Summary:

Burnt out and exhausted with city life, Etho packs up and moves to the old abandoned farm his parents owned before he was born. It's sat empty for thirty years and not in a good state, but he's determined to make the most of it.

The town is full of good people, and he quickly finds friendship in abundance. Amongst them all though, one stands out. Bdubs is kind and funny and exceptionally talented at a number of things. He's handsome too, and Etho can't help but crush on him, just a little bit.

They get along fantastically right from day one, but Etho keeps his feelings to himself. It's just a crush, it'll go away. And besides, it's not like Bdubs would ever like him back.

It takes time for them to figure each other out and for confessions to be made. But they have a lot of fun in the meantime as Etho builds up his farm and makes this little town his home.

etho: You know what, if you're just going to ruin this, then- 

bdubs: And yet none of them are as huge as my love for you. 

etho: Oh... 

bdubs: Crushes are the worst. Whenever I’m near mine, I start acting stupid.

Etho: I’m afraid of clowns. There, I said it. 

Bdubs: Etho, if you don't like clowns, why are you hanging with Doc?

Etho: Hello? World's most amazing person?? Sweet pea? Precious cinnamon roll that's too good for this world, too pure?

does anyone know that one Ethdubs fic that’s like a fantasy au where bdubs is a flower shop owner or he works at one. He lives with Joe and Cleo. With is a regular in bdubs shop and something something they go on a date to a bar that ren and doc tend at and martyn is there making jokes I think he was a waiter. I remember Cleo being an “iron fae” or something like that. Ethos human. I’ve not nothing else I’m sorry I just thought of this fic and how much I loved it but my dumbass forgot to save it somewhere
