Nothing says traditional home cooking more than Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' which is oozing with cozy comfy charm.

Looking for something a little more than just Thanksgiving dinner in Orlando or Kissimmee? A dinner show would be fun for all the family.

Thanksgiving at Mickey's Backyard BBQ

How about a rotten' tootin' country-western ho-down hosted by Mickey and Minnie Mouse? Mickey's Backyard BBQ is an all-you-can-eat finger lickin' BBQ.

On Thanksgiving they serve roast turkey and ham. All the fixins' too, with cornbread stuffing, candied yams, squash, sweet potato, mash potato and green bean casserole.

There's also a selection of salads and kid-friendly veggies. Desserts include pumpkin pie. and the popular Mickey-shaped ice-cream bars.

You'll be entertained by a Southern country band playing modern and old country music. Dance alongside favorite Disney characters to toe-tapping beats. There's also a trick roper showing his skills. Plus he has a few tricks kids can join in with too.

Plenty of time to mingle with characters and get photos and autographs. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Chip n Dale will be there and perhaps others.

Capone's Dinner Show

If you want some action and comedy for Thanksgiving, head to Capone’s Dinner Show. This musical adventure is set in the era of Al Capone and Bugs Moran.

This 1930’s Chicago gangland is full of comedy and audience interaction. There’s plenty of singling and dancing plus a gangster shootout. It’s very family orientated and is suitable for all ages.

Mama Capone serves up a real Italian feast. You won’t go hungry at this buffet style dinner. For Thanksgiving the menu features traditional turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce There’s also the regular buffet which includes salad bar, pasta bar, meat carving station and hot entrees.
