whenever I say I don't want to do something I do it what the hell is wrong with me. so anyways seawatt design dropped!!!

his design may change. big maybe. very big actually. it's a design I spedran to think of because there's some emojis I want to make with him and I couldn't push it aside anymore 💔

The fighter layer was originally just called “the 4th layer” because no one really knew what to call it. They, however, took fighting and turned it into a culture of theirs; they’d host these big shows where you could watch people fight, like boxing, and draw in people from the layers above (people from lower layers would get daily passes)

It’s why Seawatt knows about brewing stands, as well. Part of the art was using brewing stands at just the right point to heal your opponent, drawing the battle out, while keeping them at as weak as you can for as long as you can.

Similarly to this, the master layer developed parkour as a dance. Adding little flourishes and shit to your moves originated there. They had ballrooms and shit, too, but only masters were allowed to go😔 anyways Emf used to be a dancer, and they weren’t there when Evbo got there because Evil Champion is evil and took them away ig.

i'm so normal about these two so have a concept before i go to bed // injuries, bad eating habits, self-starving, kind of implied self harm ig, disordered eating

context: seawatt's been brought back to parkour civilization and evbo's been keeping an eye on him and making sure he's not doing evil stuff again

evbo goes to visit seawatt at one point and seawatt's very closed off and cold, wrapping himself in his robe tighter than usual, his cape a bit lower around his shoulders.

they talk for a bit, evbo bright and cheery as usual until he notices seawatt seemingly running out of energy mid-conversation, his responses shortening and becoming less energetic (not that they were to begin with but it's possible he'd just been having an off day).

seawatt excuses himself for a moment and evbo waits patiently as he walks out of the room, only to hear a soft thud against the wall on the other side of the room.

he's worried, and when seawatt doesn't come back for a few minutes he goes over to check on him, only to find him slumped against the wall, spasming slightly. he's taking damage.

evbo panics, asking him what's going on, seawatt's too delirious to answer but all evbo can get out of him is that he's hungry and when he looks, seawatt's health is frighteningly low. he hasn't been eating.

evbo gently pulls them both into a sitting position, cradling seawatt in his arms, laying his head in his lap. he's gentle, worried, panicking a bit, as seawatt winces at another half-heart gone.

he regrets it, it's clear. evbo can see it in his eyes. there's a silent plea for him to help and he doesn't know what to do. his enemy, his ally, his... friend? is wasting away in his arms.

evbo thinks for a moment, then softly lays his hands on seawatt's cheeks. he'd get an earful for messing up his makeup, but he could deal with that later. he closes his eyes, concentrating.

seawatt hisses in pain, not from another spasm but from the heat coming off evbo's palms. it's just warm enough to be uncomfortable and feels like pins and needles, spreading from his face into his nerves and down his entire body, slowly, like waking up a limb after you slept on it funny.

evbo doesn't move. thirty seconds, then two minutes, then five, he stays like this, seawatt barely unable to keep from squirming out of discomfort at the strange hot tingling throughout his entire body when suddenly it's gone.

he's exhausted. evbo's panting quietly above him, eyes closed, a light sheen of sweat visible on his skin. suddenly seawatt is the one worried. he sits up out of evbo's lap, careful not to headbutt him, and turns around to try and ask what's wrong, only to see evbo smiling weakly at him.

"i had a hunch i could heal people... i didn't know it would take that much energy." he laughs softly. seawatt's expression is blank, astonished.

"i'll be okay in a little bit. how's your health?"

seawatt checks. full health, full saturation. he's not dying anymore.

"what the hell?" he mutters.

"that's an interesting way to pronounce thank you" Evbo grins, already returning to his normal self. seawatt rolls his eyes. stands. offers a hand to the God who had just saved his life in his own home.

evbo takes it. stands along with him, smiling up at seawatt. (he's shorter. it's kind of cute, actually. not that he'd ever admit that to anyone.)

"you're gonna be okay, right?" seawatt snaps out of his daze, he'd been staring at evbo a bit too long. he nods. of course he would. he already owes God his life... he's not going to owe him twice over.

evbo seems to sense his thoughts and giggles. seawatt realizes they're still holding hands. he doesn't let go, silently hoping evbo won't notice.

"thank you." seawatt mumbles under his breath.

"hey, if you need extra food, just ask, okay? you know where to find me." his smile is blinding. stupid Gods and their stupid perfection.

"yeah, whatever."

parkour civilization headcanons (YAYAYY)

i have been thinking a lot about the movies recently so here are my dumb silly headcanons because they make me very excited and wanna jump about :PP

evbo and other parkour noobs were extremely malnourished, they were starving essentially, especially since they ate raw meat all the time

because of it being raw meat I think many if you didn’t die or get sent to prisons for reasons you would probably die or get sick often from consuming raw meat, especially if they didn’t change it out often. you could probably imagine the amounts of parasites people consumed because of it

the moment evbo was no longer a parkor noob he refused to eat chicken. even when it is cooked. just the smell or possible mention of it probably making him gag and get flashbacks of having to force down the slimy substance without throwing up (which he did a few times) over and over. Same goes for raw beef but a little less since he managed to tolerate it later.

leather boots for noobs are horrible. after a few years (if one survives long enough) they probably start to rot and fall apart. those things stick like hell since noobs don’t have resources to take care of them. They only benefit being they might grip the ground better.

noob class is the poor class in a kindom, they live in poverty and fear and are only really there to be test subjects (as seen in the prisons) or just a population ig. They are kinda like toys for high class

parkour pro’s have way better boots. They are more sturdy, easier to keep clean and done but nothing too fancy, they are built for work. boots aren’t customizable. more foot at our though

parkour pro’s are the work class of parkour civilization, along with that they are also probably some of the more parkour training focused of the levels (masters as well but probably starting off of knowledged learned as a pro)

the lost civilization (chain or the advanced) is centered around knowledge, mostly around parkour but they are the only level with books/library’s (I think), this also led to the level finding out about parkour racing

parkour advanced boots are like iron except a little more practical. Leg armor and padding armor for the longer jumps on the level too. Especially since they had different areas with different types of parkour

if there was a parkour religion it would mostly be centered on the advanced level

parkour masters are the level of wealth and riches, yes they still have some form of jobs but they run the economy

when you become a parkour master you get the standard gold boots but you are able to customize them to your liking. They can be tailored towards the specific user (example seawatt’s boot are more sandal like.) the boots now have knee padding too and are made to withstand harder and higher jumps

masters like to show off their boots and skills, a lot.

parkour champions have there boots custom made with great care and detail (maybe by a parkour pro or above). Only mad with the best material. stretch up the leg to around the knees. mostly likely always enchanted (hence the regeneration and lack of hunger)

it is an honor to be the one who gets to make the boots though

the parkour champion is treated like the royalty of society and the higher the level you have, the influence you have too.

"if a player is defeated by a secondary weapon instead of an actual weapon, the defeated player's weapon can be picked up and put in your inventory" ok so the nat born swords were basically burnt alive or killed by potion effects (bc im assuming the only secondary weapons are flint n steel and potions) by the other civs and farmed for their swords before evbo even existed thats. cool

More rambles undercut cuz i have no one to talk to about minecraft youtubers

Last post talking about clothing and design expect this guy distracts me because I can't help but making him pretty pretty princess.

But like I said Evbo's very practical with how he dresses and seawatt's the opposite, it just makes sense given they're basically narrative foils. Also people on the master level tend to dress more extravagant because I can imagine they're more egoistical in the idea that they're some of the best in the civilization, wearing a lot of gold (cuz of their boots) and just show offs.

Naturally I think Seawatt just wore more gold not only to blend in but also seem more imitating so people would leave him tf alone LOL. I can't imagine him dressing like this in the fighter layer, and he just continues dresses like that post revival more so out of habit if anything. In my mind Seawatts just the kinda guy to be stuck in the same habits even if it doesn't really matter anymore. God forbid a guy have a crazy daily habit of dressing pretty and so what if he wears the jewelry his family gave to him before they died, THAT GUY LOVES HIS FAMILY!!!!!!

Ah that reminds me, why I like him with long hair isn't just cuz it's pretty and fun to draw but also the whole idea of hair holds memories. So it's just another way of him holding onto the past as best he can :P fakest idgafer EVER

Any Parkour Civilization whump ideas?

I thought of it when i was writing down the worldbuilding document but the whole "keeping noobs at 3/10 full hunger at all times so they can't sprint and do hard jumps" thing is really. Like. Essentially the Noobs are being kept starved so they are too weak to do meaningful jumps and I dig it. It's minecraft so it didn’t really read that way but a boy can dream

Sprinted joints? I'm thinking perhaps people don't get out safe and sound from every course, even a sucessful one (because well—parkour is kinda dangerous) and every now and then there's a broken wrist or ankle. What if that happened but the person was in the middle of a course so they had to keep going. What if that happened to Evbo but hes in the middle of saving the world but hes gotta keep going

Expanding on that I find it really sad (although funny) that Noob mortality rate is so high? What if their injury rates were also higher because they are the weakest and can never pratice while some other levels (like the Pros) can pratice and learn to minimize injuries with time so evbo even being a pro or higher keeps getting injured lots bc he hasn't learned that yet

And just the angst of having the people you like die all the time too

Also the way the pros just bully the noobs ;) (when i heard "yes sir" in the first ep i was like XDDDDD)

Maybe also the pressure of being a good Champion but who knows

(Also for a second i thought you said "pvp civilization whump" so im just leaving it here)

im still halfway through the movie so im not sure if that happens or not but evbo being farmed for his immortality

I really don’t know why he needs to post every single one of his thoughts, I don’t think anyone actually watches the videos he makes but at least it keeps him from going insane. this is set after the finale and him and evbo live together in evbo’s diamond level mansion. evbo is posting the video journals on some fantasy website that exists for you guys too so you can know the plot of pvpciv if you “watch those”. guardbo feelings are definitely hinted at but i don’t have a specific storyline for this blog or anything so whatever happens ig ;) (update: they ARE together as of this post :3)

seawatt (both parkciv and pvpciv) is the definition of "oh no the leopards are eating my face now". like the villain wants to destroy all of parkciv but yeah sure ur totally not included in that, dont think about it too hard. the axes want to kill all the other civilisations but ofc theyre gonna spare you and you totally wont die a tragic death once again to the person you helped take over the world.

also im pretty sure evbo left the fire lit in front of the bow spawn place?? and like. thats not helping the fact that all the bows have been killed lol

also loved the detail of evbo saying "wooden bow" that one time because how would he know that bows dont have levels the same way swords do

PVP Civ worldbuilding headcanons?

as i said b4 i think diamond and netherite weapons are custom to their users

i dont think evbo retains his scars when he respawns. it could make sense (well he can reborn after all so literally why not right) but i think it's still

i have a theory that there are shields at every single civ and they don't have a civ of their own. shields are the only one of the Five PVP Items TM that are not for attack, but for defense, so shield ppl are probably special in this setting

If the sword peoples special ability when they get netherite is to be immortal i think the other weapons might have diferent abilities too

i'm also really really curious on how tabi and the other outsiders could pick up swords but evbo couldn't pick up a uh, what was it? a trident ig? i suppose it is because they ranked alll the way from the beggining and earned their swords while evbo didn't (tho not really a hc)

it's also interesting how theres food and these sorta stuff around and it probably won't get much explored but if i was to bet, i think it's the shield people again but im not rlly sure

we know the wooden level of pvp civ is at the top, and the diamond level is at the bottom. i thought when we came out we'd be underground but no? the door shows us ground level, so i think the sword civ is like a pretty high building. but then it also leads us to the question of how tf do you even get up there in the first place. some sort of elevator? minecraft magic? i suppose its the latter but if it wasnt i think itd be possible to go all the way down from the wooden level lol

i dont have many more, though. the setting in pvpciv is so fucking cool and misterious >:] theres a lot of questions unanswered and i hope we get to see them
