This super new moon in the 7th degree of Virgo – conjunct Venus, Mars & Mercury – is a cleansing moon. Virgo is a deeply healing sign imbued with ancient knowledge often lost to us in favour of modern reductionist approaches to health. Whilst different models of healing have their place, this moon favours holistic systems, inviting us to regain balance, energy and health through their application. This is not about quick fixes, but a reminder that everything that enters our body – be it food, drink, air, drugs, sound or energy – impacts our well-being at all levels. The more conscious we can be of this the more carefully we can choose what we expose ourselves to and why. Beware, however, accepting any statement of ‘fact’ at this moon without analysing its meaning, source and application. Asking ‘who tells me this is so and why?’ can be a useful start to exploring the options available.

In its alignment with Mercury, Venus and Mars, this supermoon illuminates self-knowledge which allows for greater clarity in communication. But pay close attention to the motivation for speaking your mind! Assuming we have a right to say whatever we choose to anyone because ‘I’m just speaking my truth’, may become a subtle form of aggression at this point, intended to hurt or gain one-over on another. Used in this way, communication contributes little to greater accord or understanding. Recognising that however we feel doesn’t absolve us from the shared duty of mutual respect and consideration aids honest and meaningful connections which take account of other’s feelings, our own subjectivity and a shared pursuit of more abiding truths.

This moon also fortifies our connection with Mother Nature who will provide all the support we need. Our beautiful planet calls to us now, offering wisdom and guidance, solace and comfort. A single dewdrop on a leaf, a flower growing through a crack in the wall, a bird circling above us as we rush through city streets – all are our Mother assuring us we’re not forgotten and imploring she not be forgotten too. While many are busy and there’s much to be done, nurturing our connection with nature enables not only a deeper and more heartfelt response to life, but also greater clarity and effectiveness. Aligning the pulse of our life with the rhythm of the natural world allows a smooth and effective flow of energy which connects us to the deeper rhythms of wakefulness and sleep, activity and stillness. The more we isolate ourselves from life’s heartbeat, the more we’re drained of the energy needed to live it. Like a torch with flat batteries, we can’t summon the power to shine when we must, instead becoming a fading light in a world that needs us bright.

This supermoon illuminates the perfection found at the heart of our apparently imperfect lives. When resistance to unwanted conditions seems to strengthen their grip, embracing them may allow for rectification. This is how love changes all things: in acceptance, a deeper alignment is forged with the natural arc of change that bends towards balance and wholeness. In the Virgoan realm, truth is found in the paradox that holds perfection and imperfection in a state of creative tension. But its human face can become nit-picking perfectionism, demanding exactitude and purity from self and others: we believe that life should be better, things should be more ordered, other people more careful. So beware an obsessive focus on minutiae now. Whilst seductive, it will do no more than obscure deeper, more radiant truths. Instead, observe how your own search for truth manifests. Does it energise and inspire you to greater self-enquiry? Or does it stultify your spirit, paralysing you in a maze of demands and dictates, obsession over detail and fear of letting your perceived imperfections show? If so, gentle and loving acceptance may be the very thing which finally allows old issues to resolve.

Attention to detail can reveal incisive truth or information overload! We must know when to stop questioning as much as when to start; when to cease improvements and when our best is yet to come. At this moon we may view the world through a microscope that magnifies the faults in its shiny veneer, when we could simply marvel at life’s miracles and accept with good grace its many beautiful flaws.

The words were popping off the page as I started to REALLY GET what was being said. I was cracking the code! I HAD THE KEY! I was so completely enthralled I downloaded it onto my phone and would read it EVERYWHERE. I can still remember laying in the dark reading passages out loud to my sister as she was trying to sleep. I was obsessed and thankfully so! It was THIS book that got me started on my spiritual and wellness journey. Ten years later EVERYTHING I planned has come true. I now work from home as a spiritual and wellness advisor and intuitive healer. I LOVE WHAT I DO and am extremely proud of what I have created as I have come a long way from General Manager with thousands of dollars in student loan debt. So without further ado here are some quotes that can maybe help YOU! #22 Learn to fashion the tools by which you may build for yourself any condition you desire. # 21 Visualization is the process of making mental images, and the image is the mould or model which will serve as a pattern from which your future will emerge. Make the pattern clear, and make it beautiful; do not be afraid; make it grand; remember that no limitation can be placed upon you by anyone but yourself; you are not limited as to cost or material; draw on the Infinite for your supply, construct it in your imagination; it will have to be there before it will ever appear anywhere else. AQUARIUS Full Moon:

One reason I wanted to be sure to discuss it is because we are on the other side of recent Leo/Aquarius Eclipses and often, once they’ve passed and the dust settles, you start to really see what has changed and/or permanently ended. It’s good to know the Houses in your chart being affected as those will represent the Areas of Life being affected (reach out if you need help figuring out what that is for you). So this Full Moon asks: What have you become “too” attached to? And/or what have you become “too” detached from (and need to reconnect)? We have spent recent months navigating the Mutable energy of thought & ideas (Gemini), along with the Cardinal energy of action & choices (Cancer), whose theme continues but now the energy has become decidedly Fixed and it is time to permanently release an aspect of Self and anchor something completely new in your Heart (Leo). What ideas have you gotten going that need some tending to make stronger & more viable?

This lunation may illuminate or activate revelations of when, where and with whom (mostly Self) you have not been completely (if at all) authentic. Start with the *motivations* ~ if/when they are pure, clean & neutral, then being authentic becomes less challenging. But when you are not authentic, things become more challenging. Now more than ever, we must be congruent with our Inner & Outer Natures in order to thrive, prosper & evolve. If we are “serving two masters” (or incongruent on one or many levels) ~ having the private side of your nature be too drastically different from that which you present to the world ~ then you’re going to have challenges, blockages and delays until you get into more alignment. Leo energy teaches us all how to BE it (your Authentic Self), not just “appear” to be it; it asks that you know who you are (then next month, Virgo will perfect it ;-)). What has changed on a *fundamental* level (Cancer/Capricorn ~ personal/professional) for you, that has now made you aware of how vital it is to honor your essential nature (Leo/Sun), so you are able to contribute to the whole (Aquarius/Uranus) in a more useful and delicious way? Use this Full Moon to release any inauthenticity or rigid attachment of any kind. It’s also good to tap into your body’s wisdom when things are decidedly “mental” around you. This is the lunation to align your Head & Heart with how it “feels” as what’s really important.

8/21 ~ Mercury (learning & mind) ~trine~ Jupiter (education & consciousness):

This energy is great for expanding your mind, learning something new or taking a class. It’s time to plan for the future and start getting organized. However, you may feel less disciplined and more creative, which is fine in the beginning, but eventually focus & discipline will have to be engaged to ground your new ideas, thoughts or concepts. You have to ask your Self, ‘How bad do you want it?’ If you are self-aware, awake & alert, you will be able to see (and seize) the opportunities as they present themselves. It may ‘appear’ to be luck to some, but it’s really more that you are in alignment with the Cosmos, present & positive, and ultimately, able to trust & follow your own instincts. Practice, there is no perfection. Being optimistic & looking for opportunity in every experience will magnetize the positive and naturally repel the negative, leading right where you want to be! This is our primary Sacred Feminine (Venus) and masculine (Mars) energies merging in a potent way, arousing a need to cultivate powerful relationship, whether physical/sexual with one or relating/socializing with many. There is a strong need for approval and affection from others, in a way that we usually do okay on our own, but with this one, you just crave human contact of some sort. As the Lionsgate portal now begins to close a surge of new data is gushing through for us to begin the next phase of our unification of light, we are and continue to be in a huge influx of Divine instruction that appears to be quickening quicker than I could ever have perceived The Quickening would look like and for many it is perceived to be taking its toll.

When looking out into the collective or perhaps you are personally experiencing within your reality field the heaviness of hopelessness, unworthiness and inadequacy, dis-ease as perceived sickness gets louder and for some they may be experiencing people passing, but its appearing more frequently and allowing the fear relating to loss and death to rise, which is what we would come to understand as a patterning as the light codes pour through into our fields, opportunities to awaken the heart are presenting for all and the chaotic presentations are the essential experiences to shake many from their slumber to begin asking the correct questions, chaos is a word that most are uncomfortable with but chaos is always the energy required to renew.

All is an opportunity the question is are you ready to take it, to listen, to figure out the symbolic messages and the coded whispers from the physical body and to begin applying it, allowing the heart to awaken and take its place of trusted internal guidance.

All is being experienced and viewed for the opportunity to clear a whole mountain of outdated “junk” programming and yet when blind to the light this experience is incredibly uncomfortable, the light burns through the density and the programs of the ego fizzle and foam under the heat, but the moment the awareness is triggered from the curiosity, usually the first step follows from the victim question “why me” we discover that there is in fact a new path that appears, a path that takes us within, because that is where you will find all the answers you seek, whether that at first leads you towards a keyholder who has taken the journey and is able to share and support and mirror or whether you already have a compass within pointing true north from your high level of emotional intelligence and you are either inquisitive or trusting of Self to follow that star.

But of course there is a spectrum that we exist in, and whilst the collective in some octaves are realising and releasing we have some octaves open to those ready to recalibrate and then there are the cosmic surfers who are currently surfing some super waves of creativity.

Jupiter is now direct, a huge, giant Jupiter size gush of data is flooding through as the Lionsgate portal now closes and this appears to have ramped up the power of creation, all that was required to be unearthed during the retrograde has been Seen, adjusted within and we can now release the learning, sharing the divine codes that have been processed through the cosmic keyhole of Understanding to Innerstanding and now in the Overstanding phase, a space in which we can share authentically from a place of BEing rather than the regurgitating state of knowing.

This new flush of information releases any of those blockages and the movement becomes rapid.

But in which direction are we going? In of course! Especially as Uranus has now turned retrograde and what I find most exciting about this, and the Divine Timing is that this retrograde leads us right up until the 10th January 2020, just two days before the great alignment of Saturn, Pluto, South Node and Jupiter in Capricorn on the 12th January 2020. Uranus is teaching us the ability to move and shift the entire world from within, gone are the days of spending the human time or physical energy on fixing out there, Uranus is about to show the entire collective the truth of the frequency held, highlighting where we hold beliefs, where folk show up in their false beliefs because what is to be seen is the truth is in the pudding, or rather the reality. This gift from Uranus will be showing clearly that very little effort is required and that there is no need to push out there when all is in fact being generated by your thoughts and feelings, a beautiful lesson in how to manifest and by the time this is complete in January you will see the fruits of your labour or perhaps when you witness the field with very little yield the realisation of the ego instruction will send you rapidly back to the drawing board to readjust the way you tend to your field.

The journey within is such a beautiful journey that creates happy, joyous and stable Sacred Fields.

Mercury has now returned back to Leo after his backwards dance dipping him back into the emotional waters of Cancer and the conversation, the dialogue now becomes a whole lot more precise and powerful, an ability to speak from that space of innerstanding as you were taken back through the past/recent events to learn to figure the whys and wherefore out, coming back to the table, showing up in the authentic you and knowing there is only one way this is going to go from here and that is consciously. A secure knowing and sure footed movements, choosing perfectly aligned opportunities brings a beautiful air of clarity. This new energy of mercury will be exactly trine Ceres tomorrow and the lighthouses of those who have healed old emotional wounds shine bright, attracting those ready to begin their own journeys, the softness of the nurturer emanates and this will also bring those unhealed healers to the surface to learn that whilst we support we do not fix, this energy will highlight those with the habit of over supporting – this was a huge program for me to crack!

Moon conjunct Saturn and Pluto today will without doubt assist in the completion of old timelines, the moment the realisation you will notice a rapid release and the feelings of stress will rapidly dissolve once the pieces of the jigsaw are complete.

And to finish it all of we are back in the cosmic ray frequencies and begin MORE deep DNA programming ready to be activated, with all this heart expanding energy and the known effects of the cosmic rays we tend to experience heart palpitations and flutters.

This week is set to hold much movement and much deep learning!

Chiron Retrograde~Heart Openings

Waking up this morning and my nervous system was on high alert as I settled back into my physical after a night of travels and sharing.

A normal morning, it’s how I am guided to write and share the energetic navigation reports, but this morning was oh so much more intense, as though every nerve through my head, down my shoulders and into my arms were moving and feeling in ways I simply didn’t want to, crawling sensations.

This is how my body responds so I can write and this is also why when it comes to energy reports we must wait and see what the codes tell us, otherwise we are just reporting from a mind space and not the Soul Space, the heart.

Today Chiron stations direct and moves into retrograde tomorrow. How much of this you feel, or can pick out the individual stream of Chiron will depend on how much interest you have paid to the Centurion who serves your healing process.

Chiron has been one of my most favourite to understand and align with. The energy is direct, it holds purpose and it’s precise, no messing.

It is the wounding but is equally the healer

Which gives us a wide view of our path, knowing that whatever is now occuring is in a space of healing, it is being taken through a process which means in a quantum world that once you have begun you have already completed and expanded…how long that takes to be experienced in the physical just depends on how committed to the path of light that you are on.

Mars conjuncting Mercury newly in retrograde begun to rake up the old data in your field, defenses rise, judgement rises, and people speak their program words that have been spoon fed through over lifetimes, the hot knife through butter is simply to ask, is that your discovery or that of another..

Chiron shall be taking us over old wounds, for some this may present as areas you thought you had healed but the truth is you are just unlocking a new section of your cosmic keyhole, the process that we experience that takes us through what’s required to understand, innerstand and finally overstand, the process that happens before the heart begins to open.

The heart cannot open whilst we hold fear programs, the gates of any frequency will never open until the energy is of a match, and any fear frequencies held cannot get close to the magical opening of the heart, which happens as you become a clear conduit for light.

So you could be getting some past knocking on the door for clearing/renewal Parental wounding comes up Relationships now out of frequency cut and clear along with the rising of the reason as to why this has been your experience.

Much of what the collective thought was solid is soon to be shown it was built on wonky ego stilts and you now have the space to go in, remove what is required before the whole thing comes tumbling down…

So what are you going to do? Be proactive on the details and triggers you have now? Or learn deeper lessons in how to take the commanders seat of your life journey.

The choice is yours and 6 planets in retrograde might just provide the space to learn.

The Sun and moon are now in a square off with the nodes in conjunct and opposition adding to the tension pot and not just this a surprise blast of solar wind from a CME that wasn’t expected to make contact, but it did, and it cracked our field.

This brings the temperature up and moves us all into action, for some it will feel tight like a painful squeeze.

Is how the collective field is warbling

This requires us to clear our field, to pay attention and hold the Alignment, dissolving what refuses to return to light and expanding into the space that can hold light.

Choose wisely where you place your energy and remember your little neuron antennas are rapidly drawing in experiences based upon how you feel and what you are thinking. And whilst the mind is in fear programming…you guessed it….you get more to See!

What makes this very interesting is that by the time Chiron stations direct he will be on the 1st degree of Aries and conjunct the fixed star Kerb….the cut, the new beginning and we finish up here on the 12.12. 2019 or perhaps 12.12.12 or perhaps you would like 3.3.3

You can pull this bandaid slowly and feel the pull of the hairs go one by one or a quick flick and it’s off.

You choose….but it’s heading in regardless

Intuitive Astrology: April Full Moon 2019

On April 19, 2019, we have the second Libra Full Moon of the year. The first Libra Full Moon was back in March, and opened a portal of possibilities and change.

This portal has been guiding us to get back to our center and to find our state of zero, and now, on this second Libra Full Moon in April, this portal of energy is coming to a close.

Since March 20, this portal of energy has been lifting and shifting us in different ways. It has been guiding us to find balance in our lives and to think about ways to elevate and lift ourselves higher.

This portal of energy has been beckoning us to make some changes so we can feel more aligned and more at one with ourselves. It has been guiding us to merge with the flow and rhythm of the Universe so we can unlock the field of possibilities that rest within.

Now that the portal is coming to a close, we have to turn to the relationships in our lives and figure out what we need to let go of and what needs to shift.

While the first Libra Full Moon was about finding balance within, this second Libra Full Moon is about finding balance with others and with our relationships.

In order to achieve this, we first have to understand and realize our self-worth.

You are worthy of being loved just as you are. You are worthy of respect. You are worthy of forgiveness. You are worthy to be heard and listened to. Your feelings matter. You are important. And you deserve all of the relationships in your life to be aligned with this truth.

The more you love yourself, the more you value yourself, the less likely you are to tolerate relationships that throw you off course and out of balance.

Love is a tricky thing, self-love can sometimes be even harder, but without love, without unconditional love for the self, life can be too challenging, too painful, and too much of a burden to bare.

We have to learn to love ourselves. We have to learn to know our worth. And when we do, our relationships will have a way of automatically following.

Under the energy of this potent Libra Full Moon, ask yourself where you can love yourself more? Ask yourself what relationships are no longer bringing out the best in you?

This relationship can be with another person, but it can also be a realtionship you have with an object or an idea, such as money, your job, a belief, or a set of values.

The time has come to shift and pivot, and relationships are the focus. The Universe wants us to clear the way and to let go of relationships that are no longer necessary in order for us to keep continuing forward.

The Universe wants us to speak our truth and have those difficult conversations with those that need to hear it. The Universe wants us to make changes so our relationships become a source of love, strength, and hope as they guide us on our way.

Allow the Moon to be your guide, as it will show you the cracks, the gaps, and what needs to be cleared so the new can arrive.

This Moon will shine a light on what needs to be repaired and fixed or it will let us know that the time has come to say goodbye.

There is some tense energy circling this Full Moon, but it is only there to help us take action and cut the cords with certain relationships once and for all.

While this tense energy may feel heavy, we can use it to our advantage by finding the strength and confidence we need to know our worth and to put ourselves first.

Of course, we also have to be mindful of what we say to others, and ensure we are coming from a place of love. While tensions may be high around this Full Moon, we still have to keep ourselves in balance and remember that a little kindness can go a long way.

We deserve to surround ourselves with people who love us and want to see us lifted higher.

While this Full Moon will shine a light on the relationships that need an upgrade or need to be let go of, we can also use it as a reminder to let those we love know how much they mean to us.

Use this Libra Full Moon energy as a reminder to pay gratitude for your loved ones, and to thank the more challenging relationships in your life too, for they have also shaped who you have become.

The future is bright, and this Full Moon will be helping us to cut the cords, clear the way, and surround ourselves with those who lift us higher.

Intuitive Astrology: Chiron Meets the Sun

In mythology, Chiron is a wounded centaur, but don’t mistake his wounds for weakness. Over the years, and through his life journey, Chiron has learned to turn his wounds into strengths.

He has learned that although he cannot change the past, or change the wounds he has acquired, he can use his spiritual strength to turn them into powerful allies on his journey.

As the poet Rumi once wrote- “the wound is where the light enters to you,” and that is precisely Chiron’s message too.

Despite his wounds, Chiron became a powerful healer because he had the empathy and understanding of what it meant to be broken, what it meant to suffer, and what it meant to rise above it.

It was his own wounds that gave him the ability to heal and help others, and for this reason, Chiron is known as the “wounded healer.”

In Astrology, Chiron is an asteroid which represents the traumas and wounds in our lives that we cannot change.

These wounds may have happened to us as a child, they may be connected to the people around us, they may be things from our past, or they may simply be the wearing down of our soul after many life challenges.

No matter the wounds we have acquired on this life journey, Chiron reminds us that they are not to be considered weaknesses but rather things that make us stronger, more compassionate, and more connected to the Universe.

These wounds are a part of who we are. They don’t necessarily need to be healed and wrapped up in a pretty bow, instead they are the things we need to accept about ourselves, they are things we need to love about ourselves.

For it is only when we do this, it is only when we stop licking our wounds and own them, that we can turn them into strengths and let the light in.

Chiron is currently in Aries until 2027. Under this energy, he asks us to stop touching our wounds and fussing over them, and instead to get on with things.

Under the guidance of this fiery Aries energy, Chiron encourages us to forge ahead into new territory. He encourages us to give birth to the warrior within and to remember the strength, wisdom, and compassion that our wounds have the potential to bring us.

Under this energy, Chiron wants to teach us that we can live our life to the fullest even if we are wounded. He wants us to know that wounds and all, we can do it all.

It can be tempting to feel sorry for ourselves or play the victim when certain circumstances come along, especially circumstances that we have no power to change.

We can’t change who our family is, we can’t change the past, and we can’t change the actions or behavior of others.

All we can do is take responsibility for ourselves; all we can do is learn to be grateful for what we have been given. All we can do is accept our circumstances and learn to be comfortable in whatever comes our way.

On March 22, 2019, we have the meeting of the Sun and Chiron. As Chiron has just moved into Aries, this will be a pivotal day and one where we can really feel the full effects of this new Chiron cycle.

Pay attention to what unfolds for you around this day. Pay attention to how you are being challenged to rise up from your pain and suffering and to move forward with confidence and conviction.

Chiron’s journey through Aries reminds us that we are only as strong as we believe ourselves to be. It reminds us that our wounds don’t need to be constantly touched or poked at, and we don’t need to try and “fix” everything, instead we can learn to just get on with things, we can learn to keep moving forward without feeling restricted.

After Chiron finishes its journey in Aries, we would have all been given the opportunity to change our approach to healing and to look at our healing journey in a new light.

Perhaps we don’t have to keep digging deep; perhaps we don’t have to keep searching for that next thing that is going to take all our worries and suffering away.
