El artista transmitió en vivo para comunicar la decisión de enlistarse en esa disciplina y que lo haría el próximo 28 de marzo. "Desde que #Sungjin, #YoungK, y #Dowoon ya se enlistaron, una parte de mí también quiso enlistarse temprano. Además, explicó que entrará en la marina, contando que escogió aplicar  allí porque era la opción disponible más rápida - y como último miembro de DAY6 en enlistarse en la militancia, quería minimizar el hiatus de la banda enlistándose lo antes posible "Creo que la gente puede sorprenderse porque voy a la marina. No era el plan original, pero me terminé enlistando en la marina porque quería coincidir mi tiempo [de servicio militar] lo más posible con los otros miembros. La marina toma 20 meses, así que es dos meses más largo. Pero quiero enlistarme lo antes posible, así que terminé escogiendo la marina". Wonpil no pudo aguantar su emoción y rompió en llanto diciendo "lo que me pone más triste es que cuando #MyDay quieran verme, no van a poder –que no podré hacer cosas como estas [transmisiones]. Pero no es como que no vaya a volver". "El tiempo pasa rápido. Cuando los otros miembros sean dados de baja y nos encontremos nuevamente, espero que seamos capaces de hacer conciertos como lo hacíamos antes del COVID-19, y creo que podremos salir adelante pensando en los días venideros. Cuando nos reunamos con MyDays, espero que ninguno de nosotros se enferme durante ese tiempo, y que nos podamos saludar unos a otros con sonrisas y con el mismo sentimiento que tenemos ahora".
