Found the color version of what was the inner cover to EOV’s art/concept book

Was looking for Etrian Odyssey concept art because I’m trying to figure out how the zodiac outfits are put together, and I didn’t realise it’s in the EOV/EON art book I have, so I scoured the internet. Found EOIII and IV art book scans on FACEBOOK of all places?? I don’t even know, man. But godspeed to the wonderful human who decided to upload it there. You’re a real one.

so the first thing i remember encountering about you was your “hit it, rich!” post which i thought was perhaps the funniest thing ever. it was my status on discord for a few days at the time

then when i had just started getting to know you in my head i always remembered you as “the funny pink-coded person” because your jokes were very funny very silly and idk actually why you were pink coded. i do not remember. anyways though before i had gotten to really know anyone in the gc you were my favorite (i do not have favorites now♥️ you are all very silly)

a random thing is that out of any of my friends i would trust your dear evan hansen opinions the most i think. you seem to be based i believe

also i love your artstyle it is pointy very cutesie ten out of ten

i think you are very nice and talking to you does not intimidate me which is good. talking to most people is kind of scary

Mies Trabajando

Deja te cuento una anécdota que vi en un documental sobre el gran Mies Van Der Rohe

#Mies es una de las leyendas de la #arquitectura y uno de los arquitectos más importantes de la época moderna.

Él nació en Alemania, donde entre otras cosas fue director de la famosa escuela de arte #BAHAUS en su última época, cuando tuvo que cerrar sus puertas por culpa de la 2 guerra mundial.

De ahí emigro a Estados Unidos y fue director de la escuela de arquitectura del tecnológico de Illinois. 

Ahí desarrollo muchas de sus obras maestras como el Seagram Bulding o la Casa #Fransworth.

En el documental Mies Regular o Súper, mencionan una anécdota muy interesante.

Cuentan que estaban de viaje él y su socio, porque comenzarían un nuevo proyecto.

Mies pasó das sentado en un sofá, leyendo y fumando, sin salir a ningún lugar.

Su asociado le pregunta “ahí piensas quedarte sin hacer nada”

A lo que Mies le contesto “¿como que haciendo nada? Sí estoy trabajando”

Así funciona el trabajo creativo de los arquitectos, aunque parece que no estamos haciendo nada, en realidad nuestra mente está trabajando en unir puntos.

Ya cuando comenzamos a trazar #bocetos es porque tenemos muchas ideas que comenzar a aterrizar.

Desde el momento que tenemos las primeras entrevistas con los clientes se comienza a formar el #proyecto.

En realidad el trabajo #creativo es muy demandante y a muchas personas les cuesta entender que no solo es un dibujito en un plano, sino todo el trabajo creativo que lleva a colocar ese dibujito en esa precisa forma en ese plano.

Etrian Odyssey V: Travelers Guild
