Name: Eos, the Bringer of Dawn Birthday: 10th July Affiliation: Dawn Winery Constellation: Ventus Eoi -Dawn's Wind Vision: Anemo Weapon: Claymore Height: 1.70m /5'6'' Region: Mondstad
GUESS WHAT??
A NEW CHARACTER DROPPED ON GENSHIN!!!
Or rather, I just dropped a new OC on the Genshin Fandom, because, YES I CAN AND I WILL.
I have been playing with Genshin quite extensively in the last few weeks, it's one of the few things that actually helped me keep my anxiety under control, with the beautiful soundtrack, the environment so colourful and so gorgeous, and the cute characters. It just spoke to me on a whole different level, so I truly felt compelled to create a character for the game, even if it's only for the fun of designing a new oc.
So, here you have, my feisty little spitfire, Eos of Mondstad, the Bringer of Dawn. She is a true force of nature, resilient, unafraid, cheeky as heck, even more flirtatious but a true sweetling at heart.
I cannot wait to finish drawing her twin sister too (am still finishing designing her).
I truly loved putting together her outfit, letting the fantasy just go wild, and choosing and her palette that would truly suit her name and her whole essence.
The Wish Template for the first picture was gently provided by YumiSarat on Twitter.
As usual, feel free to click on the picture below for a higher resolution and a better visual of all the details I drew for her! There are QUITE a lot, and I am not kidding when I tell you that it took me a good 3 days of work to get this finished!
I hope you will like her!!

hey! I just got a Bad haircut (its too short!!! ah!!! give me back my hair!!!!!) and i was just wondering if there are any EOs (Properly diluted obviously) or other home remedies that could help me grow it back faster
Not really. The most they’ll do is make your scalp go tingly, which might help to stimulate the scalp with blood flow, but it won’t necessarily make your hair grow in any quicker.
Things that typically help hair grow more are taking supplements like biotin. So maybe look into that and see if that’s an option for you.
If you want to make a hair tonic, making a rosemary infusion from fresh boiled leaves is a good scalp stimulator without the potential irritants of applying an EO to your hair, which even when diluted appropriately may strip actual essential oils from your hair and make them more prone to breakage. (Depends on your hair and scalp type, so without being able to properly assess your scalp, I’m hesistant to suggest anything that may cause damage)
You just take 3-4 stalks, throw them in a pot, cover with water and boil them for about 30 minutes till the water turns a lovely green/steeped yellow color. Then you let it cool completely, and can either use it as an after shower rinse (as in after you wash out your conditioner) and leave it in, or you can put it in a spritz bottle and use it between washes as a pick me up for your scalp. Just spray and brush through or combine with a scalp massage.
If you need something more conditioning, you could take some virgin olive oil and infuse it with rosemary by adding a stalk or two to the bottle. Takes a while longer to work (I typically leave it in there for about a week before I use it) but makes a good hair oil in the winter when my hair up and dies from the dry air.
Other things to consider, doing a green tea rinse (after you condition), scalp massage (you can buy little brushes that feel amazing) and again, supplements like biotin or b complexes (Before taking any supplements check to make sure they’re okay for you, or consult with your docotor.)
Anyway, good luck growing your hair out. For what it’s worth I’m sure it’s hecking cute even if unexpectedly short.

SO! Imma talk more about Flame Out... More coherently this time. XDb
Yeah, I like... re-read my original post and realized a bunch of my typing wasn’t even really readable... in my defense, it was 4am and I was on a rather old and slow tablet. XDDD
Oops.
ANYHOO. Let’s try this again. :D With caps and stuff this time. 8Db
I am still all GOSH THIS EPISODE. And still all super OMG SEE? I KNEW IT. I said Virgil was a giant, lovable, cute, dork. So adorkable, my gosh. (I also have never really gone into detail, but I kinda headcanoned Virgil could get shy and stuff around like girls he likes and such. I never spoke much of it since I didn’t really have much in the way of evidence WHY I thought he might act that way... WELL. THANK YOU, EPISODE. I feel like this really could be a thing now. XDDD)
Boy, his brothers must not have paid any attention ever to his bookshelves if he has books and even an action figure of Kip. XDa
So, of course, I’m wondering when/how Virgil found out about Kip. Did Kip know Jeff? Seemed like it, given him noting Virgil looked like their Dad (Which I’m like OMG YES, to. People say Scott looks like Jeff, but my gosh, look at Virgil and Jeff in TOS. There is even more resemblance there, eyebrows, set of the eyes, nose, cheeks (chin and dimples are then more what Scott got.) Gosh, I can’t wait to see what TAG! Jeff will look like.) in a way that seemed more than just knowing a little about Jeff to feel Virgil was ‘a chip off the old block.’ (Man, this ep was so chock full of oldish and very American sayings. XD)
Did Jeff introduce Virgil to the guy’s existence? =Oa
BUT yeah, as I tried to type, but mangled... It’s exciting and interesting that it seems like Virgil had influence on him doing what he does well beyond simply his father. Obviously Kip was a huge one! And someone who does more what Virgil does than what, from what we can tell, Jeff probably did. Jeff’s about technology and space, but Virgil is definitely more mechanical, engineering and stuff like fires and explosives etc. *chinhands*
Man, it could potentially even fit together nicely... If it was even older teen Virgil who found out about him... if he still went to college in Denver... I mean, Colorado is still VERY the westerny. (I lived an hour south of Denver for 7 years. XD So, yeah. XD) LMao Maybe that’s where he got the action figure. XDa Man, I wonder where Kip was meant to be from... it was definitely a southern accent---don’t think quite Texas... at least, not some parts of it. (...Oh, his actor was a UK one. GOSH. I wouldn’t have guessed THAT. XD Same person who’s played the balloon Dad and Dr. Peck XD)
ANYHOO.
Side note... did anyone notice Grandma when she descends into the seating area?
LOOK AT HER, smoothing her hair. XDDD Man, I missed Grandma. <3
I flailed a lot about Virg being ambidextrous, so I won’t flail much again. Just a little. <3
...TANGENT TIME.
It’s always interesting to see how things have been moved or outright changed. I keep wondering if they have a second Tracy Island or are they able to film where they display the house for the tour? o.Oa THINGS I WONDER when I see changes. ( But yeah. Look at the shelves here:
Then here’s in EOS:
Then this old shot from the website, where clearly it was a WIP or something, cause books are falling off and backwards. lol
Just... interesting. XD From what I can see, it was the same setup as EOS in season 2 as well, but yeah. The books have changed in S3 and that one statue on the top there has gone completely MIA. (Also can actually JUST make out the spine of one of the books! =O Bottom shelf, far left... It appears to say “Catching Fire” ...which could possibly be Hunger Games reference, since I gather that’s the name of book 2? lolol I’m sure all those books are references. lmao)
Also that one statue over near the pool table?
I was pretttty sure it was Mozart.
WELL.
NOT ANYMORE. Thiiiiink it MIGHT be Aristotle? Bye Mozart. ;A; The other statue is gone too. Sadness. And yeah, these books have been changed up too. I wonder why. =Oa Well. If it isn’t a secondary set anyways.
In fact that whole side is a bit different (other than being shot at a different angle XD)
ANYHOOOOOOOOOO... wow that really was a heck of a tangent.
Uh.
Where was I.
RIGHT.
Oh gosh, Virgil, you are too cute. That look he’s giving, Scott, gosh. XD That’s a pleading look if I ever saw one.
I just love how it looks like Gordon is plotting Virgil’s utter DOOM...
...Then doesn’t actually do anything, since Virgil is embarrassing himself without any help what-so-ever. XD Poor, poor Virgil. He must have been kicking himself. (The “I’m meant to be helping you!” line definitely suggests it. lol)
BUT I JUST. It’s so strange even in a way to see Virg just... absolutely freeze up.
Since Virgil like... so rarely loses his cool. Man... I wonder how he’ll react to seeing Jeff again. =Oa
Man, does Kip not board aircraft much? Most do have wheels, Kip. Even the GDF flyers do. XDa Taxi-ing is a thing they do. lololol Though I suppose TB2′s are sorta hidden...ish.
Poor Virg. YOU KNOW, this might be the first time a note about Virgil that was in the annual might’ve actually sorta been a thing. =Oa It said sometimes he forgot his own strength... We’ve really never seen it used in any way, making it seem like a bit of out-of-date marketing. (Especially since being an artist and piano player, Virg is pretty good at being gentle. ^.^) But a distracted Virgil can seemingly cause some problems lolol
Gosh, I laugh at Gordon’s line still all ‘I’m not messing with them, they’re messing with me!’ lolol
And Virgil finally pulls himself together. \o/
I just really like how Kip’s leaning on TB2′s dash there to look out the windshield.
...I also really like how Kip’s stubble looks...
Like, gosh, this season so far has had some really nice new character models.
AND THEN KIP JUST PULLS OUT SOME OLD SCHOOL TNT. lmaoooo
Remember, Virg is their demolition specialist... he uses explosives, but he doesn’t just carry around random sticks of TNT. lolol AND they just kinda ran away from a HUGE explosion and gas. And. Kip had this. On him.
...
Yeah.
I’m with Virgil here.
AND YOU CAN JUST SEE IT IN HIS FACE. I look up to you and I trust you...
But those are sticks of dynamite right there and they could have exploded earlier.
CONFLICTED FEELINGS HERE.
Ugh, can I just side note that the animators are doing so amazing in general this season so far? Just all the faces and emotions Virgil goes through in this sequence alone. GOSH.
Aww Virg. He wants to do the thing.
“I’m meant to be helping you...” ...Yeah, he’s feelin’ bad for being a wee bit useless earlier, I think.
AND...
That face. ;A; He doesn’t want to say it and seems to be guilty for thinking it. I mean, and Virgil knows better cause I mean... GRANDMA and all. BUT STILL, he feels like he should still. ;A;a
Ugh this isn’t nearly all the faces he even makes. SO many feels.
“By not getting blown up?”
He’s still totally thinking about the dynamite.
:>
ANYTHING. My heart.
My heart, guys. Just. Look at this sweetheart. Look how lovely and everything he is. I knew what I was talking about all this time!
GRANDMA! ...you know, I have a feeling she really might be the Grandma type who’d go and whip out baby photos. She is so unbothered at embarrassing her grandsons. XDDDD I do so love her.
OKAY. TIME FOR ANOTHER MOMENT OF ANIMATION APPRECIATION. RUNS. They’ve been animating them REALLY well so far this season too. Sometimes we’ve seen Virgil’s run be a litttle, uh, stiff. But his run down to the seating area earlier and this... Very nice. +o+b
You can really feel the weight and all the motion has such nice follow through and stuff. Just. Hrrrg. It’s good guys.
Oh my goodness, eyes. VIRGIL. ;A;
Of course, Kip’s fine and Virgil assumes the pose he borrowed from his puppet counterpart. X3b
OKAY, ANOTHER THING ABOUT THIS SEASON... animation errors have been so few and far between... they’ve got John in the loop and their IR insignia’s are properly glowing.
A+ Also some very nice texturing and stuff on the truck.
Nothing really. Just it was a nice cap. *chinhands*
Oh Grandma, your boys oh so love you. Virgil’s face. ahahaha but he’s asking. XD
And Gordon’s backing him up. Aww Gordo. <3 Like I said, I love my Big Brotp, but these two have a place in my heart too. ^.^
“Just do us a favour? Leave the dynamite at home.”
He was really thinking about that. XD
This is a dinner I wish we could see. lololol
Is this my longest episode post ever? ...it might be. It won’t surprise me if it is.
UM.
CONGRATS IF YOU MADE IT THIS FAR. :DDD
SO. Now to wait for who knows how long. o.o; I’m kinda wondering if they’ll break the season into three parts... 9/9/8 (or 9/8/9) It would make the waits between possibly smaller... I guess we’ll see. =Oa Hopefully won’t be too long, especially with their teaser. lol
I’m on the fence about who it is, except no, I REALLY don’t think it’s Kyrano. It’s all in the accents... Kayo and the Hood are decidedly from the UK so I rather doubt Kyrano would have a decidedly American one. lol That just would seem... odd. Part of me is wondering if it’s Jeff, but obviously it’s a bit... not rich enough to seem quite like Jeff, although it is pretty heavily radio distorted, but still. Erf. It also might be a bit TOO accented compared to the boys... ANYHOO, I guess we’ll see, anyways.
SO YEAH. Uh. tl;dr? I LIKED THIS EP A LOT AND VIRG IS ADORBS. 8Db
(Boy, I hope this’ll actually post and not error or something...)

Who the heck is my muse anyway: Muses. 6 muses in total. 5 canon + 1 oc.
A d(a)emon eater, aptly named Lord of Calamity, A cute battle android that everyone should adopt as their daughter or sister. A (former) sphere hunter, now a mercenary by trade who dreams of flying her own airship A chosen sleepy prince destined to rid a plague that his own gods refuse to do A former student of beacon academy who wants to protect her younger sister and will punch you through several walls to do so And a half-demon with no sense of direction in life.
pick and choose
Points of interest:
My muses wander around if that makes sense?
What they’ve been up to recently: uhhhhhhmmmmm................ i don’t have specific arcs. I think that would hard for a multimuse blog. BUT! i have threads, and relationships that stick out.
Paine wants to kick Shuyin in the face for messing with Yuna. If he was alive, she would..
Yang and Weiss have an arranged marriage.
Aerith and Noctis had a makeout session and now they’re in a relationship. I have feelings about them.
Noctis befriends Yuna after she somehow mysteriously ends in Eos. He is protective of her and he cares her a lot. Romance blossomed from their friendship between them and I’m always sucker punch in the gut about these two.
Nadia seems interested in a being named Gabriel. She doesn’t how she feels about him? As in do-I-want-to-kiss-him-and-be-done-with-it-or-punch-him-in-the-face-and-be-done-with-it conflicted emotions.
And Sophie is adopted (kind of) by Noctis. Now he has a little sister
Current plans:
I have wish lists..... Does that count? But other than that, not really?
Desired interactions:
In general? More canon muses from my canon muses respective canon....... Say that 10 times fast. Honestly I would love to interact with alternate/au versions of my canon muses. And as always more crossovers
More friendships, more frenemies, more adopted families, and romantic ships in general
Current open post/s:
My meme tag???
Anything else?: I am slow. I am S L O W. I’m slower than a sloths competing against turtles in a marathon. I live in the EST timezone of the US. I noticed that I do show some favoritism if any of my muses had clicked with another’s muse of muses. I do feel bad for saying that, because I’m not exclusive nor do I want anyone think I’m exclusive but........ it’s true. I also ramble. Sorry for not shutting up
My range for threads varies between one liners and paras that sometimes become short novels. Depends on the reply, but I think my average is at least 2-3 paragraphs?
I keep saying this and im sorry. The easiest and fastest way to interact with my muses is to send memes and asks. More and more I realize that......... I dont like plotting right off the bat? There’s a couple of on-going plotted threads that do have my interest that have started right off the bat. But in general I dont like plotting from the start. It’s easier to gauge how my muses click with another muse from memes and asks. It’s easier for to plot once I know my muses click another muse/s

Well, here’s my comments! Feel free to message me with any questions or for clarification of anything
Overall, this is really solid you guys.
The biggest issue is just fleshing some of the episodes out a bit. Character arcs are nicely done and the character stuff is spread out surprisingly well. In general, I think there’s a little more focus on Mick and Len than the others, and Amaya could probably be given a slightly larger role, but overall I’m impressed. Writing a team and giving them all equal focus is really hard. I’m so excited this is already so good
(Also like three of these episodes are set in times/places related to special interests I’ve had over the years so if I start getting caught up in historical details that’s why)
I haven’t looked at other people’s feedback yet, cause I didn’t want to be influenced so sorry if I’m just repeating stuff
LOTREWRITE: Yay, more comments! Sorry about the delay in posting these, all!
Episode 1:
- I love the opening sequence with Kendra A+
- How has Nate’s pencil lasted so long? It has to be at least 20 years old, right? A pen might be more plausible but have the same basic narrative effect. If you’re keeping the dog tags bit from the original though it might be best to cut it the reference to it being from his grandfather entirely or have it be a replica or something. Best to focus on a single sentimental object.
- The banter is flawless and in character. Nice!
- Thawne’s explanation is a bit of an infodump. That’s gonna need to be reworked into more of a dialogue, at the very least. It would probably be better to show it somehow. Maybe show the Black Flash appearing a few seconds after Thawne leaves, then disappearing just as quickly? Darhk can research it on his own and then explain it to someone later, for those viewers who aren’t familiar with the concept from The Flash.
- “Damien Darhk?” Stein asks. “As in –” “The man who murdered your sister,” Rip says. I assume we’re talking about Laurel, but this makes it sound like Darhk murdered Stein’s sister.
- “I never did” Talk about OUCH. This is amazing.
Episode 2
- Some clarification on when and where “the infirmary” is would be good, as well as what Jax and Stein’s history here is, but I figure that will be added as this is fleshed out
- Same with “decision makers”
- I vote yes on “not drinking and driving” quip that’s excellent
- Bambi is adorable
- Make sure when you’re researching the crusades to look at things from multiple perspectives. This seems like it could very easily fall into a very generic “Good Christians” vs “Evil non-Christians” crusade narrative and that’s… less than ideal. There was a lot of politics surrounding the crusades, even if you’re just focusing on the Christians. That might also help provide a motive for your dissenter? Someone who thinks these soldiers should be back at home looking after things there instead of invading a foreign nation to secure power and riches for the church? Someone who’s been convinced that the crusaders have no divine right to this land and that they should leave it to the people who actually live there? Could maybe be a place to start setting up some doing what’s “right” vs doing what’s supposed to happen conflict? This is obviously just an outline so maybe you’re already planning something like that but I figured I’d mention it
- I’m a fan of Bambi not dying
- I love Firestorm as an angel that’s an amazing idea in so many ways A++++
- Mick roasting a T-Rex with his gun heck yeah
Episode 3:
- I love Sara’s canary pendant
- Continuity issue: in episode 1, Mick punches Rex and that’s about the extent of their interaction. Not much of a basis for the trust he seems to be showing in this ep.
LOTREWRITE: Possibly we could make it more explicit that Rex noticed that the bomb the JSA were tracking was discharged harmlessly after Mick said he went after it, thus the trust?
- Yay for bi Sara!
- The Sara and Amaya scene sounds like it’s gonna be so cute
- Ray’s speech to Nate about heroism is really solid
- I see now why it’s a pencil, but I’m still not loving the idea. Does it just magically never get not sharpened? Has Nate never noticed? Does he sharpen it and lose tiny fragments of the spear every time? Am I being too nitpicky?
- Love the mention of non-fighting military personnel
- Mick is starting to feel like he’s taking over the story a little too much here maybe, especially considering that he’s been the most major character in the previous episodes as well, while Jax and Stein seem almost nonexistent. Nate could probably have a little more prominence given that this is his big reveal episode.
Episode 4
- Might want to give a quick rundown of some basics about Chernobyl in the finished episode for audiences unfamiliar with the history. I had to look it up because I thought it happened years later and was very confused.
- Give some reason for why Stein’s actions were changed from the original timeline. Is Darhk’s presence there already changing things?
- What do you mean by Jax can “safely detonate” the bomb? Is there some reason he and Stein can’t Firestorm up and transfigure it? I don’t recall Jax being a particular expert in bombs previous to this.
- The Stein and Clarissa storyline is very very good
- Sara and Mick (not) talking about their shared grief Thank You
- Sara seems rather quick to trust Eobard. She knows it’s a speedster who killed Rex, right? Nevermind. She still seems very quick to trust for a former assassin.
- Maybe avoid Eobard villain monologuing? He has no reason to.
- Doesn’t the Black Flash only come after the speedsters, not anyone whose death is changed by time travel? iirc, both Cisco and Barry’s mother were brought back to life by Barry changing the timeline at one time or another and neither were targeted. There may be extenuating circumstances I’m forgetting though…
- Sara and Laurel’s storyline is really touching and sweet
- LISA!!!!!!
Episode 5
- I’m loving the mix of historically accurate costumes and especially Mick
- Crew interacting with Vikings is great and in character
- Jax and Gunlød’s relationship is really cute
- The funeral for Len and the others they’ve lost is fantastic
Episode 6
- Eobard and Darhk banter already sounds like it’s gonna be great
- How’s Lisa getting in? nevermind, that’s answered
- The image of Len doing anything “emphatically” is kinda cracking me up. A look or something would probably be more in character.
- Vampiric octopuses omg please have a flashback here
- Building of tension for the break-in is excellently done. A bit cliché, but in a good way.
- Lisa’s fury is great.
Episode 7:
- Oa?
- Independence Day banter is really fun
- Lisa/Cisco scene is YES
- “justified” I see what you did there
Episode 8:
- Remember to introduce Constantine etc to audiences who might not be familiar with them
- Are you going to show Mick vanishing or just have him suddenly no longer be there? Related: does he leave and then get beaten up or get taken out while with the rest of them? Does the audience know he’s telling the truth or will there be some room for them to wonder?
- HARLEY/IVY YESSSSS
- I’m assuming Booster is Booster Gold, yes? Do we get him in this season?! Okay coming back, we don’t. It’s a nice shoutout for those who know, but the prominence it’s given implies it will be relevant.
- Clarify who Resurrection Crusade are
Episode 9:
- Sara’s disguise for the Christmas party isn’t specified
- This might be an issue with the original version of the episode as well, but the colonies were in open rebellion against the British crown and GW probably wouldn’t expect honorable treatment or a prisoner exchange if captured. He was openly committing treason in the eyes of the British army.
- Ray navigating with one boot is hilarious and wonderful
- Would soldiers from the pre-telephone era be able to adjust well enough in one night to work with a comm? Guns they at least have experience with. Tiny devices that let them talk to each other through long distances might be a bit pushing it. Or I might be getting too nitpicky.
- The whole massacre plot needs some work tbh. How does Jax and Amaya knocking out a total of three soldiers stop a full massacre? How many were there? How did the soldiers feel about it? Sneak attacks on innocent (white) civilians weren’t really a common part of warfare at the time. Some or all of the villagers would have supported the British or at least pretended to. Not to mention the British soldiers were probably occupying the nearest village. Village sounds really feudal I’m thinking town might be more appropriate okay I’m definitely getting too nitpicky
- End scene is great
Episode 10:
- Ray’s pirate persona is gold
- Why do they ask Jax for his name first? (or do they?)
- Foreshadowing Rip joining the other side? Neat
- Looks like this just needs more details for the climactic battle then you’ll be good
Episode 11:
- The opening is so good
- Adorable engineering duo yes good
- So does the Greenpeace member know about the explosion? How?
- This episode feels a bit short? It’s focused on a single plot that gets resolved relatively straightforwardly. Maybe add subplot(s) and/or throw a wrench in things somewhere?
Episode 12:
- A little hard to follow at first but I think it’s supposed to be
- Does Mick say “who’s Grace?”? That seems to imply that he recognizes the other names.
- This has the potential to be really creepy I like it
- Can Rip be incorporated into this somehow? Or not necessarily be incorporated as the character, but at least mentioned? It feels relevant, since he had the closest relationship to Gideon
Episode 13:
- Could Legion!Len’s reveal be moved? If he’s not heavily involved in the Legion’s main plot for this ep, the previous ep would probably work better with a single big reveal (that oculus!Len is not just a hallucination) rather than two back to back. There could be mentions of a new Legion member (Darhk and Eo discussing Legends in Argentina “We’ll let the new guy handle them,” following orders from him, etc), without Len being revealed until he’s revealed to the Legends, or the end of this episode.
- Really good moral quandaries here.
- You could probably do something with the fact that the team (presumably intentionally) imitates oppressive government agents to get away with kidnapping, even if it is for a good cause. That’s gotta make them uncomfortable. (Mick seems like he’d probably be the most chill with it, Jax seems like he’d be really uncomfortable, and I could see Stein going either way.)
- Maybe include one or more OCs or historical figures in a major role to add a human element to the conflict
Episode 14:
- How does Rip find out? Does he already know?
- So is the thing on the throne not the spear piece?
- Tudor jewelry would probably not involve wood. They were big on showy jewels and metals. Maybe it’s in a fancy locket and rumored to hold part of the cross or something? You could have Anne make some sort of joke about how it’s probably fake. Artifacts like that were very common and almost never what they claimed to be.
- Henry’s feeling a little flat here, but that might just be the outline format
- This is another one that could use a subplot or two
- MICK BURNS DOWN THE GLOBE I LOVE IT
Episode 15:
- I like the option of Hex reacting badly to Rip
- Carter and Kendra cameo is really neat
- Continuity error: Len leaves and then says something in scene 6
LOTREWRITE: Len probably shouldn't leave since he has a big leaving sequence in the next episode
- Lots of good stuff here
- Make sure Lily stuff lines up with the following episode
LOTREWRITE: Lily should probably show up and have the argument with Stein in this episode, since the next one is very crowded
Episode 16:
- Make sure Lily stuff lines up with previous episode
- Bart Allen is from around this time period too. Can he cameo somehow?
- I love this entire concept
- All the hostages taken are women. Is there specific reasoning behind this? If not, maybe reconsider hostage choices
- So Lily is volunteering to be a hostage, not switch sides? That was a little unclear.
- I love the Monty Python joke. But it might be a little too anvil-y? Maybe change the wording from “what is your favorite color?” to “pick a color”?
- How are the trials being administered? Verbally with spoken answers? Touchscreen? Fancy buttons?
Episode 17:
- Cameo suggestion: A young Selina Kyle. The joke is that the found family she’s talking about consists entirely of cats. This can either be revealed to Jax via innocuous comment that wouldn’t make sense if referring to a human (something about litter boxes?) or revealed to the audience later when she looks at a picture in her wallet or something.
- I love Legion!Len being fed up this is a Good Scene
- The Legends make him cake aww
- That ending man
- Another episode that could use a bit of fleshing out. A little focus on what the other Legends are doing specifically might be enough.
Episode 18:
- Love the cold open
- Kendra cameo!
- Why would putting Ray in a toga convince the guard to let him pass?
- I’d add a subplot or a lot more happening at the gladiator fight. Does Darhk attempt to cheat? How does Sara counter that? Is she tempted to kill him? Maybe she could have a scene before or after where she talks to someone about her past with the League of Assassins and how sometimes she still has to fight those instincts? Even though she saved Laurel, he still almost killed her and Laurel is still almost completely out of reach for Sara so there’s got to be some pent-up anger there.
Episode 19:
- HI YES YOU’RE INCLUDING MORDRED LET ME LOVE YOU
- I can tell that you know your Arthurian legend or at least did some research this makes me so happy the Camelot episode was disappointingly generic in the official season but this is so much better
- MICK AND MORDRED TALKING ABOUT BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF I HAVE ASCENDED
- Yeah sorry I should have more constructive criticism but my brain kinda just starts screaming in delight at any mention of Mordred so just know that you did a good and there aren’t any glaring plot inconsistencies
Episode 20:
- Snart is totally dedicated to his theme enough to take Antarctica let’s be honest
- I believe there was a reference in a much earlier episode to Harley and Ivy both not returning someone’s calls. Did Harley do something to get back into the Legion’s good graces or…?
- Ted Kord :D
- This just needs more detail, in non-Len-related scenes in particular, which will presumably come with the full thing
Episode 21:
- How is Rip rescued?
- How does Ray contact GL and SS? Also, being in space shouldn’t keep them from being influenced by timeline change, since they’d still be within the bounds of time
- BATFAM!! (I was gonna say that it was surprising no one changed things to keep them from being vigilantes, but that could be because they have secret identities and none of the LoD knows who they are) (Also are you going to include Oracle? You might be able to tie her into Ray’s character arc, since she’s a superhero who not only doesn’t have powers, but is physically disabled.)
- How are you showing the spear going “fuck this“?
- Wait is the implication that pre-doomworld didn’t have Batman or was pre-Batman? Because the gameshow ep mentioned him in one of the trials
- I’m not sure about Sara being the one to throw Mick out. She is a former assassin, and she gave spear pieces to Thawne to save her sister earlier in the season. Seems like she would be among the more lenient. There should at least be some clarification of why. Maybe she’s upset because she was forced back into being an assassin?
Episode 22:
- “proper Time Master captain” ouch
- Sara’s scene with Laurel is lovely
- Why would Ray blow up if he touched the spear?
- “He holds up Cisco’s communication device with the” Finish this sentence
- LEN!!!
- This is a good ending

(spoilers for the ffxv x ffxiv collab below bc i’m... screaming and it’s probably all word vomit-y but like. ffxiv is my current obsession and ffxv is up there in my favorite games so. also read more included bc it got freaking lengthy but that’s just how it goes, and I’M SOOO SORRY MOBILE USERS ALREADY)
overall: good content. there was plenty of refs to the game’s UI and a lot of music from ffxiv was used without reinventing the whole game. and i thought it would be over like the terra battle collab giving u some items but??? it’s not, there’s still like some post-event, optional stuff (more on that later)
event was fun, i’m glad as a person who is trash for these ‘alternate worlds coming together’ that it was actually explained how she got there with the ixal instead of it just being like “they’re just here for the collab”. i guess even the terra battle collab had a simple, decent reason, so. fight wasn’t bad but that’s bc i was playing it practically ‘unsynced’ and nobody ended up dying. but it didn’t seem like?? super easy?? so that’s good. i was worried about that. kinda cool to have a new summon too but half of the time i don’t even call on ramuh bc i’d rather win it myself or come back to it later.
OKAY THE PART THAT I’M LIKE SCREAMING ABOUT THE MOST THO IS WHERE NOCT DISAPPEARS AND THEN THANKFULLY REAPPEARS AND Y’JHIMEI IS JUST LIKE “i was so afraid you’d been whisked away to my world this time!”
and i’m just like. dreaming myself. for that to be the lead for a ffxiv x ffxv collab (that would be timely announced next week tbh at the live letter). noct just getting whisked away from eos and appearing in hydaelyn and just trying to make it back (with the help of y’jhimei’s arcanist (?) friends, maybe?). and then just, reappearing in that spot like he’d been gone for five seconds when he’s been gone for like five days/weeks and he’s just not even sure how to explain it so he’s just like, “no, i think i was just... dreaming.” i wouldn’t expect it for another month or two (or even longer, heck, idc) bc of the starlight celebration coming up and everything, but at least knowing it’s planned is better than nothing. (i also want to note that during the FFXV livestream, it was hinted at, and clearly fan fest was packed enough so maybe... maybe live letter part 2. maybe they couldn’t announce it bc of the content of the ffxv collab or they knew they already had their hands full with all the new announcements. i can dream at least.)
(noct’s freaking smile btw is just. fjdklsf. and freaking prompto just jumping in all excitedly like he does to tell her his name is just... so cute.)
and then y’jhimei stays or w/e and she freaking sets up a shop. where you trade in items or FREAKING ALLAGAN TOMESTONES for items. and how do you get those? by fighting garuda again, of course, like cool, okay, i’m level 62 with noct and 60 with the others (well, before i deposit all of the EXP from the event yeesh) and i pull up to the training orb thing that reminds me of some allagan tech btw and as i’m writing this it calls the quests on the map ‘the howling eye (hard)’ and ‘the howling eye (extreme)’. cute.
SO ANYWAYS, the hard mode is level 45, where it was during the quest. cool. THEN FREAKING EXTREME IS A MOOD AS A PLAYER WHO REALLY DOESN’T LIKE OPTIONAL, HARDER CONTENT YET BECAUSE IT GOES FROM LEVEL 45 TO LEVEL FREAKING 120
and that literally puts garuda on par with the current level cap in the game. freaking. it’s something else. and it kinda makes sense, since this’ll be like, probably the last big new patch to the game. so... that’s a thing.
that’s probably it but yeah. if this event had come like 4 months earlier, i would’ve thought ‘cute’ and thought not more of it. but it’s 3-4 months after i started playing ffxiv and i just. i really want a ffxiv collab event now. give me those kingsglaive glamour that everyone’s been talking about with some cute little minions/figures of the characters (and some ffxv themed food, maybe?), or heck, throw in a little extra effort for the regalia with 4 seats that can transform into type f when you fly in the open world areas (though i suppose something like that would be behind optional items, but heck, people want multi-seated mounts. if they can’t do it now bc of limitations, at least do it post-5.0 launch.)
i just really wanted to get this all out so, that’s all for now, guess we’ll see what happens in like... about a week now about the ffxiv side of things?? i don’t have strong hopes but i still have hopes and i’m just also hoping that i lean more on ffxiv announcements for 4.5 instead.

Epcot 2011
January 16, 2011 Photo Album
I've always looked at Epcot as a 'learning park'. I love museums and I love interactivity, but there wasn't a whole lot at Epcot that I felt was a must do. Thankfully, though, we planned on spending a good chunk of our day at Epcot, and because the park is SO massive, the lines weren't bad at all. Plus the park is just amazing. We arrived at the park's rear entrance after walking around the Boardwalk area (after our boat ride). I took over 700 photos in three days, and about a third of them were at Epcot. The park really is just that amazing. I could definitely go back and spend an entire day there just visiting countries and eating. Mmmmm...eating...
I'll be honest, it's been about two weeks as of this writing since I was there, and all of my photos aren't really in order since I used 3 different cameras, so I'm going to go about this the best I can. We arrived and walked around World Showcase a little first, before heading into future world. As far as the first attraction I have photos of, I think we did Mission: Space first. This ride is something I'd been looking forward to for a LONG time. But I was also kind of nervous as I really didn't want to get sick or worse, knowing how intense this ride is. Still, the wait wasn't very long at all, so we headed in.
Mission: Space-I finally understand how the ride works now. I had it all wrong. I have to say, though, that this was a really fun ride. Kind of claustrophobic, but a lot of fun. I loved pushing buttons and activating sounds and lights and what not. The pre-show for this one was better than Dinosaur, that's for sure. As for the ride its self, you pull some major forces, and the effects on screen were really well done. I couldn't believe how intense the launch was. This was a great addition that fits in with being thrilling and educational and I'm glad I got to ride. Now I kind of want to try the less intense version.
We looked at the interactive games at Mission: Space for a bit before heading out. Test Track was right there, but the line was rather long so we went and explored Future World a bit more, taking pictures at the front of the park of Spaceship Earth and what not. Since there was no line for Spaceship Earth we decided to ride that next. I have to say, it was really a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the soundtrack, especially when we were at the top of the sphere. It's amazing what all they had in there. After Spaceship Earth, we took more pictures and then finally TRONorail came by! I actually got a couple decent photos of it, too. Plus some nice panoramic shots. Seriously, if you have an iPhone, get the 360* app. Totally worth it.
We headed over to The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Cute ride, I enjoyed riding in the sea shells. Nemo was a great film, and it's obvious that he's still pretty popular, is he represented in each park? The show at Animal Kingdom, this ride, Turtle Talk, what else? Anywho, Nemo was fun and very cute, but I'm a dark ride fan. After we got off the ride we spend some time looking at the fish in the aquarium. Once outside, though, Matt and I got ice cream Mickey Mice. I love those things, but they tasted even better at Disney. Odd, but whatever.
Next we headed over to see a legend who is no longer with us. Disney is still showing Captain EO. I thought this was a Speilburg film, but actually it was Francis Ford Coppola, with a writing credit given to George Lucas. I stepped on some people sitting on the floor in the very dark pre-show. Maybe you shouldn't sit on the floor in front of the entrance when gigantic guys like me walk into the room, eh? Anywho, Captain EO was neat. Not all of the effects returned, I read, but the 3D was there. Sadly, 3D gives me a headache. Not sure if its from the Lazik or what, but I have to take the glasses off during parts of it. But seriously, only Disney could turn a music video into an attraction. I almost got one of the Captain EO shirts, and Matt was eyeing a Hooter stuffed elephant thingy. The Save The World song wasn't bad, but I don't think I'd ever heard the 2nd song, Another Part of Me. Classic MJ right there. And at least now I can say I saw EO.
And is it just me or did the trash people kind of look like BORG? And didn't the trash queen remind you of the BORG Queen? And if you were a Trek Geek like me and had the book with photos of what she was originally going to look like, you'd see that apparently someone that worked on First Contact had been inspired by Captain EO. Which might be why they had to change it, as some early drafts of the BORG Queen really looked like the Queen in EO. After that we headed to Test Track and got in the single rider line, which took about 20-30 minutes.
Test Track-It was a neat ride, but I was kind of anticipointed. Heck, I took my brother's Iroc past 100mph before once, and it wasn't nearly as controlled as this. But going thru the test track was interesting. The seats were rather comfortable, and the acceleration test was kind of neat. I liked it, but it wasn't quite as 'thrilling' as I expected. I liked it more on a dark ride basis, and in that, I thought it was unique.
So once we were finished with all of the big stuff back there, we headed back to World Showcase. It's like being in a totally different park. First order of business was getting a frozen margarita. It didn't do much at first, but then I found the alcohol. Even though my feet were killing me, we walked around the entirity of World Showcase. I'd really like to spend more time there just visiting the pavilions, but we did visit a few. Canada was fun, I enjoyed O Canada in circlevision (even if there were no Mounties, and the operator swore they didn't say 'eh' in Canada, although I know for a fact that's a lie). Ever since the Vancouver Olympics, my already there desire to visit Canada has been growing. And this just made it worse. I really have to get to Canada soon.
We also did the Maelstrom water ride, which was lots of fun. I've wanted to do that for years, after seeing it in an old Disney promo video that they sent me. It didn't disappoint, but dang was that line long. At 7:30 we had reservations at the Nine Dragons restaurant in the China Pavilion. Wow. The food was outstanding. I had a spicy cucumber salad as an app that was out of this world, and then I had steak and shrimp. The steak was seriously one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. I didn't expect this kind of food at a theme park, even if everything we had ate up to this point was good. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff was good. I also had a melon/cucmber drink with vodka (I think) in it that was especially good. Matt didn't care for it.
We toyed with riding the dark ride at the Mexican pavilion but didn't because we wanted to watch Illuminations. We'd missed most of Wishes the nite before, but some people (cough*Josh Wozny*cough) claimed this was the better show, so Matt got another margarita and then we found a place to watch. The show was nice, but I wasn't every blown away by it. I was amazed at the little bit of Wishes I saw, so I want to get back to that soon. Still, it was better than any regional theme park's fireworks show that I've seen.
Once Illuminations was over, everyone was leaving the park. We got to the monorail station and waited for TRONorail to take us over to the Transportation Station so we could hit up Magic Kingdom. The park was open later AND we had Extra Magic Hours till 2:00am. Would I make it that long? I was already tired and in pain.
