It's another colossal #NFL playoff weekend. But I am enjoying tonight's #VinylAndBeerSunday. Released 50 years ago, BAND ON THE RUN provided convincing evidence that PAUL MCCARTNEY would have a solo career after the Fab Four. I remember having the 45 of the title track relentlessly playing on my portable record player. It's a solid album from top to bottom with the title tune, Jet, Ninehundred and Eightyfive, and (my favorite) Let Me Roll It. We were able to catch Sir Paul perform in Seattle, WA, last May. And the highlight for me was when he performed Let Me Roll It. My beer tonight is an excellent collab with EQUILIBRIUM BREWERY and EVIL TWIN BREWING. Their EVEN LESS HOLY is a massive Imperial IPA with pineapple, hops, and a smooth honey finish. Impressive. So...what are you listening to? This was a collab between @trilliumbrewing and @eviltwinbrewingnyc. Highly underrated. This was Evil Twin’s take on Trillium’s Cutting tiles.This hoppy brew was brewed with raw wildflower honey and double dry-hopped with all Mosaic hops. Forward tasting notes of zesty orange, blueberry, evergreen, and bright accents of earthy honey. Medium bodied with a subtle bitterness. Thank you so much and love @beer_1st_Luv It's a very tasty beer. Everything is so perfectly blended. Soft and gentle on the palate, though a little thin, but with a very clean bitterness.This is an incredible sh*t, on a world-class side. As far as I am concerned, I enjoyed every bit of this beer. This was a medium carbonation , medium bodied beer. One of the finest beers that I have had in recent times. Highly drinkable. Great job.
