I binged this last weekend. I was at a Bachelorette party on Saturday are there was soooo much good food!!! I've been eating pretty clean for the last 7 weeks and something came over me that night and I ate. And ate. And ate... I finally had to leave and go to bed, at about 2:30 in the morning :/ Well around 5:30 in the morning I suddenly woke up to a horrible sick, sour feeling in my stomach and proceeded to run to the bathroom and throw up everything that was in my stomach. My body was not having any part of all that food I just ate and decided to rid me of all of it...literally. This is a huge moment for me, the moment I realize what processed, sugary, fatty foods do to my body. I had detoxed my body with the past weeks of clean eating that now it only appreciated healthy food. I now know how to read my body and that's huge for me!! The moment you realize what a binging night of anything can do to your body, whether it be food, drugs, alcohol...it all takes a serious toll on the only thing you will ever have to live in!! I will make more mistakes in the future, I am human..but I will think twice about what goes onto the plate :) Also, I am starting a 5 day cleaning eating challenge on Monday, August 3rd with a chance to win a huge prize at the end!!
