✅ Zucchini is low in calories, contains good amounts of folate and potassium while adding volume to your meals. Zoats are a favourite of mine. This is becoming a very popular breakfast option, especially if you like to eat with volume. You can take a regular oat/protein breakfast to a whole new level and size by adding the zucchini. By doing this you also only add a few extra calories. This is so filling. There are a number of recipes out there but this is what I do: 250g zucchini 40g #evolvenutrition Protein powder @equalaustralia liquid drops 1/3c Oats 2 Tsp xantham gum ⬇️ Boil zucchini in 4 cups of water. Once zucchini softens I add the oats. Once cooked I blitz it with the handheld mixer. Once broken down I add the protein powder, sweetener and xantham gum. This is where the manic happens and it becomes thick and smooth. Vanilla/chocolate chip baked protein bites ✅ Recipe makes 22 balls⬇️ 2 cups @freedomfoodsus Puffed rice 40 grams @woolworths_au Quick oats 1/2 egg whites 80 grams #evolvenutrition Vanilla protein powder 60 grams @wellnaturallyau Chocolate 1/2 cup @natvianaturalsweetener 1/3 cup water Method⬇️ Combine all ingredients. Chop chocolate into chips or you could even melt to mix through. May need to add extra water it'll too dry. The mixture should mix into a solid ball but still slightly moist. Roll into 22 small sized balls and bake in oven on high for about 10 minutes. If you add to much water they will flatten out and you want them to remain as little balls. Makes 22 balls⬇️ 48 Calories for each ball 1g F/4g P/4g C you can make them a little bigger (about 18) but this does increase the cal/macro breakdown a little. ⬇️ They will be hard on the outside and chewy on the inside. . . #melallawayfitness #iifym #macros #evolvenutrition #natvianaturalsweetener #freedomfoods #wellnaturallyau #healthyeating #proteinsnack

Baked Chocolate chip protein cookie bites. Makes 28 cookies 58 calories for each cookie 4g C/4g P/3G F . Recipe:⬇️ 1 cup quick oats 2 tablespoon butter 70g @wellnaturallyau 80g #evolvenutrition vanilla protein 1/2 cup egg whites 1 cup @natvianaturalsweetener 5 tablespoon plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder . Method⬇️ Melt butter with sugar and baking powder. Add to dry ingredients and egg whites. If it is a little dry add a little water. Roll into small balls and place on baking tray. . Cook on 180 degrees until your desired colour. ✅🍪
