Pecel Pincuk: Pecel (Indonesian pronunciation: [pət͡ʃəl], Javanese:ꦥꦼꦕꦼꦭ꧀) is a traditional Javanese salad with peanut sauce, usually eaten with carbs (steamed rice, lontong or ketupat). The simplicity of pecel preparation and its cheap price has contributed to its popularity throughout Java. It has become a food that represents practicality, simplicity, and travel since the dish is often found along the train journey across Java.

Pempek Palembang: Pempek, mpek-mpek or empek-empek is a savory Indonesian fishcake delicacy, made of fish and tapioca, from Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Pempek is served with rich sweet and sour sauce called kuah cuka or kuah cuko (lit. vinegar sauce), or just "cuko". Sometimes local people also eat the dish with yellow noodles and diced up cucumber to balance out the vinegar's sourness.

Gudeg Yogyakarta: Gudeg is a traditional Javanese dish from Yogyakarta and Central Java, Indonesia. Gudeg is made from young unripe jack fruit (Javanese: gori, Indonesian: nangka muda) stewed for several hours with palm sugar, and coconut milk.[3][4] Additional spices include garlic, shallot, candlenut, coriander seed, galangal, bay leaves, and teak leaves, the latter giving a reddish-brown color to the dish.[5] It is often described as "green jack fruit sweet stew".

Es Pisang Ijo: Pisang ijo or es pisang ijo is a type of specialty food in South Sulawesi, especially in the city of Makassar. This food is made from bananas wrapped in green flour dough. It is cooked by steaming it in a dandang. The batter is made from flour, water, and green coloring made from a mixture of water with suji or pandan leaves. In Makassar, Pisang Ijo will often be found when the month of Ramadan arrives, because the banana Ijo menu is one of the favorite iftar menus of Makassar residents.
