Islamist party has been quite successful in hiding behind religion when things go south. From sex to stolen money, PAS fake holy men recently legitimized their lies by declaring them as “Shariah-compliant” when they were caught on an audio recording admitting to accepting dirty money from once cash-rich UMNO political party. Apparently, PAS was upset that the government wanted all MPs (Member of Parliaments) to declare their assets to promote transparency and accountability, not to mention to combat corruption. The assets would involve MPs’ monthly salaries as well as transferable and non-transferable properties located in and outside of the country – by Oct 1 this year. The motion to make their wealth known to the anti-graft agency – Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) – applies to all MPs and their spouses, their children aged 21 years old and below, and trustees. Last year, ministers and MPs from the ruling Pakatan Harapan government have voluntarily declared their assets to the MACC, of which were published on the commission’s website.
There’s only one reason why PAS leaders refuse to declare their treasure – they have something to hide. As a start, the fake holy men could not prove that the God forbids such a noble act. Although there’s an ounce of truth that wealth declaration would invite scrutiny and public attention, the safety and security of MPs and families should not be used as primary concern not to declare assets. Here’s the proof – none of the ministers and MPs of ruling Pakatan Harapan government who had voluntarily declared their assets has been kidnapped or threatened with extortion in relation to their wealth being published on the MACC website. Therefore, PAS’ silly excuse does not hold water. Potential kidnappers would rather target Chinese tycoons than taking politicians as hostage. Comically, PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim argued that only ruling Members of Parliament should be subject to the proposal, as members of the opposition have no access to large funds for government projects. Well, if that’s true, then the more reason for the opposition MPs to declare their assets to prove to their Muslim supporters that they are as clean as a whistle. Perhaps PAS corrupt leaders like Tuan Ibrahim, president Hadi Awang, secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan, information chief Nasrudin Hassan, Muhammad Khalil Abdul Hadi, Nik Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz and other influential leaders of the Islamist party who were part of “dedak cartel” have forgotten that their new ally – UMNO – used to be the government for 61 years before losing its power last May. Hence, it’s not true to say all the opposition MPs were clean because they have no access to government projects. Now in the opposition camp, UMNO’s corrupt leaders were legendary. Until today, nobody knows for sure the exact assets belonging to Najib Razak, despite the crook being slapped with 42 charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT), money laundering and abuse of power.
Similarly, former deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s accumulated assets due to corruption could be in the tune of billions of dollars. Initially facing 47 charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT), money laundering and corruption involving RM124 million, Mr. Zahid was slapped with additional 40 more corruption charges days ago, making him the first man to potentially face a record 100 charges.
PAS also conveniently ignores the fact that they have been ruling the state of Kelantan since 1990 and the state of Terengganu since last May. In the same breath, the same PAS leaders who rejected the assets declaration have access to “state government” projects. They have been involved in land grabbing and logging indiscriminately in Kelantan for decades. Yes, despite claiming as the holiest men in the country and the blue-eyed boys of the God, PAS leaders have shamelessly and greedily championed the pockets of loggers over the established indigenous rights of the “Orang Asli”, who have for generations protected the jungle of Kelantan. As the indigenous people suffer, PAS politicians drove expensive cars and build mega mansions. PAS’ biggest fake holy man – Hadi Awang – who prematurely withdraw his lawsuit against Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown in the U.K. civil court is yet another example how the Islamist party had received RM90 million bribes from ex-PM Najib to switch sides. This proves that the opposition MPs can be extraordinarily wealthy even without access to “federal government” projects.
It doesn’t matter if the initiative to compel all MPs to declare their assets was just a special motion or legislation. The idea was to eradicate corruption and promote transparency and accountability. Tuan Ibrahim should lead his people towards the correct and good Islamic teaching – condemns thievery, corruption and dishonesty. And the assets declaration is one of many ways to achieve this. It’s also laughable that the PAS leader tried insulting the people’s intelligence by arguing that all income declarations to the IRB (Inland Revenue Board) is sufficient to prove that an MP is clean and not corrupt. Seriously? He talked as if drug traffickers, smugglers, thieves and whatnot will honestly declare their ill-gotten wealth to the tax men. Perhaps defiant PAS leaders like Tuan Ibrahim and Takiyuddin should explain how Najib’s luxury apartments were stacked with cash (including foreign currencies), jewellery, handbags, watches and sunglasses said to be worth RM680 million – obviously were not declared to the IRB, not to mention beyond the means of the former Malaysian leader. Indirectly, PAS has admitted that their disgraced leaders were no different from crooks like Najib Razak, Zahid Hamidi, Tengku Adnan and Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, just to name a few. Only crooks and thieves would be terrified and defensive when asked to declare their assets. If indeed God forbids wealth declaration, perhaps PAS should not even both declare their income to the IRB. - FT
Maharaja koruptor pimpin UMNO...
The ball is at your feet? Or do you have balls? - Yahaya Ismail UMNO kalah sekali terbenam, sekali lagi mungkin tertimbus
Cakap pun dah macam orang UMNO...
cheers.

How-to: Tax Filing For Retrenched Employees In Malaysia
In 2018, about 21,000 Malaysians lost their jobs. According to findings reported by the Malaysian Employers’ Federation (MEF), 30,000 workers are expected to be laid off in 2019. MEF executive director Datuk Shamsuddin Bardan had highlighted his concerns in an interview with a local Chinese daily back in February about the economic outlook for Malaysia and the challenges facing employers. “In Peninsular Malaysia, employers are not only affected by the 10% hike in minimum wage but also the new policy requiring them to pay Socso for their foreign workers. “We can expect some employers to revamp their business model, resulting in retrenchment,” he added that employers are increasingly concerned about higher input costs. Human Resource Minister M. Kulasegaran has also announced in Parliament last year that half of those who lost their jobs this year were workers within the Klang Valley. Added to these statement are the wave of actual retrenchments reported recently, including PayPal’s closure of its Malaysian office as well as retrenchment undertaken by Media Prima Bhd’s subsidiary Sistem Television Malaysia and Malay language daily Utusan Melayu offering voluntary separation scheme to 1,300 of its employees. Seeing that its once again income tax season in Malaysia, how do workers who have been retrenched or are facing retrenchment declare their annual income for last year (2018)? Read on to find out how your income should be declared in these unfortunate situations.
What is retrenchment?
It is a strategy adopted by companies or corporations to reduce the diversity or the overall size of its operations. This strategy is often used to cut expenses with the goal of becoming more financially stable. Typically, the strategy involves withdrawing from certain markets or reducing manpower as part of a cost restructuring plan. In a retrenchment exercise, companies can lay off workers due to cost, business or operational factors. According to a Forbes report in October 2015, the “great depression” in the oil market has claimed over 200,000 jobs worldwide, with 2% of the casualties from Malaysia. The sudden loss or lack of income isn’t just a terrifying prospect, it also means an increase in non-performing loan (NPL) in the country, resulting in higher debts for individuals, especially for people with financial obligations such as a home loan or a car loan.
What happens when you get retrenched?
One of the first things to ask after you’ve been laid off is whether you are entitled to any termination benefits after the end of the employment relationship. As an employee, your right to a termination benefit upon retrenchment depends on whether or not you are covered by the Employment Act (EA). In general, an employee is only covered by the EA if their wages do not exceed RM2,000 a month, or if their occupation is a manual one, irrespective of how much they earn (applicable for workers in Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan only; Sabah and Sarawak have their own Labour Ordinances), If an employee falls within the scope of the EA, he is entitled to termination benefits if he has been employed for at least 12 months. The termination benefits payable are as follows (or the amount in the employment contract if it is higher):
10 days’ wages for every year of employment if he has been employed for less than two years
15 days’ wages for every year of employment if he has been employed for two years or more but less than five years.
20 days’ wages for every year of employment if he has been employed for five years or more.
Meanwhile, an employee who is not covered by the EA is only entitled to termination benefits if it is provided in the employment contract. If it is not stipulated in the contract, then it is up to the employer’s discretion on how much termination benefits to pay, or whether or not to pay. According to the Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (LHDN), when an employment ceases, the employer may make a lump sum payment to the employee. The lump sum payment may be described by the employer as compensation for loss of employment, ex-gratia, contractual payment, retrenchment payments or gratuity, etc. However, one should note that gratuity is not the same as “loss of employment” in this context, SIMways Formulation’s consultant Choong Hui Yan points out. For one, gratuity is normally referred to as a fixed amount that is presented in recognition of an employee’s services. As such, gratuity is normally paid upon an employee’s resignation or retirement after serving for a long period of time. “It is to recognise the past services rendered by an employee,” said Choong. Meanwhile, retrenchment is linked to a loss of employment as the employee is being laid off prior to the end of the contract of service, Choong added. She explained, “Under Malaysia’s taxation system, gratuity would be taxed under s13(1)(a) while the loss of employment would be taxed under s13(1)(e) of the Income Tax Act 1967. Both come with different types of tax exemption. The Act was last revised in 2013. In any case, the circumstances and nature of the payment must be reviewed to determine the real character of the payment. The amount paid on the termination of an employment may consist of the following two elements: (a) it is attributable to the loss of employment such as redundancy (compensation); and (b) it is attributable to the past services of the employee (gratuity). The purpose of the lump sum payment has to be established in order to determine the tax treatment of the payment received by the employee. However, it is important to note that some employers may carry out termination disguised as retrenchment as a way of dismissing unwanted employees. If you feel that you have been unfairly retrenched, you can bring a claim against the employer by making a complaint or claim to the Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia, Industrial Court, Civil Courts or Labour Court. Meanwhile, employers who are carrying out retrenchment due to serious financial difficulties may be excused from paying retrenchment benefits.
How to file your taxes when you get retrenched?
According to LHDN on their website, compensation for the loss of employment is a payment made by an employer to his employee before or after the date of termination, and a certain amount of this payment is exempted from tax. This compensation is exempted from tax if compensation received is due to ill health, and the other cases:
Termination before July 1, 2008 – exemption of RM6,000 for every completed year of service with the same employer or with companies in the same group.
Termination on or after July 1, 2008 – exemption of RM10,000 for every completed year of service with the same employer or with companies in the same group.
[block title="Example:"] Adam was working in his previous oil-and-gas company for five years, and was recently retrenched. He received RM60,000 in compensation in 2015. Under local tax laws, he is entitled to RM10,000 exemption for each completed year of service. So if he serviced the company for five completed years, RM50,000 out of the RM60,000 he received is entitled for tax exemption (RM10,000 x 5). [/block] However, compensation received by a director (not service director) of a Control Company is fully taxable. Should complications occur when you get retrenched, SIMways Formulation’s consultant Choong Hui Yan advises you to collect ALL the documents that you can get your hands on to prove that the lump sum payment you receive is a compensation for loss of employment. For example, you will be required to show a letter of dismissal, contract, or even the description of the payment voucher, then discuss the matter with LHDN. Further, you will be required to present your pay slip and EA form to prove that you have completed your said tenure of services to the LHDN. “Sometimes, our interpretation of “termination benefits” may differ from the LHDN. Thus, should any complication occur, you must try to explain the issue with LHDN. If necessary, you may even need to engage a tax specialist to talk to LHDN,” advised Choong.

Donald Trump Has Pulled the US Out of TPP. What Does This Mean?
Talking Points:
US President Trump has pulled the US out of the TPP accord, as promised
The pact’s membership would have accounted for 40% of the global economy
Future of TPP ex-US unknown but China may now take the lead in the region
What is the Trans Pacific Partnership?
The TPP is a trade agreement among twelve Pacific Rim countries, but does not include China. It was signed in February 2016 in New Zealand after seven year of talks.
It is the most significant free trade deal the US has signed since the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) was signed back in 1994.
Its aim was to “promote economic growth, support the creation and retention of jobs, enhance innovation, productivity and competitiveness, raise living standards, reduce poverty in the signatories’ countries and promote transparency, good governance and enhanced labor and environmental protections.”
Those signatories are: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Vietnam, Singapore and – of course – the United States. Together they account for about 40% of the global economy.
The TPP was one of the Obama administration’s economic goals. It was also a way to bolster US influence in the Pacific region and to increase its say in global trade, labor and intellectual property rules.
The TPP reduces thousands of tariffs and aims to maintain “high standards” on labor, environmental standards and intellectual property norms.
Although the full text of the 1500–page agreement has not been released, leaked excerpts reveal intellectual property rights extensively protect pharmaceutical patents, release information on copyright infringers, and set up environmental standards without enforcement mechanisms.
Why isn’t China included?
Beijing’s true feelings about the TPP have been difficult to divine for many years. It was invited to join the TPP back in 2012, by then Secretary of State Hilary Clinton.
Why does Donald Trump want to take the US out of it?
The President’s position is that the TPP favors big business rather than employment in the US and threatens more of the blue-collar workers who formed much of his electoral base.
He has called it “a potential disaster for our country” and indicated his intent to take the US out of the agreement on the first day of his presidency, a threat he has now made good on. Judging from his comments, Trump will instead seek to rely on bilateral trade deals.
What happens to the pact if the US withdraws?
At this point nobody really knows, but the TPP is weakened beyond recognition by the withdrawal of its largest member. Those who may have joined it at least in part to increase US influence in the region at the expense of China’s may feel that without the US the whole thing is pointless.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has reportedly said that that the TPP without the United States would be “meaningless.”

Reuters: Britain in Brexit chaos - parliament crushes May's EU deal again LONDON (Reuters) - MPs crushed Prime Minister Theresa May’s European Union divorce deal on Tuesday, thrusting Britain deeper into crisis and forcing parliament to decide within days whether to back a no-deal Brexit or seek a last-minute delay. MPs voted against May’s amended Brexit deal by 391 to 242 as her last-minute talks with EU chiefs on Monday to assuage her critics’ concerns ultimately proved fruitless. The vote puts the world’s fifth largest economy in uncharted territory with no obvious way forward; exiting the EU without a deal, delaying the March 29 divorce date, a snap election or even another referendum are all now possible.
