Saturday fitness day today. Yoga 🧘‍♀️ at 8am, Cross training class at 9:15am and a 90 minute REPOWER intensive Pure Barre class at 11:30am. I am loving my fitness journey. It takes hard work and commitment. It’s one day at a time for me and making the time to be there. I supplemented with my Espira shakes and performance supplements to stay strong throughout the workouts. I packed my lunch box with 2 shakes and roasted chicken breast. My day today. 20 minute run, yoga and cross training class. I also sparkled cleaned our Magic Coach for more camping adventures next week. My tips... * Stay active. Sooo... you know that I am on the HCG Diet with @nuvivaweightloss I reached a weight plateau and they recommended a cheat meal to trick my metabolism. I have 6 more weeks to go with the HCG. I have 10 more pounds to go to reach my lifetime goal. We picked Capital Grille because every meal experience is tremendously perfect. I love my rose too after that perfect dining event. Our dessert was 1280 calories. We can eat all we want for 2 hours. Enjoy our pictures. Decide to get healthy and fit. We only get one body in our lifetime.
