I hate modern shopping

I hate how we are practically forced to buy clothes online now. I want to hold it in my hands. I hate how cheap on low quality clothes are today. I hate that production rates and profit come before people's wellbeing.

I hate Shein for brainwashing us into thinking a shirt should cost less than $5 when it's been clear for a while that their products are usually chock full of lead and new allegations say Shein is using actual slave labor

I hate Temu for bringing expected prices even lower and selling negative ion (which might protect you from 5G but certainly doesn't help on the radioactive front) items. For selling cheap garbage and trying to tell us they're a company.

I hate Shein and Temu for basically forcing underage influencers to take sponsorships so they can get out of bad financial situation.

I hate Amazon, but not their workers

I hate Etsy, but not their shop owners

I hate modern shopping. I'm tired of the labor violations. I'm tired of the bs and the hoops you have to jump through to find a company that doesn't use child labor.

I hate that pay is bad enough that people are forced to work for people like Shein, Temu, Amazon, etc.

I hate that we aren't paid enough to buy even mediocre quality products. I hate that about ~19 people for every 10,000 in America is homeless and 40% of homeless people have jobs. I hate that we are considered entitled when all we want is an apartment and to maybe be treated like human beings at work.

Anyway here's my personal good but expensive recommendation:

Sheep Inc clothing will last decades at least. They have a repair service which you can use for life.

This isn't a paid ad I just like their business model

Btw, don't even get me started on Nestle

Assembly

Sew arms to shoulder pads

Sew bottom of feet to the sides of the legs so they create an “L” shape

Sew pak spots to the pak

Sew eyes to the lower left and lower right sides of the head

Cut out eyeshine out of light pink felt and hot glue it or sew it to the eyes

Cut 2 pieces of 5 inches of pipe cleaner/wire and fold in an inch on both sides so it’s 3 inches long. Insert them into each the antennae and sew antennae towards the back of the head. Fold back 1/4 of the antenna so it creates a right angle.

Congrats you just finished your irken invader, now go take over the earth!

Ehehe Sorry for not responding way earlier when I saw your ask. Schools been eating me alive and I doubt it will get any easier from here on out.

But anyway! (I love this picture so much)

I think Belle falls for those ai knitting projects sold on Etsy quite a bit. In my personal headcannon Ai art is banned at Cogs Inc. Becuase someone impersonated Robert and almost lost him all his investors. (The toons made the ai to screw with him.)

Sooo, all workers are forced to have Ai recognition. Belle’s unfortunately forgets to update hers in a timely manner and so she falls for the Ai knitting projects. She definitely gets really mad about it and talks with the knitting club on cracking down on whoever is making the Ai.

Its Cathal. He’s the one making the Ai knitting stuff because he’s a little dweb who thinks it’s funny.

Belle is pretty pissed off but she’s able to calm down with the help of the knitting club. She first invites Cathal over to team him on how to properly knit and slowly but surely they’re a pro at knitting. They end up making Couples sweaters for Graham and flint (Flints ends up in flames.)

Belle finally remembers to update her Ai scanners after that, until she sees an Ai scarf and she’s back at square one this time with Brian. (Brian definitely is a Cryptocurrency, Ai, Nerd.)
