oh my gosh anon such a fun question!!! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

in my aventurine selfship where sunday more or less ‘owns’/adopts me, robin and i are merely acquaintances. sunday keeps us separate for the most part—not that robin is home often, anyway—because he knows robin will most likely object (albeit politely) to the way sunday treats me; half father, half boss/employer, full owner. the less robin knows about me, the work i do, and especially the relationship i have with her brother, the better (in sunday’s eyes). as far as she’s concerned, sunday merely provides me with shelter, food, and an important job to provide pleasure to the people of penacony/the dreamscape—not a lie by any means, but vague and missing many important details.

in my sunday selfship, robin and i are friends!!! i met sunday first when we were kids, but he obviously instantly introduces me to his beloved little sister the moment the opportunity presents itself (he wants his two favourite girls to meet!). we get along quite well, and robin, knowing sunday inside and out & back to front, can immediately tell that he likes me; that i am something special to him. and that makes her like me even more, because sunday has such few friends outside of their adoptive father + the many books lining the shelves of his bedroom. i’m closer with sunday, of course, but robin and i have a good relationship as well, spending a decent amount of ‘girl time’ together throughout our childhood and teenage years! secretly, she has always hoped for sunday and i to get together n become a romantic couple (/ω＼)

˚｡⋆♡ 𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐮𝐲𝐚 ♡⋆｡˚ 

lying of any kind, but especially lying via omission, calculated lying—hiding things from him, or purposefully omitting certain details, opinions, or emotions from him, and confiding in someone else instead of him first. 

he is both furious and heartbroken over such behaviour, because he’s so honest and open with you, so trusting and loyal with you, so why can’t you be the same with him? isn’t that how a relationship is supposed to work? the act of bringing your most personal and intimate problems to someone else instead of him would send his mind into a tangled spiral of spiky insecurities, wondering what he did wrong, where he went wrong, why you don’t trust him enough with your deepest secrets or why you don’t want his advice with your darkest issues, how you could do this to him, and, ultimately, if he’s even good enough for you at all. 

this display of utter betrayal would seriously exacerbate his self-esteem issues, sending his already rickety confidence plummeting. he becomes snarky, snappy, and sarcastic with you, his whole demeanor glazed in a thick, hard shield of ice, freezing to the touch and shattering any of your apologies or explanations the moment they come in contact with it.

he’s already snared in suffocating threads of thoughts concerning if this is all his fault, if there’s some sort of issue with him—something wrong with him—that has you feeling as though you can’t share these things with him, or that makes you feel as though you don’t want to share these things with him. the thought has rage seething in his chest, scalding and toxic and burning his lungs with each ragged breath he inhales. the accompanying heartbreak does nothing to cool or soothe his anger, instead grinding salt into the torn-open wound, making it that much more painful. 

it hurts so much, the pressure on his chest too much, heart heavy and full of lead, melting in the fury boiling behind his ribs. and it’s so hot, it’s so hateful, corroding him to the very core of his soul, leaving behind nothing more than a gaping dark hole, edges glowing with cinders; voracious, pitiless, ready to crush his bones beneath it’s agony and swallow him down, swallow him whole, until there’s nothing left. 

and he doesn’t know how to deal with these emotions, has immense trouble controlling and combing through his emotions on a good day, and he finds himself succumbing to their pressure, their power, no matter how hard he tries not to. 

he’s pissed off at you for doing such a thing to him, and he’s pissed off at himself for acting like such an immature little brat over it all, choosing to be cruel and callous and full of sharp passive-aggression instead of communicating properly and talking it out like a fucking adult. 

and he wonders if, maybe, you’re scared of him; scared of his emotions, scared of his reactions, scared of his misunderstandings, his tendency to jump to conclusions, to not think things through, to not listen.

maybe it really is all his fault. maybe he’s been too distant, too unapproachable, too busy and preoccupied with work. maybe he’s inadvertently, unintentionally pushed you away, pushed you into the arms and confidence of someone else, someone better, someone well-suited to understand and relate. 

maybe he really doesn’t deserve you after all.  

˚｡⋆♡ 𝐝𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐢 ♡⋆｡˚

that’s so hard because i genuinely think he is such a difficult person to anger. like the dude has such precise control over his entire body that he can communicate using his HEART RATE, he definitely and very evidently has exceptional control over his emotions. as such, he’d need to really love you, and it would need to be something he didn’t see coming at all—a total surprise, completely unexpected, something he hadn’t planned for because he had assumed it to be impossible. 

as such, cheating is what would anger him most. when he finally enters into a relationship—something serious and deep and scary and real—he is completely and totally 100% devoted to you. in a genuine relationship he gives you ALL of him; the good and the bad and the in-between, and he expects this much from you in return; he expects the same level of devotion and dedication. 

irregardless of this, he doesn’t necessarily stop lying via omission—because i just think this is absolutely another inherent trait to who he is as a person; he has several plans all the time, he likes and values his personal privacy very much—but he’s as honest as he feels he can be with you and only omits things that may jeopardize you or put you in danger; he never omits things for malicious reasons or because he necessarily has something to hide, and as such he always has a good and valid reason for keeping certain things (mostly work related) from you. 

all of this is to say: he would open up to you in a way he never has to anyone else before; he would be vulnerable; exposed, unprotected, ribs pried apart by his own hands—wide open and willing to share his heart with you, no matter how dangerous it may be, no matter the risk or pain or terror involved. he trusts that you will be gentle, careful, cautious; mindful of him and his past and who he truly is at his vey core, accepting of all of him no matter the cost. 

selfishness is an inherent trait within him; it isn’t something he can entirely turn off, though he can more often than not reign it in, subdue it, or tone it down—hide it, mute it, stomp it into something small and sniveling that just barely tinges his life/interactions—until it comes to you, of course. in his most intimate and special relationships, this intrinsic selfishness manifests as extreme possessiveness and protectiveness, as greed and jealousy, as an insatiable desire, hunger, need for you and only you, always. and it is uncontrollable, untamable. 

he would never, ever do such a thing to you, and he had never imagined that the one thing that was supposed to be entirely, wholeheartedly his and his alone could ever not be. 

never in a million years would he expect the one he loves the most—the one he tore his whole chest open for, nails digging into stringy tendons and fingers ripping apart sticky flesh and hands avulsing bone by bone until he got to his core, his center—to shatter his trust in such a way. to take something so precious to him, something he rarely gives out at all, and crush it beneath the heel of their boot until it’s nothing but slim, sharp little slivers buried in dust. 

the thought sends blades of rage searing through his chest, their sharp edges red-hot and glowing, his vision dyed a bloody crimson. your betrayal is ultimate, it’s monumental, it’s worse than anything he’s ever had the misfortune of experiencing before. it completely breaks him beyond repair, fuses his ribs back together in a grotesque and ugly way, never to be opened by anyone ever again, has his heart shriveling up, last drops of love squeezed from it forever. he already had such difficulty with emotions, didn’t often feel guilt or love or happiness or much of anything at all until you wedged yourself into his life, and he’s seen some really horrible and disgusting things in the mafia, but none of it compares to what you’ve done to his chest; how much that hurts, how much it makes his throat clench with dry heaves and his lungs stutter with sobs and his eyes sting with wet disloyalty.

a side note: the other thing that i think would really hurt him is you not making him a priority. he likes to be the center of your life and your attention. it’s fine for you to have (secretly vetted) friends, but when you start putting them and their needs before and above his own, and you start spending more time with them than him, he’s not only going to feel extremely jealous but he’s going to feel extremely hurt, too. once again, his selfishness comes into play here: he wholeheartedly believes he should be your first pick, and should get first pick of you, always, no matter what. he should be the most important person in your life; he should be the one you drop everything for in an instant, without question or complaint.

The room is mostly quiet, the silence punctuated by the click clack of computer keys and the lazy scribble of pens as you and Chan work side by side. A few more pages of notes and you’d be done for the day. 

The night grows, slowly but surely, yet the both of you stay by each other’s sides, working in harmony. The silence is broken finally by a barely stifled yawn, coming out of your mouth. 

‘You tired, darling?’ Chan asks, spinning in his chair to face you. 

‘Not really, just hungry.’ You reply, stretching your arms. 

A beat of silence passes before you make eye contact, his dark brown eyes filling your vision. You already knew what each of you were going to say, but it didn’t matter. 

‘Late night grocery run?’ You both giggle, already getting up to grab your jackets.

‘Sorry, I tried not to let him wake you up.’ He apologises, a small kiss placed on the crown of your head. 

You smile, ‘It’s okay, its high time I woke up anyways.’ You pull the cat into your arms, gently petting his head. 

‘Well that’s right. If you spent anymore time sleeping, you’d end up becoming prettier than me.’ Minho rolls his eyes before joining you on the couch, his head soon finding solace on top of your shoulder.

As for worst and best hair in twst, I will write my thoughts below. I’ll go by dorm, so there is no particular order or ranking. Truthfully, I just wrote my thoughts and simped a lot. ^^;;;

Riddle - I love his hair!!! It’s very cute and red!!! <3 the little heart-shaped ahoge........ he’s the perfect man. The only man to ever exist. orz

Ace - a very fun hairstyle!!! It just looks so,,,, poofy???? Like if I pat his head, his hair will spring right back up because it’s so fluffy??? >_< it’s difficult to describe, but I like his hair a lot. The style suits Mr. Ace wonderfully!!!

Deuce - the color is so pretty!!! Deep navy blue... aaaa so beautiful!!! I don’t have many thoughts regarding his hairstyle, but I do think it fits a lot! It’s a clean, simple style that reflects how Deuce is trying so hard to keep a clean record and become a respectable honors student!! :D

Trey - he’s lucky he’s so good-looking and husband material and that I’m down astronomically bad for him, otherwise I would not be so prone to hyping up his hairstyle. It feels so plain, but then that’s the image Trey has at first glance and I think that's so perfect because you’ll never suspect he is actually quite mischievous!

Cater - I LOVE HIM AND HIS HAIRSTYLE OOOOOOO OTL it’s so fun!!!! The color is also very vibrant!!! But also I like picturing his hair down! All of the artwork I have seen of it... omg he looks so pretty aaaaaa!!! T_T

Leona - HE HAS THE MOST GORGEOUS HAIR AAAAAAAA there’s something about it that’s just,,,,, omg!!!!! Breathtaking. He’s beautiful. So stunning and show-stopping... orz I want to frame him in a picture and always admire him like the artwork he is.

Jack - at first I wasn’t very partial to his hairstyle, but it’s actually very pretty and pleasant!! I like the color (I am not immune to anime men with white/grey hair hehe) and I also like how nicely his ears are situated within his hair. :D it just works so well!!!

Ruggie - rugs..... aaaa he has a cute, messy hairstyle. <3 the sandy blond and the brown is too pretty!!! I could look at him forever hehe. Also his ears!!!! They’re just so adorable. I want to pat him on the head and give him a scratch behind the ears, but I think he would definitely bite me or swat my hands away. ;;;

Azul - ew. terrible tako. worst hair. lame. boo. tomato tomato. >:( (I need him. His hair is so pretty and fluffy and soft and angelic and he is a masterpiece and he has the best hair to run your fingers through while you're making out and the shaved undercut is really cool and I need him and he is so pretty and wow omg he is magnificent and beautiful and best hair.)

Jade & Floyd - I think they might break my ribs if I told them that in the beginning not only did I think they were horrendously unattractive, boring, and unflattering to look at, but I also didn’t like their hairstyle. LOL and now look at where I am.... ^^;;; I have since corrected my ways and now I find their hairstyles very appealing, especially the single dyed strand. It ended up growing on me. I like how even their hairstyles differentiate them and Jade’s explanation of how his hair strand forms a J so it’s easier to tell him and Floyd apart if you look closely at that detail… it’s actually quite cute. :D

Kalim - YES YES YES I LIKE HIS HAIR A LOT!!!!! Another man with white/grey hair who I adore. Every turban-like headband he wears for each of his outfits goes very well with his hairstyle. I just really enjoy it!!! It’s another one that’s hard to describe, but his hairstyle looks so nice and cute. <3

Jamil - his hair…. Where do I even begin? Omg it’s so so sosososososo pretty!!!! OTL the length and braids throughout and even the little metal hair ties(?)/accessories he wears in his hair!!!!! He is stunning. He is the moment. He is everything you could ever want. I’ve always loved Jamil’s hair, especially how long and pretty it looks!!! The color itself is very flattering as well.

Vil - of course I also love Vil’s hairstyle, but this is to be expected considering Vil serves in every outfit and style that ever graces his form!!! He’s so pretty. I understand why Rook hypes him up so much. The soft lavender dye goes so well with the blond!! He is indeed the fairest of them all in my eyes. He’s just so stunning… orz Vil, I am your number one fan and supporter.

Epel - aaaa eppy!!!! For a long while I had his exact hairstyle (and didn’t realize it until I was looking at card art for Epel and was left wondering why his hair looks so familiar), so naturally I love the style!!! His hair looks so soft and pretty, and the purple color is so nice to look at!!!

Idia - OMG HIS HAIR IS SO COOL (or maybe a better word is hot because it's fire)!!!!!!! It's an immaculate hair design... something about fire hair is so amazing, and it's blue and very long!!!! Seeing his hair in a braid in his applepom card continues to feed me. He's so cute. <3

Ortho - like Idia, Ortho's hair is also very cool because it's also fire!!! I find Ortho's entire design really interesting as well. Naturally, there's an explanation for why he is a robot (which is heartbreaking), but I still think it's a very neat character design. And his hair is so fun and bright!!! :D

Malleus - elegant... ethereal... he is beautiful... orz stunning. I bow before you and your beautiful hair, Mr. Horns.

Lilia - I have to appreciate Lilia and his beautiful hairstyle (even if the cut is,,,, certainly something). As someone who also loves to dye their hair neon pink, I must recognize his excellent hair. I also love the little hair strands that curl up to look like horns hehe!!

Silver - I am not immune to anime men with white/grey hair. Silver's hair looks so soft and gentle just like him. He's just so handsome and sweet. T_T like Kalim, Silver could do no wrong. The two of them are the biggest sweethearts in NRC.

Sebek - I genuinely do not know how to feel about his hair, but I think it's styled so cool. >:) he looks sharp. That's the only way I can describe my feelings. I feel as if I will touch his hair and it might cut me. >_< or Sebek himself will cut me before I dare lay a hand upon his head...

Che'nya - AAAA HIS HAIR!!!! Very cool!!!! He looks so scrunkly. No thoughts in his head except mischief. He is so :3c omg <3

Neige - the hairstyle makes him look so kind and gentle!!! I like the color as well. He could do no wrong. orz

Rollo - Rollo, I love you and I could defend you, but not when you're going out in public with that atrocious choir boy cut. But because his hair is white, he becomes even more appealing to me. Thus, I may be inclined to accept his hair. My friends may clown on me for liking him when he has that hairstyle, but he's cute to me. >:( he's lovely to me. He's boyfriend to me. >:(

she’s there on a full scholarship, and comes from a rough home life etc—directly opposing sunday and his wealthy upbringing. there is initially a bit of a pride & prejudice vibe on reader’s part (she thinks sunday is just some stupid rich boy and dreads having to work on a project with him, esp since he’s known to be a pretentious control freak), but that isn’t the main or only conflict between them (that i shall keep a secret ehehehe >:D)

Scara is so cute and lovable when he isn't being a bully. <3 originally, he was going to be very mean and it would be more so punishment sex than anything, but I liked the idea of Scara softening over the fact that it's your first time as well. Even he can be sentimental at times hehe!!

And cooking for you yes!!!! Beyond the death threats, he cares in very subtle ways and one of those is making sure you're always fed. It's perfect domestic malewife energy. Over here's been so cold and I'm not enjoying it at all. Today I went for a little walk and saw a flock of real small shiny cowbirds (which I'd never seen before !) And almost cry bc they were so pretty! Their wings have a little blue iridescence ♡ I tried to take pics twice but since it was a really busy park they just keep flying around fklglg.

Also on the tomato situation.. they gained some color pretty fast and since one fell I just ate it hehe. Hope the other two can stay put a little longer.

Hmm…i imagine that when we’re old we’ll eventually move back to the countryside. Now he likes to pretend he’s a city boy at heart (but i know he’s a LIAR). Yanno, i think we’ll just want to slow down and really enjoy our later years together. He is SO doting, but he doesn’t smother. Just so very tender and always thinking about ways our relationship can make life easier for each other. Contrary to our dark aesthetics, we do enjoy a bit of pda! In public we’re more subdued, but we’re always touching (holding hands, hand around my waist). He does have a “jadey-sense”…it’s like he just KNOWS when I’m up to some bs in public T_T at home we are SUCH softies!
