Note: Most of the drawings in the second image sadly are no longer canon to the au, but i did draw a few new ones you'll probably be seeing a few paragraphs down :D

Long post incoming, do be warned 💀

So, the basic idea of this au is..fairly simple, actually-- as much as i struggled thinking of a good, solid concept for it :'D

As the name suggests, the biggest change is that Alan and Grace are swapped, but, well- not quite..

You see! Their personalities remain more or less the same, but the stickfigures they made are swapped- go simple enough visual representation!

Basically, the idea is: "What if Alan made Mitsi and Grace made the Hollowheads?"

To explain this further: Alan would have treated Mitsi primarily the way he treated Victim and Chosen.

Grace, on the other hand, would have treated the hollowheads far better than Alan did in canon, leading to an entirely different outcome for their character arcs! (Although i'm thinking of having Victim and Grace have a rocky start for,, reasons, but i'll expand on that in a different post, probably)

Anyway, as a result, Mitsi would probably look something like this at the time of her escape:

I was planning on explaining far more thoroughly, but i got a little sidetracked and didn't have time to expand this too much.

To at least somewhat make up for my messy ass brain, here are some ideas i'm planning (key word) to solidify into the canon aswell!

-After Mitsi escapes the PC, Alan doesn't draw/animate another stickman for years after. Then i'm thinking he either draws Purple or the guy just kind of,, shows up on his PC one day and after a tentative truce makes the minecraft village there instead of on the Mac (which could potentially lead to the cg meeting Alan aswell?)

-Victim leaves the PC before or recently after Chosen is created, accidentally ending up in the village from his canon backstory and becoming a farmer there.

-Chosen is mute, and i'm thinking he later becomes a sign language interpreter :D (i'm thinking they'll all get regular or semi regular professions since they'd actually get to grow up properly and have childhood and stuff,,, and absolutely no one has any cursor induced trauma whatsoever! Victim? Haha, who's Victim?)

-I was originally thinking of making Dark a Gordon Ramsey style chef, but i feel like i should make him a programmer/hacker of some kind instead LOL

-Orange helps Grace out with her animations in this au aswell! He also has a lot of independent projects of his own :]

-Orange and the cg still eventually end up being the only permanent residents on Grace's pc, with Dark and Chosen visiting fairly often while Victim visits more scarcely. For some reason, he seems a little bit anxious around Grace.. (also yes they're all probably gonna have different names, excluding the animators)

-I'm thinking of calling Mitsi either Mayday or Malice!

-I'm thinking Mitsi crashes/escapes to the village where Victim is. Victim befriends Mitsi pretty fast. They let her stay at their farm and Mitsi helps out pn the farm in return.

-Agent and the mercs will probably be in this au aswell!! I'm just not sure when and how to include them yet.

I saw some of your posts that your superhero AU was based off of Spider-Man. Do you have any heroes that are basically Spider-Man? Or are similar?

Second question: Where's Shadow in all this situation? Is he a hero, or would he be a villain? anti-Hero?

Actually no! I didn't exactly want anyone to be a carbon copy of any existing heroes in the AU. I more so just took inspiration or ideas based off different heroes, I just happened to keep going back to Spiderman characters specifically but I did stretch in other categories. A good chunk of the other inspirations being DC characters. Shadow's here! And I did draw him! Everything I've done is under the #superhero AU in my blog. I will admit Shadow I haven't figured out ALL his details in his backstory but his story is still kiiiiinda similar to how he is in regular canon. Experiment in a space station, massive loss that was his main drive that started him on a villainous path. Eventually redeemed himself. Has Plasma based abilities instead of Chaos Energy though. In the AU he's kinda more of an antihero. I imagine killing is not his main goal but unlike most HE WILL DO IT IF HE HAS A REASON TO (if there was a joker character in this au he'd be DONE SHADOW WOULD SHOW NO MERCY). he will try to do good for the sake of Maria but he will do it the way he can/wants to, which isn't the typical classic superhero way. Heck he doesn't even have a 'secret identity' like a lot of the others have urged him to try, the issue is even if people have tried to take advantage of this and find him when he's not doing anything. They can't! He knows how to hide away from people and he's good at it, so people can't find him unless he lets them or he goes to them!

I did have one little detail though, initially when he was in space and with Maria. She would jokingly ask him to put on a silly cape and when he'd say no, she'd put it on him herself. He did not like capes, thinking they were impractical and a little silly. She thought he looked cool and heroic and he'd humour her. Now, he does where a cape (it goes all glowy and long when he's using his powers, when he isn't the cape is smaller and white. It's held together by a locket with her picture in it. So wearing it feels like he has a part of her with him. <3

Also a silly scenario I had is that due to his initial creation was to be a perfect medical donor until they changed it into more deadly living weapon, but he still actually is a great medical donor so when he found this out. He actually goes to make donations for stuff like blood, plasma, etc... and he kinda can overdo it so afterwards he is VERY woozy. Someone needs to tell him just because he's not exactly a normal man doesn't mean it's a smart idea to let them pump SO MUCH STUFF OUT OF HIS SYSTEM.

Ok, gonna be real and say I love Pixie. I wanna know more about them. Backstories, Traits, Headcanons, and maybe I'm a little curious on how she kills her victims before/after a picture? Like, Does she have weapons or is all her methods hand-made?

Okay I'm gonna do a triple kill with this one. Sry couldn't draw a lot, like I legit can't so here's the story or whatnot. Probs gonna draw those in the future... also I fucking suck at writing but whatever >:T.

Starting off with the third question, no, not really, I know nothing about LoL.

CHILDHOOD

Pixie was created as a male in a loving family, he was specially close with his mother, and would spend most of his childhood surrounded and smothered with female attention as he found it hard to fit in with the male crowd.

His mother was capable of finding positivity and light in any situation even when it seemed like there was none, finding beaty behind every corner, shaping Pixie's world view that in every bad, there's something good. She quickly became Pixie's biggest role model.

EARLY TEENS

After the sudden death of both of his parents, Pixie struggled to find his positivity in life again. He would dress in female clothing, just like his mom used to wear so he could feel like their bond never fell apart.

"You'll always be a part of me"

One day, a group of girls approached him. They wanted him to be a part of their group. Being used to female attention, he fit right in. Pixie enjoyed his new friend group, and he started feeling better about his life.

Eventually, Pixie decided to change from he to she. He felt like it was the right thing to do for himself.

Noticing her hidden talent, they begged her not to waste it and pursue photography. And she did. She took pictures of strangers, her surroundings, and other... but most of all, her friends.

LATE TEENS

Pixie now an art enthusiast obsessed with constantly taking pictures, started annoying her friend group. Following them around, taking pictures of all of their activities but yet not sharing those pictures with others.

"Show me!"

"No, it looks bad, I'm gonna delete it" * "I'm just practicing, that's all, experimenting"

"You should ask us before taking pictures. It's uncomfortable"

"Ye-Yeah.. you're right..."

Pixie felt like her friend group had changed a lot over the years, she felt like she didn't fit in anymore. She didn't quite understand boundaries.. as her art was her everything and felt like her favorite muses... were slowly turning against her, stopping her from picturing perfection.

She still took pictures secretly. And became really good at hiding them,also collected many different cameras over the years. One of her favorites being the instant [Polaroid] and the DSLR.

"I'm just practicing, that's-"

" I thought you stopped. We trusted you"

"And you still did it behind our backs? This whole time?"

As Pixie's world started to crash and burn, her comfort was destroyed again. She still tried taking pictures of strangers and places, but it didn't feel the same, it wasn't them. They were her favorites, after all.

"What are you do-"

"If you don't want to be my muse, I'll make you my muse"

After failing to convince one of her ex friends to accept her again into the group, Pixie snapped. Killing her ex friend.

She played with her body, posing it differently, decorating it, putting accessories on it. Each picture looked prettier than the last.

"We could've taken these beautiful pictures with you alive, but you refused, look what you made me do... "

She stared at the body for what seemed like an eternity.

"How can you be dead? But still.. so beautiful, it's like you're sleeping peacefully, unbothered by the reality of our world. Type of beauty I never could've captured before..."

Even when it was obvious that Pixie did it, no one believed it. Someone so cavordly, shy and weak attacking someone and destroying their body to the point of no return seemed so out of character for her.

YOUNG ADULTHOOD

Her first kill being a success, she was hungry for more, why ask someone to pose for you when you can do it yourself. More and more "accidents" occurred. Eventually, Pixie gained an ego out of it. Hearing everyone scared for their life talk about this mysterious killer in the colony, it made her feel special. She started leaving pictures of her previous kills next to the new bodies, leaving messages on the walls and a lot more, playing with everyone's emotions made her feel powerful. Not only would she appear in front of every crime scene, pretending to be a part of the scared and worried crowd. She would also take pictures of the scared crowd all together, secretly leaving those pictures next to the bodies as well, and somehow she still walks freely.

"Nothing will stop me from finding beaty in everyone. Anything can be your weapon, you just have to be creative enough to see it"

Knowing that her patterned kills are going to get her caught someday, she plans on framing someone else for all of her crimes.

EH sorry that's it for now. I legit can't draw anything these days, my dudes I'm struggling. I'm having one more small idea and I'll be gone working on Fate and other big projects that I've started. I realize that I can't balance it all and it's just too much, especially cuz I'm not feeling well and whatnot. My burning willpower is kinda dying out so imma step back for some time...

Also since it's like a new oc, I didn't figure out everything just yet so forgive me for that.

I was gonna draw more but I got lazy(tm).

Alrighty so here's the werewolf oc-insert that I've been cooking up. I need to tweak the colors cuz I got a large majority of them wrong and spruce up her design because I can't mucking stick with a design ever lol

The left Mika drawing was an attempt at a semi-realistic style, I googled so many Russian men just to get the features right. I don't think I did too bad but it could be better. I definitely want to try again instead of an anime style. Mostly because I lowkey forget bro is half-Russian sometimes. Also to clarify, no they're not naked, I can't draw clothes. But once I do it's so over for everyone trust.

Basically backstory time: They met a week before the apocalypse at the local park and met up a few more times before the virus hits. Unfortunately, they're both separated when the vampires collect them. They eventually find each other again in the Sanguinem. When Mika plans the escape, Amara is unable to join since she's over 13. The plan fails, Mika is stuck in the Sanguinem as a half-vampire. But at least he's not alone so the situation is less crappy.

There's more world building to this, especially since | wanted to make a werewolf character recently and thought it would be fun to add to ONS. And because the Sanguinem and Vampire culture has a lot of potential I was gonna add to that. I'll eventually make a drawing or post on that but I think | yapped enough.

TLDR: I like werewolves and ONS so l meshed both together.

I'll start with the funky little guys!

Okay lol I don't think I ever gave the funky animals names, so the cats name is Yara (yar-ah) and the dog's name is Dobi (doe-bee)

(One thing to note is that Yara and Dobi are smarter than the average pet so they usually can understand exactly what someone is saying unless they don't know the language but they'll eventually learn)

So for Yara and Dobi they essentially do exactly what real life hearing/seeing service animals do, you can use these as an example, I'd recommend watching videos about guide dogs it's very informative plus it's fun to learn something new!

*Tudor usually snaps is fingers to get the animals attention and communicates with hand signs when giving Yara and Dobi commands

Yara acts as Tudors eyes and ears, clawing or nudging Tudor to let him know if someone is approaching and can let Tudor know if they are dangerous or friendly

(side note Dobi no longer has three legs, instead Yara will now have three legs for now on, I guess she's a caterpillar )

As for Dobi he acts as Tudors eyes and ears as well, specifically he guides Tudor, Tudor puts a leather harness on him when he needs help, an example of Dobi guiding Tudor would be letting him know if there is chair to sit in or just guide Tudor safely

And here's little bit about their personalities!

Dobi is a classic goofy dog, he acts like a husky except when he barks it's more like a weird monster sound, Dobi gets distracted sometimes but Yara usually gets his attention back on track

Yara has big ol' eyes, you can almost never tell what she's feeling, she's untrusting of strangers but there are rare cases where she can tell someone is not a threat on the spot, she's protective of tudor and loves cuddles, she almost never leaves Tudors side

And now here's a speedrun of Tudors backstory!

So Tudor is from the plane Gahenna(basically hell), life is tough there, the strong only survive, the people that live there are known as demons

Despite his disabilities he built his very own tavern with his friends! Life was good, the other demons seemed happy, until one day out of the blue his hometown was attacked and burnt to the ground leaving him feeling a bit hopeless, his friends had disappeared as well nowhere to be found, his tavern was damaged but nothing a few repairs could fix, oh and I forgot to mention since Gehenna is a dangerous place Tudor and his friends designed it in a way where it can move, it's a tavern on wheels pulled by a chimera, the tavern (also has an emergency teleport, which teleports the tavern to a random area, it's not a guarantee safety measure hence why it's only for emergencys, it takes a lot of magical power for it teleport once) unfortunately the chimera died during the pillage so it took Tudor about 4 weeks to find another one but after that debocle, Tudor was inspired by the Imps who had escaped Gehenna a century ago and was now determined to escape Gehenna as well.

(*the towns demons couldn't get to the tavern due to them being at a festival that was being held out of town)

So Tudor ends up wandering by himself, he's not completely helpless by himself though, he can take care of himself pretty well using a broom stick and ASL (ASL is pretty common in Gahenna it's usually used for safety reasons) but anyways he travels for about 8 years, over those years he first finds Yara (the cat) in her demonic form injured and fighting for her life, Tudor decides to help not knowing who he was helping, soon when they are both safe Tudor tends to Yaras wounds and she calms down and returns to her relaxed form and he lets her rest in his tavern however Yara escaped the next day but flash forward Tudors in trouble and Yara comes in and saves him, turns out shes been following his tavern this whole time and she lets herself in and makes herself at home, next is Dobi! Ummm...Dobi found Tudor this time, he was a little puppy when dobi found Tudor he was all alone in the open barking at Tudors chimera playfully Tudor decided to take in Dobi seeing as Tudor needed all the help he could get to escape (Tudor may not be able to see but anything small is cute to him lol) , Yara acted as a replacement mom for Dobi, showing him discipline and teaching him how to hunt and so on. Tudor had to make deals with other demons, sometimes to his disadvantage.

One day something strange happened in Gahenna, a gate to the mortal plane had opened, he could feel it for some reason but he didn't know where it was, so he took a chance and pulled emergency teleport lever and got lucky enough to be teleported to the mortal realm, Tudor was shocked he didn't know what to do

What do followers of the King Snake look like in terms of appearance and personality?

Followers as in the sorcerors of Team Zahhak? There's not a whole lot of detail on physical appearance from what I recall, at least as far as the disciples are concerned. You'd have to comb carefully through the novels for crumbs of info there but I wouldn't expect any specifics like hair or eye colour (though there were a few references to their eyes glowing — I wasn't sure how literal Tanaka intended this to be but it obviously informed the way Arakawa draws them in her manga... and come to think of it, their eyes also had a red or blue glow in the anime too).

Their personalities largely share the same negative traits. They tend to be sneaky (favouring what would be considered dishonorable methods of combat such as trickery, poison, sneaking up on others from behind, etc), generally negative/critical even of their own comrades (they're working together but they do not appear to be fond of each other and it feels more like a competitive relationship than true teamwork), spiteful, short-tempered, easily frustrated, cruel, etc. You get the idea.

I obviously paid more attention to Gurgin in particular as he's my favourite and easily the most interesting of Team Zahhak, and I do think you get to know him more in the novels. He's an ambitious smooth talker who enjoys feeling superior to his fellow disciples and is keen for his talents and efforts to be recognised by their Master. He's also the only disciple with backstory which you may have already read about, but I'll link to anyway. Like the others, he's willing to commit some truly awful acts to accompish Team Zahhak's aims, but every now and then there are glimpses of what little humanity he has left, though he does lose those traces progessively over the course of the story. I'll stop myself there before I write a whole essay on Gurgin, anyway.

Of the others, Gazdaham probably stands out a bit more than the others, partly because of his rivalry with Gurgin. He also loses an eye during the second half of the series, so there's a tidbit of physical description for you. Honestly, in a way he becomes quite a comical figure especially in his struggles to control Ilterish, and his fervour for Zahhak often verges on the ridiculous. He's a bit of a contrast to Gurgin, who even Ilterish takes more seriously. Ilterish mocking Gazdaham is fucking hilarious though.

Oh, it's worth mentioning that in the novels their cloaks are grey, though I've adopted the black they are shown with in the manga personally.

Hm, what else? In the novels, Pulad was the mage killed by Isfan during the night raid, and he was said to be inexperienced. Arakawa switched the mages around so in the manga it was Gurgin who died in that scene and I am still not over it.

I know this has been shared before, but here are Arakawa's designs for the disciples, with the translation of their names added by me (don't talk to me about the fact that Gurgin would almost certainly be 'Gurgan' if he had ever been referred to by name in the manga).

They don't wear masks in the novels, either.

Okay, now for the Unholy Master. In terms of appearance he's very beautiful (though it's apparently an artificial kind of beauty). Even Gieve acknowledges that he's handsome, lol. He has long blond hair and blue eyes. He's a bit of a mysterious figure and I won't go into the novel's eventual reveal of his origins here but I will say I hope we get to hear about it in the manga, too.

To speak of his personality, he appears content to use his disciples as tools, and while he is the one who teaches them magic the fact that Tanaka once stated he's careful not to teach them anything that would allow them to equal him speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. He is clearly drawn to power (the same is likely true of all the disciples though it's very evident with Gurgin, whose interest in Zahhak's power even goes back to when he was a trainee priest). He usually seems composed but he's not immune to feelings of bloodlust (this is probably common in members of Team Zahhak; again it's something we see with Gurgin) and he can be provoked to anger by Gieve of course ahaha. That he is manipulative goes without saying.

I guess this probably covers the question to the best of my knowledge, unless you're interested in figures like Ilterish or others who have been given Zahhak's blood, or the body that hosts Zahhak (even if you hide the shoulder snakes I think the person looks a bit... off. I would have to check specifics but as far as I can recall they were described as having purplish lips and reddish eyes; see this Shinobu Tanno illustration from Book 16).

Sorry for disappearing for two days, but I do have something to show for it! I present to you my solarballs x warrior cats au thing! It may be a bit different than canon clans, but I had to so Mecury and Venus wouldn't be in clans by themselves.

I'll prob change them in the future and ignore the height. AND FUCK I MIXED UP MARS AND VENUS DESIGNS WHEN DRAWING MARS, IGNORE THE COLLAR

In order, Mecury, Mars, Venus, Venus's quasi moon and Earth.

I tried, okay? It's hard to translate Earth into a cat. He looks better without the shading. I gave him a mix of grey and blueish grey fur, maybe it's from a lack of the colour gene thingy. I put the blue and green in his eyes.

I had to remake venus cause his og patterns stood out too much

Tiny bit of info for the stories:

Solarclan is led by SunStar (real creative, I know), but the clan is spilt up into 12 sections, 1 for each of the planets and anything orbit around them plus Pluto cause he was only demoted semi-recently, one for the sun and one for each of the belts.

Mecury's and Venus's belts are also solely used for storage as they have no moons. (I have a story for venus's quasi moon when I draw them).

Each planet is in charge of their own section, and they rule over their moons. The dwarf planets' sections were merged together when the rules for planets were created, Pluto's bit of the story will revolve around around this.

Mecury = TinyMoray

Mecury was found at about three moons old with many wounds, making his fur sticky with blood. (Proto rocky planets were all in a rogue group, more about that in a later post) Sun took him in and raised in the clan, due to this Sun would be sort of a heli-copter friend. As a kit, Mecury was very weak and prone to illness, but (thanks to Uranus, who would be sort of like the healers in the tribe of rushing water) he slowly began to stablize.

Now he's spends his time at Sun's side and wondering where he came from.

Mars = RedMoorlands

Mars was from the same rogue group as Mecury and the others and arrived two months after Mecury, dragging an almost dead Earth behind. He spent most of his kithood with Earth, messing around and pranking the others before he eventually grew out of it when he came back one day with three kits. After his largest kit's death, he became more friendly and protective to his remaining two after seeing how the others treated their kits (gas/ice giant's moons).

Venus = MorningVoids

Venus was a part of the Rocky planet rogue group but disappeared soon after the fire that disbanded the group. He was taken in by twolegs and lived a comfortable life until he found himself on the streets with nothing but his kit.

He wandered for many days before coming across Solarclan. The sun took him in, and Mars immediately recognised him. To his horror, he found that a pawful of cats from the rogue group were in the clan, but they barely seemed to remember.

Now, he is desperately trying to keep his kit a secret. What if the others find out and use her to attack? But Mars and Luna are starting to get suspicious. Why would Venus spend so much time alone in his sector.

I just love giving my favourite characters trauma, lol. Also, he lost a leg, 2nd au I made where he did.

524522 Zoozve = ZaffrePaw

Zoozve us Venus's only kit. She doesn't remember much of her past other than the dangers of the thunderpath and watching her father nibble off his leg to escape from a bear trap. She's very anxious and jumpy, she doesn't know any other cats and she'd like to keep it that way, why wouldn't she? They would just hurt her and her dad.

Fan fact: I have two au, including her, and she's the complete opposite. Manipulative child to anxious Ravenpaw child

Earth = Nature's Eolith (name may change, can't find many good words starting with E and ending in H, no I am not using earth)

Earth was in the same rogue group as the other rocky planets but lost all his memories of it after the fire. All he remembers is his life in the valley. He always wondered how he and the other rocky planets got their scars (mars and his scars are after the cut-off). He hates that he got stuck with all the little kits (his quasi moons) Luna found in the territory.

omg i totally forgot to answer these sorry....

i planned a bunch of comics to explain space morty's backstory but I've been really busy so it's probably gonna take a while to draw all of them, so I'll just explain it roughly now and then go into more detail in the comics eventually.

ok so this universe is actually very similar to the main one in the show in terms of family dynamics and stuff. the big difference here is that morty comes out as transfem (she/her pronouns btw) and things kinda derail from there?? like summer is super supportive and their relationship actually improves, rick is supportive (because he's also trans in this universe but he's stealth so no one knows) but he doesn't show it very directly, beth is trying her best and jerry is confused and refuses to understand.

so that's what makes morty run away, she's alway felt like her family never really appreciates her or like she's the unwanted child (even tho that's technically summer lol) so seeing her dad not even trying to understand something that's important to her, and her grampa's usual apathetic behavior on the matter (which she interprets as unsupportive) make her snap and she impulsively runs away.

she's kinda emotionally unstable since she ran away so she hasn't made any friends, and avoids other ricks and mortys from other dimensions because she tends to not get along with them and she's been to the citadel before it got destroyed and stole a random rick's portal gun lol.

she did meet morty prime tho, he got lost in space and she helped him find his grampa or something like that, and they kinda become friends after that even tho she refuses to admit it. i was also thinking about a possible interaction with evil morty but they're so similar i dont think they'd like eachother.

I do !! I hope you're ready because I am so sorry this is gonne get long and probably not at all what you expected from asking me if I had ocs

I have at least three lego monkie kid OCs, though most aren't fully fleshed out or are just concepts for now. I tend to create the character but develop their story or what I'd want for them later after I've drawn them enough haha

An OC I've shown before is Charlie ! Granted he's one of the few who aren't fully fleshed out lol

But I think this time I'll talk about the OC I use as my profile picture since she's kind of the main one I use or draw offline and have been planning to post about at some point :) ( she's kinda like a hyperfixation for me LOL ) I'd like to apologize in advance because I kind of ramble and feel the need to explain like everything ( ie. what inspired the thought, trying to explain the "vibe", things that don't need explaining but for some reason I feel like clarifying, etc ) and it doesn't always make sense or I'll suddenly just start.. explaining in an almost basically writing fanfic kind of way?? Anyways I'll just get into it- :,D ( also most pictures will be basically be at the bottom if you wish to just see those instead of reading, warning it will be a LOT of scrolling- or I'll make a separate post afterwards with only the pictures also a lot of them are before i discovered how to draw them in a way I liked lol )

So uh, a little backstory to her creation is that she mainly started as a self-insert type of OC and the original idea for her creation came from my various AI chats with the LMK bots so a lot of her lore or interactions with characters is just self-indulgent and most some of it just doesn't make sense or feel like too much but I just do things because it's fun ^^" ( OCxCanon included, a lot of it actually- I am cringe but I am free even though I still feel shame when I do it lol ) and also she is my first LMK OC and what caused me to eventually come up with more so there's that

I would pick some things I liked from the different chats and things I noticed that stuck regardless of which chat it was from to try to keep her sort of consistent

So the first original rendition of her is named Cherry which basically served as a normal friend to the crew, just that one friend who isn't involved in all the fights and is just there to feel like they live a normal life whenever they hang out, y'know? :)

"did you get into another fight again?" "yeah.." "don't worry, we can watch movies and have popcorn while i patch you up" "thanks,, 🥺"

She initially met the group because MK was kinda flung in through her window by a bad guy of the week and she ended up sticking around the group because they kept conveniently bumping into each other. Cherry would be visiting a store and BOOM monkie kid shenanigans pull up right in front of her so she just sighs like "I'll come back next month when the store fixes I guess."

Before I knew how I wanted her to look, I used a picrew to get the basic idea down

This would be her design until I decided to change parts like her hair color and clothing color ( pictures will come up later )

You've probably noticed that "Hey she doesn't look like she does in the pfp?" and yeaahh that brings me to the next part, the main part namely lol

So uh I ended up making an AU where she has powers instead.. even though she has barely anything going for her enough as is ;v; But honestly if it weren't for me creating this alternate version of her she probably wouldn't have as much backstory as she does now-

See, this AU version of her is obviously named Cherry as well, but because I needed to differentiate her from her original counterpart for my friends cause they'd get confused who I was talking about I ended up calling this alternate version Yingtao, which yeah is still Cherry but just in chinese :)

So basically she's just how Cherry would have ended up if she was born with powers instead but she actually has a story going for her, this is where she becomes more of an actual OC instead of being a self-insert but also where a shit ton of OCxCanon begins happening, she gets an almost Y/n x various treatment except it's only with the Monkeys lmao Also I try my best to be linear with the explanation but sometimes I just forget to mention some things and then bring them up later once I remember lol

Before Yingtao was born, a long time ago her great ancestors made a deal with a fox demon and so the fox agrees to this deal, only they wish to be immortalized forever by living through the family, providing them great powers. However, if the body the fox demon possesses cannot handle the fox, they will die and the fox will move onto the next descendant. ( I have yet to decide why the family makes the deal in the first place, but it was probably a power or protection thing, and the fox end of the deal was also thinking I was still thinking about ) Throughout the years, the fox's powers grow exponentially with each new vessel as it carries the previous vessel's abilities that they may have developed, and at some point the fox is so incredibly strong and powerful, that the family has nearly died out because it cannot find a body that's strong enough to hold all of it anymore, especially since only one person can be a carrier at a time.

Something happens to Yingtao's family, leaving them scattered or split apart, with her parents giving her up in hopes that she'll be safe from whatever horror had befallen her family. Yingtao lives in America because one of her parents were American, so because she is now an orphan, gets put into the system. ( I think her family was getting executed because most found the fox demon to be a curse and they thought by wiping them all out the fox would die as well or they were seeking a way to harness the powers of it ) And things were great, until they weren't.

Yingtao is the new carrier of the fox demon, though she is completely unaware of that fact. Though others have noticed instances in where she suddenly feels hot to the touch, or showcases physical strength that a child should not have, though they are just fleeting moments and don't last long. This becomes an issue because Yingtao accidentally injures another child, and this event causes everyone there to be fearful of her, thinking it the work of the fox within her. They start calling her names and overall just being shitty to her because she's different than them, because she's harmful and dangerous, a threat. Yingtao is isolated from the other kids, or just outright ignored for the lack of knowledge over her heritage, assuming she "should know better" and outright favoring the other children.

Tired of being treated like this, Yingtao runs away from her "destiny" and the orphanage at a young age, refusing to accept their words as truth, not just because of their harsh words but also because she fears hurting others. Hopping from place to place and barely surviving on scraps, she somehow makes it to Megapolis in China by the time she's 18, grateful to be far from her original home in America and is just stealing to survive or sleeps in alleys for shelter. By now Yingtao has long forgotten about trying to find out her heritage, and if anything, hopes not to dive into it because it just reminds her of her times at the orphanage and the memory of unintentionally harming another child, she suppresses these memories whenever they arise. Yingtao is on the streets for a good while, focusing mainly on stealing to make enough money so she can afford a living space for herself on the quieter side of the city. She eventually ends up succeeding, but is soon overwhelmed by the new surroundings, only just now processing the full weight of her actions of running away and realizing just how little she actually knows what she's doing. Yingtao ends up having a breakdown in an alley on her way home from these thoughts and realizations.

MK had been following one of his delivery routes, passing by this alley but stopping upon hearing her cries. Honestly a little startled by seeing a random girl crying in an alley, but he doesn't hesitate to try to cheer her up, even trying to offer her some candy he had saved to prove his trustworthiness to her.

He succeeds, officially becoming her first real friend and they start to hang out, even introducing her to his family friends. After hanging out for quite a while, the spark of a crush develops in her heart but she doesn't really realize it.

Sometime between being MK's friend for a few weeks she somehow meets Macaque?? ( I don't have an explanation for why he's alive yet, but I'll come up with one eventually but I guess a start would be to say that I considered him to be alive even before A Hero is Born and only stays in Megapolis at first to make sure LBD doesn't reawaken but also to keep hanging out with Yingtao lol )

Macaque is of course cautious of her at the start, but after finding out she knows pretty much nothing about JTTW so has no knowledge of Wukong or himself because she's from the west, decides she isn't a threat and just kind of vibes with her as a sort of breath of fresh air, free from worrying about being perceived as evil or anything like that in general. Just a fresh start with no strings attached, no need to hide himself or pretend. They become pals and have their own little meetups here and there. ( Bonding over their upbringings and similarities maybe? )

At some point MK info dumps about Wukong to Yingtao after finding out she doesn't know anything about his hyperfixation idol, so it leads to her just happily listening to his rants, remembering everything she can that he's mentioned. MK doesn't know anything about Mac at this point, so our favorite six-eared monkey isn't brought up to her. Yingtao also doesn't tell any of this info to Macaque cause she doesn't see a reason to. ( funnily enough I had this info written down before finding out MK didn't even read JTTW because S4 didn't exist yet to tell us that so now it makes sense lol )

I should mention that I wrote these events with the thought that they happen before A Hero is Born, but it's undecided because a lot of the ideas I had in mind or wrote seem really cool to explore with them being set after LBD instead because some things make a little more sense

Once MK unlocks his powers, he doesn't have much time for Yingtao anymore, busy with training and all the other hijinks that happen during S1, so she just kind of hangs back, maybe meeting up with Mac more often. ( I like to think she was going to play the same role as OG Cherry was intended to up until her powers act up )

Yingtao's life is flipped upside down once her powers suddenly begin to flare up on occasion in the forms of random fevers out of nowhere, an early sign showing the awakening of the fox. ( This may have been because of being exposed to large amounts of power via MK and Macaque )

MK is understandably worried about these sudden fevers, but neither him nor Yingtao know what's up so nothing is done about it other than giving her rest and medicine in hopes she recovers.

During a meetup with Mac, Yingtao gets a fever when talking to him and woozily sits down against a wall. Mac realizes what's happening and helps her out, teaching her ways to calm her "fever" without outright telling her the source of the problem because he doesn't think she's ready yet. This advice he gives her helps, but Yingtao notes how he seems to know more than he lets on, so she occasionally asks him for advice and he begins to teach her some small tips to keep her problem at bay such as meditation, breathing techniques, and even fighting skills. She's confused why she needs to know how to fight for a fever but listens, finding this useful for future stuff anyway. ( He is aware of her fox because he can see through her, similar to Wukong's true sight. )

After a while the "fever" isn't as bad anymore and Yingtao thinks it's over, thanking Mac who awkwardly accepts said thanks knowing in his head that she wasn't quite done yet.

Meanwhile MK had been telling Wukong about Yingtao occasionally during their training, expressing his worries for his friend's fevers on some days. This obviously gets the Monkey King curious, wanting to meet this girl his successor brings up, and after much convincing, MK finally gets Yingtao to meet up with the king himself. Which is of course awkward for her but she does her best to be polite, Wukong trying to ease her up and tell her that she can just be casual with him.

Wukong had caught scent of Yingtao's fox demon as soon as she stepped foot on his home but he hadn't mentioned it at all yet, wanting to bring it up later to see if she knew and discuss about it. He had initially been wary of the girl, thinking of the situation with his Master and LBD again, but after talking to her long enough came to the conclusion she was just clueless about her hidden potential.

However the great sage had been unaware of how far along she was in her awakening, so it was a great surprise when she'd suddenly collapse onto the floor in great pain right as the two were starting to get along.

I hope I'm not too descriptive with this scene? I mean I'm not the best at describing these types of scenes anyway but I don't exactly know where the line is drawn for being too graphic or not so I hope to keep this simple enough to give an idea but descriptive enough to be better understood

Basically Yingtao felt a great spike of pain in her chest, causing her to begin coughing and crying out, feeling as though she couldn't breathe and thus rendering her immobile and on the floor. MK is actively reaching out to her, ready to jump in to comfort Yingtao but Wukong steps in front of him, holding an arm out to stop the boy, saying something about how they can't help her.

Even as she bursts into flames, screaming in pain at feeling like she's burning from the inside out, making MK feel even more guilty about not being able to help in anyway. ( Just a note, this is one of the scenes I wondered whether would be better set after LBD. I thought maybe MK would comment on this being similar to the Samadhi fire. But I also thought maybe this scene was still set before LBD and Wukong only briefly mumbles about it being like the Samadhi fire under his breath where MK doesn't notice OR where MK does notice and eventually brings it up in S2/S3 about remembering Wukong saying that before. Another smaller note, but I had this idea of her bursting into flames before I actually saw where it's revealed that Mei has the samadhi fire and it was only after I saw the episodes that I figured this scene could reference it lol )

This event of Yingtao bursting into flames is actually what each vessel had to go through, a way of testing their compatibility and ability to handle the current powers of the fox. Because the fox's power grows exponentially with each descendant, this is why it was harder for newer generations to survive or handle it because it's power at this point is becoming kaiju levels. So if Yingtao didn't die from these flames, it would show she is capable of controlling the fox and taking these powers as her own. Her body flickering between her normal appearance and her "fox form." ( Another thing I thought of before S4's release lmao )

Unsurprisingly Yingtao survives, the flames dissipated but left weakened and exhausted, laying on the floor and struggling to hold herself up. MK looks to Wukong, silently asking for permission and the Monkey King nods, a sign that it was safe to touch her now and MK does NOT hesitate, holding her up looking worried as fuck. Yingtao isn't awake for long, passing out immediately and after resting for some time at Wukong's place.

When she finally wakes up, she's questioned instantly by them, mostly Wukong, about what happened. Yingtao expresses confusion and fear, unsure of what that was and why it happened. Wukong explains it to her, or at least, explains what he thought it was, going into detail about the flames and the fox she harbored.

"why do I care about dead guys from over a hundred years ago? 🤨" "because those dead guys left you a gift" "YOU MEAN A FUCKING CURSE????" "same thing"

Both MK and Yingtao are reasonably surprised. Seeing a positive opportunity, MK tries to be optimistic about this new information, commenting on how they could both train together now, lightening up the mood. Yingtao, although appreciative of MK's idea, wants to shut the idea down. However, before she can even get a word in of her opinion, Wukong answers MK for her, saying that while Yingtao would be under his supervision and he'd be willing to train her, it'd be separate from MK because, according to him, the two need different types of training. This visibly deflates MK but he's still happy for his friend anyway because at least she's close by.

Yingtao is uncomfortable with the idea because while she trusts MK with her whole heart, she barely knows Wukong. After all, they only talked that one day and it was basically the day where she went into a short coma. Wukong reassures her that the training "won't be so bad" and that he'll help her control her newly reawakened powers.

So now we've reached the arc where Yingtao is training unwillingly to control her issues, finding out that they often come out during moments of great emotional turmoil or just when she's experiencing a lot on her mind or in general.

Wukong is trying to teach Yingtao but his ways of teaching her are more like he tells her what she needs to do but expects her to do it alone or sort of "figure it out" as if she's learning some sort of lesson, which doesn't help her all that much and makes her feel as if she's on her own. That, or he isn't even actually teaching her and is instead bothering her when she's trying to focus because he just has some really bad timing and gets bored watching her sit there meditating.

Wukong only does it because he can't help but be curious about her because she still hasn't fully opened up to him yet so he's trying at any opportunity to get her know her better. He finds it'd be much easier to teach her if she would just let him in and stop holding him at arms length.

Between these sessions with Wukong, Yingtao goes to Macaque to train as well, telling him about what happened and completely missing the way Mac's face scrunches up at the mention of Wukong. He's afraid she might turn on him now. Though he is pleasantly surprised when she in fact, doesn't, because she still isn't aware of his relationship with Wukong because again MK only told her about Wukong's great feats, not the entirety of JTTW. So then Mac begins teaching her as well, in a way that she actually understands much easier than Wukong. ( They both taught her the same thing, just Wukong phrases it poorly or in a way she doesn't understand lol )

I forgot to mention that sometime between meeting Macaque and meeting Wukong that Yingtao has developed a full blown crush on MK, becoming a little more aware of her new feelings for him. Yingtao occasionally talks about MK to Mac, just praise after praise about the boy and getting all flustered and shy as she gushes about her close friend. Macaque finds her to be adorable in this blushy state, sometimes teasing her about it and develops a small crush on her.

( Another note, but this is another thing where I thought that maybe it would've been better for Yingtao to have met Mac sometime after MK gained his powers because it'd add on to why Mac was cautious of her because he'd know full well who MK was and be extra wary due to her affiliated with the Wukong's successor, not wanting to be found out. This is also why I imagined that perhaps MK doesn't always tell Yingtao of his adventures and stuff, probably feeling bad about some things coughs like when he got some powers stolen by Mac coughs so he didn't think to tell her about him )

This is the part where I cackle and reveal that this entire time I had been very obviously writing Yingtao's story as an almost comedic love drama. It wasn't my intention originally but I had too much fun writing OCxCanon so all of it stuck lol

So regarding dynamics sorta:

It is uncertain whether or not MK feels the same affections for Yingtao, but there are moments where it seems like he might. It's just hard for either of them to tell because they both just write off most of their interactions to be purely platonic since they've always been really close with each other. Close enough to hug, hold hands in public, having their foreheads touch when comforting each other, things like that.

As for her thoughts on Wukong, Yingtao sees him as fatherly/brotherly, not necessarily to herself but sometimes she just straight up thinks Wukong acts like a dad/brother to MK. He's also just sort of her teacher from her perspective, and she isn't actively trying to get to know him but it isn't like she avoids him either. ( Yingtao primarily thinks Tang and Pigsy as MK's dads though. )

On the other end, Wukong also is sort of developing a crush on Yingtao too as time progresses, enamored with her personality and will and he finds it amusing and fun that she doesn't hold back on her remarks towards him just because he's a legend. ( Granted he has no idea she literally didn't even know who he was until MK told her and even then she doesn't see him as "all that" XD )

Macaque likes Yingtao for similar reasons as Wukong, finding her quick wit and strong-willed. Her determination is admirable as well. Especially loves when he teases her or makes a sarcastic comment and she retorts back with one of her own, it makes light banter easy. Plus they relate to each other and are each other's comfort a lot of the times, reminding each other that they aren't as bad as others make them out to be.

Both Wukong and Macaque like to tease her, just Wukong does it more frequently given Yingtao's at his temple/mountain more often. ( I made this a key factor of her relationships with them because my mom once told me that monkeys like teasing dogs in reference to my baby brother playing with me and like Yingtao's technically like a dog because of the whole fox thing, canines y'know? )

I've also thought maybe Mac calls Yingtao nicknames like Plum, Blossom, or fruit/flower related nicknames ( cause cherry blossoms yk )

And Yingtao calls him Mac, Mac n cheese, or like Mango, maybe even calling him Plum too sometimes

Also Wukong calling her Peaches or other sweet names meanwhile Yingtao mainly callin' him Sun or Wukong because she's not super casual with him yet. Maybe calling him Sunshine in an almost mocking way that's lighthearted ( also maybe Impulsive King because she gets kinda sassy with him sometimes lol )

I like to imagine that before Yingtao met MK she had a very obvious "American accent" and wasn't very good at speaking Chinese and by meeting him she'd gotten better at speaking the language because he started teaching her ( with the help of Tang and others of course as well, but mostly MK )

Completely unrelated to these dynamics but eventually Yingtao would accept the fox as part of her. She and the fox are a complete match, so she pretty much is the fox. I know I made the fox out to be its own person, but actually after testing the compatibility with Yingtao it merged with her soul or something like that. Because the fox immortalized itself by feeding off its vessels' souls, so all the fire abilities are soul flames or just powers fueled by souls. This kinda means that because Yingtao is the fox, she's immortal and because of the exponential powers of the fox, it basically multiplied all the souls it had harnessed, I often joke that it would make her as much, if not more immortal than Wukong. Though I haven't decided if I actually want this to be true because she's already powerful as is and while I love making absolutely overpowered OCs I didn't think it'd click well with LMK.

Her main story or thing to get over is "what if I'm not the same person? what if I hurt someone?" as she learns to accept the fox as part of herself instead of trying to reject it like she'd been doing her whole life. So sort of unlike MK, she actually is learning to try and embrace her destiny. Only she changes it to what she believes is right for her, not unlike S4 where Macaque tells MK to follow his own path.

Oh and I don't have any sort of ending for her planned or if there ever will be, I mostly just use her for scenarios so it's unsure whether or not this will for sure be her timeline of events lol

I know there is like so much more stuff written for Yingtao compared to Cherry but like I swear I have things written about her too 💀

I love the idea of "i don't need to be heavily involved to be relevant + i don't need cool superpowers to kick ass" it has it's own good slice of angst of "am i good enough? am i a burden? am i getting in the way?"

but also Yingtao is just "your life suddenly ripped apart at the seams + constant struggle and fear of hurting people + slow and steady embrace of who you've always been" and I know I described Cherry as chill, laid-back, movie nights + patching up while Yingtao seems to be.. well, not that while cussing out her ancestors💀

they have the same personality I swear- just Yingtao is more upfront with it because her struggles are physically manifested so she has more blunt and loud moments of sass whereas Cherry's is an internal struggle and so her sass comes as light jabs here and there

A fun thing to note here that I purposefully did with the designs is that I made Cherry's under shirt color black while I made Yingtao's white. It was a completely conscious decision :D

While I know Yingtao would probably look really nice with a black shirt, when making her I just thought she needed the white to show she's definitely got good in her despite her whole fox spirit thing going on, plus it was kind of a small nod to the way her hair inverts to white as well when in the fox form

Cherry meanwhile has the dark shirt because while she is a civilian and all that, she's gotta be tough if she wants to be able to protect herself and others

So yeah I was sort of doing an almost ying and yang thing when drawing them

Yingtao being the part with "You'll change your name" because I quite literally changed her name for the AU and Cherry being "or change your mind" is also a way to show that the two don't act very similar or that Yingtao's mind is "changed" due to her different upbringing compared to Cherry

In the next panel I purposefully drew her as Cherry because the idea is that they're the same person, just ending up different due to running away from their past. But also to show Yingtao changes her hair to avoid being associated with it in the next panel. The last two are sorta self explanatory lol

So one of the main things in regards to how Roy has been written since day 1 is how he has always valued his work over himself and others -- ESPECIALLY its impact on the world. This has been fact since Calamity Trigger as shown in his side story, The Diary:

"Why do they not understand, why doesn't [Kokonoe, who is referred to as 'that woman' throughout] understand? As I've already said, this is a discovery that was lurking in the blind spot of our research. When it's the genius talking, and because a lot was said that today I feel it deeply. I definitely feel it. Firstly, only taking a light glance at it, then rejecting it as if some kind of dirt had touched it. Have you seriously stopped to think about it? It's possible. So why deny that possibility exists? If you have an answer within you then prove it to me. Something has to be done about that strange person. I've always felt that that woman is a strange one. Even if due to the deparment's spike in ability she may be a genius but that is different. In spite of being called a god that woman is useless. That woman is useless."

Drawing near is dangerous, so first I have to extract that from the rear. It's directly close to the spine.If I rush there I'll die, that's for certain. After I extract the Azure ______ I'd really like to do that. I'll certainly have finally reached. I explained it with all my heart and soul, but no one is listening? to me it seems. So then I should just gently delete everyone. Gentlygentlygently_______"

Day 35 and 51 respectively.

The fact that he's so desperate to prove himself to others, ESPECIALLY KOKONOE, is the whole reason he injected himself with seithr in the first place. He wanted to prove to Kokonoe his work was worth something, even if that meant causing harm in the process.

As much as I dislike what Collisions did to Roy's backstory (as I find the idea of him being physically infected by seithr and melting into Arakune rather than him just simply. falling into the boundary and becoming Arakune more compelling and more terrifying) it did give us more insight on his character and his intentions past the little we knew from his diary and the occasional flashback we see as we play through Litchi's POV as well as her POV in Borderline and Kokonoe's POVs in That Which is Inherited.

...I think that's more than enough to prove Roy's true mission and what he envisioned his work to become. And with both ways he was written, he both becomes victim to his own hubris -- whether it be him injecting himself with seithr or infusing himself with seithr via smelting. He has thrown all ethics out the window for his own research and has ruined relationships as he did so. (Although his relationship with Litchi is better detailed in Borderline.)

And then we get to Centralfiction.

Before you read this, you may think to yourself, "Oh, CF is simply a different scenario brought about by the Embryo! It makes sense that the writing would be different!" And yeah, you may be write, but in no way does it excuse it from ruining the character arcs we just saw build up throughout the past 3 games. It's pure salt in the wound and considering Centralfiction is the most fresh in a lot of BB story fans' minds it's frustrating to see a character/characters who have already been mistreated by interesting writing choices have their entire arcs ruined by some stupid AU plotline.

Honestly, I could go on forever about my opinion on this scene in it's entirety (and I have, here are some fun links) but all I really have to send is this picture:

For good measure, let's read that bottom line again:

Does that not... entirely go against literally everything I have just established previously? In this context, he's essentially telling Litchi to kill Arakune as he's okay with staying in the Boundary because the self satisfaction of studying the Boundary from the inside is more important to him than others seeing the fruits of his labor. Which entirely goes against his entire character that he has built up from Calamity Trigger until now. If you would like to watch the full scene, here is a link.

Roy is a very well written character, especially when in conjunction to Arakune, Litchi, and Kokonoe/Tager. I could very much go on more about how Centralfiction and it's decisions also destroyed the dynamic/friendship between Kokonoe but that would be another mile long post. So, I will instead share these two win quotes from Kokonoe -- one from Chronophantasma, and one from Centralfiction respectively:

"You've been infused with an Artificial Causality Weapon? Roy…"

vs.

"Kokonoe here. I've captured Lotte Carmine. Get him to my lab. Stat."

She doesn't even call him Roy.

Maybe I'll do another post detailing his relationship with Kokonoe but for now I have Japanese homework due in 30 minutes I need to get done. Hopefully this is a sufficient explanation on my opinions regarding Roy's writing in Centralfiction and how they dropped the ball on it horribly.

ok like i promised (threated /j lol) i am here to talk all about my silliest ocs (my silly solenne) i'd intended to do my mc too but got tired lol. she will get her own post

first, meet solenne and her familiar, a crow named vidal. it took me a while to decide on names. solenne means sunlight, and vidal means life! both are names with spanish origins which i loved, and they also have synonymous meanings! their more casual names are cinnamon and i'm scared lol

now, important to know. there are two versions of solenne. the first version is the normal iteration of her. just a cute gal with a silly backstory that i will get into, and the spellbound secrets version of her. if you read my story spellbound secrets don't keep reading unless you don't care lol.

first! normal version. she started out as just a witch, but after a potion mishap, she gets demon features (horns and a tail) and moves to hell/the devildom. vidal started off as a normal crow that liked to hang out, but he drank some of the spilled potion that transformed her, and changed him. solenne is still trying to figure out the extent of what it did to him, but the only major thing she's been able to learn is that his life span was greatly extended like her own.

ok so, normal version obey me lore. solenne and solomon are close friends. two immortal yet silly magic wielders? come on it's asking to be written. i also like to think initially vidal was one of mammon's crows that he'd sent to keep an eye on her because he had a crush on her! vidal's loyalty and love for her stems from mammon's feelings about her. she was the first witch not to extort and blackmail him. when she was just a normal witch, she was nice to him and it was history from there. after the accident, he stopped hearing from the crow, so he came to check up on them. he learned about her situation, and helped her make the move to the devildom. may have to write some solenne and mammon content

alright these are the spellbound spoilers upcoming. this version was tailored specifically for my fanfic. i won't say too much regarding the story though if you're still interested. so, she started as just a normal witch. when she meets solomon, she's in need of a new mentor, so he takes her under his wing. eventually, they started dating, and even though it put a target on her back, she was happy. when solomon starts acting squirrelly, she thinks he's going to propose, so she makes a potion she knows he'll like the night he says he wants to talk about something important. he tells her he wants to break up because she's mortal and he's not, and he has lost someone he loves too many times to see it happen again. she tries to beg him to stay and that they can work through it, but solomon refuses. when she keeps begging, he accidently sends a wave of magic her way, imbuing the potion with his magic and spilling it all over her at the same time. her transformation happens over time. vidal happened to drink the spilled potion, leading to their friendship. eventually, she moves to the devildom in an attempt to start fresh and grow acclimated to her new life. so far, that's most of what i have and the rest would be getting into spoiler territory

besides the pictures i'm going to attach, i'm also going to talk a little about what she looks like since i can't draw. before her transformation, she had black hair. After her transformation, she got horns, a tail with a heart at the end, and she became a blonde lol. i am not an artist so keep this in mind, but i drew my vision of her horns.

Wait, what's the weird stuff that happens with Sybelle? D:

Putting behind a cut in case people are just discovering the novels; spoilers for The Vampire Armand and Memnoch the Devil; vague spoilers for Blood and Gold and the Prince Lestat books.

Basically, I have issues with the whole framestory of TVA, and that's mostly what I meant? Sybelle herself and her backstory are potentially interesting--especially if you think about her in comparison with Nicolas--but handled in a kind of weird way, IIRC (it has been a little while since I reread TVA; it is one of my favorites/one of the ones I'll read outside of a full-series reread but. again. been a while). I also have some serious issues with the way Marius turns her and Benji at the end of TVA, because 'all fledglings eventually resent their makers' and he wanted Amadeo/Armand to have companions he would never lose/break with in that way. Which, sure, fine; and I recognize that some of this is trying to avoid the long drawn-out mess that Daniel endured before Armand finally turned him (especially since Marius has also been caring for Daniel for the past few years) but it still just...rubbed me the wrong way? Especially since Benji is twelve, and Marius has repeatedly said that even Armand, at seventeen, was too young; and obviously Claudia's ghost is hovering in mute reproach over all of this.

The other issue I have is that Sybelle then...basically completely disappears from the narrative? For most of TVA, up until she's turned, she's just sort of There, playing Beethoven, drawing Armand's attention while he's healing on that rooftop and giving him something to focus on as he figures out what he's going to do since that whole religious ecstasy/self-immolation he did at the end of MtD failed. I think she might be present but silent in the frame story of B&G, but admittedly I don't reread that one very often (the frame story is kind of interesting, but hearing Marius' backstory for like the fifth time fell very flat at least for me; not quite enough to sustain a full book on its own).

And she's not even really mentioned in the Prince Lestat books to the best of my recollection. Benji plays a significant if minor role, but Sybelle? Just...not a presence in Armand's or anyone else's life. Which especially given the whole reason behind Marius's decision to turn them rubs me even more the wrong way.

So, yeah. To sum up, it's not really that anything super wonky happens beyond the actual frame story of TVA where she's introduced and exists, but...that's actually part of the problem, lol. That she is such a non-presence outside of that.

Here's Amelia! And with some other information that isn't on the sheet.

• The only other person she really knows of the normal cast is Repo, sometimes working in his place and does pretty well. (On cars)

• Her affiliation is a villain

• Even with her relations, she can't cook very well, almost burning the entire kitchen doing so.

• Her powers look similar to Mikey's ninpo while taking on the ability of Meat Sweats. (And at a more controlled level lol)

• Her stomach and back is like oobleck, normal when gentle but hardens up perceiving a threat.

• She's a man-made hybrid of a pig and turtle, totally nothing else, mainly shows off as a pig.

Amelia's backstory (Semi-inspired with MM): She was the product of a lab production, experimenting with mutant power to determine the extent it can go and to possible put it to use. However, Amelia in this case, was made with tainted blood (Blood mixing), to which, she was labeled a failed abomination and was dumped away to die. Meat Sweats would eventually find her and take her in to care for as a way of settling down and giving a chance for something to live, being that's he's old and all.

And now Moros! As well as other information about this ball of sunshine.

Moros's backstory: Sometime after the events of the Krang, Hypno had the thought again to try and bring back his old magical assistant without being disturbed. He did manage to do so, though though reading a spell wrong, while it did bring back the beloved magical assistant, it wasn't to its full potential and was just restricted as a baby. With no choice and guilt of leaving him alone, Hypno took him back and a long with Warren, raised him as their own, Warren being very protective.

M!heartbreak is an au of heartbreak but I just. Like this version more💔. There's a sp au called mirai park which has since been deleted and the person who made it wants no association with it btw. But I thought the general concept ("ur god is dead fight the other players whoever wins/survives becomes god) was cool and moved on. That's where i first heard abt it at least idk if there's like a show or smth it's based on. But anyways later on some of my little guys got snatched from their worlds and put in a killing game to become a god, and heartbreak was one of them!! I didn't do this btw sometimes events just happen I can't control sighhh.. but yea he's there now. Currently the mirai au is unfinished but I'm slowly learning what's happening to them and sadly heartbreak had a dead end :(( it's ok tho he js got sent back to his world (which I know very little about sigh). This is also a more humanized version of him, as all the contestants were given more humanoid forms bc they were either anthro or feral. (Heartbreak was anthro but I need to redesign it BAD). Anyways while competing he's really put together and is good at fighting. He's probably got the best um. Idk how to say it. Survival skill? Idk smth like that. Out of all of them. Bro knows how to survive and defend himself which is so odd he died before the final few. Seeing how he died I can guess who got to him tho :( anyways here's his ref!!!

It's an alicorn experiment oc and u can find out more abt those if u go check her out bc idk how to explain it well 💔. She's a very yapful yapper and real energetic and excitable. It's deal is that the scientists mixed her dna with not only a pegasus but also changelings so she's got like. Feathery bug wings. And also those funky holes in its back legs. She's silly I think :3

Soo he's a funky little minecraft oc :3 hes an avian but he's got a sculk infection going on tho. Currently he lives in the deep dark, usually above or somewhere near the ancient city. He likes to hang around on ledges or in crevices high up in the caverns. He also really likes being in lush caves but always ends up going back to his place in the deep dark. He does sometimes go to the surface, but usually only at night. Bright light is starting to hurt his eyes (he likes the dim glow of the glowberries (: ). Wardens don't really give a shit abt him as long as he's quiet and stays out of their way. Due to his time in the deep dark (he's been there for years btw) he's learned to keep quiet by instinct. He's a silent flier and he speaks in a sort of whisper voice? That's not really a whisper?? Idk how to describe it. His voice is real quiet basically idk

He can leave the deep dark n all that, but the longer he's away the more effects it has on him. After recovering from the initial injury (will talk abt that in a bit) he tried to leave for good but ended up eventually going back. He tells himself that it's just because he wants to, not that he's being affected by the sculk growing on him. He knows he's lying. Anyways!! The longer he's gone the worse he gets btw. The symptoms of.. idk what to call it. The whatever, I guess? Can range from like irritability or homesickness to getting fevers or migranes and a clawing urge deep in his throat to get back.

Anyways how he got infected/stuck in the deep dark!!! He n some pals went to the ancient city bc they heard there was cool loot n stuff (despite their village leader specifically telling them NOT to). They didn't know shit about the deep dark tho and ended up eventually triggering a warden. They panicked obvi and the warden aggro-ed on them and they got their asses BEAT. While they were trying to run back axel got shot by a skeleton and then hit by the warden back into a uhhh fuckin like. Crack in the ground?? Idk how to describe it well but like a crevice. Anyways he passed tf out and was down there long enough for the sculk to infect the wound (which is on his left shoulder/bicep btw. It's where the X is :3). His friends were like "oh shit he's a fuckin goner" and ran! Bro got abandoned so sad sighhhh. He eventually got better but bro was sculked :( he still convinces himself his pals are gonna come back some day (they are not<3).

Sooo bro has been in total isolation for like. Years. Idk how many years tho I haven't found that out yet💔 bro is NOT mentally stable!! Also here's his ref :3
