Generally speaking , we have high energy levels early in the morning after waking up from a good night sleep. As the day progresses, depending on the kind of work or tasks we perform, our energy level starts to wear out. It’s very common these days to feel lethargic very close to lunch time which is only quarter of the time into our day.
Don’t stress you are not alone in this, like I said, it is getting very common. From managing work, house, kids and socialising, your body starts to feel it . Low energy can be due to several reasons. Most of the time it’s lifestyle factors such as lack of sleep, physical exertion, poor nutrition, or stress
When we are tired and exhausted, it is easy for us to reach out for coffee or chocolates or other high sugar snacks or drinks to boost our energy levels. It works for a short period but 30 minutes later we are back to square one.
Well, to start with managing your working hours by setting clear rules for yourself and getting sufficient sleep will be a good start. Secondly, keeping a check on your diet to be full of nutrition such as protein, good carbs, vitamins and minerals. Adapting these few tips to increase energy levels fast can help you kick start to reformed and healthy lifestyle.

1.       Its important to put the right nutritions in your body. Having 4-5 healthy nutritionally dense meals a day, will give you the energy to keep going all day long.
 2.       Physical activity and movement keeps your blood circulating in all parts of your body – like walks, slow jogs, weight training etc.
 3.       It’s important to give our body small breaks to help rejuvinate; can also listen to your favourite tunes.
 4.       To have a good day, it is important to have a good night’s sleep the night before, 6-8 hours is just sufficient

Yesterday’s event presented us with some great additions to add into our lives 😃 . 💥 amped nitro - pre workout 💪 💥 isa greens - added leafy greens 🥬 . If you anything like me and really don’t like your green fruits and veggies so don’t have them in your diet anywhere near as much as your should? Then this is an exciting addition and if you train, in or out of the gym the Nitro is definitely something you should try! ✌️ .
