כמה תמונות מהשבועיים המרגשים, ערב הפתיחה, שיח הגלריה והסדנה שהעברתי. מעבר לקבוצה של האומנים שמשתתפת איתי, קבוצת קשת, החשמל שהיה באוויר היה יוצא דופן. התערוכה "בשביל החלומות", שמתקיימת בבית האומנים בכפר סבא ובמקום יפהפה, פסטורלי, נאיבי, נטול אגו, צבעוני, שבמובן מסוים מתאר את הקשת הרחבה של האומנות שלנו: הפתיחה המרגשת לוותה במוסיקה צעירה ורעננה, כל אחד ואחת מחברי הקבוצה הביא חלום. אבל האמת היא שלכולנו יש חלום וניתן לראות זאת, לפי קבוצות רבות של אומנים, ובייחוד הסוריאליסטים של המאה הקודמת, יצרו חלומות, שאפו, צמחו ויחד הם עפו גבוה. הם העזו לחלום וללכת אחרי התשוקה שלהם. 🎈כך גם אנחנו אנו🎈 מי שטרח והגיע לפתיחה, חרף הסיום הקצר והמפתיע, לעומת הכמות הגדולה של המוזמנים שבאו תודה לכם. אלו שהגיעו לסדנת הבכורה שלי ולשיח הגלריה, תודה. 👑ממש לא מובן מאיליו👑 אומר לסיום, שאני גאה להשתתף בתערוכה כזו וכה מיוחדת, רב-גונית, שמספרת סיפור של כל עבודה שנבחרה בשקידה ובפינצטה, כדי לפתוח צוהר ייחודי לעולמנו והיצירה שבתוכנו. לעיתים, זו שזועקת לצאת החוצה כדי לומר "הצלחתי" או "שכחתי" או "צילמתי" או "נזכרתי"..כל אלו הם חלק בלתי נפרד מהדבר המופלא הזה שנקרא אהבה, חיוניות וחיים. אוצרות: @avyamamon אומנית קולגה, מוכשרת ומקסימה, אחותי בנפש: @galit_izhaky_bachar אירועי הגלריה הקרובים הנותרים: סדנת "מחוננות, גאונות ושונות" שאני מעביר בשני תאריכים 18.03.2023 בשבת בשעה 11:00. אני פה בשבת הקרובה, אח��ה לכם 😊🎈 חיבוק. #artofinstagram #artweekberlin #artist_features #artology #art #artgallery #artist #artoftheday #artpainting #artparty #artcollector #makeupartist #exhibition #exhibitions #exhibitionart #paintings #modernart #modernsalon #contemporaryartcollectors #contemporaryartist (at בית האמנים כפר סבא, רח' גלר 4, כפר סבא) https://www.instagram.com/p/CptR8JsqmO9/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Presented in her 2019 exhibition Tivoli, Fix is one of many stunning pieces that showcases Marden’s exploration of color and space. Using raw pigment mixed with resin to pour over the canvas, she manipulates it with acrylic paint and the abalone shells while the resin hardens. The end result is an artwork that has a lot of personality and emotion. 

When I first saw this work, I fell in love with how gestural the work feels. It has a lot of movement in it that reminds me of the sway of long dresses. Marden’s use of abalone shells makes it very intrinsic. All four elements within nature can be depicted with the artwork. Air, Water, and Fire can be represented with the movement and Earth can be represented with the abalone shells. Marden’s use of color makes the artwork stand out as bright primary colors are used along with silver from the abalones. Texture is used superbly as you clearly see where the resin has hardened over previous layers. Each piece in this exhibit is made up of the same materials, each telling a new story. I highly encourage checking out the rest of the artworks.
