It's a post GoT AU in which Dany is Queen (un-mad) and named Jon (they're not together) Prince of Dragonstone and Theon Lord of High Tide which happens to be vacant. On the beach at High Tide, Theon finds 5 dragon eggs. He reaaally wants to give them to Jon (past feelings), but decides to go the official way and tell the Queen about it. She takes two and tells Theon to bring the rest to Dragonstone, because if you're going to court a prince you better bring a really good present. Yes, Dany ships Greysnow (that sentence feels so weird 😂) So a few days later Jon is morosely hanging around Dragonstone (he dun like it) while Davos tries to cheer him up when they spy sails on the horizon. Is that a Greyjoy ship? Jon asks, and Davos nods, yeah looks like the Sea Wolf.
Well that's like the first 2 parts, the rest is pretty vague yet, but will involve Greysnow courting, and the important question: How to hatch a fucking dragon??

Nhà thầu đón đầu cơ hội xây dựng đường sắt tốc độ cao
Đường sắt tốc độ cao Bắc Nam có tổng mức đầu tư sơ bộ hơn 67 tỷ USD, là dự án hạ tầng giao thông lớn nhất từ trước tới nay ở Việt Nam. Tuyến đường dài 1.541 km với 60% là kết cấu cầu, 30% nền đất, 10% hầm sẽ mang lại khối lượng công việc đặc biệt lớn cho các nhà thầu xây lắp hạ tầng giao thông Việt Nam.
Theo ông Nguyễn Quang Huy, Tổng giám đốc Tập đoàn Đèo Cả, sau năm 2025 khi các dự án đường bộ cao tốc Bắc Nam hoàn thành thì nhà thầu giao thông đã tích lũy được nguồn lực về thiết bị và nhân sự có kinh nghiệm. Nếu không bố trí được công việc tiếp theo thì sẽ là lãng phí lớn nguồn lực đất nước. Tuy nhiên, doanh nghiệp Việt Nam chưa từng làm đường sắt tốc độ cao nên muốn tham gia dự án cần có sự chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng từ nhân lực, thiết bị, tài chính và đặc biệt là khả năng tiếp cận công nghệ mới.
Để chuẩn bị, Tập đoàn Đèo Cả đã hợp tác với các trường đại học trong nước, thành lập Viện Đào tạo nghiên cứu Đèo Cả để đào tạo lao động xây dựng đường sắt, metro. Doanh nghiệp đã tổ chức các đoàn đi nghiên cứu thực tiễn quá trình đào tạo ngành đường sắt, metro của các nước tiên tiến như Pháp, Mỹ, Trung Quốc, Nhật Bản... nhằm "nhập khẩu" chương trình và chuyên gia.

Theo ông Huy, dự án được thực hiện theo hợp đồng trọn gói EPC sẽ đặt ra thách thức không nhỏ đối với nhà thầu Việt Nam bởi phần lớn quen với hình thức cũ là đấu thầu thi công. Giờ chuyển sang hình thức "khoán" toàn quyền cho nhà thầu thì trình độ quản lý phải rất cao để đáp ứng được quy mô và yêu cầu kỹ thuật của dự án đường sắt tốc độ cao.
Hợp đồng EPC đòi hỏi tổng thầu rất am hiểu các khâu, từ thiết kế chi tiết, chọn lựa công nghệ, đến thi công, điều mà các nhà thầu trong nước vẫn đang trong giai đoạn học hỏi và tích lũy. Quản lý hợp đồng EPC cũng yêu cầu nhà thầu phải kiểm soát chặt chẽ từ nguồn vốn, thiết bị, đến tiến độ và chất lượng thi công.
Ông Nguyễn Duy Thắng, Phó tổng giám đốc Công ty TNHH Thương mại và Xây dựng Trung Chính, phân tích dự án có 60% là cầu cạn, tương đương 924 km, chủ yếu là cầu giản đơn, trừ trường hợp vượt sông, thung lũng với khẩu độ lớn cần dùng công nghệ đúc hẫng, dây văng... nên nhà thầu trong nước có thể đảm nhiệm. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề về độ chính xác, khống chế độ võng của dầm cầu đường sắt khác với đường bộ và phải khống chế độ thăng bằng nên phải đảm bảo tính đồng bộ, hệ thống dây chuyền, thiết bị thi công.
Công ty Trung Chính đã lên kế hoạch chuẩn bị như liên kết với Đại học Giao thông Vận tải đào tạo cán bộ và tổ chức nhiều đoàn công tác học tập, nghiên cứu tại nước ngoài về quy trình đúc dầm, bảo dưỡng, nhấc dầm ra khỏi bệ, lao lắp.
Đại tá Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, Phó tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Xây dựng Trường Sơn, cho biết doanh nghiệp cũng đã chuẩn bị nhân lực như hợp tác với các trung tâm đào tạo, cấp văn bằng, chứng chỉ cho kỹ sư đường sắt; đồng thời tổ chức tham quan học hỏi các nước như Hàn Quốc, Nhật, Trung Quốc; chuẩn bị nguồn lực tiến tới đầu tư trang thiết bị phù hợp.
Hiện nay thiết bị nhà thầu Việt đáp ứng yêu cầu, nhưng khi làm đường sắt tốc độ cao đòi hỏi công nghệ mới và kỷ luật hơn, đặc biệt là tính chính xác của máy móc. Trường Sơn đã có phương án tăng vốn chủ sở hữu, tìm kiếm đối tác trong và ngoài nước để liên danh liên kết khi tham gia đấu thầu dự án.
"Chúng tôi sẵn sàng tham gia dự án sắp tới với tư cách nhà thầu lớn đã triển khai nhiều dự án lớn trên cả nước. Nếu có sự hỗ trợ chính sách của Đảng, Nhà nước, tôi tin nhà thầu xây lắp Việt có thể tự hoàn thành các hạng mục", đại tá Nguyễn Tuấn Anh nói.
Về công tác vận hành tuyến đường sắt tốc độ cao, ông Hoàng Năng Khang, Phó tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam, cho biết ngành đường sắt đang tập trung tái cơ cấu, xây dựng mô hình quản lý để phù hợp với việc vận hành, khai thác đường sắt tốc độ cao thời gian tới. Tổng công ty đang làm việc với các doanh nghiệp trong nước và đối tác nước ngoài về tất cả vấn đề liên quan tới công nghệ, nội địa hóa, chuyển giao công nghệ, liên doanh liên kết.
VNR cũng đã thành lập Ban Chỉ đạo có 5 tổ liên quan để thực hiện như xây lắp hạ tầng, bảo trì, phát triển công nghiệp liên quan tới chuyển giao công nghệ, nội địa hóa các thành phần cấu thành nên đường sắt tốc độ cao, nhân lực.
Theo tính toán, dự án đường sắt tốc độ cao sẽ cần khoảng 13.800 nhân lực để khai thác, vận hành. Tổ nhân lực có nhiệm vụ đi làm việc với các cơ sở đào tạo trong và ngoài nước. Riêng lái tàu không thể đợi xây dựng xong mới đào tạo. Để làm người lái tàu đường sắt tốc độ cao phải mất 5 năm đào tạo. Nếu các lái tàu đang làm việc được đưa đi đào tạo cũng mất ít nhất 3 năm. Các chức danh nhân viên điều động chạy tàu cũng mất 3-5 năm đào tạo.
Do đó, trước mắt VNR đang giao trường cao đẳng đường sắt liên kết với đối tác nước ngoài để đào tạo nhân lực. Về lý thuyết, VNR có thể mời chuyên gia nước ngoài về đào tạo, nhưng phần thực hành thì phải đưa nhân lực ra nước ngoài.
Dự án đường sắt tốc độ cao Bắc Nam dự kiến dài 1.541 km, điểm đầu tại ga Ngọc Hồi (Hà Nội), điểm cuối tại ga Thủ Thiêm (TP HCM), là tuyến đường sắt đôi, khổ 1.435 mm, điện khí hóa, tốc độ thiết kế 350 km/h, tải trọng 22,5 tấn/trục.
Theo Bộ Giao thông Vận tải, việc đầu tư đường sắt tốc độ cao Bắc Nam tạo ra thị trường xây dựng giá trị khoảng 33,5 tỷ USD. Nếu tính cả hệ thống đường sắt quốc gia, đường sắt đô thị sẽ tạo ra thị trường xây dựng 75,6 tỷ USD, trong đó sản xuất phương tiện, thiết bị 34,1 tỷ USD (đầu máy, toa xe 9,8 tỷ USD; hệ thống thông tin tín hiệu và thiết bị khác 24,3 tỷ USD).
Ngoài ra, tuyến đường sắt tốc độ cao cần đội ngũ quản lý dự án khoảng 700-1.000 người, đơn vị tư vấn cần đào tạo 1.000-1.300 người; đơn vị vận hành khai thác cần 13.800 người. Lĩnh vực xây dựng, tổ hợp công nghiệp chế tạo, sản xuất vật tư, linh kiện theo lộ trình thực hiện dự án cần khoảng 220.000 người.

A third of all homes for sale in Britain have an EPC rating below C, according to new research.
A survey by epIMS, reveals more than 33% of all properties currently listed for sale have an EPC rating below a C, although this figure climbs as high as 46% in some major cities.
The government has announced all private rented sector properties will need to meet EPC C targets by 2030.
However, research by epIMS suggests that upgrading a property could cost £8,000.
Bradford is home to the least energy-efficient properties
According to the survey, in Wales, the number of properties failing to meet the C target stands at 50% while in Scotland it’s 45%.
The same analysis of for-sale stock across 15 major cities by epIMS shows that Bradford is home to the least energy-efficient properties.
The research shows that 46.2% of homes currently listed in the city have an EPC rating below C, with Edinburgh (39.6%), Brighton (39.4%), Bristol (33.9%), and Nottingham (33.5%) also having a significant number of properties with low EPC ratings.
London is home to the most energy efficient for sales market at present, although just shy of a quarter (23.5%) of all homes currently listed for sale still only achieve an EPC rating of D or below.
Upgrading properties could cost thousands of pounds
Chief operating officer of epIMS, Craig Cooper, says the cost of upgrading properties to an EPC C rating could cost landlords thousands of pounds.
