Blog Post 2: Sculpting and Modeling
Title: Overcoming Challenges in a “bit” of 3D : Sculpting in ZBrush and Modeling in Blender
The next stage was to model the character in ZBrush and other more details and changes in the program called as Blender. With this being a post from a beginner to ZBrush, this phase was challenging and at the same rewarding at times.
youtube
Sculpting in ZBrush: So, using Sketchfab, I copied a base male model to ZBrush to start modeling the mechanical suit. The learning curve was steep here, but I used intermediate level tutorials in YouTube to help me. These tutorials were particularly useful while learning about brushes, sculpting and some of the features of ZBrush.
Tumblr media
Using Blender for Additional Modeling: For the mechanical tools and accessories I decided to go with Blender. It was also easy to navigate; I was able to create complex geometry and even hone on details. Blender was also used for the UV unwrap of the suit and low poly modeling.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Challenges and Solutions: 1. Working on accurate mechanical outlines in ZBrush was rather challenging. Also I used some navigation videos like Intermediate ZBrush Sculpting Tutorial to enhance my efficiency.
youtube
2. Blender’s UV tools also assisted the proper unwrapping for texturing in the subsequent phase, although texturing was not done at this level.
youtube
The modelling phase comprises problem-solving and improved knowledge of sculpting and modelling production processes that were exercised during this phase. Both tools had their strengths which provided a good basis of the final presentation of the project.

Muhammad Humza Zahid: Texturing Phase and Collaboration with Team Members
The following task involved the pod texturing process after finishing the basic model construction and UV unwrapping procedures. My first efforts in Substance Painter involved working with standard textures because I wanted to apply basic materials to a surface while experimenting with distinct surface effects. I discovered that Substance Painter served me well in my first extensive usage because the tool provided me better texturing capabilities than traditional 3D painting methods.
The textured concept of the pod which Sidhart sent me at this stage helped me finalize the direction for implementing final textures. The reference work from Sidhart gave me better understanding of how the pod would appear when completed. Based on this concept I went back to texturing the pod within Substance Painter to improve its surface details.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This specific project shines because of its collaborative approach toward the team members. The joint work efforts and mutual sharing of progress steps led our project toward more creative achievements. Partnering with other team members was essential for undertaking our combined roles toward establishing an immersive experience as a whole.

hmm I've got to write my little SCP fics i have a little coolwar thing . In my brain. unfortunately i have so many tasks to do rn but here's the rundown
- it's all abt tangerine. i like him. he's a pretty bad secret agent Heart. it also takes place over a much longer set of time in my brain, and i think his adjustment into this little friendgroup he's found would be Fun and silly.
- it is also not not about joey tamlin, because tho i don't think there's any like intentional link w/ cwJoey and 13 I've made them. I am putting him in situations. it's Tan's POV so the situations are not actually coherently explained but it is about Tangerine trying to figure out what on earth the Tamlins Are. he is having no help in the matter.
- Jessie Tamlin as a whole tbh i like her :) Unfridges your girl relative that exists solely for some guys angst. except it gets a bit weird. Wow what an idyllic pair of nuclear family abiding siblings ! It would be a shame if this was bizarrely manufactured out of a deep sense of loneliness and then eventually the timeline had to course-correct
- there was like a plot of coolwar but i just like the artists messing around. there is no overarching brain plot they just cause problems on purpose and Tan has to deal with this

Watches My Dinner with Andre is such a fascinating movie.
Wallace and Andre represent two differant sides of the ideological spectrum. Andre is a rich sucessful director whos been all over the world and Wallace is a struggling playrite and actor who can barely pay his bills.
Andre speaks at great length about his own spiritual awakening and remarks that people have lost touch with reality, but as time goes on it becomes clear that his own position of wealth has caused him to become completely detaches and his views come from a place of immense priviledge, looking down on and disregarding the experiances of the common man.
Wallace, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. Hes been stuck in survival mode for so long that hes lost his love of art and beauty to the point where the very idea of not doing something for a purpose is outright scary to him.
In those two ideological extremes meet, the very nature of what it means to exist and human nature as a whole is called into question. Why DO we feel the need to put these performative barriers up to keep ourselves from having real human connections, even when we crave them? Does enlightenment really come from jetting off to the ends of the earth or are we simply writing off what we believe is mundane despite actively living in and experiancing it every day? Is it better to find meaning in completely random sets of circumstances or to accept that they simply just ARE without any greater meaning? The movie doesnt try to answer these questions nor does it take sides but the two of them walk away wiser for having their deeply held beliefs challenged in a safe, friendly envoirnment.
Great movie, definitely reccomend if you can sit through 2 hours of people talking.

hi astro as your first meta ask, tell us about the extent of overhaul’s mysophobia, and the physical reactions he might have to contamination!
Tumblr media
i'm so glad you asked! the first thing i want to point out is that i use the manga as my reference here, rather than the anime. the anime portrays him breaking out in hives every time unwanted contact happens to him, which isn't really the case.
let's break this down.
to fully understand the extent of his mysophobia, we need to first understand where it comes from. before being abandoned by his father, kai was always rather senstive and fairly sickly. he regualrly caught common colds, flus, whatever was going around that season. that on top of his sensitivity made him a whiny, needy child. that, on top of mental health issues in his father (exaggerated by the loss of kai's mother), kai was abandoned.
trauma and changes to envoirnments can cause ocd to develop in children. the trauma of being abandoned rooted in kai as anxiety, which then fully developed into obsessive compulsive disorder. this wasn't exactly realized at the time, as traumas such as these (on top of being homeless as a child and trying to survive) force you in a constant fight or flight mode. he didn't have the emotional comprehension at the time to really piece together why he started behaving certain ways. though back to my original point, on top of being a naturally sick kid, having no shelter, no source of food, and constantly contaminated, kai was sick - often. a sick kid is a real easy target on the streets for other hungry people. despite being too weak to fight back most of the time, he chose to do so anyway (which ended in more bruises and broken bones than he can count).
that said, from infancy and on, sickness and disease meant bad things for kai. while living on the street, it was something he believed he had to just "deal" with. it became a state of normalcy for him. filth, disease, hunger, and sickness was all he knew. he was trapped in this envoirnment that was out to "get" him.
this outlook began to change when he was taken into the orphanage. after all of these changes and traumas gone through, the ocd really began to take shape. now that kai was fed regularly and had the ability to clean himself, the obsession with germs and sickness specifically, began to really show itself. once you're out of the envoirnment that hurt you for so long, it can be hard, especially for a child, to move beyond it - and when it's all you've known, it can be difficult to bring yourself out of that and feel safe in your current envoirnment. kai's case was exactly that. he started scrubbing himself until his skin ached to almost "prove" to himself that he was clean. he regularly changed his clothes and sheets, and often stole janitorial supplies to routinely clean his space in the orphanage.
as we know, kai wasn't entirely taken off the streets, either. when they were sent to school or played outside, kai was subjected to that filth again, which only heightened his obsession with being home and getting clean. when at the orphange, we see him distance himself from the other kids. when not scrubbing or itching himself, he was reading. when renting books from the library, he always grabbed books related to medical topics, whether this be equipment, picture books, or something about diseases, etc - he studied it. unfortunately for kai, he's incredibly smart, and went through many more books than he should've at his age. this, again, worsened his obsession. to the point where quirks, themselves, were believed to be a sickness.
Tumblr media
being taken in by pops was a massive blessing. by then, kai would've needed years of therapy and inpatient treatment to really iron out the worst of his symptoms. however, pops provided him with strict order and routine. kai knew what each day looked like and the envoirnments he could expect to encounter on each day. this, thankfully, eased his anxiety enough to bring him out of his selectively mute state, but not enough to undo all of the "truths" kai had taught himself.
as trust was built between kai and pops, kai was given more freedoms. this is when he starts wearing his black mask and gloves. he also starts arranging his space to be exactly how he envisions. this means fabrics that are less likely to get dirty, surfaces that are easy to clean, and of course, regular cleanings to this room. kai was also given a private education, which meant a faster education in kai's case - and while education is a great thing, it worked to both kai's benefit and against him. the more he learned about germs and sickness and quirks, the more he fixated. this went on to encourage him to pursue medical school.
despite how medical school may have been a henderence to him, since he's constantly around germs in that envoirnment, he actually thrived. he already knew so much going into it, that he excelled at a rapid pace. this is why kai could've been such a good healer. however, the shie hassaikai and his loyalty to pops took priority over it - and so, his obsession won out in the end.
we're talking two decades of an untreated severe case of ocd and mysophobia. i do think that while pops was a blessing for him, the yakuza life was not. being in the yakuza forced kai to do things that triggered his compulsions, and then made them worse with no counseling. all the while, there was stress on kai to one day take pops' place and lead the shie hassaikai - and as we know, stress can heighten compulsions.
by the time we meet him in the story, kai wears a plague mask to "keep out the filth". inside his mask, he has packs of different herbs and petals to filter out germs before air reaches his nose and mouth. we know he takes regular baths to decontaminate himself, and i think he routinely takes these on top of bathing after being dirtied: when he wakes up, when he comes back from an outing (with a change of clothes), and at nighttime. his gloves and masks are regularly switched out, too. he scrubs himself until his body is raw and red, sometimes for hours if he's having a bad episode.
once the head of the hassaikai, their base is kept almost to his standard of cleanliness. he understands it's unrealistic to expect everyone to be as clean as he is, but you better believe that underground base is typically spotless. and its unfortunate that eri, for him, was seen as the solution to this contamination he could never seem to get rid of. in the end, this obsession won kai out of his own humanity.
in regards to touch, his quirk relies on it, so i think it's unlikely that he breaks out in hives every time he touches someone. if its for his cause, he'll hate touch, but he can rationalize it in his mind. this started from a very early age. when his quirk manifested and then used to his benefit (to steal food, to win fights), it was rationalized that he "had" to do it, no matter the consequences to himself or the other person. this game of mental gymnastics to acquaint himself with touch was mastered. by the time he was a teen and then an adult, he had it down. any touch could be justified, no matter how brutal, disgusting, or the duration.
however, when unwanted contact happens to him, he does have reactions. most of the time, it's nausea and anger. the nausea is swallowed down (emetophobic), while the anger is what's acted upon. we see this with magne, and we see it with compress. he loses his cool and acts accordingly. other physical reactions he often has to contamination are a heightened blood pressure, uncontrolled thoughts, feeling his heart racing, hives - occasionally. very similar symptoms one might experience when about to have an anxiety or panic attack. it's imperitive that kai remove himself from the situation to keep that from happening.
his biggest trigger is unknown substances. if he's around something he can't recognize, he either needs to know what it is immediately, or remove himself from it. additionally, he hates the thought of contaminated air. one of the sicknesses he struggled with as a kid was asthama. when exposed to contaiminated air, he will likely suffer from asthmatic symptoms. he'll cough or need an inhaler, but those are mostly psychosomatic symptoms.
but yeah, those are my general thoughts. he's no stranger to wanted touch, but unwanted touch will trigger that fight or flight sense. in short, kai's mysophobia is something he's dealt with as a child, and only worsened by the conditions he grew up in.

me: bitcoin is bad for the envoirnment
my uncle: that doesn't make sense
me: well i don't really understand it either but this article from the new yorker written by a pulitzer prize winning journalist explains how it is (among other articles i have read over the years. also wikipedia)
my uncle: ok well this random youtube video made by a channel that describes itself as a channel made by "bitcoiners", among other things, says that that conclusion from the new yorker was based on faulty logic
me: ok

Cleaning is not understood by many people.
Where i live my room and clothes , the envoirnment is more influental than kissing, or greetings .
It is a defintion where thoughts will be triggered.
I proved this as i move from rooms in hotels, (im changing my life about.
I had completely different thoughts from one room to another and even if i change to a new room in the same hotel.
Affecting more, my thoughts , ie time to shop. What i will buy, and if i eat how my feelings give me hmmm im ok or i can do better, I dont know ?
I work at this more than most people because I have lived through early childhood trauma and seek now identification of triggers that drive me.
A trigger to make me do things as one might do if i was starting a family.
At 60 yrs , I question the sanity of continuing to work and remove a new couples , or younger persons resorces to succeed with thier dreams. Love and all that!
So i spin out to orbits>/ exploring, this may attract a comment that might be triggered to think , say to themselves = 'Ohh you will do", and a community or group or another person presses factory reset and the churlbs there.3/<>*#
Ring for a butler ? Helooooooo.?
So cleaning is the key.
I got my skin in parts clean to breathe.
In each room i need to clean to allow me to sleep needs applying the same approach to my skin.
Note your thoughts as you clean.
I'm writing this morning with less errors.
These overtime are profound. And enable a person to buy accurately thier needs and a want.
If I am very poor I wont spend so much that is important to not return to poverty. And have enough.
Do not employ a Butler and or a Maid.
Clean your own clothes and your room.
The clothes and room, keep the food [an animal and plant that was slaughtered] happy in a person.
Any person.
Clothes, clean clothes , make sure we i dont overeat.
I use that food energy efficently keeps me safe.

She'd shared no interest, as some of her fellow Bene Gesserit, father- including all of their guards, and the packed crowd, in watching the fight inside the arena. She'd hear about it, surely from Reverend Mother and her father, but this was one issue she would press back on. Watching men fight to the death was the last thing she wanted to see nor could she stomach the applause for it. And so, Irulan had sat tucked away in Feyd's preparation room, trying to distract herself enough with a book she'd snuck in to stop hearing the shrieks from men and the roaring crowd just outside.
Her eyes hadn't even flickered to the door when it opened, already knowing it was the ever-standing champion. They don't speak a word to each other, Feyd's silence coming as a surprise to her, but she won't complain.
Minutes pass until finally the Princess glances over at the Na Baron, watching as he began to clean his body of the black paint that covered his upper body. It only takes her a few moments to find the scar, brows creasing at the placement and curvature of it. And the words come out before she can even try to stop them.
His response is equally as shocking as his silence had been, it only causing her brows to crease more, but she turns her attention back to her book- though it doesn't hold her attention. "Your lying." A fool. Only a fool would accuse the notorious Feyd Rautha of such a thing, and perhaps it was foolish to assume that he wouldn't kill her- though she knew he wouldn't. Not unless he wanted his pathway to the throne demolished.
"Warriors train with Holtzman Shields, even the pain loving Harkonnens. However, a wound like that would show weakness and given your Uncle's ruling of fear and terror, he'd never allow for such a misstep to happen. Not from training. You should have said from battle...that would have been slightly more believable....not that I wouldn't have known the truth behind that either. I know your battle "experience" ....but even more than that, when you lie, there's the faintest quiver in your eyes. You're good at it, and I'm sure the Reverend Mother wouldn't even notice it, but I do." The page of her book is turned.
".....That's alright, I suppose. You don't have to tell me. I have a scar just below my left ear after one of my younger siblings and I got into a fight and she hit me while wearing one of my mother's rings. I know how they can be, and given this envoirnment, I can imagine your disputes with your family could get a little more intense."
Tumblr media
@inn0cencestrained / Irulan asked, “How did you get this?” (scar meme)
Lankiveil envies the blue of his eyes as they flicker, in-out, toward her. Languid as the remainder of his carved posture, save for the tension that roots deep, deep down, so close to his bones that the marrow rebels. Too close.
Before the mirror, he takes a rag to the blackblackblack war paint-- it's made of the ashes of the fallen, that's what they whisper in the arena-- that dons his rectus abdominis. It only smears in the afterthought of cleanliness.
Attention to the imperfection, unwilling to offer his recoil. A gift-- because uncle's give the best gifts, don't they?-- painted unpretty just below the umbilicus. Sidways-etched, two millimeters outstretched, upwards.
If she can see the way his gut wilts, he'd be less. Lesser than.
Tumblr media
Lies caress his soft palate.
"From training."

due to popular demand (2 mutuals and me) i present to you my top ten movies watched in 2024!
i wanted to be fair and in the actual top 10 i've only included movies that premiered in 2024 in poland (with one exception) but i've also made a honorable mentions list and top short movies (because they deserve as much attention as feature films!). so, here it is! enjoy!☺
10. All Of Us Strangers (Andrew Haigh, 2023) 4/5 stars
It's one of the rawest, most intimate films I've ever seen. It makes you feel like and intruder of someone's deepest thoughts and feelings, as if you were reaching directly into the main characters' minds, souls and hearts. It's uncomfortable in the best possible way and it's very very real. The dialouges are so honest and emotional and gave me chills, some of the shots are out of this world and made me feel like I was personally there, basking in the sunlight or smelling the smoke. AND Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal are a perfect duo, their acting was so believable it makes you forget you're watching something fictional. It has it's flaws yes, but it also made me think about it for days. It's like a healing fever dream in which you're trying to make things better.
9. Evil Does Not Exist (Ryūsuke Hamaguchi, 2023) 4/5 stars
Damn. This one. You know, I wasn't really sure about it at first bc it is frustrating but then I think this film wants you to question it and that's a good thing about it. It's all about perspective and whether you actually believe that evil does not exist. It's a good reflection on grief, cruelty, humanity and how we choose to exist in this world. I wish it reflected more on nature and how we influence the envoirnment around us BUT I also understand why it didn't. It has a beautiful score from Eiko Ishibashi and some hypnotising, breathtaking cinematography. And it proves that evil does in fact exist and is stored in annoying glamping guys who disturb your routine and plan to destroy your envoirnment and community. Also, I'm impressed in Hamaguchi's ability to create a slow cinema film that's under 2 hours, that manages to actually give the story space it needs and resolves all important plot points.
8. Sometimes I Think About Dying (Rachel Lambert, 2023) 4/5 stars🖤
Touching and relatable in ways I wouldn't expect. It was a pretty personal watch for me so I might be biased but I think it's a very interesting take on mundanity, death (and fantasizing about it) and the mortifying ordeal of being known. The cinematography is beautiful, the story is written and told in such a gentle and understanding way, Daisy Ridley is simply great and the music score gives it all a nice touch and sets the mood perfectly - everything works together very well. Justice for boring girls who fantasize about death and live inside their heads!
7. The Beast (Bertrand Bonello, 2023) 4,5/5 stars
It NEVER went the direction I expected it to go and that's a VERY good thing in this case. It crawls under your skin and feels a little haunted. It's unpredictible so it keeps you guessing and wondering all the time and it never gives you a simple answer (and trust me, you'll have a lot of questions watching this), even at the end of the movie. It's a very complex reflection on relationships and love, modern world and gender dynamics, technology and history. It's surreal and realistic at the same time. Yes, you need to be patient with this film but it's worth it. Everything shown, said and done in this movie has its' purpose. And I'm in awe of Seydoux's and MacKay's acting here, it's incredible how they managed to play multiple characters that are basically the same people in different timelines and yet I couldn't recognise them sometimes.
6. Perfect Days (Wim Wenders, 2023) 4,5/5 stars 🖤
Well, it turns out I'm a sucker for some slow cinema. Another film that demands patience from you but it was one of the most memorable watches for me this year. I could watch Hirayama-san go about his life for 10 more hours. Yes, it's a little cliche but it also works because it knows exactly what it wants to achieve. It shows the beauty and freedom in the mundane and it also shows the prettiest public bathrooms you could imagine ajkfgjsfjadsgfaj no, but seriously, I really appreciate this movie for showing that sometimes "a boring life" is just... a good one. You don't need to do great things, you don't need to kill your soul for labor, you don't have to be proud of every choice in your life but it's also not worth it to dwell on the past. It's about whether you're satisfied with how you live now and your life can just be... ordinary. What's important is - are you free and living in harmony and true to yourself?
Some shots here are magical but what caught my attention the most was the sound design and how it adds to the story. I could talk about this movie for hours but I'll stop here.
5. How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies (Pat Boonnitipat, 2024) 4,5/5 🖤
Have you seen all the videos of people sobbing in theatres as the credits of this film play in the background? I'm happy to inform that all this videos are true and I sobbed like a baby. I have a strong loving relationship with my grandma so this film was a very personal watch for me and a bitter-sweet one too. Guys, this film is a warm hug on a cold day, it's a beautiful, touching story about appreciating your loved ones (even if you lie to yourself that you don't actually care about them) and saying goodbye to them, when you really really don't want to. But it also made me laugh a lot and this is just how life is right? It's bitter-sweet and there's never enough time with the ones you love but it's still worth it. Some beautiful shots, great acting and a simply lovely story.
4. Challengers (Luca Guadagnino, 2024) 4,5/5 stars 🖤
Oh, where do I even start. I must admit that I was sceptical at first with all the hype this movie had and then I regreted SO MUCH that I didn't manage to see this in cinema😭 I just know I would've had an out of body experience. This movie had me sitting on the edge of my seat, pacing around the room, gasping and cheering. The tension is incredible but the pacing is also really good so the story isn't rushed but keeps you intrigued the whole time. The soundtrack is crazy good and got me hooked from the start, the main characters are so interesting and the cast did an amazing job. The final 30 minutes of this movie?! OUT OF THIS WORLD, I'm so serious. Challengers is like watching a very intense match of tennis between a divorced couple and their lover. Literally! And you will have the best time ever watching them and you will get involved and take sides. It's very fun and the cast is incredible, brain goes brrrr!
3. Anatomy of a Fall (Justine Triet, 2023) 4,5/5 stars 🖤
This film has it all. COURT DRAMA, great cast, trilingual queen accused of killing her asshole husband, dog's acting that's better than half of film industry, amazing child acting as well, hot loser lawyer, great script that never lets you get bored and cinematography that makes you feel like you're a part of it all. What I love about Anatomy of a Fall is that it forces you to come to conclusions yourself, not giving you an actual answer. Whether the main character is guilty or not is actually up to you. There were moments where I was totally hypnotised and immersed in the story with my whole body. It's complex but executed very well, so there's no loose plot points and there are so many details too but you also have to decide yourself if they matter or not. And the multilingual part is done SO WELL, it shows the struggle of existing in a foreign country, being forced to use languages that are not yours to build an image of yourself that can never be really true because it's not in your mother tongue and how it affects you in a very honest way imo. I kind of can't wait to watch it again.
2. Wham! (Chris Smith, 2023) 4,5/5 stars 🖤
(Okay, hear me out. So technically I watched this in 2025 already BUT! It was in the first days of january so in my head it still counts as 2024, okay? Okay. And besides, I really want to put it on this list because it belongs here.)
It's not easy to make a decent documentary and it's hard to make a good one. This one? It's very very good, great even. The editing and songs choices are excellent and the whole production feels like a conversation between George and Andrew, them recalling memories as if they were telling you their story at a cozy party. It made me miss Wham! and George a lot but it also made me appreciate Andrew a lot more and understand both of them better. It's lovely to see and hear their perspective on the whole phenomem that was Wham!. It's definitely my new comfort watch <3
1. Monster (Hirokazu Koreeda, 2023) 5/5 stars 🖤
AND THE WINNER IS... MONSTER!!! MOVIE OF THE YEAR, MOVIE OF THE DECADE, MOVIE OF THE CENTURY. TO ME! I've seen it several times, I've had the soundtrack on repeat for the whole year, it's my new comfort watch, I want to give it a whole chapter in my master's thesis, I can not shut up about it ever since I've seen it, it's serious. This film means so much to me at this point that it's hard to describe with words, but I'll try.
If you've seen any Koreeda's films before, you know the drill. He likes to tell subtle stories about what makes us human but he's never idealistic about it, most of the time it's just brutal truths about our world shown in a beautiful way. But he never leaves viewers without hope. And that's what Monster is as well.
It's about two boys, who become friends but we don't know that at first. The story is told from 3 perspectives - the mother's, the teacher's and finally the boys'. And it's an excellent choice because we get to learn everyone's motives behind their actions and then the actual course of events when it's time for the boys' perspective. It's not just "same story told from different POVs" - each POV brings something completely new and focuses on diffrent details. It's told beautifully, with so much understanding for each character and it's just so. gentle. You're waiting for the perspectives to collide, for bits and pieces to connect and show the whole picture and when they do... Let's just say, it's a rollercoaster of emotions. The story is simple but so complicated at the same time. It asks, who is the monster? Is being a monster actually a bad thing? Who decides about all that? I think it's an interesting choice of Koreeda's to answer these questions with this story and these characters.
I love so many things about this movie. It's a story I didn't know I needed. It's like watching someone's distant memories, it's like watching something, that will happen soon. The soundtrack from Ryūichi Sakamoto is perfect and only adds to that feeling. Actors? 12/10, amazing job, especially from the kids and Sakura Ando. The cinematography? Excellent.
I sobbed obnoxiously, I laughed, I was devastated, it was the most cathartic watch for me this year and in general. If you were to watch only one film from my list, I want it to be this one.

Blog Post 3: Baking, Reflections, and Future Plans
Title: Integrating Tools for a "bit" of 3D and Preparing for the Future
The fourth and the last step included burning the high-poly and also the low-poly models in Marmoset Toolbag, for texturing the project. While cutting down the time a bit I was not able to finish the texturing process but this step was still a great progress at the work flow.

Baking in Marmoset Toolbag: Apparently, Marmoset was used to bake some maps that you would use during texturing. This gave a chance to show details made in ZBrush and then using subsurf in Blender but also to quickly switch between higher and lower poly models.
Tumblr media
Reflections on Challenges: As for the fact that I couldn’t texture the model within the deadline, this project helped me develop integrated tools’ skills. Time management of sculpting, modeling and baking was the most useful knowledge that was gained.
Future Plans:
I still need to come back to this project to make the texturing and rendering on the legs done. This will enable me to get the best out of the character bearing in mind the skills I developed while undertaking the assignment. I want to reach that kind of quality to the Uranium Fever from the Fallout.

Thus, this assign was one of the most transformative stages of my learning process. In solving the encounters I come across during the execution of my work across multiple tools, I have enhanced my sculpting skills as well as modeling and baking procedures.

Muhammad Humza Zahid: Reflection and Learning Outcomes
The project delivered an exceptional learning opportunity that let me acquire new methods and enhance my current abilities. The principal aspect of this assignment allowed me to collaborate with transformative immersive systems like the 360° dome system.
Tumblr media
The project required both technical expertise development together with teamwork between various creators from different fields. The educational experience showed me how to unite many artistic points of view to create a unified immersive environment.

The complex software processes of the project required extensive guidance from YouTube tutorials during its duration. I resolved my modeling and texturing and UV unwrapping obstacles by using detailed videos which showed me systematic tutorials. The experience of using Blender and Substance Painter provided me with additional artistic tools that will support my work in upcoming projects.

The multiple rounds of testing facilitated the creation of our pod through the creative process. The outcome proved better than expected as my team and I engaged in ongoing testing along with improvement efforts that turned the final creation into something unpredicted earlier in the process. The creative process within collaborative work and design flexibility proved essential factors in understanding this project through its development.
