I still can't understand how the writers could not make Sookie and Eric a real couple at some point in the show. It was completely unfair. Not to mention the completely crazy fact that Sookie sleeps again with Bill when he's sick but not with Eric ? While sorry, it's clear to me that Sookie developed a much deeper relationship with Eric than Bill over time. And above all, story-wise, it's good, the dose of Bill & Sookie had it ! I don't understand how they could waste the actors' chemistry so easily ? Ok in the books Sookie & Eric don't end up together, but that's no reason not to allow Eric and Sookie to become a real couple on screen at all! Why the fuck ?! Why were the writers so obsessed with Bill ?!

If Eric had stayed in town after 7x04 (because it seems to me that he leaves after this episode), I think Sookie would have slept with him and not Bill. Let me dream a little, damn it. After all, the season before Sookie literally stabbed Bill in an attempt to kill in order to save Eric without any hesitation.
