#esp bc snow way out had a pretty good introduction of hiccup and ryker to each other

i wonder if the episodes to rtte were originally in a different order, because in episode 2.06, "the zippleback incident", hiccup meets ryker for the first time face to face. but then in the episode right after it, 2.07, "snow way out", ryker speaks to hiccup like they've never met before?? he says that "dagur was right, you don't look like much" and then hiccup responds with "astrid was right, you look like a psycho", even though they've already seen each other before.
